Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? I hope your week has started off well.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Spotlight on Nature Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses Cling Stamp Set, Textured Florals Dies and Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

Stamp the large floral image from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set in Versamark Ink on a panel of Blackberry Bliss. Sprinkle the image using White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Adhere the embossed image to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to a Blackberry Bliss card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

From a panel of Basic White and Brushed Gold Foil Specialty Paper, cut the leafy dies from the Textured Florals Dies. Adhere the die cut images to the card front using Glue Dots.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Stippled Roses stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink. Cut the end on an angle using Paper Snips. Adhere the sentiment to the bottom of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tie a small bow using the Blackberry Bliss & Gold 1/2″ Textured Ribbon (on the last chance list) and adhere it to the card front using Glue Dots. Add a few Iridescent Foil Gems to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from Something Fancy stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the floral image from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink, stamping off 4 times on scrap paper, on the side of the panel. Stamp the butterfly image from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set in Versamark Ink above the sentiment. Sprinkle the image using Gold Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat then to the inside of the Blackberry Bliss card base.

Finish the card by decorating a Basic White Medium Envelope. Stamp the floral and butterfly images from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the envelope front. Adhere a panel of Regal Winter Designer Series Paper (on the last chance list) to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Heartfelt Hexagon Wedding

Good Monday morning stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Yesterday I played catch up. I got laundry done, cards made, gardening started and had time for a couple walks and played with the puppy for a while. It was a warm one here yesterday and it’s supposed to be even warmer here today in NJ. I love the warmer weather.

Today I have one of the quickest wedding cards I’ve ever made. I played with some retiring products and Online Exclusives. I used the Stampin’ Up! Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Sweetly Scripted Cling Stamp Set and Gold Foiled Flowers Cards & Envelopes (which will retire tomorrow) for my card today. The Heartfelt Hexagon set and punch will be carrying over to the new catalog, but tomorrow is the last day to get 10% off with the bundle price.

I started by cutting one of the Gold Foiled Flowers Cards to make a card front. I wrapped a piece of the Very Vanilla and Gold 3/8″ Satin Edged Ribbon (retiring tomorrow) around the card front and tying a bow.

I adhered the card front to a Basic Black mat using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Very Vanilla card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Very Vanilla, I stamped the frame and sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Heartfelt Hexagon Photopolymer Stam Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I cut the image out using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch. I adhered the sentiment to the card front over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added an Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gem to the sentiment.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Sweetly Scripted stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla. I stamped the sentiment from the Heartfelt Hexagon stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink above the 1st sentiment. I stamped the small flourish on the top of the panel from the Heartfelt Hexagon stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Basic Black mat then to the inside of the Very Vanilla card base.

Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic Fun Fold Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Has anyone made any plans for the weekend yet? I’ll be working all day tomorrow and Sunday we will all be going to the racetrack to watch my husband drive the Farrari around the track. He’s excited and I am too. I can’t wait to see his reactions after going on the high-speed ride with the pro. I bought him the whole package with the video and pictures of him driving.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Celebrating You Cling Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Cling Stamp Set and the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I joined in with Creativ Creases Challenge #39 this week.

I started by adhering a panel of Texture Chic DSP to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut 2 sets of the flower dies from the Chic Dies, one from a panel of Petal Pink cardstock and one from a panel of Distressed Gold Paper. I pieced the Petal Pink flower pieces into the Distressed Gold outline holding them together using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut 3 of the small leaf die of the Chic Dies from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock. I adhered the flowers to the card front. I adhered the leaves under the flowers using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the other 2 panels of the Texture Chic DSP to the 2 front panels of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Celebrating You stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with my Gold Embossing Powder from the Metallic Embossing Powders. I set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using the Designer Tags Dies. I wanted the tag a little shorter, so I cut partway through from the top, I moved the die up lining up the stitches and cut the bottom half of the tag. I adhered a piece of Soft Succulent 1/2″ Satin Shimmer Ribbon to the back of the card base using Tear & Tape. Using a small piece of White Bakers Twine from the Bakers Twine Essential Pack, I threaded it through the tag and tied it onto the ribbon tying a knot. I wrapped the ribbon around the card and tied a bow. I added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the tag.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Season of Chic stamp set in Petal Pink Ink, stamping the outline in full strength ink and the fill image stamped off once. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat and then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Season of Chic stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the envelope front, stamping the outline in full strength ink and the fill image stamped off once. I adhered a panel of Texture Chic DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Splendid Thoughts Wedding Fun Fold

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? I hope you were able to do something fun. Is everyone ready for a new week? I can’t believe we’re almost to the middle of June. I’m guessing if you have children, they will be finishing up school this week and starting their summer vacation. Sometimes I miss those days.

Today’s card was one that we made at our in-person team meeting yesterday. This one was designed by one of my team member Rosie, who lives in South Dakota. We have team members all over the United States, but thanks to Zoom, we can all get together. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Splendid Thoughts Bundle along with the Splendid Day Specialty Designer Series Paper for my double Z fold card today.

I started by adhering the foil panels of Splendid Day DSP to the coordinating Soft Sea Foam mats using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panels to the Sahara Sand card base.

I stamped the sentiment from the Splendid Thoughts stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the fabric pattern Splendid Day DSP. I adhered the stamped panel to a Splendid Day DSP mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the front of the small card base. I adhered 2 die cut leaves that I cut from scraps of Soft Sea Foam and Splendid Day DSP using my Splendid Stems Dies. I added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the small card base.

On another panel of the fabric Splendid Day DSP, I stamped the sentiment from the Splendid Thoughts stamp set in Soft Suede Ink. I adhered the stamped panel to a Splendid Day DSP mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the back panel of the small card base. I adhered 2 leaves that were cut from scraps of Soft Sea Foam and Splendid Day DSP using my Splendid Stems Dies.

On the center section of the small card base I adhered a panel of Splendid Day DSP. I adhered the small card base to the large card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue on half of the small card base front and the card base back.

On the back, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered the foil die cut leaf image, that I cut using my Splendid Stems Dies and a scrap of Splendid Day DSP, to the side of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Sea Foam mat and then to the back of the Sahara Sand card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the larger leaf image from the Splendid Thoughts stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Splendid Day Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog, and I’d love to have you join in on it!!  I’m placing my share order on July 1 and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of July 11.

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Rose Wedding

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends, welcome to the weekend. Does anyone have any fun plans this weekend? I’m working all day today, but tomorrow is our in person quarterly meeting. Alway look forward to our meetings.

Today’s card is another one we made at my Stamp Camp card class this past Tuesday. One of the ladies requested a wedding card, so here’s what I came up with.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Rose Bundle along with the Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper and the Stampin’ Up! Celebrating You Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of Abigail Rose DSP to a Smoky Slate card base. I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Basic Borders Dies.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Rose Cling Stamp Set in Smoky Slate Ink on the top of the panel. I embossed the panel using the Elegant Eucalyptus 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the large rose image from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink. I cut the image out using my Cottage Flowers Dies. I adhered the rose to the embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using my Clear Wink of Stella, I brushed the entire rose to give it a shimmer. I adhered a Sprig Trinket just under the rose using Glue Dots.

On the inside, I stamped the rose image from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Celebrating You stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink over the rose image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Smoky Slate mat and then to the inside of the Smoky Slate card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large rose image from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Abigail Rose DSP to the envelope flap.

July – December 2022 Mini Catalog Designer Series Paper Share

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog, and I’d love to have you join in on it!!  I’m placing my share order on July 1 and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of July 11.

Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Sneak Peek for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? 33 years ago today on a cool rainy fall day, I married my best friend. It stopped raining just long enough for the ceremony and to get some outside pictures. You can actually see in some of our pictures the floods behind us (it had down poured the day and night before). Like many couples we’ve had our ups and downs, but mostly ups. Here’s to another 33 years together. He surprised me with a bike for our anniversary. He bought one for himself a while back and thought it would be fun bike riding together. I don’t know if he really knows how old I am and that I haven’t been on a bike since I was a teenager. Hopefully I can remember how to stay upright and not face down on the pavement. Does anyone have plans for the weekend? I’ll be at work all weekend between both jobs.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Bundle along with the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper (both items will be available in the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog) for my card today.

I started by scoring and folding a Pale Papaya card base at 1 3/4″, 4 1/4″ & 6 3/4″. The 1 3/4″ score line is a valley fold, the 4 1/4′ score line is a mountain fold and the 6 3/4″ score line is a valley fold.

I adhered 5 panels of the Heart & Home DSP to 5 Basic Gray mats.

I adhered the 5 layered panels to the Pale Papaya card base.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the largest floral image from the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Cling Stamp Set in Pale Papaya Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms Cling Stamp Set in Basic Gray Ink over the floral image. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside Basic Gray mat.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the smaller floral image and the sentiment from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. I colored the floral image in using my Just Jade, Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I added some Clear Wink of Stella in the flower centers. I cut the floral image our using my Flowers of Home Dies and fussy cut the sentiment using my Paper Snips. I cut a few of the leaf dies from a panel of Garden Green cardstock using the Flowers of Home Dies. I cut a panel of Basic Gray cardstock using the Tasteful Labels Dies and then embossed the die cut using my Timber 3D Embossing Folder. I made a belly band for my card using a strip of Pale Papaya cardstock by wrapping it around the card and adhering it together. I wrapped a piece of Pale Papaya 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon around the belly band and adhered it on the front. I adhered the leaf dies to the back of the floral die and adhered the floral die to the Basic Gray label die using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the layered artwork to the belly band. I added a Bumblebee Trinket by the flower and some Genial Gems on the card front.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small floral image from the Blessing of Home stamp set in Basic Gray Ink and colored it the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Heart & Home DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Wedding

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today. We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend already. These days are just flying by.

Today’s card I made for someone very special. One of the girls that I used to babysit for many years ago is getting married and her shower is this month. Unfortunately I can’t go, it’s in Tennessee and on the 31st of the month. I only have 2 mandatory days I have to be at work in the office, the last day and the 1st day. I did send a gift to her mother, my friend, for her along with wishing well gifts and this card. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Bundle for my card today along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper. This paper is one of the beautiful patterns on sale right now for 15% off. The colors I used for my card are actually the brides theme colors, olive and deep burgundy.

I started by adhering a panel of the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to an Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp Set. I colored the stamp using my Merry Merlot and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers. I stamped the flower twice full strength and then the center one is stamped off once. I cut the image out using my Stitched Rectangle Dies. I adhered the artwork to a Merry Merlot mat using Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a piece of White Bakers Twine from the Bakers Twine Essential Pack around the layered panel twice and tied a knot. On a piece of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink and cut it out using my Meadow Dies. I threaded the sentiment onto the bakers twine and tied a bow. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the half butterfly die from the Meadow Dies twice, once from a piece of White Vellum paper and once from a piece of Gold Glimmer Vellum paper (available in the July-August 2021 Mini Catalog on August 3rd). I adhered the 2 butterflies together at the body using Multipurpose Liquid Glue then adhered them to the card front using a Glue Dot. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Many Happenings Cling Stamp in Merry Merlot Ink on a Basic White panel. I did this by placing my stamp on the Stamparatus and just inking the 1 sentiment using my Merry Merlot Stampin’ Write Marker and stamping it on the panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set on the side of the panel, inking it up with my Merry Merlot and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers and stamping off once. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Merry Merlot mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the envelope flap.

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the Stampin’ Up! July-December 2021 Mini Catalog and I’d love to have you join!!  I’m placing my share order early on August 3 and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of August 9.

How my shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ x 6″ pieces (or 6″ x 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!  Shares give you a good working sample of all of the papers so that you can decide which ones to order in full packs!

Stampin’ UP Shaded Summer for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Does anyone have any plans for the weekend yet? I’ll be working all weekend between both jobs. I had requested Sunday off, but I guess they didn’t see it when they made up the schedule.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Shaded Summer Cling Stamp Set for my card along with the Summer Shadow Dies (available August 3rd as a Sale-a-bration item).

This is the template for making my card. I started by cutting a panel of Calypso Coral cardstock as in the diagram above.

I adhered 2 panels of the Petal Pink Subtle 6 X 6 Designer Series paper to the card front panels using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered 2 more panels of the Subtle DSP to the inside card front panels using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I made the belly band using a strip of Calypso Coral cardstock and wrapped it around the finished card. I adhered Tear & Tape to the ends of the belly band to adhere them together. I cut a panel of Petal Pink cardstock using the largest die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I stamped it with the floral image from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Petal Pink Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Many Happenings Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink and cut it out using the Messages Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the top of the die cut panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered it to the belly band using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Champagne Rhinestones to the belly band.

For the inside panel I stamped the 2 floral images from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Elegantly Said Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink over the floral image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Calypso Coral mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to only the bottom portion of the easel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Calypso Coral card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Using the Summer Shadow Dies (Sale-a-bration item available August 3rd). I adhered a panel of Calypso Coral and Shaded Spruce cardstocks to an Adhesive Sheet. I cut the detailed flowers from a panel of Calypso Coral cardstock. I cut the solid flowers from a panel of Petal Pink cardstock. I cut the detailed leaves from a panel of Shaded Spruce cardstock and the solid leaves from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock. I adhered the detailed flowers and leaves to the solid flowers and leaves using the Adhesive Sheet. I adhered the flowers to the bottom of the inner liner using Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhered the leaves using a Glue Dot. I added a Champagne Rhinestone to the center of the larger flower. I didn’t stamp a sentiment on the inside. I need to write a special message for the recipient of the card.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral images from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Petal Pink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Petal Pink Subtle DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up Forever Fern Wedding

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to the weekend. Hope you have something fun planned for the weekend. Today’s my son’s 26th birthday. I can’t believe he’s 26 already, not sure when he got older, but I haven’t. He gets to celebrate with a broken fibula and a ruptured ankle, not much of a celebration. I have to work today, but to my surprise I have off tomorrow, YAY!!! Unfortunately my husband has to work. My intentions now are to get one of my gardens redone. We’ll see how that goes.

Today’s card is something different than my normal. No color. Years ago when my children were little, I did child care. A friend of mine and I both needed to work part-time so we decided to swap kids a couple days a week. It was an even swap till she had a 3rd child and needed me twice a week. I ended up watching her girls along with a couple others 2-3 times a week. I loved the girls that I watched and loved watching them grow up with mine. I was sad when the last one went off to Kindergarten and I only had them in the summer. Well, her middle child is getting marries and I’m going to make a few different wedding cards till I decide which one I want to give her. So here’s my first card for her.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern Cling Stamp Set for my White on White card.

My design and color is from the Try Stamping On Tuesday Challenge #510.

I started by cutting a panel of Shimmery White cardstock using the Potted Succulents Dies and adhered it to a Thick Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I embossed a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Dotty Hearts Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a small panel of Shimmery White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Fern stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my Silver Embossing Folder and set it using my Heat Tool.

I adhered a piece of 1/2″ White Faux Lined Ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Pack to the back of the sentiment panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Fern stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I cut 3 flowers from a panel of Shimmery White cardstock using the Potted Succulent Dies and adhered them on either side of the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Shimmery White mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Changes To The Upcoming July-December Mini Catalog And Second Sale-a-bration


Stampin’ Up! has shared the following update with us related to the upcoming July-December Mini Catalog and second Sale-a-bration this year.  With the global shipping delays, they will be moving the start dates for those two publications back by one month.  Here are the details from Stampin’ Up!:

We’ve recently been made aware that, due to the current global shipping crisis tied to the COVID pandemic, we are not likely to receive the majority of product inventory for the upcoming July–December 2021 Mini Catalog or July–August 2021 Sale-A-Bration in time for the catalog launches. After careful consideration we have decided to push the launches of both publications back by one month to allow time for inventory to be received.
 
Change Details

  • The July–December 2021 Mini Catalog will in effect become the August–December 2021 Mini Catalog (though the title of the publication will not change).
    • Demonstrator Preorder: July 1, 2021 – August 2, 2021
    • Customer Sales Period: August 3, 2021– January 3, 2022
  • July–August 2021 Sale-A-Bration will in effect become August–September 2021 Sale-A-Bration.
    • Demonstrator Pre-earn: July 1, 2021 – August 2, 2021
    • Customer Earning Period: August 3, 2021 – September 30, 2021

I’m so happy that Stampin’ Up! made the decision to move the catalog timing back by a month in order to minimize those frustrating backorders and unavailable items!  Let me know if you have questions about this.  Can’t wait to see the upcoming Mini and Sale-a-bration Catalogs this summer!  And as always, I’ll get those catalogs mailed out to you just as quickly as I can once I get them in early July!

Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern Wedding for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday.  How was everyone’s week?  We’re upon the weekend and it’s supposed to be another beautiful one here. Love these cool mornings and warmer afternoons.

Today’s fun fold card is one that I made on Wednesday afternoon on my Facebook Live video.  If you were able to join me or you watched the replay, thank you very much.  If you’d like to view my video either on Facebook or YouTube, the link is below.  I needed another wedding card for my boss from my family, here’s what I came up with.   I’m calling it a folded gate fold with a belly band.

I started by scoring and folding my Thick Whisper White card base at 1 1/4″, 3 3/8″, 7 5/8″ & 9 3/4″.  I adhered 4 panels of Peony Garden Designer Series Paper to 4 Gray Granite mats using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered 2 of the matted panels to the outside panels of the card base and 2 to the inside panels of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid glue.

I embossed 2 panels of Gray Granite cardstock using the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder and adhered them to the narrow front panels of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

For the belly band, I adhered a panel of Petal Pink cardstock to a panel of Gray Granite cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I wrapped the belly band around the card and adhered it using Tear & Tape. I wrapped a piece of 1/4″ Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon around the belly band securing it down with Glue Dots.  On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern Cling Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink.  I stamped one of the leaf images from the Forever Fern stamp set in Soft Seafoam Ink, stamping off once,  on either side of the sentiment.  I cut the sentiment out using the frame die from the Wild Rose Dies.  I cut 2 of the largest fern dies from the Forever Flourishing Dies from a panel of Vellum cardstock and adhered them to the belly band using Glue Dots.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the belly band using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Elegant Faceted Gems to the sentiment die.

On the inside I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Path of Petals Photopolymer Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink in the center of a Whisper White Panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Forever Fern stamp set in Soft Seafoam Ink on the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Gray Granite mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the leaf image from the Forever Fern stamp set in Soft Seafoam on the envelope front once full strength and once stamped off.  I adhered a panel of Peony Garden DSP to the envelope flap.
