If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your Demonstrator. Just click HERE to go directly to my online store or drop me an email if you have any questions.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:    BFQ24SXS

Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog or the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

Please remember to use my current Host Code and make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me, and you’ll get my rewards!

Happy Stamping, Karen

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up Cottage Wreaths Fun Fold Video Tutorial

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. I hope you were able to catch all or some of our Facebook Live videos yesterday. I was able to catch all of them and I thought they were great. A lot of great ideas. If you joined our World Card Making Day Facebook page, the videos will be up until Facebook decides that we can’t keep them, so you can go back and watch them over and over. If you haven’t joined yet, you can still join. We are going to allow people in for a few more days.

Today’s card is the one I made on the Facebook Live yesterday. If you caught me live or watched the replay, thank you. If you want to watch and stamp along, the measurements are listed below. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreath Bundle and the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Here is the template as promised for cutting the card base.

I started by cutting and folding the card base as in the image above. I embossed a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. Using my Blending Brush, I added some Gray Granite Ink lightly to the embossed panel. I adhered the embossed panel to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered 2 panels of Boughs of Holly DSP to either side of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths Photopolymer Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the bottom portion of the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For the wreath I used the Baby Wipe Technique. I folded a baby wipe in quarters. Using my Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry Ink Refills, I added drops of ink on the baby wipe. I inked up the wreath image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set from the baby wipe and stamped a Basic White panel. I cut the wreath out using the Country Wreaths Dies. I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a multi loop bow using Linen Thread and added it to the wreath using a Glue Dot. I added some of the Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to the wreath. I added a couple Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to the sentiment.

On the inside I stamped the wreath image from the Cottage Wreath stamp set on a Basic White panel, using the ink from the baby wipe, stamping it off once on scrap paper. I stamped the sentiment from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Gray Granite Ink inside the wreath. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gray Granite mat then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the wreath image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set on the bottom of the envelope front. I stamped the sentiment from the Cottage Wreaths stamps et in Gray Granite Ink inside the wreath. I adhered a panel of Boughs of Holly DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. I hope you will CASE this card and please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under my post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. If you watch this on my YouTube channel, please remember to subscribe so that you will get notified when a new video goes live. I’m hoping to start doing YouTube lives soon, thanks to all that have subscribed. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. It’s Cinco de Mayo, who’s having Mexican tonight for dinner? Maybe tacos or burritos or maybe just nachos. I’ll be at work all day, so I’m not quite sure what we will be having. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have a Color Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s Colors.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties Bundle along with the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder for my card today

These are our colors for this week.

I started by stamping the sprig image from the Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties Photopolymer Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink on a Crumb Cake card base. I embossed a Basic White card front using the Brick & Mortar 3d Embossing Folder. I gently brushed my Crumb Cake stamp pad across the embossed panel letting the ink catch on just some of the bricks.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the 3 flowerpot images from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink. 2 of the flowerpots I fussy cut using my Paper Snips and the other I punched out using the Cactus Builder Punch. I stamped the 3 cactus images from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent Inks. I stamped the tiny flower image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink 4 times, twice full-strength ink and twice stamped off once on scrap paper. I punched out the oval cactus images that I stamped in Soft Succulent Ink and the tiny flower images using the Cactus Builder Punch. I fussy cut all the other images using my Paper Snips. I adhered the flowerpots and the cactus images to the embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I wrapped a piece of Evening Evergreen baker’s twine from the Fan Baker’s Twine Pack, around the top of the panel and tied a small bow. On a small strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink. I cut the end of the strip into a banner using the Banner Pick A Punch. I adhered the sentiment to the card front, over the baker’s twine, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to the Crumb Cake card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Calypso Coral Polished Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties in Evening Evergreen Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink, stamped off once, on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the cactus image on the flowerpot in Evening Evergreen Ink, stamped off once on scrap paper. I stamped the tiny flower image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink on either side of the sentiment. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Crumb Cake mat and then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the larger cactus image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink and the flowers in Calypso Coral Ink. I stamped the sentiment on the flowerpot in Crumb Cake Ink. On the envelope flap I stamped the flower and sprig images from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Calypso Coral and Crumb Cake Inks.

Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on our way to the weekend. I hope you are starting to make some plans.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo is Love is in The Air.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms Cling Stamp Set for my clean and layered card. I was inspired by the Heart Wreath and Colors from the photo.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge #168.  How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by embossing a Basic White card front using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Basic White Thick card base.

I cut the heart from a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Bouquet of Love Dies. This heart was used as my template for making the wreath. I cut 4 of the largest leaf dies from the Forever Flourishing Dies from a panel of Garden Green cardstock. I cut the leaves apart from the stem using my Paper Snips. I cut the larger flowers from panels of Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink using my Cherry Blossoms Dies. I cut the tiny flowers from the panel of Petal Pink using my Bouquet of Love Dies.

I stamped the center of the heart with the sentiment from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink. I arranged the leaf dies around the heart the way I wanted them using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I arranged the larger flowers in a cluster on one side of the heart adhering some of them with Glue Dots and some with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered a few small flowers on the wreath using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the wreath.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness Cling Stamp Set in Flirty Flamingo Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaf images from the Forever Blossoms stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Garden Green Ink. I adhered the extra die cut flowers using Glue Dots on top of the leaves. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower images from the Forever Blossoms stamp set on the envelope front and flap in Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink Inks. I masked the flowers and stamped the leaf images from the Forever Blossoms stamp set around the flowers in Garden Green Ink.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. Does anyone have any plans for the weekend yet? I’ll be working all day Saturday and Sunday at both jobs.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Bundle for my card today along with the Beauty of The Earth Designer Series Paper and the Cork Specialty Paper.

I started by adhering a panel of the Cork Specialty Paper to a Misty Moonlight card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Cajun Craze cardstock using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and embossed it using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. I sponge some Cajun Craze Ink on the embossed panel using my Stamping Sponge. I adhered the embossed panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut out 2 of the swirly wreaths using the Seasonal Swirls Dies, 1 in Gold Metallic Specialty Paper and the other in Early Espresso cardstock. I cut multiple leaves from scraps of Bumblebee, Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie and Soft Succulent cardstocks. I cut the leaves and adhered them to the Early Espresso wreath using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Gold wreath to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the Early Espresso wreath over the Gold wreath using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut 3 of the pumpkins from the Seasonal Swirls Dies and adhered them to the wreath using Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Ornate Frames Dies. I made a multiloop bow from Linen Thread and tied it with a piece of White Bakers Twine, from the Bakers Twine Essential Pack, which I colored using my Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Marker. I adhered the bow to the wreath using a Glue Dot and adhered the sentiment under the bow using a Glue Dot and Stampin’ Dimensional.

On the inside I adhered 2 panels of Cajun Craze cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. For the insert I used a panel of Beauty of The Earth DSP. I scored the panel first in half then diagonally from corner to corner both ways. The center half score line I folded as a mountain fold and the corner to corner score lines as valley folds. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card using Tear and Tape on the sides of the panel.

This is how the card will look from a top view. The top and bottom portion of the DSP will be the mountain folds.

I cut 2 of the largest triangles from the Stitched Triangle Dies from a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set on the left triangle in Cajun Craze Ink. I stamped the branch/leaf image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Bumblebee, Cherry Cobbler and Pumpkin Pie Inks, stamping off once on both of the triangles. I adhered the triangles to the 2 sides of the DSP using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Beauty of The Earth DSP to the bottom front of the envelope. I stamped the branch/leaves image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Bumblebee and Cherry Cobbler Inks. I adhered a panel of the Beauty of The Earth DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. If you do CASE this card, please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under the post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Theme Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. I used the Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Greetings Cling Stamp Set for my card. Here is my card using this weeks theme.

I played along with the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #105. I went across the middle

I also played along with As You See It Challenge #246.

Here is our theme this week.

I started by embossing a Just Jade card front using the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the front of a Soft Sea Foam card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the Wreath Builder Dies, I cut one of the wreaths out of a panel of Soft Sea Foam cardstock and one from a panel of Shaded Spruce cardstock. I adhered the 2 wreaths together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set in Just Jade Ink. I adhered the sentiment to the back of the wreath using Glue Dots. I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the egg image from the Arrange A Wreath stamp set in Balmy Blue, Highland Heather, Petal Pink, Pool Party and So Saffron Inks. I cut all the eggs out using the Wreath Builder Dies. I adhered the eggs to the wreath using Glue Dots. I tied a bow using the Just Jade Gingham Ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it to the wreath using Glue dots.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Wish For Everything Cling Stamp Set in Just Jade Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the egg image from the Arrange A Wreath stamp set along the bottom of the panel in Petal Pink, Highland Heather and Pool Party Inks. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Just Jade mat using Stampn’ Seal and then to the inside of the Soft Sea Foam card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the egg image from the Arrange A Wreath stamp set in Balmy Blue, Highland Heather and Pool Party Inks across the bottom front of the envelope. I adhered a panel of Soft Sea Foam Subtle 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! So Sentimental Tag Card

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. How has everyone’s weekend started off? I’m at work today and it’s expected to be a busy one. Anytime you give free stuff away it’s busy.

Today’s card is one we made at our team meeting Sunday. This one was actually a tag designed by one of our brilliant team members Mary Deatherage. I turned the tag into a card. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! So Sentimental Cling Stamp Set, the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Bundle.

I started by embossing a Misty Moonlight card front using the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the matted panel to a Just Jade card base using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the wildflower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Just Jade Ink, stamping off once, in the center of the panel. I stamped the sentiment from the So Sentimental stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink towards the bottom of the panel over the wildflower image. I cut the top of the panel using my Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I threaded a piece of 1/4″ Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color Ribbon through the top of the tag and using a piece of Misty Moonlight/Silver twine from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack I tied a bow around the ribbon to secure it.

I stamped the butterfly image from the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I colored the butterfly in using my Mint Macaron and Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using my Brilliant Wings Dies. I cut a detailed butterfly using my Brilliant Wings Dies from a panel of Vellum cardstock and adhered just the body of the vellum butterfly to the body of the stamped butterfly using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the butterfly to the tag using Glue Dots. I adhered the tag to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added 6 Metallic Pearls to the butterfly body.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the wildflower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Just Jade Ink, stamping off once, on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Just Jade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the wildflower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Just Jade Ink on either side of the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Misty Moonlight 2020-2022 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my tag card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Blossoms In Bloom for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers. Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so that means Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. If you’ve hopped over from Jillian Good’s blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “Birthday”.  We can interpret this however we want.  I used the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms In Bloom Cling Stamp Set for my card along with some Sale-a-bration DSP. Here’s my card.

My sketch is from Sunday Stamps Challenge #250

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set on the bottom of a Sahara Sand card front in Night of Navy Ink. I embossed the card front using my Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Sahara Sand card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered 3 panels of the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper (Sale-a-bration item), to 3 Rococo Rose mats using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the 3 matted panels to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a piece of Rococo Rose 1/2″ Scalloped Linen Ribbon to a thin strip of Night of Navy cardstock using Stampin’ Seal and then to the bottom of the matted DSP panels using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Tranquil Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely You Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off once, above and below the sentiment . I adhered the Basic White panel to a Rococo Rose mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Sahara Sand card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Paper Blooms DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Hello Painted Poppies for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers. Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so it’s Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. If you’ve hopped over from Amy Koenders blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “For the Girls/Ladies”. We can interpret this any way that we’d like.  I decided to make a Mother’s Day Card.  Here’s my card.

I started by embossing a panel of Blackberry Bliss using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.  I took my Whisper White Craft Stamp Pad and gently brushed it across the panel to add some dimension to the bricks. I adhered the embossed panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a panel of Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper to the top of the embossed panel.

I stamped the poppy images from the Stampin’ Up! Painted Poppies Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink on a panel of Pool Party cardstock.  I immediately sprinkled it with my Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool.  I cut the images out using the Painted Labels Dies.  I stamped the leaf image from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink on a panel of Pear Pizzazz cardstock 3 times.  I cut the images out using my Painted Labels Dies.  I cut the swirly circle from the Painted Labels Dies out of the square of Pear Pizzazz cardstock and adhered it to the top of the DSP panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the small poppy image from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the image in using my Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers and cut the image out using the frame from the Painted Labels Dies.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Glue Dots.  I adhered the die cut poppies and leaves to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the Pool Party cardstock.  I cut the sentiment out using my Stitched So Sweetly Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Coastal Cabana Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.  I adhered the card front to the Pool Party card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment form the Timeless Tulips stamp set in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the poppy images from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, using the masking technique, on the bottom left corner of the panel.  I colored the images in using my Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Pool Party card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the poppy images from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the envelope front.  I colored the images in using my Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of Peaceful Poppies DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug Thinking of You Sneak Peek

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers and HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE!!  Does anyone have any fun plans for this evening?  What does everyone do?  Go out or stay in?  I’m a stay in person.  I grew up having New Year’s Eve parties at our house and inviting family and friends over.  Tonight will be the 1st time, since I’ve gotten married 31 years ago, that we are having people over.  My husband never did anything on New Years, so he never wanted to after we were married.  Now I just have to make sure I can stay awake, that’s always a challenge for me lately.

For my last card of 2019 I made you a Clean and Simple one.  I used one of my favorite sets from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog, which by the way starts in just 3 short days.  I love stamping large images that I can color with my Stampin’ Blends Markers.   Here’s my last card of the year for you.

My colors were inspired by Global Design Project Challenge #221.   Here are their colors.

I played along with Inspire. Create. Challenge # 059 for my design with today’s card.  Here is their sketch.

I started by embossing a Cherry Cobbler card front using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.  I took my Stamping Sponge and lightly sponged over the card front using Early Espresso Ink to give it a little shading.

I stamped the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Little Lady Bug Host Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink on a small panel of Whisper White Cardstock.  I colored the image in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Early Espresso Ink below the flower.

I adhered the artwork to the embossed card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, letting it hang off the left side just a smidge and cut it even with the card front.  I adhered the card front to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few of the Shaded Spruce Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the artwork and card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Well Said Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the large flower image from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Early Espresso Ink, stamping off 5 times to get a real light image, on both sides of the panel. I adhered the Whisper White panel to an Early Espresso mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base using Multipurpose Liquid glue.  I added a couple more Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels on either side of the sentiment to give a little extra bling.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the large flower image from the Little Ladybug stamp set once on the front of the envelope and twice on the envelope flap in Early Espresso Ink.  I colored the flowers in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping and have a Happy, Happy New Year!!!!  Stay safe tonight with whatever plans you have and I will see you in 2020!!
