Stampin’ Up Pacific Point Snow Is Glistening Christmas Card

Good Friday morning everyone.  Hope you have had a productive week and are  making some fun plans for the weekend.  Maybe going to cut down your Christmas tree, or decorating or shopping.  What ever you do, make the best of it and have fun.

Today is the last day to order any of the Snowflake Showcase products, so today will also be my last card featuring the Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening stamp set and Snowfall Thinlits Dies.  If you wanted to get them today’s the day.  Feel free to head over to my online store and see all the products here.  Here’s my card for today. Take a look.

I started with a Shimmery White card front and ran it through my Big Shot using the Swirls & Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  The pictures do not show how beautiful the Shimmer White cardstock looks.

I cut out the largest snowflake from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies out of a Champagne Foil Sheet and the next size snowflake out of Shimmery White cardstock using my Big Shot.  I adhered the Shimmery White snowflake to the center of the Champagne Foil snowflake using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the snowflakes to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small strip of Shimmery White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Pacific Point Ink.  I made a banner from the strip and adhered it to the right side of card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then added Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.  I adhered the card front to a Pacific Point card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped one of the snowflakes from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Pacific Point Ink stamping off once in both corners.  I stamped the sentiment in the center of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the Pacific Point card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I stamped the snowflake from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set  on the front and back flap of a Medium Whisper White Envelope in Pacific Point Ink.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  If there is any specific set you would like me to feature a card with, please feel free to leave a comment and I will see what I can do.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening Merry Christmas To All

Good Thursday morning everyone.  Well, your work week is almost over.  Anyone making fun plans for the weekend?  I hope you were able to take advantage of some of the great deal from the Stampin’ Up Online Extravaganza.  I place a few orders myself.

Only 1 day left to get any of the Snowflake Showcase products.  I’ve got another card for you today using the Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening stamp set.  I paired it up with the Merry Christmas To All bundle. Take a look.

I started with a Basic Gray card front and stamped the snowflake tree image from Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  I then ran the card front through my Big Shot using the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

I added Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to decorate my tree.  I cut the star out from one of the snowflake centers from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies and adhered it to the top of the tree using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the card front to a Real Red mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I wrapped a piece of 3/8″ Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon around the left side of my card front and tied a knot.  Using my Big Shot, I cut Merry out from the Merry Christmas Thinlits Dies from a Silver Foil Sheet.  I adhered the Merry to the top of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then adhered the card front to a Basic Gray card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the sentiment from Merry Christmas To All stamp set in Basic Gray Ink.  I stamped the scroll from the same stamp set in Real Red Ink under the sentiment.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Real Red mat using Snail.  I then adhered it to the Basic Gray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the scrolls from the Merry Christmas To All stamp set in Real Red Ink on the front and back flap of the envelope.

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Blackberry Bliss Snow Is Glistening Christmas Card

Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Hope you are having a wonderful week

Today I’m featuring another card from the Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening Stamp set and Snowfall Thinlits Dies only available for 2 more days.  Take a look.

I started by cutting out some snowflakes, using my Big Shot, from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies.  I cut the largest snowflake in Whisper White, the snow swirl and 2 small snowflakes in Silver Glimmer Paper and another medium snowflake in Silver Foil Sheet.  I ran my Blackberry Bliss card front through my Big Shot using the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

I arranged the snowflakes and the snow swirl on the card front the way I thought I’d like them.  Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue I adhered the largest snowflake and the snow swirl to my card front.

I adhered the Silver Foil snowflake to the center of the large snowflake using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the smaller snowflakes using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I then adhered the card front to a Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the medium snowflakes from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink.  I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink in the center of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I stamped the snowflakes from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the front and the flap of a Medium Whisper White Envelope.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  This was a pretty quick and easy card, I hope you will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Night of Navy Snow Is Glistening Christmas Card

Good Tuesday morning everyone.  Hope your week is moving right along

For my card today I used the Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening stamp set and Snowfall Thinlits Dies.  Since the Snowflake Showcase is only available for 3 more days, I decided to feature some cards using these for the next few days. Take a look.

I started with a small piece of Night of Navy cardstock and adhered a piece of Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper to it using Snail.  I took another piece of Night of Navy cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot using the Tufted Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed piece to a Night of Navy mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the small piece with the DSP to the right side of the embossed panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I wrapped a piece of Silver & Whisper White Baker’s Twine around the card front and tied a bow.

I cut one of the snowflakes from Snowfall Thinlits Dies in Shimmery White cardstock and a smaller snowflake out in Silver Foil.  I adhered the Silver Foil snowflake to the Shimmery White snowflake using a Glue Dot.  I adhered the snowflakes to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and added a Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewel, which I colored using my Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends Marker, in the center of the snowflake.  I stamped the Joy on a small piece of Whisper White cardstock in Night of Navy Ink.  I cut the sentiment out using my Big Shot and the circle from the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies then adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a couple more Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment, which were colored in using my Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends Marker.  I adhered the card front to a Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside on a panel of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Night of Navy Ink in the center.  I stamped a couple of the snowflakes in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off once, on the Whisper White panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the front of the envelope with Night of Navy snowflakes, stamping off once.  I adhered a piece of Twinkle Twinkle DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today,  I hope you liked my card and I hope you will give it a try.  Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up Bring On The Presents Gift Card Holder for “Just Us Girls” Challenge #468

Good Monday morning everyone.  Hope you had a wonderful weekend.  Anyone brave shopping on Black Friday?  Not me, I stayed home and decorated for Christmas.  I would have gotten my whole house done if I didn’t have to work Sunday.  Luckily I only have 1 room left to decorate.

For today’s card I made a Gift Card Holder.  That seems to be what a lot of people want now a days for gifts.  I used the Stampin’ Up Bring On The Presents Bundle.  I played along with “Just Us Girls” Challenge #468.  Be sure to stop by “Just Us Girls” to see all the projects made.

Here is what I did for the challenge. Take a look.

I started by cutting the ribbon from the All The Presents Thinlits Dies in Sparkle Glimmer paper.  I adhered the ribbon to both corners of a piece of Dashing Along Designer Series Paper using Multipurpose Liquid Glue so that it looked like a present.  I trimmed the ribbon to the paper.  I adhered the present to a Garden Green card front using Snail then adhered it to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the bow image from Bring On the Presents stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the bow in using my Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Using my Big Shot I cut the bow out using All The Presents Thinlits Dies.  I adhered the bow to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the gift tag from Bring On The Presents stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment from the same set in Garden Green Ink in the center.  I cut the tag out using All The Presents Thinlits Dies using my Big Shot.  I tied a small piece of Whisper White Solid Bakers Twine to the gift tag and adhered it to the card front using Glue Dots.

On the inside I embossed 2 pieces of Garden Green cardstock, using my Big Shot, with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and adhered them to both sides of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then cut and scored a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock to hold the gift card.  On both ends of the Cherry Cobbler cardstock I adhered pieces of the Dashing Along DSP using Snail.

Using my Big Shot and my Layering Squares Framelits Dies I lined up the square so that it was centered with the score line and cut it out.  I folded the Cherry Cobbler strip and adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue so that the 2 side score lines line up with the Garden Green edges.  On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the Season’s Greetings sentiment, from Bring On The Presents stamp set, using Cherry Cobbler Ink.  I adhered it to the right side of the gift card holder using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the Bow image from Bring On The Presents stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink off the bottom left front of the envelope.  I adhered a piece of Dashing Along DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you fro stopping by my blog today.  I hope you enjoyed my Gift Card Holder and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Christmas Pines for Inspire Create Challenge #031

Good Friday morning everyone.  Did you have a nice Thanksgiving?  Does everyone have lots of leftovers like me?  Well, Santa was at the end of the Macy’s Day Parade in NYC so that means that the Christmas season has begun at my house.  I’m so happy I decided not to go.  Although it was a beautiful sunny morning, it was only 20 degrees when it started.  Too cold for me to be standing outside.  Today we pack up all regular decorations and move furniture around .  My house becomes Christmas town.  How about yours?  Does everyone go all out decorating like me?  I redo EVERY room in my house.

For today’s card I played along with the Inspire. Create. Challenge #031.  Be sure to stop by the Inspire. Create blog and check out everyone’s projects.  This week they have a Colour Challenge and here are the great colors I got to work with.

Here’s what I came up with for these colors.  Take a look.

I started with a piece of Sahara Sand card front and stamped it with the Sheet Music Stamp in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I then tore the edges all around the stamped image and sponged it with Sahara Sand Ink.

On a small piece of Sahara Sand cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Christmas Pines stamp set in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with my Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool.  Using my Big Shot, I cut out the sentiment with the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies.  I adhered it to a Shaded Spruce mat, cut out from the Scallop Oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, using Snail.  I adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut out a few of the sprigs from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies (only available until November 30, 2018), in Copper Foil Paper.  I adhered them under my sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I made a bow from the 1/4″ Copper Trim Ribbon and adhered it to the side of the sentiment using a Glue Dot.  I colored in a few Pearl Basic Jewels with my Dark Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Marker and attached them to the oval.  I adhered the card front to a Merry Merlot card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside on a Very Vanilla panel I stamped the Boughs image from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink stamping off once.  I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink in the center of the panel.  I adhered the panel to a Shaded Spruce mat using Snail then adhered it to the Merry Merlot card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the front and back flap with the Boughs from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you enjoyed my card and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up Spirited Snowmen for Global Designs and Sunday Stamps

Good Thursday Morning everyone and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!.  I’m very thankful for all of you, my followers.  I can’t express how much it means to me.  Hope you are all getting ready for your Thanksgiving dinner, if you have one.  By the time you are reading this, I am probably getting my turkey on the grill and starting all the other trimmings. Hope you all enjoy a wonderful day with family and friends.

For my card today I played along with 2 challenges.  I really like doing the challenges because it gives me a starting point.  Have you ever gotten that crafters block.  The challenges really help.  The 1st one I played along with is Global Designs Projects 165. Please be sure to stop by the Global Designs Projects to see all the beautiful projects everyone has made.  Theirs is a color challenge, here are the colors I worked with

The next one I played along with is Sunday Stamps 192.  Be sure to stop by Sunday Stamps to see all the amazing projects that have been made.  Theirs is a sketch challenge, here is the sketch I worked with

Here is what I came up with for the 2 challenges.  Take a look.

I started with a Merry Merlot card front and ran it through my Big Shot using the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered a piece of Neutrals Designer Paper in Crumb Cake in the center of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then adhered it to a Crumb Cake card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the skating snowman from the Stampin’ Up Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the snowman in using my Crumb Cake, Merry Merlot and Tranquil Tide Stampin’ Write Markers.  Using my Big Shot and Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies I cut the image out with the largest Square.  I adhered it to a Whisper White mat, cut from the Layering Squared Framelits Dies, using Snail.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added Tranquil Tide pearls from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls as the snowman’s buttons.

On a narrow strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Tranquil Tide Ink in the center.  I made a banner out of the strip using my Paper Snips and using my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Write Marker I edged it.  I adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut 3 of the smallest snowflakes from Snowfall Thinlits Dies, (only available until November 30, 2018), out of Shimmery White cardstock  and adhered them to the sentiment banner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside on Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the ice skating snowman from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once, in the center of the panel.  I stamped the holly and berries, from the same set, in the corners in Tranquil Tide Ink and colored the berries in using my Merry Merlot Stampin’ Write Marker.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up So Santa stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink over the snowman.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the Crumb Cake card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the skating snowman on the bottom left of the front of the envelope.  I adhered a piece of Neutrals DSP in Crumb Cake to the envelope flap.

Thank you for taking the time and stopping by my blog.  I hope you enjoyed the card and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Christmas Pines Quick and Easy Christmas Card

Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Hope your week is going well.  I can’t believe tomorrow is Thanksgiving already.  This week is flying by.  I’ll be baking my Pumpkin Pies, Apple Pies and Pumpkin Swirl Cheese Cake this afternoon and start prepping for Thanksgiving Dinner.  Does anyone else have Thanksgiving dinner at their house?

For today’s card I used an older stamp set that I love called Christmas Pines.  This is another quick and easy card for you.  Take a look.

I started with a Whisper White cardstock panel and stamped the sentiment from Christmas Pines stamp set in Berry Burst Ink.  I adhered the card front to a Berry Burst mat using Snail.

I tied a Berry Burst Metallic Edge Ribbon around the card front and tied a bow.  To keep the bow in place I used a Glue Dot just under the bow.  I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added 3 Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front to add a little extra bling.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the snowflake image from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Gray Granite Ink, stamping off once.  I stamped another sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Berry Burst Ink on top of the snowflakes.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Berry Burst mat using Snail and adhered it to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the snowflake image from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Gray Granite Ink, stamping off once, across the bottom front of the envelope and the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my quick and easy card and will give it a try.  You can make this card and my other quick and easy cards in so many different colors.  happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Humming Along Sneak Peek for Fab Friday Challenge

Good Tuesday morning everyone.  Hope you’ve had a good start to the week.  Hopefully you have a short work week ahead.

For today’s card I played along with the Fab Friday 150 Challenge.  Be sure to stop by the Fab Friday blog to see all the projects made.  They have a color challenge this time.  Here’s the colors I got to work with.

I’ve got another sneak peek for you for this color challenge.  I used the Stampin’ Up Humming Along stamp set that will be available on January 3, 2019.  Take a look.

I started by adhering a piece of Wood Textured Designer Series Paper to a Blackberry Bliss mat using Snail.  I then adhered it to a Tranquil Tide card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the Hibiscus image from the Humming Along stamp set, available January 3, 2019, in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored it in using my Blackberry Bliss and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the leaf from the set on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored it in using my Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers. I then fussy cut the leaf using my Paper Snips and adhered it to the artwork using a Glue Dot.  I adhered the artwork to a Tranquil Tide mat using Snail then I adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On another piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the Humming Bird in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored it in using my Blackberry Bliss,Cajun Craze and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I fussy cut it using my Paper Snips and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I colored a few Pearl Basic Jewels with my Dark Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blends Marker and adhered them to the card front.

On the inside on a Whisper White panel I stamped the Hibiscus from the Humming Along stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink stamping off twice in the center.  I stamped the sentiment from the same set over the flower in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat using Snail then adhered it to the Tranquil Tide card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the Hibiscus and Humming Bird on the front of the envelope.  I adhered a piece of Wood Textures DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked the sneak peek from the Humming Along stamp set.  These images are perfect to color with the Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Beauty Abounds Sneak Peek for Freshly Made Sketches and Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenges

Good Monday morning everyone.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready to start a short work week.  If you were able to stop by my booth at the Holiday Craft Show, thank you very much I really appreciate it.  I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is just 3 days away.  I’ve got a lot of baking and cooking to get done before Thursday.  How about you?

For today’s card I played along with 2 different challenges.  The first one is Freshly Made Sketches #363.  Be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches blog to see all the amazing projects made.  Here is their sketch challenge.

The other challenge I played along with is Hand Stamped Sentiments #302.  Be sure to stop by Hand Stamped Sentiments blog to see all the beautiful projects made.  Here is their color challenge.

Here is what I came up with for the 2 challenges.  I’m giving you a sneak peek of a new Stampin’ Up stamp set called Beauty Abounds that will be available January 3, 2019.  Take a look.

I started with a Thick Very Vanilla card front and stamped it with the Hardwood stamp in Crushed Curry Ink.  I adhered a strip of Merry Merlot on the right side then ran it through my Big Shot using the Pinewood Planks Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

I adhered the stamped panel to a Thick Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Very Vanilla cardstock I stamped the image from the Stampin’ Up Beauty Abounds stamp set, available January 3, 2019, in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I stamped the sentiment on the side in Merry Merlot Ink.  I colored the image in using my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the artwork to a Pumpkin Pie mat using Snail then adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the butterfly from the stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a scrap piece of Crushed Curry cardstock and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips.  I adhered it to the artwork using a Glue Dot.  I added 3 Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside, on a Very Vanilla panel, I stamped the Bokeh dots from the Beauty Abounds stamp set in Pumpkin Pie Ink.  I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink over the Bokeh dots.  I adhered the panel to a Merry Merlot mat using Snail then adhered it to the Thick Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the Bokeh Dots in Pumpkin Pie Ink on the bottom front of the envelope and the envelope flap.  I stamped the image from the Beauty Abounds stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom left of the envelope.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked the sneak peek of what’s coming in January.  I’ll have more sneak peaks in the next couple weeks.  Happy Stamping!
