Stampin’ Up! Autumn Goodness for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends.  How was everyone’s week?  The weekend is here, ready or not.  I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for this week to be over.  I’m starting to feel like I live at work.  Has anyone made any plans for the weekend?  I’m working tomorrow, but I’m suppose to have off on Sunday, YAY!!!

For today I have another new fun fold for you.  It’s a bridge fold card and it is super easy.  Here’s my card for today.

I played along with the Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #254.  The theme is ‘Coloring‘.

I started by scoring and folding an 8 1/4″ X 4 1/4″ Mint Macaron card base at 1 3/8″, 2 3/4″, 5 1/2″ & 6 7/8″. I adhered 4 panels of Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper to 4 Early Espresso mats using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered them to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

This is not a real good photo, but I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Goodness Photopolymer Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink on a Very Vanilla panel.  I stamped the pumpkin image from the Autumn Goodness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the bottom of the Very Vanilla panel.  I colored the image in using my Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaron, Old Olive, Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to an Early Espresso mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the Mint Macaron card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a panel of Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP bridge to an Early Espresso mat using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the bridge to the card front using Tear & Tape.  I first adhered the left side then I folded the card flat and adhered the right side.

I stamped the wheelbarrow image from the Autumn Goodness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock.  I cut the image out using my Autumn Wheelbarrow Dies.  I cut the wheel from the Autumn Wheelbarrow Dies out of a piece of the new Brushed Gold Foil Sheet.  I adhered the wheel to the wheelbarrow using a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.  On a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock I stamped the floral image from the Autumn Goodness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink.  I colored the image in using my Cajun Craze, Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaron, Old Olive and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the floral image our using my Autumn Wheelbarrow Dies and adhered it to the top of the wheelbarrow using Glue Dots.  I adhered the wheelbarrow to the right side of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the back I stamped the cornstalk image from the Autumn Goodness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the bottom of a Very Vanilla panel and colored it in using my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Goodness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink towards the top of the Very Vanilla panel.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to an Early Espresso mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the back of the Mint Macaron card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the pumpkin image from the Autumn Goodness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink.  I colored the image in using my Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaron, Old Olive, Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Just so you can see, this card folds flat and fits perfectly in the medium envelope.

Stampin’ Up! So Much Happy Birthday for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  How is everyone doing today?  If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog.  If you are starting with me, be sure to visit everyone’s blog to see their projects. This week we had a Color Challenge.  Here are the colors we had to work from.

Here’s my card using these fun colors.

I started by cutting the ‘HAPPY’ sentiment out of a panel of Night of Navy and Purple Posy cardstock using the Happy Dies.  I adhered the 2 sentiments together, off setting them a bit to give a shadow effect using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I embossed a panel of Coastal Cabana cardstock using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder and cut 2 pieces from it.

I adhered the 1 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ embossed panel of Coastal Cabana cardstock to the top of the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the 1 3/4″ X 5 1/2″ embossed panel of Coastal Cabana to the bottom of the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! So Much Happy Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink on a small panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I fussy cut the sentiment out using my Paper Snips and adhered it below the happy on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the small panel of Playing With Patterns 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the Coastal Cabana card base using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the card front to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On scrap pieces of Coastal Cabana and Purple Posy cardstock, I stamped the small striped balloon image from the So Much Happy stamp set in Night of Navy Ink.  I cut the balloons out using the Happy Dies.  I cut 2 of the strings out of a small panel of Night of Navy cardstock using the Happy Dies.  I adhered the strings to the balloons using Glue Dots and then the balloons to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Playing With Patterns Resin Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Many Mates Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the small strip balloon image and the string image from the So Much Happy stamp set twice in Night of Navy Ink on the side of the panel.  I adhered a thin strip of the Playing With Patterns DSP to the top of the panel using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Night of Navy mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Coastal Cabana card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the small striped balloon and the string images from the So Much Happy stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of Playing With Patterns DSP to the envelope flap

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends.  We are already halfway through the week and at the end of July already.  Time is just passing by so quickly.  The summers always seem to go so fast and the winters seem to drag for me.  I’m guessing because I like the heat and not the cold.  I have a few updates from Stampin’ Up! for you today.

Stampin’ Up! Online Store Changes Coming August 4!


Stampin’ Up! is updating the look and function of the online store!  Yay!!  The store will be updated beginning on August 4 with a new look and feel to help you better navigate it while you shop!

Some of the new features are:

  1. The store is designed to work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  2. New and improved store navigation provides an updated shopping experience.
  3. The site utilizes new, larger imagery to better showcase the products and allow up-close details to be seen.
  4. New sorting options and filters provide a more intuitive shopping experience, allowing you to more easily find what you are looking for. The store’s organization and terminology are also more intuitive too.
  5. The site will utilize inventory status information to show you what items will be retiring soon, have low inventory, or are backordered so you can make informed purchasing decisions.
  6. You can mark your favorite items for later reference, and you can create and share personalized wish lists!
  7. A new Quick Shop feature makes it easy to add items to your cart. And there will also be a simplified the checkout process.

A few things to know:

  1. Your account information and passwords will still work with the new site.
  2. While old bookmarks and links will forward you to the new store, your browser will see it as a “new” site. If you rely on your browser to remember their login information (registered email address and password), the first time that you log in, it will not associate the new site with that saved information.
  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link on the new online store’s sign-in page and follow the steps to reset your password. The password reset email will come from noreply@info.stampinup.com. Adding this email address to the contacts list in your email program and/or searching for your email program’s spam settings can help you ensure that you receive the email.
  4. Should you run into any problems, there is a link in the password reset window to a page with additional information.
  5. If you have trouble accessing your account, Stampin’ Up! can also help you reset your password.  Just call them at 1-800-STAMPUP and they’ll be happy to help!  Unfortunately, I’m not able to assist with password changes as it’s a security issue for you. But Stampin’ Up! can definitely help you!

Hopefully this will be a seamless transition for you on August 4!  I’m looking forward to seeing the new site design too!

Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine Coming in September!

Stampin’ Up! just announced that the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard Size) will be available for Demonstrators to preorder beginning on August 4 and for customers beginning September 1!
Here are the details:

  • Demonstrator preorder (standard machine only): August 4, 2020
  • Customer launch (standard machine and replacement plates): September 1, 2020

The standard machine comes with all the plates you need to get started. The preorder will not include the replacement plates, but they will be available beginning with the customer launch on September 1.

Stampin’ Up! Ornate Happiest of Birthdays

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends.  How has your week started off?  I hope everyone has a productive one.  I’ll be at work all week, which means no fun time for me this week.

I have a quick and easy card for you today.  I love large sentiments that make up the whole card.  Here’s today’s card.

My card played along with Seize The Birthday Challenge #195.  Here is their theme.

I started by adhering a panel of Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper to a Bumblebee mat using Stampin’ Seal.  I then adhered the card front to an Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the large sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Happiest of Birthdays Cling Stamp Set in Bumblebee Ink.  I cut the image out using the largest die from the Nature’s Thoughts Dies.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Seal.

I tied a small bow using the Bumblebee 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon and adhered it to the top of the sentiment using a Glue Dot.  I added a few Gilded Gems to the sentiment.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthdays Cling Stamp Set in Bumblebee Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the daisy image from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Style Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink, stamping off twice, on the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Bumblebee mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set in Early Espresso Ink, stamping off twice, on the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of the Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Life is Beautiful Sneak Peek

Good Monday morning my stamping friends.  How was everyone’s weekend?  Hope you were able to spend some time doing something fun.

I have another sneak peek for you today from the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.  Here’s my card.

I started by adhering a panel of the Plaid Tidings 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Pumpkin Pie card base using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the tree trunk image from the Stampin’ Up! Life is Beautiful Photopolymer Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink.  I stamped the leaf image from the Life is Beautiful stamp set multiple times on the tree in Pumpkin Pie Ink.  I cut the image out using the Celebration Labels Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Life is Beautiful stamp set in Pumpkin Pie Ink.  I adhered a piece of Bumblebee  2020-2022 In-Color 1/4″ Ribbon on the artwork using Glue Dots and adhered the sentiment over the top using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few of the Iridescent Pearls to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Goodness Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pumpkin Pie Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Life is Beautiful stamp set on the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pumpkin Pie mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Pumpkin Pie card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the tree from the Life is Beautiful stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the envelope front.  I stamped the leaf image from the Life is Beautiful stamp set in Pumpkin Pie Ink.  I adhered a panel of Plaid Tidings DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn Sneak Peek

Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers.  How is everyone’s weekend going?  I got some yard work done yesterday first thing in the morning.  By 11am I was done and exhausted.  This humidity we have here wears me out when I’m working in the yard.  I have to work today straight through until next Sunday.  I’m hoping next week I won’t have to work as much, we’ll see what happens.

For today I have a sneak peek for you of a new bundle coming in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.  Items I used will be available on August 4th, YAY!!!  There are some really awesome things in this new catalog.  Here’s my card for today.

I started by adhering a panel of Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Soft Suede mat using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the card front to a Soft Suede card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Bumblebee cardstock I stamped 8 oak leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn Photopolymer Stamp Set in Bumblebee Ink.  On a panel of Cherry Cobbler cardstock I stamped 8 maple leaves from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink.  On a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock I stamped 8 acorns from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink and stamped the tops of the acorns from the Beautiful Autumn in Soft Suede Ink.  I punched all the images out using the Autumn Punch Pack.  Using the largest circle and the 3rd largest circle from the Layering Circles Dies, I cut a panel of Soft Suede cardstock to make the wreath base.

I ran some Stampin’ Seal around the wreath base and adhered the leaves and acorns on it the way I liked them.  I had to add a few Glue Dots to hold some of the leaves in place.  I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  On a thin strip of Very Vanilla cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Soft Suede Ink and adhered it to the card front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots.  I tied a bow using the new 1/8″ Copper Grosgrain Ribbon, from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack, leaving the tails long.  I adhered the bow to the wreath using a Glue Dot and adhered 2 leaves to the tails of the bow using Glue Dots.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Soft Suede Ink in the center of a Very Vanilla panel.  I stamped the leaves and acorn images from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Bumblebee, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede Ink along the side of the panel.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Soft Suede card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the leaves and acorn images from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Bumblebee, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede Inks along the bottom of the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color 6 X 6 DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Hand-Drawn Blooms Birthday

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends.  Hope your weekend is starting out good.  I have the day off, but have to go in tomorrow.  We had a great time yesterday at Crystal Cave.  My nephews loved it, especially the older one.  He loves collecting rocks and looking at that kind of stuff.  After the cave tour we went on a little hike, it was a little sticky out but it was still early enough that it hadn’t gotten too hot yet.  There were 8 of us that went and it was such a fun day.  I love spending time with my older nephew, niece and her boys along with my daughter and husband.

For today I used another new stamp from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.  One of my customers/friend let me borrow it since I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase it yet.  It comes in a bundle, but I only used the stamp for today.  I don’t know about you, but I have the sets that I know I have to have immediately and then the ones that I’m not positive about.  Here’s my card for today.

My design is from Global Design Project #250.  Here is their sketch.

I started by adhering a panel of Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper to a Night of Navy mat using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the matted panel to a Bermuda Bay card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock I stamped the large floral and the stem images from the Stampin’ Up! Hand-Drawn Blooms Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink.   I immediately sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool.  I colored only a couple of the flowers in using my Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write Marker.  I adhered the artwork to a Night of Navy mat using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the matted artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I tied a small bow using the 1/4″ Coastal Cabana Ribbon from the Playing With Patterns Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it to the artwork using glue Dots.  On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Many Mates Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink.  I cut the strip into a banner using my Paper Snips and edged the strip using my Night of Navy Stampin’ Write Marker.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots.  I added a few Coastal Cabana Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment and one of the small flower images from the Hand-Drawn Blooms stamp set in Night of Navy Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I colored the flowers in using my Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Night of Navy mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Bermuda Bay card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the large floral image from the Hand-Drawn Blooms stamp set in Night of Navy Ink partially on both sides of the envelope front.  I colored only a couple of the flowers in using my Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write Marker.  I adhered a panel of the Artistry Blooms DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical Hello for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday.  How was everyone’s week?  Does anyone have plans for the weekend?  I had a nice surprise yesterday at work.  I was saying good bye and said that I’d see everyone Saturday, turns out I have off, YAY!!!  I do have to work Sunday though.  I’m on the road early this morning, we left the house at 7am to take my little nephews to Crystal Cave in Kutztown, PA.  I’m very excited about bringing them.  I’ve heard that it’s only around 56 degrees in the cave, so I’m dressing for outside but bringing a sweatshirt for inside.  I can’t wait to see all the crystals inside the cave.

For today I have an easy Fun Fold for you and my card was inspired by some flowers in my garden again. After everything that happen with my dog the other day, I woke up to these beauties.

Here is my card for today.

I started by scoring and folding a Night of Navy card base at 2 1/4″, 3 5/8″, 7 3/8″ & 8 3/4″.  Your card base will look like photo below.

I adhered 2 panels of the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper to Whisper White mats using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the matted DSP to the side panels of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the hibiscus image from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical Cling Stamp Set in Melon Mambo Ink twice and cut the images out using my In The Tropics Dies.  On a panel of Just Jade cardstock I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tropics stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink 6 times and cut the images out using my In The Tropics Dies.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthdays Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink on a panel of Melon Mambo cardstock.  I adhered the Melon Mambo cardstock to a Whisper White mat using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the die cut hibiscus using Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I adhered the die cut leaves under the hibiscus images using Glue Dots.  I adhered the card front to the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I added a few Night of Navy Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the back (inside) of the card I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Night of Navy Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the hibiscus image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Melon Mambo Ink on the 2 corners of the panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set around the hibiscus.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Melon Mambo mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the back of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered 2 panels of the Artistry Blooms DSP to Whisper White mats using Stampin’ Seal and then to the 2 side panels of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I added a couple Night of Navy Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment panel.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the Hibiscus image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Melon Mambo Ink on the front of the envelope.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink around the hibiscus.  I adhered a panel of Artistry Blooms DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Love of Leaves for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  How is everyone doing today?  I have a sneak peek for you today of a new bundle coming in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.  This catalog will got live for customers starting on August 4th.  If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. Here is the sketch we had to work from.

Here is my card with this sketch.

I started by stamping a Cajun Craze card front multiple times with the sentiment from the new Stampin’ Up! Love of Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink.  I cut three leaves from the panel using the new Stitched Leaves Dies.

I adhered a panel of the new Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper to the back of the Cajun Craze panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a strip of the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to the bottom of the card front panel using Stampin’ Seal.  I wrapped a piece of the 1/2″ Mint Macaron Basket Weave Ribbon from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack around the card front and tied a knot.

I adhered the card front to a Cajun Craze card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Metallic Pearls to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Orate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink in the center of a Very Vanilla panel.  I adhered a strip of the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to the side of the panel using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered 2 of the leaves that I cut from the card front panel to the inside using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Mint Macaron mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Cajun Craze card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Very Vanilla Medium Envelope.  I stamped the leaf images from the Love of Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Current Updates and What’s New at Stampin’ Up!

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends.  We are already halfway through the week.  How is everyone doing?  I’m working a lot of extra hours for the next 2 weeks.  The paychecks are nice, but I like my time.  Unfortunately I don’t have a card ready for you today.  Last night we spent part of the evening looking for my dog.  She goes outside with out being tied and stays in the yard.  My daughter was watering my gardens for me while I was cooking and I asked her where she was.  That started the search.  She was no where in the yard or house to be found.  I woke my son up from his little nap and grabbed my husband  and the 4 of us, along with the neighbors were out looking for her.  My son found her a block behind us.  I guess she wanted to go for a walk and we weren’t taking her because of the heat.  I worry about her since she is getting older now and the pavement is too hot for her little paw pads.  My son came walking down our street and she was walking like a perfect little puppy right next to him, until she saw me and she came running.  She’s safe at home and didn’t leave my room all night.  I promise to have a card for you tomorrow.  So onto what’s new and going on with Stampin’ Up!

Stampin’ Up! Online Store Changes Coming August 4!


Stampin’ Up! is updating the look and function of the online store!  Yay!!  The store will be updated beginning on August 4 with a new look and feel to help you better navigate it while you shop!

Some of the new features are:

  1. The store is designed to work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  2. New and improved store navigation provides an updated shopping experience.
  3. The site utilizes new, larger imagery to better showcase the products and allow up-close details to be seen.
  4. New sorting options and filters provide a more intuitive shopping experience, allowing you to more easily find what you are looking for. The store’s organization and terminology are also more intuitive too.
  5. The site will utilize inventory status information to show you what items will be retiring soon, have low inventory, or are backordered so you can make informed purchasing decisions.
  6. You can mark your favorite items for later reference, and you can create and share personalized wish lists!
  7. A new Quick Shop feature makes it easy to add items to your cart. And there will also be a simplified the checkout process.

A few things to know:

  1. Your account information and passwords will still work with the new site.
  2. While old bookmarks and links will forward you to the new store, your browser will see it as a “new” site. If you rely on your browser to remember their login information (registered email address and password), the first time that you log in, it will not associate the new site with that saved information.
  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link on the new online store’s sign-in page and follow the steps to reset your password. The password reset email will come from noreply@info.stampinup.com. Adding this email address to the contacts list in your email program and/or searching for your email program’s spam settings can help you ensure that you receive the email.
  4. Should you run into any problems, there is a link in the password reset window to a page with additional information.
  5. If you have trouble accessing your account, Stampin’ Up! can also help you reset your password.  Just call them at 1-800-STAMPUP and they’ll be happy to help!  Unfortunately, I’m not able to assist with password changes as it’s a security issue for you. But Stampin’ Up! can definitely help you!

Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine Coming in September!

Stampin’ Up! just announced that the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (Standard Size) will be available for Demonstrators to preorder beginning on August 4 and for customers beginning September 1!
Here are the details:

  • Demonstrator preorder (standard machine only): August 4, 2020
  • Customer launch (standard machine and replacement plates): September 1, 2020

The standard machine comes with all the plates you need to get started. The preorder will not include the replacement plates, but they will be available beginning with the customer launch on September 1.

Note that the Cutting Plates and Adhesive Sheets are already available to order. The optional Magnetic Cutting Plate and Impression Mats will not be available on the demonstrator preorder or by the customer launch; I’ll keep you updated on their availability.
