Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Fun Fold Friday Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Are you ready for the long Memorial Day weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. We’re planning a small picnic for Monday afternoon.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Charming Sentiment Photopolymer Stamp Set, the Vellum Layering Designs and Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I cut a panel of Design A Daydream DSP using the largest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the panel to a Petal Pink mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Vellum Layering Designs card front using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the 2 stem images from the Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Photopolymer Stamp Set in Mint Macaron Ink. I stamped 3 of the flower images from Sending Smiles stamp set in Fresh Freesia and Petal Pink Inks and the flower centers in Daffodil Delight Ink. I cut the stem and flower images using my Sending Dies. I cut the detailed sentiment from the Sending Dies from a panel of Design A Daydream DSP. I cut the bubble die from a panel of Mint Macaron cardstock. I adhered the detailed sentiment to the bubble sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the 2 stems to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the flowers on top of the stems using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the sentiment across the bottom of the stems using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Sending Smiles stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Sending Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the card front.

Fo the inside, I scored a panel of Mint Macaron cardstock at 2 1/8″, 4 1/4′ & 6 3/8″. I centered the 4th largest Deckled Rectangle Die on the panel and cut it out. The center score line is a mountain fold, and the 2 side score lines are valley folds. I adhered 2 panels of Design A Daydream DSP to either side of the Mint Macaron panel. On the Basic White Thick card base, I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink in the center of the panel. I stamped the 2 stem images from the Sending Smiles stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on the bottom of the panel below the sentiment. I stamped the flower images from the Sending Smiles stamp set on the stems in Fresh Freesia and Petal Pink Inks and the flower centers in Daffodil Delight Ink. I then scored and folded the Basic White Thick card base. I adhered the Mint Macaron panel to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base using Stampin’ Seal +. I added a couple Brushed Brass Butterflies to the inside of the card.

Here is a photo of how the card will look from the top.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower and stem image from the Sending Smiles stamp set in Mint Macaron, Petal Pink and Fresh Freesia Inks. I adhered a panel of Design A Daydream DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. I hope you will CASE this card and please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under my post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

Stampin’ Up! Bouquet of Thanks for Fun Fold Friday with Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How are you all doing today? Are you ready for the weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. It’s supposed to be a hot one here, last I heard was the upper 90’s.

Bouquet of Thanks Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Charming Sentiments Photopolymer Stamp Set and the 2022-2024 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my easel card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the 2022-2024 In-Color DSP to a Sweet Sorbet mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I scored & folded the Crumb Cake card base as listed below. I adhered the smaller panel of Sweet Sorbet cardstock to the top section of the card base front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the bottom section of the card base front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the floral image from the Bouquet of Thanks stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock. I stamped the sentiment banner from the floral image on a panel of Shimmery White cardstock in Soft Suede Ink. I fussy cut the banner using my Paper Snips. I adhered the fussy cut banner to the stamped panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the artwork to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Shimmer White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Soft Suede Ink. I adhered the sentiment to a Sweet Sorbet mat using Stampin’ Seal.

On the inside I stamped the top of the floral image from the Bouquet of Thanks stamp set in Soft Suede Ink, stamping off twice on scrap paper, on the side of the Shimmery White panel. I adhered the Shimmery White panel to a Sweet Sorbet mat and then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base. I figured out where I wanted to put the small sentiment and adhered it using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowers from the Bouquet of Thanks stamp set on the envelope front in Soft Suede Ink. I adhered a panel of the 2022-2024 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

He’s All That Fun Fold Box Gift Card Holder Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. It’s Friday the 13th, do I have any superstitious stampers out there? How are you all doing today? Are you ready for the weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. I’ll be working both days this weekend.

He’s All That Cling Stamp Set along with the He’s The Man Designer Series Paper for my card today.

This is the template for the card base. After trying to type how to put the card together, I realized that it is much easier to watch my video where I explain step by step.

Once I scored, folded and adhered the box together, I adhered 2 panels of He’s The Man DSP to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the 2 thinner panels of He’s The Man DSP to the inside of the box using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I wrapped the belly band around the card base and adhered it together using Tear & Tape. I adhered a panel of He’s The Man DSP to the front of the panel where it is adhered together.

The pack of He’s The Man DSP comes with 2 sheets of die-cut pieces. I adhered one of the pieces to an Early Espresso mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the belly band using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rustic Metallic Dots to the die-cut panel

On the inside, I stamped the sentiments from the He’s All That stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered a Cajun Craze mat inside the box using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I recommend not adhering the Basic White panel inside the card until after you sign it since you would be signing inside a box.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small corner image from He’s All That stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the top corners of the envelope front. I adhered a strip of He’s The Man DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Nature’s Prints Fun Fold Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. 14 years ago today we brought home my little fur baby Jasmine. She was so small, loved to be held and would curl up in my lap. She’s much bigger now and can’t do that, but she still loves to lay her head on my lap. She has brought us so much joy over the past 14 years, I can’t imagine not having her around. She has been the most loyal companion I’ve ever had, sticking by my side if I’m inside making cards, blogging or outside gardening. She was my Mother’s Day gift 14 years ago. Happy Gotch Day Jasmine.

Are you ready for the weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. I’ll be working Sunday this weekend. Yes, I have to work on Mother’s Day. I make up the schedule for all the cashiers a month in advance. For some reason I thought next Sunday was Mother’s Day. It’s ok though, I’m working with a friend of mine and we always have a lot of fun together.

Sun Prints Suite Collection for my card today.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints Cling Stamp Set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Night of Navy cardstock. I immediately sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder from the Basic Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using the Natural Prints Dies. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the wheat grass image from the Nature’s Prints stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink. I cut the images out using my Natural Prints Dies. Using my Natural Prints Dies, I cut 4 of the larger sprigs from a panel of Sahara Sand cardstock and 2 of the small sprigs from a panel of Pacific Point cardstock.

Here is my template of how to score and fold the card base. I suggest not using Basic White Thick cardstock like I did. It’s harder to fold on the score lines properly. When I tried this on regular cardstock, all my score lines folded perfectly. I scored and folded my Basic White Thick cardstock as listed in the above photo.

For the front Sun Prints DSP panel, I measured down from the top right 1 7/8″. I cut from the 1 7/8″ mark to the top left corner using my Paper Trimmer. I adhered the panels to the front of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. For the back Sun Prints DSP panel, I measured up from the bottom left 1 7/8″. I cut from the 1 7/8″ mark to the bottom right corner using my Paper Trimmer. I adhered the panels to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. For the center Basic White panel, I measured down from the top left 1 7/8″ and made a small mark. I measured up from the bottom right 1 7/8″ and made a little mark. I stamped the sentiment from the Nature’s Prints stamp set below where I would be cutting the panel in Pacific Point Ink. I stamped the floral images from the Nature’s Prints stamp set in Pacific Point Ink, stamping off twice on scrap paper, on the top and bottom of the panel. I stamped the wheat grass image from the Nature’s Print stamp set in Saraha Sand Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the side and bottom of the panel. I cut from the pencil marks on the Basic White panel to the opposite corners using my Paper Trimmer. I adhered the 3 pieces of Basic White cardstock to the inside of the Basic Whtie Thick card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

For the belly band, I embossed the strip of Basic White cardstock using the Fern 3E Embossing Folder. To do this, I put the strip in the folder on an angle and ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I loosely wrapped the belly band around the card base and adhered it using Tear & Tape. I arranged the die cut pieces the way I wanted them and adhered them together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the sentiment over the top of the small collage using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the collage to the belly band, over the seam where I adhered it together, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment panel.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Nature’s Prints stamp set in Pacific Point Ink, stamping off twice on scrap paper, on the envelope front. I stamped the wheat grass image from the Nature’s Prints stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, next to the floral image. I adhered a panel of the Sun Prints DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. The items used for today’s card will be available May 3rd. I hope you will CASE this card and please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under my post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

Stampin’ Up! Wisteria Wishes Fun Fold Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How are you all doing today? Are you ready for the weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. I’ll be working both days this weekend in the office at Ace. It’s the end of the month, so I have to close out the books on Saturday and Sunday I have to print and send my monthly bills.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Wisteria Wishes Photopolymer Stamp Set (available May 3rd) along with the 2022-2024 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper (available May 3rd) for my Double Z-Fold card today.

I started by stamping the branch image from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a Basic White card front. I stamped the wisteria image from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set in Orchid Oasis Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the branch. I stamped the detail wisteria image in Orchid Oasis Ink over the image. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the branch image again in Soft Succulent Ink and the wisteria image the same as I did of the card front on the Basic White panel. I cut the images out using my Wisteria Dies.

I adhered the branch to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the die cut wisteria to the branch using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut the detailed branch from the Wisteria Dies from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock. I cut the larger wisteria die from the Wisteria Dies from a panel of Basic White cardstock that I colored using my Blending Brush and Orchid Oasis Ink. I cut the detailed wisteria die from the Wisteria Dies from a panel of Orchid Oasis cardstock. I adhered the branch to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the wisteria dies together using Glue Dots and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2022-2024 In-Color Matte Decorative
Dots
to the card front.

I adhered the 3 panel of 2022-2024 In-Color DSP to Basic White mats using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the small Z-Fold panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set in Orchid Oasis Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the small Z-Fold panel to the larger card base using Tear & Tape. I adhered the card front to the front of the Soft Succulent card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the stem image from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I stamped the wisteria image from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set first in Petal Pink Ink, then using my Sponge Dauber I added Sweet Sorbet Ink to the bottom of the flowers and stamped them on the Basic White panel. I cut the images out using my Wisteria Dies. I adhered the flower image to the stems using Glue Dots and then to the back card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added my last Bumblebee Trinket by the flowers using a Glue Dot.

Here is the view from the top.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the stem image from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the flower image from the Wisteria Wishes stamp set, colored the same as for the card, on the stems. I adhered a panel of the 2022-2024 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. The items used for today’s card will be available May 3rd. Stampin’ Up! Wild & Sweet Koala Fun Fold for 2022-2023 Annual Catalog Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our 2022-2023 Annual Catalog Blog Hop. If you are hoping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by. If you are starting with me, I hope you will hop through to see everyone’s projects and hopefully we will inspire you. We all used different sets from the upcoming catalog that goes live in just 7 days, next Tuesday YAY!!! Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Wild & Sweet Cling Stamp Set along with the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper for my fun fold card. This set doesn’t come with sentiments, so I paired it up with the Stampin’ Up! Shaded Summer Cling Stamp Set.

I started by scoring and folding the panel of Basic Gray cardstock as stated below for my Z-Fold card. I adhered a panel of Heart & Home DSP to a Smoky Slate mat and then to the card front using multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the koala image from the Wild & Sweet stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image using my Crumb Cake, Smoky Slate and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using the 3rd largest Scalloped Contours Dies. I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals only on the left side of the artwork.

On a small panel of Basic Gray cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the sentiment to the left side of the artwork using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Classic Matte Dots to the card front.

On the inside I adhered a panel of Heart & Home DSP to the right side of a Smoky Slate mat using Stampin’ Seal. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to the left side of the Smoky Slate mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Basic Gray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium envelope. I adhered a strip of the Heart & Home DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Happiness Abounds for Fun Fold Friday with Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and Happy Earth Day! I feel the need to plant a tree today. I’d love to plant another one in my backyard, but it must be a flowering one. Welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How are you all doing today? Are you ready for the weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. I’ll be working all day tomorrow and I’m pretty sure all-day Sunday too.

Happiness Abounds Photopolymer Stamp Set (available May 3rd) along with the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper for my card today.

On a piece of Vellum Paper, I stamped the rose and leaf images from the Happiness Abounds stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my Silver Embossing Powder and set it with my Heat Tool. I flipped the Vellum Paper over to the non-embossed side and colored the images using my Parakeet Party and Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends Markers (available May 3rd).

I folded my card base on the scored line. I adhered the smaller Basic Gray panel to the back of the top flap using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the panel of Blushing Bride cardstock to the front or the gray panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Vellum panel to the Blushing Bride panel only where the sentiment will be adhered using Stampin’ Seal and a couple Glue Dots on the top under the ribbon.

On the strip of Basic Gray cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Happiness Abounds stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the sentiment to the Vellum panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I wrapped a piece of Sweet Sorbet 1/8″ Metallic Ribbon (available May 3rd) around the top card flap and tied a bow. I added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

I adhered a panel of Heart & Home DSP to the inside of the Basic Gray card base. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Happiness Abounds stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. I stamped the rose images from the Happiness Abounds stamp set in Blushing Bride Ink. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to the inside of the card base under the outer flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the rose images from the Happiness Abounds stamp set in tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the images in using my Parakeet Party and Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Heart & Home DSP on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Some of the items used for today’s card will be available May 3rd. I hope you will CASE this card and please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under my post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips Fun Fold with Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and it really is Good Friday. Welcome to my fun fold Friday. How are you all doing today? Are you ready for the weekend? I’m off this weekend, both places are closed on Easter Sunday, and I took off Saturday to prep for my Easter Sunday brunch. I’ll be in my kitchen most of the day today making Easter Egg bread. It’s been a tradition for years in my family, my mom used to make it then I took over. I’m hoping with any luck my daughter will someday take over from me. It’s an all-day thing, mixing, rising, mixing more ingredients in, rising, shaping, rising and finally baking. I believe it takes 5 hours of rising total. In the end it is well worth it. I have an antique cookbook that the recipe is from that I’ve had to modify a little.

Flowering Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper and the Stampin’ Up! Celebrating You Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

I played along with Creative Creases Challenge Anything Goes with a Fun Fold.

I also played along with Cardz 4 Galz Challenge #170 Fun Folds.

Here is the template I promised from my video.

I started by scoring a panel of Rich Razzleberry cardstock in half both directions as in the photo above. I cut the top right quarter of the panel off and cut the top right and bottom left quarters on a diagonal.

I cut a panel of Flowering Fields DSP on a diagonal and adhered it to the card base. Be careful if you have a directional pattern, you want to cut it the correct way.

On a panel of Basic Whtie cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Celebrating You stamp set in Rich Razzleberry Ink. I stamped the medium tulip image from the Flowering Tulips stamp set in Fresh Freesia Ink and the stem & leaves in Soft Succulent Ink. I cut the sentiment and image our using the Stylish Shapes Dies (available May 3). I adhered the tulip to the top fold down panel of the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the sentiment to the square die cut using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the Fresh Freesia 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon and adhered it to the stem using a Glue Dot. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Tulips stamp set in Rich Razzleberry Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of the Flowering Fields DSP to the side of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Fresh Freesia mat and then to the inside of the Rich Razzleberry card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the medium tulip image from the Flowering Tulips stamp set in Fresh Freesia Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the stem and leaves in Soft Succulent Ink. I adhered a panel of the Flowering Fields DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. I hope you will CASE this card and please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under my post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Cup Of Tea Sneak Peek Video Tutorial for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my fun fold Friday. How are you all doing today? Are you ready for the weekend? I’ll be working just Saturday this weekend, they gave me off Sunday, YAY!!! My catalogs should be here today, YAY!! I will get them packed up and shipped out just as soon as I can. Luckily my post office is open until 7pm, so I should be able to get them out today. If you are a customer of mine, be watching your mail in the next week.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday using all new products from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Cup of Tea Bundle along with the Tea Boutique 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today. All the items used are in the new 2022-2023 Annual Catalog and will be available on May 3, 2022.

I started by scoring and folding a panel of Orchis Oasis cardstock as listed below. I adhered 2 panels of the teapot design from the Tea Boutique DSP to Parakeet Party mats and then to the Orchid Oasis card front.

Using my Teacup Dies, I cut the solid teacup from a panel of Orchid Oasis cardstock. I cut the details teacup from a panel of Parakeet Party cardstock. I stamped the teabag tag image from the Stampin’ Up! Cup Of Tea Photopolymer Stamp Set on a panel of Basic White cardstock in Parakeet Party Ink and the sentiment in Orchis Oasis Ink. I cut the tag out using my Teacup Dies. I adhered a small piece of the Orchid Oasis 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon to the back of the teacup and to the tag using a Glue Dot. You can’t see it until the last picture, but I stamped the teabag tag twice and adhered them together so it would have a back and front. I added a 2021-2023 In-Color Jewel to the teabag tag.

I adhered 2 smaller panels of Tea Boutique DSP to the sides of a Parakeet Party card base. I adhered the folded card base to the Parakeet Party card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I adhered 2 panels of the Tea Boutique DSP to Parakeet Party mats and then to the inside side panels of the card base. I stamped the sentiment from the Cup of Tea stamp set in Orchid Oasis Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the teacup image from the Cup of Tea stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it using my Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Parakeet Party mat and then to the inside of the Orchis Oasis card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the teacup image from the Cup of Tea stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the teabag tag in Parakeet Party Ink and the sentiment on the tag in Orchid Oasis Ink. I colored the teacup in using my Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Tea Boutique DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug Bumblebee, Fun Fold with Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends HAPPY APRIL!!! Welcome to my fun fold Friday. I can’t believe that it’s April, WOW!!! My Bradford Pear Tree has buds on it and so does my Dogwood Tree. My Hydrangeas are starting to sprout green and Tulips are popping up everywhere. Looks like spring is in the air, now if the temperatures would just cooperate. Does anyone have plans for the weekend? I’ll be signed in on my OnTour watching new products get used and learning some new things. I got my preorder placed this morning before I had to leave for work, so once it come in I’ll do an unveiling video. My credit card has gone in hiding for a bit, I guess it was a little bit of a shock all at once for it.

Hello Ladybug Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by scoring and folding a Bumblebee card base at 2 1/8″ & 4 1/4″ to make a Z-Fold card. I adhered 2 panels of Pansy Petals DSP to 2 Basic Black mats. I adhered 1 of the layered panels on the front of the card base.

I cut 2 of the flower images from a panel of Pansy Petals DSP and 6 of the leaf images from another panel of Pansy Petals DSP using my Pansy Dies. I adhered the leaves to the back of the die cut flower using Glue Dots. I adhered 2 of the 1 7/8″ Basic Black squares to the card front as diamonds lining up the corners with the edge of the matted DSP. I adhered the die cut pansies to the diamonds using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a strip of Basic White cardstock. I cut the strip using my Banner Pick A Punch and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered 2 of the Adhesive-Backed Hexagons to the sentiment and 2 to the flower centers.

I cut a small panel of Basic Black cardstock using the Ladybug Builder Punch. I adhered 3 strips of Bumblebee cardstock evenly on the punched ladybug giving it stripes for the bumblebee. I punched a piece of Vellum paper using the Ladybug Builder Punch for the wings. I embossed the Vellum paper using my Hive 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the wings to the bumblebee body using a Stampin’ Dimensional and added an Adhesive-Backed Hexagon in the center of the wings. For the mechanism the bumblebee is on, I took a 2 7/8″ square of Basic Black cardstock scored and folded it from corner to corner one way. I cut a 2 3/4″ square of Pansy Petals in half corner to corner and adhered it to one side of the square. After the inside was finished, I matched up the square with the inner liner, having the DSP side facing out. I added Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the Basic Black side of the triangle and adhered the card base to it so that it would line up perfectly. I adhered the bumblebee to the DSP side using Stampin’ Dimensionals. (If I didn’t explain this part clearly it might be better off watching the video).

I adhered the 2nd DSP layered panel to the inside left of the card base. I cut 2 – 2″ Basic Black squares to make triangles. I cut 2 – 1 3/4″ Pansy Petal DSP squares to make triangles. I adhered the DSP to the Basic Black mats and then to the 4 corners of the inside of the card base. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the flower image from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Bumblebee Ink on the Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat and adhered it to the inside of the Bumblebee card base. I added a couple Bumblebee Trinkets to the 2 outside corners.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Pansy Petals DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

New Shipping Fees Beginning April 1

I want to let you know about a change to Stampin’ Up!’s shipping and handling pricing.  Starting April 1, the minimum shipping charge will increase by $1.00, from $6.95 to $7.95—or by one percentage point, from 10% to 11% of the total order amount—whichever is greater.

If you ever use the expedited shipping options, those fees are going up a bit too.  Here are the new fees for expedited shipping:

  • Next Day Upgrade: $38.00 USD ($3.00 USD increase from the previous rate)
  • 2nd Day Upgrade: $23.00 USD ($3.00 USD increase from the previous rate)
  • 3 Day Shipping Upgrade: $15.00 USD ($5.00 USD increase from the previous rate)
  • The expedited shipping option rates above are calculated in addition to the standard shipping rate (e.g., the next day shipping option would cost $7.95 USD or 11%—whichever is greater—plus $38.00 USD)

I want to make sure you’re aware of this change, as it impacts both you and me.  Stampin’ Up! has worked to keep the increase as minimal as possible so they can continue bringing you the unique, high-quality, and coordinated paper crafting products that you love.
