Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Cabin Seasonal Wreath for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on our way to the weekend. I hope you are starting to make some plans.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo is Peace On Earth.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Cabin ClingStamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Bundle for my Clean and Simple card. I was inspired by the gorgeous wreath in the photo.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our Challenge #165. How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Peaceful Cabin stamp set in Versamark Ink on the bottom of an In Good Taste Designer Series Paper card front. I immediately sprinkled it with my Gold Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the card front to a Basic White Thick card base.

Using my Seasonal Swirls Dies, I cut 2 of the wreaths out, 1 in Evening Evergreen and 1 in Soft Succulent. On a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock I stamped the small pinecone image from the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Photopolymer Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink multiple times. I cut the images out using my Seasonal Swirls Dies. I cut 3 sets of holly from a panel of Gold & Rose Gold Metallic Paper and multiple berries from a scrap of Real Red cardstock. I adhered the pinecones, holly and berries to the wreaths using Glue Dots and Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a bow using the Real Red 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon and adhered it to the top of the wreath using a Glue Dot leaving long tails. I twisted the tails of the bow and tacked them in a couple places using Glue Dots. I added a few Wonderful Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Evergreen Elegance Cling Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink. I stamped the pine boughs image from the Evergreen Elegance stamp set above and below the sentiment in Evening Evergreen Ink. I adhered the pinecones and holly & berries I had cut to the boughs. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Real Red mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I stamped the pine boughs image from the Evergreen Elegance stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink above and below where I’d be writing the address on the envelope front and on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments for Fun Fold Friday Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Does anyone have plans for the weekend? I’ll be at work all day Saturday, but I have off on Sunday, YAY!!!

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments Bundle, the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Bundle along with the Ever Eden Specialty Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering panels of the Ever Eden DSP to Brushed Metallic cardstock mats. I adhered the layered panels to the Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

From a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock I cut the largest leaf frame using my Eden Dies. I cut the pine bough wreath from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock using the Seasonal Swirls Dies. I cut the Evening Evergreen frame down until I had the wreath that I wanted. I adhered the 2 halves together using Glue Dots. I adhered the pine bough wreath on top of the leaf wreath using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped 2 of the smallest poinsettia image from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments Photopolymer Stamp Set in Merry Merlot Ink. I cut the images out using my Merriest Frames Dies. I stamped 3 of the pinecone image from the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Photopolymer Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink and cut them out using my Seasonal Swirls Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Moments stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on the Basic White panel and cut the sentiment out using my Ornate Frames Dies. I adhered the poinsettias together using a Glue Dot and then to the wreath using a Glue Dot. I adhered the pinecones to the wreath using Glue Dots. I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the Gold 3/8″ Shimmer Ribbon and adhered it to the wreath using a Glue Dot. I twisted the tails of the bow and adhered them down using Glue Dots. I added 3 of the smallest pearls from the Pearl Basic Jewels to the center of the poinsettia.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Moments stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the pine bough image from the Merriest Moments stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the top of the panel. I stamped the small poinsettia image from the Merriest Moments stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Evening Evergreen mat and then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the pine images from the Merriest Moments stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the top of the envelope front and the larger poinsettia image from the Merriest Moments stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink on the bottom front. I adhered a panel of Ever Eden DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. If you do CASE this card, please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under the post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

Stampin’ Up! Jar of Flowers Wreath for The Card Concepts.

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and the weekend is right around the corner.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo is Fall Fun.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Jar of Flowers Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Bundle and some new Heart & Home Designer Series Paper (coming in the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog) for my Clean & Layered card. I was inspired by the beautiful fall colors along with the sunflowers in the vase and the apples.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge #162.  How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by adhering a panel of the gorgeous new Heart & Home DSP to an Old Olive mat. I adhered the layered panel to a Cajun Craze card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sunflower image from the Jar of Flowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock and colored the image in using my Bumblebee and Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Markers. I fussy cut the sunflowers using my Paper Snips. Using the Festive Finishes Dies, I cut multiple apples from a panel of Cajun Craze cardstock.

I cut the leaf wreath from a panel of Old Olive cardstock using my Seasonal Swirls Dies. I cut the swirly wreath from a panel of Early Espresso cardstock using the Painted Labels Dies. I didn’t want the solid center in the swirly wreath so I used the circle that fit the best from the Layering Circles Dies and cut it out. I layered the wreaths together the way I liked and adhered them to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals where I would be putting the flowers and the apples. I made a multi loop bow from a length of Linen Thread and adhered it to the wreath. I adhered the sunflowers over the bow and the apples randomly on the wreath. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Free As A Bird Cling Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink and cut it into a banner using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment tucking it under the flowers.

On the inside I stamped the swirly wreath from the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Photopolymer Stamp Set in Old Olive Ink, stamping off once, on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink in the center of the wreath. I randomly stamped the trio leaves image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Bumblebee and Old Olive Inks and adhered a few more of the apples I had cut out from the Festive Finishes Dies. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Early Espresso mat and then to the inside of the Cajun Craze card base.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the trio leaf image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Bumblebee, Cajun Craze and Old Olive Inks on the bottom of the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Heart & Home DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Bundle along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to a Cinnamon Cider mat.

From a panel of Cinnamon Cider cardstock, I cut the leafy wreath using my Seasonal Swirls Dies. I adhered the wreath to the card front. I stamped the trio leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Photopolymer Stamp Set in Bumblebee and Real Red Inks inside the wreath on the DSP. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the leaf image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set 2 times in Bumblebee Ink and 2 times in Real Red Ink. I stamped the other leafy image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Just Jade Ink twice. I cut all the images out, along with the small floral die from a panel of Vellum Paper, using my Seasonal Swirls Dies.

I tied a bow using the Just Jade 3/8″ Gingham Ribbon from Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it to the bottom of the wreath. I adhered the die cut leaf images under the bow. On the Basic White panel I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink and cut it out using my Hippo & Friends Dies and adhered it to the bottom of the card front. I adhered the card front to a Cinnamon Cider card base. I added a few Bumblebee 2020-2022 In-Color Square Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink. I stamped the trio leaf image on either side of the sentiment in Bumblebee and Real Red Inks. Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. Does anyone have any plans for the weekend yet? I’ll be working all day Saturday and Sunday at both jobs.

Sparkle of The Season Bundle for my card today along with the Beauty of The Earth Designer Series Paper and the Cork Specialty Paper.

I started by adhering a panel of the Cork Specialty Paper to a Misty Moonlight card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Cajun Craze cardstock using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and embossed it using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. I sponge some Cajun Craze Ink on the embossed panel using my Stamping Sponge. I adhered the embossed panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut out 2 of the swirly wreaths using the Seasonal Swirls Dies, 1 in Gold Metallic Specialty Paper and the other in Early Espresso cardstock. I cut multiple leaves from scraps of Bumblebee, Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie and Soft Succulent cardstocks. I cut the leaves and adhered them to the Early Espresso wreath using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Gold wreath to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the Early Espresso wreath over the Gold wreath using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut 3 of the pumpkins from the Seasonal Swirls Dies and adhered them to the wreath using Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sparkle of The Season Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Ornate Frames Dies. I made a multiloop bow from Linen Thread and tied it with a piece of White Bakers Twine, from the Bakers Twine Essential Pack, which I colored using my Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Marker. I adhered the bow to the wreath using a Glue Dot and adhered the sentiment under the bow using a Glue Dot and Stampin’ Dimensional.

On the inside I adhered 2 panels of Cajun Craze cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. For the insert I used a panel of Beauty of The Earth DSP. I scored the panel first in half then diagonally from corner to corner both ways. The center half score line I folded as a mountain fold and the corner to corner score lines as valley folds. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card using Tear and Tape on the sides of the panel.

This is how the card will look from a top view. The top and bottom portion of the DSP will be the mountain folds.

I cut 2 of the largest triangles from the Stitched Triangle Dies from a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set on the left triangle in Cajun Craze Ink. I stamped the branch/leaf image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Bumblebee, Cherry Cobbler and Pumpkin Pie Inks, stamping off once on both of the triangles. I adhered the triangles to the 2 sides of the DSP using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Beauty of The Earth DSP to the bottom front of the envelope. I stamped the branch/leaves image from the Sparkle of The Season stamp set in Bumblebee and Cherry Cobbler Inks. I adhered a panel of the Beauty of The Earth DSP to the envelope flap.
