Good Wednesday morning stamping friends, Happy Earth Day!! We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend already.

I have a fun card for you today doing a technique that I haven’t done in a while. It does take a minute to do, but the end results are well worth it. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Sunset Coast Stamp Set along with the gorgeous Scenic Coast 6 x 6 Specialty Designer Series Paper (both products will be available starting May 5) and the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch for my card today.

Adhere a panel of the Scenic Coast DSP to a Blueberry Bushel card base.

Take another panel of the same Scenic Coast DSP and cut it into 1/2″ strips. Adhere the strips to the card front, using every other strip, with Stampin’ Dimensionals or Foam Adhesive Strips.

Stamp the sentiment from the Sunset Coast stamp set in Blueberry Bushel Ink on a panel of Basic White. Punch the sentiment out using the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch. Adhere the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Sunset Sparkle Sequins (available May 5), to the card front.

Adhere 2 strips of the Scenic Coast DSP on either side of a panel of Basic White. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Balmy Blue mat then to the inside of the Blueberry Bushel card base.

Decorate a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope to finish your card. Adhere a strip of Scenic Coast DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.
