Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on our way to the weekend. I hope everyone is having a wonderful week.
It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo is May Flowers. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.
I used the Stampin’ Up! Shaded Summer Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Cup of Tea Photopolymer Stamp Set and Tea Boutique 6X 6 Designer Series Paper for my Clean and Layered Card. I was inspired by the beautiful flowers and colors from the inspiration photo.

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder. I marked the panel on the right side down 2 1/4″. I cut from the bottom left corner to the 2 1/4″ mark using my Paper Trimmer. I adhered the embossed panel to a Calypso Coral card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Calypso Coral card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a panel of Tea Boutique DSP to the center of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I colored the smaller floral stamp from the Shaded Summer stamp set using my Calypso Coral, Petal Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped the image on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the image out using the coordinating die from the Summer Shadow Dies. I cut the solid teacup from the Teacup Dies from a panel of Tea Boutique DSP. I adhered the flower image to the back of the teacup using a Glue Dot and then to the card front on the DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the tea tag image from the Cup of Tea stamp set in Pale Papaya Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Cup of Tea stamp set inside the tag in Calypso Coral Ink. I cut the tag out using the Teacup Dies. Using my Label Me Fancy Punch, I punched the small hole in the top of the tag. I colored a piece of White Baker’s Twine, from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack, using my Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers and threaded it through the hole on the tag. I adhered the Baker’s Twine behind the tag and behind the cut with a small piece of Tear & Tape. I added a few Calypso Coral Polished Dots to the card front.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Shaded Summer stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a Basic White panel. I colored the small floral image from the Shaded Summer stamp set using my Calypso Coral, Petal Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers and stamped it on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat and then to the inside of the Calypso Coral card base.
To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Shaded Summer stamp set on the envelope front colored the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Tea Boutique DSP to the envelope flap.
