Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Easter

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends.  How has everyone’s weekend started off?  Yesterday was such a strange day weather wise here.  It was sunny, then it snowed, sunny again, then the hail came down strong, sunny again, then rain.  All this with heavy gusts of wind all day.  It did not feel like spring at all.  I was able to get one of our traditional Easter dishes made and my niece and nephew stopped by for some.  I handed it out the door to them, keeping a distance.  I can’t wait till this Social Distancing is over, but until then I do what I have to do.

I was all done with Easter cards, mailed all that I had out on Tuesday.  My son’s girlfriend asked me Thursday night if I could make her 3 Easter cards, of course I couldn’t say no.  Here’s one of the cards I made for her.

My colors were inspired by the Color Throwdown Challenge #588.  Here are their colors.

I also played along with Just Add Ink Challenge #500.

I joined in with Inspire. Create Challenge #066.  Here is their Theme.

I started by adhering a panel of the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper to a Daffodil Delight mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted panel to a Granny Apple Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink 3 times.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set on either side of the stems in Granny Apple Green Ink.  I stamped the largest tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set 3 times on the Whisper White panel.  I stamped the 1st tulip in Daffodil Delight Ink and sponged the edge using my Sponge Dauber with Melon Mambo Ink.  The 2nd tulip I stamped in Melon Mambo Ink, stamped it off once, then sponged the edge with my Sponge Dauber in Melon Mambo Ink.  The last tulip I stamped in Pumpkin Pie Ink and sponged the edge in Melon Mambo Ink using my Sponge Dauber.  I cut all the tulips out using my Tulip Builder Punch and cut the stem images out using my Stitched Nested Labels Dies.

I adhered the tulips to the stamped stem images using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut the sentiment out in Daffodil Delight cardstock using my Word Wishes Dies and adhered it on the artwork using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Melon Mambo Glitter Enamel Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Wish For Everything Cling Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink 3 times on the bottom of the panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set twice on the stems in Granny Apple Green Ink.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie Inks on the stems.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Daffodil Delight mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Granny Apple Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink 3 times on the bottom front of the envelope.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie Inks on the stem images.  I adhered a panel of Perennial Essence DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home for Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends.  How is everyone doing today?  Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we had a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects .
Here is the sketch we had to work from.

Here’s my card using this weeks sketch.

My colors were inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #336.  Here are their colors.

I also played along with Cardz 4 Guys Challenge #242.  Their theme is ‘ On, In of By The Sea’.

I started by adhering a panel of Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper to a Poppy Parade card base using Snail.  I stamped the bird image from the Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to the top of the panel.

I cut a panel of Peaceful Poppies DSP using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! High Tide Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the top of the panel.  On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the lighthouse image from the Sailing Home stamp set, which I colored with my Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers.  I cut the image out using the Smooth Sailing Dies.  I adhered the lighthouse image to the DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a piece of the Braided Burlap Trim to the back of the artwork using Glue Dots and then adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Frosted Epoxy Droplets, which I colored using my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker.

On the inside I stamped the lighthouse image from the Sailing Home stamp set, which I colored using my Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers, on the bottom of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the bird image from the Sailing Home stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink above the lighthouse.  I did not stamp a sentiment since I wasn’t sure what I wanted to use the card for yet.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Poppy Parade mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Poppy Parade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the lighthouse image from the Sailing Home stamp set, which I colored using my Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers, on the bottom front of the envelope.  I adhered a panel of the Peaceful Poppies DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. Stampin’ Up! Wild About You

Good Wednesday morning my fellow stampers.  How is everyone’s week going?  How are you all doing with your Social Distancing?  I don’t know about you, but this is getting tougher as the days go by.  I miss spending time with my niece, nephews and all my other family members and friends.  I know this is all for the best, but I’m ready to go back to normal.

For today’s card, I made a real challenging one for me.  I’m not a big fan of Orange or Yellow, but I was determined to make a card using these colors.  Here’s my card for today.

My colors are from the Fab Friday Color Challenge #186.  Here are their colors.

My design is from the CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge #366.  Here is their sketch.

I also played along with Paper Players Theme Challenge #485.  Here is their theme.

I started by stamping the giraffe image from the Stampin’ Up! Animal Outing Cling Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink on a panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored the image in using my Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I then cut the image out using the Animal Friends Dies.  On a panel of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Animal Outing stamp set in Soft Suede Ink and cut the sentiment out using the 2nd largest square from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I cut the scalloped square mat using the Layering Squares Dies out of a panel of Terracotta Tile cardstock.  I adhered the stitched square to the scalloped square using Snail and adhered the giraffe image to the square using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the giraffe pattern die from the Animal Friends Dies, I cut a Daffodil Delight panel twice.  I adhered the die cut panel to a Mango Melody mat, which I cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a piece of Terracotta Tile 1/2″ Scalloped Linen Ribbon across the middle of the panel using Snail.  I cut a panel of Whisper White cardstock using the Ornate Layers Dies and then embossed it using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered a panel of Pumpkin Pie Regals 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Thick Whisper White card base using Snail.  I adhered the Whisper White die cut panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the matted die cut panel on top of the Whisper White panel using Glue Dots and the artwork on top of the matted die cut panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Terracotta Tile 2019-2021 In-Color Faceted Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Big Thank You Photopolymer Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the giraffe image from the Animal Outing stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it in using my Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pumpkin Pie mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the giraffe image from the Animal Outing stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the bottom front of the envelope and colored it in using my Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of the Mango Melody Brights 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends.  How has everyone’s weekend been so far?  I had to work yesterday, which was supposed to be a partial day ended up being all day.  So much for people having to stay home.  It was just a crazy busy day.  I’m home today and hoping to finish up some of my spring cleaning.

Today’s card can be used for a lot of different occasions.  I left the sentiment pretty general so I can use it for whatever I need.  Here’s today’s card.

My design today is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #429.  Here is their sketch.

My colors are from Color Throwdown Challenge #587.  Here is their color pallet.

I started by adhering a panel of the Neutrals 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the front of a Thick Whisper White card base using Snail.  Using my Stitched Shapes Dies, I cut 3 circles, one in Mint Macaron, one in Rococo Rose and one in Smoky Slate.  I embossed the circles using my Scripty 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the circles to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue overlapping the DSP halfway.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the large floral image from the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms Cling Stamp Set in Smoky Slate Ink.  I colored the image in using my Mint Macaron and Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using the matching Cherry Blossoms Dies.  Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, I adhered the floral image to the card front on top of the circles.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Honey Bee Cling Stamp Set in Smoky Slate Ink to the left of the artwork.  I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Honey Bee stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink in the center of a  Whisper White panel.  I stamped the flower, leaves and flower bud images from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the panel.  I colored the images in using my Mint Macaron and Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Rococo Rose mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the flower, leaves and flower bud images from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front.  I colored the images in using my Mint Macaron and Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of the Neutrals 6 X 6 DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! By The Dock for Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. How is everyone doing today? Hope you are all staying heathly and safe. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects today. This week we had a Color Challenge, here are the colors we got to work with.

Here’s what I came up with for these colors.

My design is from Global Design Projects Sketch Challenge #234.  Here is their sketch.

I started by adhering a panel of Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper to a Soft Suede card base using Snail.

On a Whisper White cardstock panel I stamped the shoreline and bird images from the Stampin’ Up! By The Dock Cling Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink.  I cut the image out using the 2nd largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I stamped the boat and oars images from the By The Dock stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the Whisper White panel.  I colored the images in using my Dark Real Red and Light Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the frog image from the By The Dock stamp set in Old Olive Ink and colored it in using my Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out using the Dockside Dies.  From a small panel of Old Olive cardstock I cut the shoreline from the Dockside Dies out.  I cut the die cut in half using my Paper Snips.  I cut a banner using my Banner Triple Punch from a small panel of Real Red cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday’s Cling Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink on the bottom of the banner.  I embossed the banner using my Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder.

I adhered the banner to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the boat, oars and frog to the stitched circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots.  I adhered the artwork to the banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the shoreline die behind the artwork using Glue Dots.  I stamped a couple more of the birds from the By The Dock stamp set on the card front in Soft Suede Ink.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical Cling Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the boat image from the By The Dock stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it in using my Dark Real Red and Light Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the bird image from the By The Dock stamp set 3 times above the sentiment in Soft Suede Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Real Red mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Soft Suede card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the boat and frog images from the By The Dock stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the bottom of the envelope front.  I colored the images in using my Old Olive, Dark Real Red and Light Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the bird image from the By The Dock stamp set in Soft Suede Ink, 3 times in the center of the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of the Tropical Oasis DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Ornate Style Garden

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends and Happy April Fools Day!!  How is everyone doing today?  Today is the day we’ve been waiting for.  The Ornate Garden Suite is available starting today!! YAY!!

For today’s card I decided to show off some of the products from the suite.  Ok, my whole card is made with products from the suite.  Here’s today’s card.

My design is from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #362.  Here is their sketch.

I started by adhering a panel of the gorgeous Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper to a Mint Macaron mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted DSP to a Terracotta Tile card base using Snail.  I cut the edge of a small Terracotta Tile panel using the Ornate Borders Dies and then embossed it using the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder.

I adhered the embossed panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  On a small Whisper White panel I stamped the daisy image from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Style Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink.  I cut the image out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I colored the image in using my Mint Macaron and Light Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the artwork to the embossed panel using Stampn’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Mint Macaron cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink.  I cut the image out using my Stitched Rectangle Dies.  There isn’t a die long enough for the sentiment so I had to make my own.  I cut the sentiment out only going part way through using my die cutting machine.  I then moved the die over matching up the stitches and cut from the other side making sure to only go part way through again.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Gilded Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Ornate Thanks stamp set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the daisy from the Ornate Style stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it in using my Mint Macaron and Light Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the scroll image from the Ornate Style stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the  top corner of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Mint Macaron mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Terracotta Tile card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the bottom front of the envelope and colored it in using my Mint Macaron and Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the scroll from the Ornate Style stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the top corner of the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Scripty Happy Birthday To You

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends.  How has everyone’s week started off?  Are you all still working from home and keeping Social Distancing?  I have to work today, but I’m all by myself in the office so I feel pretty safe.  Can you believe it’s the last day of March already?  I feel like I lost a whole month.

I made a Wedding/Anniversary/Birthday card for you today.  I left the sentiment wide open so I can use it for anything I need.  Here’s today’s card.

I played along with Paper Craft Crew Challenge #375.  They had a Horizontal Sketch Challenge this week.  Here is their sketch.

I also joined in with The Paper Players Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge #484.  Here is their board.  I covered 3 different directions starting at the top left corner.

I started by embossing a Soft Seafoam card front using the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the card front to a Soft Seafoam card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper using the Stitched So Sweetly Die and adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Shimmery White cardstock I stamped the cake image from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Birthday To You Cling Stamp Set, which is a Sale-A-Bration item, in Smoky Slate Ink.  I colored the image in using my Petal Pink, Purple Posy, Light Smoky Slate and Soft Seafoam Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I fussy cut the image out using my Paper Snips.  I adhered the cake image to the die cut DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Shimmery White cardstock I stamped the cake image from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink making sure to get mainly the one flower.  I colored the flower in using my Petal Pink and Soft Seafoam Stampin’ Blends Markers and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips.  I adhered a piece of Petal Pink 1/4″ Metallic Edge Ribbon to the card front using Glue Dots.  I adhered the fussy cut flower over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms Cling Stamp Set in Smoky Slate Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the cake image from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set in Soft Seafoam Ink, stamping off once, over the sentiment.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Soft Seafoam mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Soft Seafoam card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the cake image from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front.  I colored the image in using my Petal Pink, Purple Posy and Soft Seafoam Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of the Parisian Blossoms Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Don’t forget, today’s the last day to order Coordination Products and to earn free Sale-A-Bration items.  If there is something you wanted, you need to get your order in now.   Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Positive Thoughts

Good Monday morning my fellow stampers.  How was everyone’s weekend?  Did you get a lot of things done that you’ve been putting off?

For today’s card I used a couple items from Sale-A-Bration that will be gone after tomorrow.  Here’s my card for today.

My design is from Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #335.  Here is their sketch.

I started by embossing a Smoky Slate card front using the Stone 3D Embossing Folder.  This folder comes as a bundle with the Power of Hope stamp set and is available as a Sale-A-Bration item with a qualifying order.  I adhered a panel of Night of Navy cardstock to the edge of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I colored a small panel of the Sale-A-Bration Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper using my Light Night of Navy, Old Olive and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut a flower out using the 2nd largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I adhered the artwork to the embossed card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, letting it over hang a little and trimmed off the edge using my Paper Snips.  Using the next size smaller circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies, I cut a panel of Whisper White cardstock and embossed it using the Layering Leaves 3D Embossing Folder.  I added some Silver Metallic Thread to the back of the stitched circle and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the butterfly image from the Stampin’ Up! Positive Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink on a panel of Whisper White cardstock and colored it in using my Light Daffodil Delight and Light Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the butterfly image out using the Nature Thoughts Dies, I also cut the tiny butterfly out from the Nature Thoughts Dies from a Silver Foil Sheet.  I adhered the butterfly to the embossed circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the top portion of the sentiment from the Positive Thoughts stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a strip of Whisper White cardstock.  I made the sentiment into a banner using my Paper Snips and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and a Glue Dot.  I adhered the silver foil butterfly below the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid  Glue.  I adhered the card front to a Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the bottom portion of the sentiment from the Positive Thoughts stamp set in Night of Navy Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the decorative image from the Positive Thoughts stamp set on the top and bottom of the panel in Night of Navy Ink.  I adhered 2 strips of the Flowering Foils Specialty DSP to either side of the panel using Snail.  I adhered 2 foil butterflies by the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Smoky Slate mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope .  I stamped the butterfly image from the Positive Thoughts stamp set across the bottom of the envelope front in Night of Navy Ink.  I adhered a panel of the Flowering Foils Specialty DSP to the envelope flap which I had colored using my Light Night of Navy, Old Olive and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Don’t forget, tomorrow is the last day to earn FREE Sale-A-Bration items.  If there is anything you wanted, don’t wait any longer because they will be gone tomorrow night. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Easter

Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers.  Hope you are having a great weekend.  It’s been raining here all weekend, so it kind of makes staying home easy.  I did have to work for a few hours yesterday and everyone that came to the store was very understanding and patient.

For today’s card I made you an Easter card using the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Bundle and some pretty pastel colors.  Here’s my card for today.

My sketch is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #428.  Here is their sketch.

I played along with Just Add Ink Theme Challenge #498.  Here is their challenge. My “E” is Easter.

I was inspired by “Just Us Girls” Photo Challenge #529.  Here is their photo. Nothing says spring more that a pasture of tulips.

I started by adhering a panel of the Pleased As Punch Designer Series Paper to a Mint Macaron card base using Snail.

I cut a panel of Whisper White cardstock using the largest circle from the Layering Circles Dies.  I stamped the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set 3 times in Mint Macaron Ink.  Using the largest scallop circle die from the Layering Circles Dies, I cut a panel of Mint Macaron cardstock.  I adhered the Whisper White circle to the scalloped circle using Snail.  I cut a small portion of the circle off to make a straight edge.  On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the largest tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set 3 times in So Saffron Ink which I edged in Petal Pink Ink using my Sponge Dauber.  I punched all 3 tulips out using my Tulip Builder Punch.  I adhered the 2 end tulips to the circle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the center tulip using Glue Dots.  I adhered the artwork to the edge of the DSP on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a small bow, which I made from the Mint Macaron 1/8″ Sheer Linen Ribbon, using a Glue Dot.

On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint macaron Ink.  I adhered the sentiment to a Mint Macaron mat using Snail and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Wish For Everything Cling Stamp Set in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on the bottom of the panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink a couple times on the stems.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in So Saffron Ink and edged it using my Sponge Dauber in Petal Pink Ink on the stems.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Petal Pink mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Mint Macaron card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the front of the envelope with the stem and leaf images from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink 3 times.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in So Saffron Ink edged with Petal Pink Ink, using my Sponge Dauber, 3 times on the stem images.  I adhered a panel of the Pleased As Punch DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  Just a reminder, the Pleased as Punch Designer Series Paper which is part of the Coordination Products, will only be available until March 31st.  If you are liking this DSP, don’t wait to order it.  I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend and are making the best of the social distancing and quarantined situations by doing some fun crafting.   Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress CAS

Good Saturday morning mu stamping friends.  How is your weekend going so far?  I have to work for a couple hours this morning.  We’re taking shifts so that no one is exposed for too long a time to the public.  They have set up what looks like an Ice Hockey penalty box for us and have marked the floor where customers have to stand to wait to be checked out.  Our owner/manager is doing everything to protect us and stay open at the same time.

I have a quick and easy CAS card for you today using the Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress Bundle.   Here’s today’s card.

My sketch is from Inspire.Create. Challenge #065.  Here is their sketch.

My colors were inspired by Color Throwdown Challenge #586.  Here are their colors.

I started by adhering a panel of the Best Dressed 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Gorgeous Grape card base using Snail.  I adhered a strip of the Best Dressed 6 X 6 DSP to a Gorgeous Grape mat using Snail and then to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a thin strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress Photopolymer Stamp Set in Gorgeous Grape Ink.  Using my Banner Triple Punch I made a banner out of the strip and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the lipstick image from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the image in using my Dark Lovely Lipstick, Dark Petal Pink and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I added some Clear Wink of Stella to give it a little shimmer.  I cut the image out using my All Dressed Up Dies and adhered the image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and a Glue Dot.  I added a few Gorgeous Grape Glitter Enamel Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Strong & Beautiful Cling Stamp Set in Gorgeous Grape Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the lipstick image from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it in using my Dark Lovely Lipstick, Dark Petal Pink and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the panel to the inside of the Gorgeous Grape card base using Snail.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the lipstick image from the Dressed To Impress stamp set on the bottom of the envelope front.  I colored the images in using my Dark Lovely Lipstick, Dark Petal Pink and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of the Best Dressed 6 X 6 DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my CAS card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!
