Stampin’ Up! A Touch Of Ink for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Are you ready for the weekend? I’ll be working both days this weekend. It’s the end of the month so I have to work in the office for a bit on Sunday.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. I used the Stampin’ Up! A Touch Of Ink Sale-A-Bration Photopolymer Stamp Set and Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper for my card. These 2 items will only be available for 2 more days. Sale-A-Bration ends on Sunday February 28, 2021. Here’s my card for today.

I played along with Festive Friday Challenge #0078. I have Flower, Glitter (the gems), it’s for Girls/Women, there’s a Fun Fold and Female Sentiment.

I started by adhering a Petal Pink panel to the front of my Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a Paper Blooms DSP card front to a Rococo Rose mat using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the outline butterfly image from A Touch Of Ink stamp set in Night of Navy Ink. I stamped over the outline with the fill image in Petal Pink Ink. I cut the image out using my Stitched Shapes Dies. I adhered it to a Night of Navy square mat, that I cut using my Layering Squares Dies, using Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from A Touch Of Ink stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock and cut it out using my Stitched Shapes Dies. I adhered it to a Night of Navy mat which I also cut using my Stitched Shapes Dies. I took a 2″ X 6″ strip of Night of Navy card stock and scored it at 2″ & 2 1/4″. I punched the longer end using my Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I adhered the sentiment to the shorter end, before the 1st score line of the Night of Navy strip, only putting adhesive on the left side of the sentiment. I folded on the 2 score lines and adhered the matted butterfly image on the edge of the 2nd score line using Tear & Tape Adhesive. Using my Classic Label Punch, I centered it from side to side on the card front and pushed the card front in as far as it would go and punched the label. I inserted the Night of Navy strip from the front to the back of the card front, inserting the scalloped end in first. I added Tear & Tape Adhesive just to the outside edge of the sentiment and adhered it to the card front about 1/2″ from the right side. I adhered the card front to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts Cling
Stamp Set
in the center of a Basic White panel in Night of Navy Ink. I stamped the outline butterfly image from A Touch Of Ink stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the butterfly fill image over the outlined image in Petal Pink Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the butterfly image from A Touch Of Ink stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Paper Blooms DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Sweet Berry Blessings

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend. It started snowing here on Sunday afternoon, continued through all day Monday leaving us with over 2 feet of snow on the ground. It snowed on and off all day yesterday and it’s still snowing this morning. I guess this is making up for us not getting any snow at all last year. My oldest and his girlfriend built an igloo in our backyard that they were sitting in last night and my backyard still has 2′ covering it.

It’s time for another Inspiration Challenge from The Card ConceptFor the next 2 weeks we have a Sweetheart Sweet challenge. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Berry Blessings Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Strawberry Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card. I was inspired by the delicious looking chocolate cupcakes with the sweet raspberries on top from the inspiration photo. I just love Early Espresso and Flirty Flamingo together.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concept and join use this week to play along with our challenge #148. How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by embossing an Early Espresso card front using the Old World Paper 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the card front to a Flirty Flamingo mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to an Early Espresso card base using Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Berry Blessings stamp set, on a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the outline leaf image and the outline stem image in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the fill leaf image and the fill stem image in Granny Apple Green Ink over the outline images. I stamped the outline raspberry image in Poppy Parade Ink and the raspberry fill image in Flirty Flamingo Ink, stamping off once over the outline image. I cut the image out using my Layering Squares Dies. I cut a scalloped square mat using the Layering Square Dies from a panel of Flirty Flamingo Ink. I adhered the artwork to the scalloped mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the sentiment out using my Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the card front under the artwork using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few white Resin Heart Embellishments to the card front.

Using the Berry Blessing stamp set on a Basic White panel, I stamped the outline leaf image and the outline stem images in Garden Green Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the leaf and stem fill images in Granny Apple Green Ink, stamping off once over the outline images. I stamped the outline raspberry image in Poppy Parade Ink stamping off once. I stamped the raspberry fill image in Flirty Flamingo Ink, stamping off twice, over the outline image. I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Early Espresso Ink over the berries in the center of the Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Flirty Flamingo mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Early Espresso card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf and raspberry image from the Berry Blessings stamp set on the front of the envelope the same as I did on the card front. I adhered a panel of the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Berry Blessings for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today and staying healthy. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a theme challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s awesome projects. Here is my card for today.

I used the Free Stampin’ Up! Berry Blessings Bundle from the Sale-A-Bration! Catalog. This bundle is free with a qualifying order of $100. You get the stamp set and a full pack of Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper. Our challenge this week was to use anything from the Sale-A-Bration! Catalog

I started by adhering a panel of the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper to a Pacific Point card base using Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of Pacific Point cardstock using the Ornate Borders Dies on both sides. I adhered a panel of Berry Delightful DSP to the center of the die cut panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I embossed a panel of Granny Apple Green cardstock using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Pacific Point mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the matted panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the outline leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Berry Blessings Photopolymer Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink. I stamped the leaf fill image in Granny Apple Green Ink over the outlined image. I stamped the blueberry outline image from the Berry Blessings stamp set in Pacific Point Ink on the leaf and the fill image in Pacific Point Ink, stamped off once, over the outline image. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Strawberry Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pacific Point Ink above the blueberries. I cut the panel out using the Stitched Shapes Dies. I cut a scalloped square from a panel of Pacific Point cardstock using the Layering Squares Dies. I adhered the artwork to the scalloped square using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals on the top half and Glue Dots on the bottom half.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Berry Blessings stamp set in Pacific Point in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the outlined leaf image from the Berry Blessings stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the leaf fill image over the outlined image in Granny Apple Green Ink. I stamped the outline blueberry image from the Berry Blessings stamp set in Pacific Point Ink and the blueberry fill image in Pacific Point Ink, stamping off once, over the outlined image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Granny Apple Green mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Pacific Point card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf and blueberry images from the Berry Blessings stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card front and inner liner. I adhered a panel of Berry Delightful DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Back On Your Feet for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a sketch challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s awesome projects. Here is my card for today.

I needed to make a card for a coworker that has suffered from a heart attach this past weekend. I immediately thought about the Stampin’ Up! Back On Your Feet Cling Stamp Set to go with our sketch. Here is our sketch for this weeks challenge.

I started by adhering a panel of Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper to a Pretty Peacock card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut another panel of Forever Greenery DSP using my Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the turtle image from the Back On Your Feet stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I colored the image in using my Just Jade, Mint Macaron, Pretty Peacock and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image using my Stitched Shapes Dies. I cut a scalloped square from a panel of Pretty Peacock cardstock using my Layering Squares Dies and adhered the artwork to it using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Back On Your Feet stamp set on a panel of Basic White cardstock in Pretty Peacock Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Hippo & Friends Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Matte Black Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Back On Your Feet stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the sloth image from the Back On Your Feet stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the side of the panel and colored it in using my Crumb Cake, Ivory, Shaded Spruce and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Mint Macaron mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Pretty Peacock card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Forever Greenery DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap. I stamped the turtle image from the Back On Your Feet stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it using my Just Jade, Mint Macaron, Pretty Peacock and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. Stampin’ Up! Sweet Strawberry Sneak Peek

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers. How has everyone’s week started off? I’m working again today, but I do have off tomorrow. Is anyone starting to make any plans for New Year’s Eve? We’ll be staying home.

I have another sneak peek for you today from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Sweet Strawberry Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card along with the Berry Delight Designer Series Paper that is bunded with another stamp set in the Sale-A-Bration catalog.

I started by embossing a Garden Green card front using the new Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered a panel of the Berry Delight DSP to a Blackberry Bliss mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted DSP to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I wrapped a piece of Blackberry Bliss 3/8″ Striped Ribbon around the panel and tied a bow.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink. I stamped the outline of the flowers from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink above and below the sentiment. I stamped the flower fill images in Blackberry Bliss Ink, stamped off twice, over the outline image. I stamped the outline leaf image from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Garden Green Ink by the flowers. I stamped the leaf fill image from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamped off once, over the outline image. I cut the stamped panel out using the Stitched Shapes Dies. I adhered it to a scallop square mat, which I cut from a panel of Blackberry Bliss cardstock using my Layering Squares Dies, using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the square to the card front over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Blackberry Bliss card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Pastel Pearls to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the outline flower images from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the panel corners. I stamped the fill images in Blackberry Bliss Ink, some stamped off once and some twice. I stamped the leaf outline image from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set around the flowers in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the leaf fill image in Garden Green Ink, stamping off once, over the outlined image. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Garden Green mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the flower and leaf images from the Sweet Strawberry stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of the Berry Delight DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today, I hope you liked my card. Items I used for my card today will be available January 5, 2021 from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. Happy Stamping!!

WHISPER WHITE CARDSTOCK PRODUCTS- AVAILABLE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST

Stampin’ Up! announced this information related to the Whisper White paper products late last evening:

Whisper White has been a Stampin’ Up! staple for so long. We love it and we know you love it, too. We are sad to announce that the supplier’s mill producing our Whisper White cardstock has permanently closed due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, we weren’t given much notice on this closure. This means that the technology unique to this particular supplier is now unavailable to us and we can no longer offer our Whisper White cardstock and related products, such as Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes. Please note that this won’t affect any of our other cardstocks, this only affects Whisper White.

We know Whisper White has a huge fan base; we’re big fans, too! And we are crushed that it’s going away. Even though this decision was out of our hands, rest assured that we jumped right into action to find the best replacement paper possible. We have dedicated many hours to source and test alternative cardstock options from several suppliers to find the perfect fit that still maintains the Stampin’ Up! quality you know and trust. We are happy to share that we have found a winner for our new cardstock, Basic White!

The quality of our new Basic White was thoroughly tested by our quality assurance and product teams. It also tested very well with demonstrators and concept artists who gave it a huge thumbs up. We believe in the quality of the new Basic White cardstock and we know it will become your new crafting staple!

What does this mean for you?

With Whisper White going out of production, this means a number of Whisper White products will be affected. Below is a list of all products that will be replaced with our new Basic White cardstock. These items are now available while supplies last with an order limit of 2 per item per order.

  • Whisper White 12″ x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) Cardstock (124302)
  • Assorted Memories & More Cards & Envelopes (149710)
  • Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes (131527)
  • Whisper White 3″ x 3″ (7.6 x 7.6 cm) Envelopes (145829)
  • Whisper White 8-1/2″ x 11″ Cardstock (100730)
  • Whisper White 8-1/2″ x 11″ Thick Cardstock (140272)
  • Whisper White Medium Envelopes (107301)

Our new Basic White products will become available to purchase as soon as we have them in stock. This means that some Whisper White and Basic White products may be available at the same time. Additionally, due to the nature of sourcing, some Basic White products may not be available before the Whisper White products sell out. Please know that we are working on getting these products available to you as fast as possible.

Stampin’ Up! Warm Hugs for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. Hope you are all doing well today.  If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Theme challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects .
Here is our Theme for this week.

Here is my card using this Theme.

My design is from Try Stamping on Tuesday Challenge #477. Here is their sketch.

I also played along with “Just Us Girls” Word Week Challenge #556. Here is their word.

I started by adhering a panel of Plaid Tidings 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Shaded Spruce card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I embossed a panel of Shaded Spruce card stock using the Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folder and adhering it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of Cherry Cobbler cardstock using the largest square from the Layering Squares Dies. I cut a panel of Plaid Tidings DSP into a banner using my Paper Snips and adhered it to the Cherry Cobbler square using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted banner to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the outline mug image from the Stampin’ Up! Warm Hugs Photopolymer Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink. I stamped the mug fill image in Shaded Spruce Ink, stamped off once. I colored the inside of the mug in using my Crumb Cake Stampn’ Blends Markers. I stamped the decorative round border image from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I cut the images out using my Warm Wrapped Dies. I cut the other small panel of Whisper White cardstock using the 4th largest square from the Layering Square Dies and stamped the steam image from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink. I adhered the die cut mug below the steam using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and the sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the artwork to the banner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Shaded Spruce Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiments from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the outline mug image from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the fill image in Shaded Spruce Ink, stamped off once, inside the outline. I stamped the steam image from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink above the mugs. I colored the inside of the mugs in using my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Shaded Spruce card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the mug image from the Warm Hugs stamp set along the bottom of the envelope front the same as I did for the card.

I adhered a panel of Plaid Tidings DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. Stampin’ Up! Country Home Harvest Blessings

Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers.  How is everyone’s weekend going?  I have our team meeting today, which will be virtual.  At least I’ll get to see all my team members.

I made a fall/Thanksgiving card for today.  I’m really starting to love the fall colors.  Here’s my card for today.

My colors were inspired by Sunday Stamps Autumn Awakenings Challenge #239.  Here are their colors.

I started by embossing a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut 2 panels of Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper using the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I adhered them to 2 Cajun Craze scalloped squares, I cut using the Layering Squares Die, using Stampn’ Seal.  I adhered them to the card front, overlapping in the center, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and trimmed off the pieces that were overhanging using my Paper Snips.  I adhered the card front to a Thick Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Country Home Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink on a strip of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I adhered a thin strip of Cajun Craze cardstock to the back of the sentiment using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered a piece of Mint macaron Basket Weave ribbon, from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack, to the card front using Glue Dots.  I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Gilded Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Country Home stamp set in the center of a Very Vanilla panel using Cajun Craze Ink.  I adhered a strip of the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to t he bottom of the panel using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I adhered the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP to the envelope front and on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn Hello for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  How is everyone doing today?  We have a couple new hoppers with our group. Welcome Julie Johnson and Nicole Bloxom, so excited that you joined us.  If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have sketch challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects .
Here is the fun sketch we had to work from.

Here is my card using this sketch.

I played along with the Paper Players Tic Tac Toe Challenge #506.  I went across the top. Here is their board.

I also joined in with Cardz 4 Galz Challenge #129. Their theme is ‘Just Saying Hello’.

I started by cutting 5 each of the smallest square from the Layering Squares Dies in Cajun Craze Cardstock, Crumb Cake Cardstock and Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I embossed the Cajun Craze squares using the Meadow Moments Embossing Folder and I embossed the Crumb Cake squares using the Wrapped In Texture Embossing Folder.

I arranged the squares on a panel of Copper Brushed Metallic Paper and adhered them using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  On a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock I stamped 3 of the outline maple leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink and the fill image of the maple leaf in Cajun Craze Ink, stamped off once, over the outline image.  I stamped 2 of the outline oak leaf image from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Bumblebee Ink and the fill image of the oak leaf in Bumblebee Ink, stamped off once, over the outlined image.  I stamped 3 of the acorn outline image from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Early Espresso Ink.  I stamped the fill images of the acorn in Early Espresso Ink, stamped off once, for the top and Crumb Cake Ink, stamped off once, for the bottom.  I stamped 2 of the pinecone outline image from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Early Espresso Ink, stamped off once, and the fill image from the pinecone image in Early Espresso Ink, stamped off twice, over the outlined image.  Using the Autumn Punch Pack I punched out the acorns, maple leaves and oak leaves, I fussy cut the pinecones using my Paper Snips.

I adhered the acorns, leaves and pinecones on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals in each cardstock square.  I wrapped a piece of Mint Macaron Basket Weave Ribbon from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack, around the metallic card front adhering it in the back using Stampin’ Seal.  I wrapped a piece of the Metallic ribbon from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack around the basket weave ribbon and tied a bow.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! To A Wild Rose Photopolymer Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I cut the sentiment out using my Tasteful Labels Dies.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to a Very Vanilla card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment and card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Very Vanilla panel.  I stamped the acorn, leaves and pinecone images from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set around the sentiment the same as I did for the card front.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the acorn, leaves and pinecone images from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set on the bottom front of the envelope the same as I did for the card front.  I adhered a panel of the Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. Stampin’ Up! Framed Flowers for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday!!  How was everyone’s week?  The weekend is upon us, do you have any plans?  I had a wonderful day at the beach yesterday.  It looked a little iffy when we first got there with the fog and clouds, but it turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous day.  The sun was shining and the water was perfect.  By the afternoon we couldn’t even sit at our blanket the sun got so hot, so we went in the ocean for over an hour.  The waves were awesome, I’m guessing because of the storm we are supposed to get today.  I only came home with a little sunburn (ok, maybe a lot) and blistered feet because of the sand being so darn hot.  The beach is my happy place and now today it’s back to reality.

I have a corner flip fold card for you today.  Here’s my card.

I played along with The Paper Players Challenge #498.  Here is their Theme.

I started by adhering a panel of Flowers For Every Season 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Misty Moonlight card base using Stampin’ Seal.  I then cut my card front using my Paper Trimmer.  I placed the card front bottom edge down, at the 3″ mark on my trimmer and cut from the 2 1/2″ mark up to the 4 7/8″ mark.  I turned my card base a 1/4 turn (so the outside edge was down) and place it at the 3″ mark again on my trimmer.  I cut from the 3″ mark down to the 5/8″ mark.  I pushed the cut piece through from the bottom and flipped it around so the inside was now on the outside.

I stamped the frame image from the Stampin’ Up! Framed For You Cling Stamp Set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on a Cinnamon Cider panel.  I cut the frame out using the largest and 5th from largest squares from my Layering Squares Dies.  I adhered a small panel of Flowers For Every Season  DSP to the flipped corner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the frame over the DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added Antique Corners from the Antique Corners & Slides Elements to the 4 corners of the frame using Glue Dots.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Celebrate Sunflowers Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink.  I cut the sentiment out using my Hippo & Friends Dies.  I adhered a piece of Cinnamon Cider 2020-2022 In-Color 1/4″ Ribbon to the bottom of the card front using a Glue Dot.  I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color Enamel Dots to the sentiment  and the inner liner which shows through to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the leaf images from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Just Jade Ink around the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the leaf images from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Just Jade Ink along the bottom front of the envelope.  I adhered a panel of the Flowers For Every Season DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Anniversary Rose for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday and a holiday weekend.  Hopefully most of you have today off for a nice long weekend and have some fun plans ahead.  I don’t normally work on Friday’s, so I’m off today and tomorrow.  This is one of the few holidays that our store is closed, and it’s been like this for 60+ years YAY!!

So, did you ever have one of those days you had all planned out and nothing went as planned.  That was yesterday for me.  I made a To Do List as soon as I got up at 5am (yes I’m an early bird).  I knew everything I had to get done and I knew I had plenty of time to get it all done.  Then vertigo hit followed by a panic attack.  I’ve never had an episode before so I didn’t know what was happening.  Long story short, I only got 1 thing done on my list and was not happy. Guess today’s another day to try.

For today’s fun fold I tried another one I’ve never done before.  I can’t remember what it’s called, so I’m calling it a flip card.  Here’s my card for today.

My colors, once again, were inspired by some roses I have.  I ordered plants a couple years ago and they sent me a free St. Patrick’s Day rose bush.  It looked dead when I got it, but I planted it anyway.  I had no clue what color, I thought it would be orange or green.  Here’s what I got.

This was the 1st rose of the season.

I went out yesterday to these 2 beauties.

I was amazed how the same plant could have 2 different color roses on it, 1st to the 2nd 2.

I started by cutting out the front of a Pear Pizzazz card base using the 2nd largest square from the Layering Squares Dies and set the square to the side.  I randomly stamped the outline leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! To A Wild Rose Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pear Pizzazz Ink around on the card front.

I stamped the rose image from To a Wild Rose stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on a panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored the image in using my Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using my Wild Rose Dies.  I cut the 3rd largest square from the Layering Squares Dies out of the panel of Whisper White cardstock and stamped it multiple times with the outline leaf image from the To a Wild Rose stamp set.  I colored the leaves in using my Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the 3rd largest scallop square out of a panel of Gray Granite cardstock using my Layering Squares Dies.

On the panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Many Mates Cling Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink and cut the sentiment out using my Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I adhered the sentiment to the bottom of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the Gray Granite scallop square to the Pear Pizzazz square I cut out from the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the stamped Whisper White panel on top of the Gray Granite square using Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the die cut rose to the Whisper White  square using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a couple Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front and 1 to the rose.

For the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern Cling Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink on a Thick Whisper White panel.  I used Thick Whisper White because I knew this was the part that would be opened and closed and get a lot of wear.  I stamped the outlined leaf image from the To a Wild Rose stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink, some full strength and some stamped off.  I stamped the rose image from the To a Wild Rose stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink, stamping off once, over the sentiment.  I adhered a Gray Granite panel to the inside of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I scored the Thick Whisper White panel at 2″ & 4″ and adhered it to the top left of the Gray Granite panel using Tear & Tape just on the right 2″ X 4 1/4″ part.  I accordion folded the Whisper White panel and closed the card front on top of it.  I adhered the artwork to the Whisper White panel through the square on the card front, fitting it back in where it came out of.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the outlined rose image from the To a Wild Rose stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on the envelope front.  I stamped the outlined leaf image from the To a Wild Rose stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink around the rose and on the envelope flap, some full strength and some stamped off.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. I hope you all have a very safe and fun 4th of July.  Happy Stamping!!
