Good Sunday morning stamping friends. I hope you are all having a great weekend. I had to work yesterday, and it was a gorgeous day in the 80’s, sunny with a little breeze. We’ve got a rainy day here today, so hopefully that means more time to spend creating.

I played with a new Hot Foil Die coming in September for today’s card. When the new Hot Foil System came out, they told us not to throw away the negative pieces, so I didn’t. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Phrases & Frames Bundle, Stampin’ Up! Words & Wishes Stamp Set and the new Reverse Hot Foil Die for today’s card.

This was the original card I made with the Garden Silhouette Hot Foil Die and saved the negative piece of foil when I was done.

Following the Hot Foil System directions, place the Reverse Hot Foil Die on the system, the negative piece of Gold Foil, a piece of Peaceful Pine cardstock and the plates then run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine slowly. You can find a printable flyer below of the new Hot Foil Radiance Awaits Products coming September 1.

Adhere the embossed panel to a Peaceful Pine card base.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Phrases & Frames stamp set in Peaceful Pine Ink. Cut the sentiment out using the Phrases & Frames Dies. Using the Impressions Plate, run the outer portion of the die cut frame through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine following the directions on the Impressions Plate. Adhere the sentiment and frame to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few 2026-2028 In-Color Dots

Stamp the sentiment from the Phrases & Frames stamp set in Peaceful Pine Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the birthday cake image from the Words & Wishes stamp set in Peaceful Pine Ink on the bottom of the panel. Color the image with Golden Glow & Peaceful Pine Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere the Basic White panel to a panel of Peaceful Pine Two-Tone cardstock then to the inside of the Peaceful Pine card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the birthday cake image from the Words & Wishes stamp set in Peaceful Pine Ink on the envelope front. Color the image with Golden Glow Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere a panel of Bloom Boutique DSP to the envelope flap.
