Stampin’ Up! Gathered Wheat for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so that means Blog Hop Day!! The theme this month is “Giving Thanks”. We can interpret this however we want.  Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Gathered Wheat Bundle for my card today.

I started by stamping the small wheat image from the Stampin’ Up! Gathered Wheat Cling Stamp Set in Sahara Sand Ink on a Very Vanilla card front. I cut the bottom of the panel using the Basic Borders Dies. I embossed the panel using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered a panel of He’s The Man Designer Series Paper to the bottom front of a Very Vanilla Thick card base. I adhered the embossed panel to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock, I stamped the large wheat image from the Gathered Wheat stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink. I cut the image our using the Wheat Dies. I wrapped a piece of Linen Thread around the wheat image and tied a knot. I adhered the wheat to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the panel of Very Vanilla cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Gathered Wheat stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut 3 of the wheat dies from a panel of Distressed Gold Paper and adhered them under the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a gold Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dot to the sentiment.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Gathered Wheat stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock. I stamped the small wheat image from the Gathered Wheat stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Sahara Sand Ink. I cut the border die from the Wheat Dies from a strip of Very Vanilla cardstock. I adhered the border to the bottom of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Very Vanilla mat then to the inside of the Very Vanilla Thick card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Very Vanilla Medium Envelope. I stamped the wheat image from the Gathered Wheat stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink. I adhered a panel of He’s The Man DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Kindest Gnomes Thank You

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? It was a gorgeous one here in NJ, a perfect sunny and not too hot weekend. I was able to enjoy a bit of my Sunday since I only had to work half day.

Today’s card is similar to one that I made at our mystery stamping last Tuesday. I made another one with the same idea using a different stamp set, DSP and dies. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Kindest Gnomes Bundle along with the Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper, Design A Daydream Host Designer Series Paper and the Basic Borders Dies for my card today.

I started by cutting the front of a Pool Party card base using the Basic Borders Dies. I cut a panel of Pool Party cardstock the same way with the Basic Borders Dies. I embossed the panel using the Into The Clouds Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut the mushroom house from a panel of Storybook Gnomes DSP using the Gnomes Dies. I adhered the die cut piece to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Kindest Gnomes stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered the sentiment to the top of the panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Fine Sparkle Adhesive-Backed Gems to the card front.

On the inside of the card base, I adhered a panel of Design A Daydream DSP to the bottom portion. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Inspired Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Calypso Coral mat then to the top inside of the Pool Party card base.

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Rose Wedding

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends, welcome to the weekend. Does anyone have any fun plans this weekend? I’m working all day today, but tomorrow is our in person quarterly meeting. Alway look forward to our meetings.

Today’s card is another one we made at my Stamp Camp card class this past Tuesday. One of the ladies requested a wedding card, so here’s what I came up with.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Rose Bundle along with the Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper and the Stampin’ Up! Celebrating You Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of Abigail Rose DSP to a Smoky Slate card base. I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Basic Borders Dies.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Rose Cling Stamp Set in Smoky Slate Ink on the top of the panel. I embossed the panel using the Elegant Eucalyptus 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the large rose image from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink. I cut the image out using my Cottage Flowers Dies. I adhered the rose to the embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using my Clear Wink of Stella, I brushed the entire rose to give it a shimmer. I adhered a Sprig Trinket just under the rose using Glue Dots.

On the inside, I stamped the rose image from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Celebrating You stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink over the rose image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Smoky Slate mat and then to the inside of the Smoky Slate card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large rose image from the Cottage Rose stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Abigail Rose DSP to the envelope flap.

July – December 2022 Mini Catalog Designer Series Paper Share

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog, and I’d love to have you join in on it!!  I’m placing my share order on July 1 and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of July 11.

How shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ x 6″ pieces (or 6″ x 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!  Shares give you a good working sample of all of the papers so that you can decide which ones to order in full packs!

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and on the downhill to the weekend. Hope you are all having a wonderful week.

I was looking through my card stash yesterday and wanted to send a thinking of you card. I realized I don’t have many cards that are for ‘just because’. So, I decided to make one. Have you ever had one of those crafting days that everything goes wrong? It took me 5 tries to get this card right. I knew exactly what I wanted, but it just wouldn’t go on paper that way. Then when I thought I had it, the ink smudged. Tuesday is usually my day to get myself a little ahead, not yesterday. We’ll blame it on the weather. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin” Up! Flowering Rain Boots Bundle along with the Subtle 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My colors are from Sunday Stamps Sweet Pastels Challenge #281.

I played along with The Paper Players Clean & Simple Challenge #587, April Showers.

I started by stamping the grass image from the Stampin’ Up! Paradise Palms Cling Stamp Set in Mint Macaron Ink along the bottom of a Basic White card front. On a panel of the Subtle DSP I stamped the rain boots image from the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots Photopolymer Stamp Set in Blushing Bride Ink. I cut the boots out using my Rain Boots Dies.

I stamped the stem/leaves image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink on the Basic Whtie card front. I stamped the tulip heads image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set on the stems in Highland Heather Ink on top of the stem. I adhered the rain boots to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the card front. From a strip of Basic White cardstock I cut the cloud looking die from the Basic Borders Dies and adhered it to the top of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a So Saffron mat and then to the front of a Basic White Thick card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials that looked like rain drops to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the stem/leaves image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the tulip heads in Highland Heather Ink on top of the stems. I adhered the Basic White panel to a So Saffron mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the stems/leaves image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink on the bottom of the envelope front and the tulips in Highland Heather Ink on the top of the stems. I adhered a panel of Subtle DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Driving By Thanks

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to the weekend!! I hope you have something fun going on. I’m working both days and I don’t mind since I’ll be inside. Yesterday morning when I bought my fur baby out at 6am it was 65 degrees out. Throughout the day the temperature dropped, by 2pm it was 40, by 10pm it was down to 25 and at 5am this morning it was a whopping 18 degrees. I really prefer the 65 degrees.

Starting yesterday and for the next few days I will be featuring Sale-a-bration items since these are the last 10 days to earn them. I’m also using some of the 2020-2022 In-Colors that will be retiring soon. If these are colors that you really like, I’d stock up now on the cardstock, inks and embellishments before they are gone. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sala-a-bration Driving By Cling Stamp Set along with the Sale-a-bration Simply Marbleous 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper and the New Horizon Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the New Horizon DSP to a Misty Moonlight card base. I stamped the birds and tree images from the Stampin’ Up! On The Horizon Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the card front

I cut a panel of the Simply Marbleous DSP using my Basic Borders Dies and adhered it to the card front.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the buggy image from the Driving By stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the buggy in using my Basic Black, Cinnamon Cider and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I fussy cut the buggy using my Paper Snips and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Driving By stamp set on a small panel of Basic White cardstock in Tuxedo Black Ink and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Driving By stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the buggy image from the Driving By stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it using my Basic Black, Cinnamon Cider and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat and then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Simply Marbleous DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. I’ve been using the Sale-a-bration Host set a lot this week. It’s one of my favorites. Here is my card using this week’s Sketch.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Sale-a-bration Host Cling Stamp Set along with the Stitched Greenery Die for my card today.

Here’s our sketch for this week.

I started by cutting a Soft Sea Foam card front using the Basic Borders Dies. I then ran the card front through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Stitched Greenery Die. I adhered the panel to a Mint Macaron card base.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I randomly stamped the leaf and swirl images from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam Inks. I cut the bottom of the panel using the same Basic Borders Die that I used for the card front. I adhered the stamped panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a panel of Mint Macaron cardstock and cut it out using my Double Oval Punch. I adhered some Silver Simply Elegant Trim to the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment over the trim using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaf and swirl images from the Calming Camellia stamp set on either side of the panel in Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam Inks. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Sea Foam mat and then to the inside of the Mint Macaron card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf and swirl images from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam Inks on the front of the envelope. I adhered a panel of the Subtle Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Happy Holly-Days

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. How has everyone’s weekend started off? I’ll be at work all day today, but surprisingly I have off tomorrow. Looking forward to a day off.

If you saw my Facebook live on Wednesday you saw that I stamped and cut out 2 different holly leaves. I had embossed 1 with Silver Embossing Powder and stamped the other with Tuxedo Black Ink. I asked those that were watching which one I should use. The majority picked the silver, but I had the black one and wanted to use it. So, today’s card is another version of yesterday’s.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Happy Holly-Days Cling Stamp Set along with my Blending Brushes for my card today.

I started by using my Blending Brushes and my Balmy Blue and Daffodil Delight Inks and colored a Basic White card front. I adhered the panel to a Thick Basic White card front.

I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using my Basic Borders Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the bottom of the cut panel. I embossed the panel using my Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the bird and holly images from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Mossy Meadow and Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I fussy cut the images using my Paper Snips and adhered them to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink and the holly in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the holly in using my Mossy Meadow and Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the bird and holly images from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and envelope flap and colored them in the same as I did for the card.

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on the downhill to the weekend. WOW!! October is just flying by.

Today I have a clean and simple card for you which I actually had fun making. Today’s card can be used as a friendship card, birthday card, holiday card or anything else you can think of. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Snowbody Better Cling Stamp Set along with the Tidings of Christmas 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My design is from CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #441.

My colors are from Global Design Project Challenge #313.

I started by adhering a Tiding of Christmas DSP card front to a Sahara Sand card base.

I cut a panel of Real Red cardstock using the Basic Borders Dies. I embossed the panel using the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the top of the card front.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Snowbody Better stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the card front. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Snowbody Better stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the snowflake image from the Snowbody Better stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink, stamping off once, on either side of the sentiment. I adhered a strip of the Tidings of Christmas DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Real Red mat and then to the inside of the Sahara Sand card base.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Tidings of Christmas DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! All For Baby

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. Have you started shopping the new July-December 2021 Mini Catalog and earned some FREE Sale-a-bration items yet? What are you waiting for? I should have my goodies by tomorrow and can’t wait to start playing with them all.

Today’s card is another one we made at my class last night. I had a couple of the ladies request a baby card. A couple wanted baby boy cards and others wanted gender neutral. Here’s the card we made.

I used the Stampin’ Up! All For Baby Bundle for my cute card today.

I started by using my Blending Brush and added Pool Party Ink to a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the clothesline image from the Stampin’ Up! All For Baby Photopolymer Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink on the inked panel. I cut the top of the panel using my Basic Borders Dies. I adhered the card front to a Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the romper outfit from the All For Baby stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink and the teddy bear image from the All For Baby stamp set in Gray Granite Ink. I cut the stamped images out using my Baby Clothes Dies. Using my Baby Clothes Dies I cut 2 of the hangers from a panel of Basic White cardstock, 4 of the clothespins from a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock, the onesie outfit from a panel of Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper and the bib from a panel of Pattern Party Hose Designer Series Paper.

I stamped the sentiment from the All For Baby stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the top of the inked panel. I adhered the outfits to the hangers using Stampin’ Seal and the clothespins to the die cut images using a tiny amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the die cut images to the clothesline using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the All For Baby stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the teddy bear image from the All For Baby stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pool Party mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the bear image from the All For Baby stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the little striped romper outfit from the All For Baby stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Pattern Party Host DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Sweet As A Peach for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? It’s been crazy here this week with the weather, hot, cool, smoldering, stormy then cool again. It’s supposed to drop to the 50’s this weekend. Dose anyone have any plans? I’ll be working all day tomorrow and since the last day of the month is Monday, Memorial Day and the store is closed, I have to go into the office to work on Sunday.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sweet As A Peach Bundle along with the You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper for my card.

I started by cutting the outside edge of the card base using the Basic Borders Dies. I cut a panel of Ombre Specialty Paper using the same Basic Borders Dies and adhered it to the front or the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using the Scalloped Contours Dies I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the stem/leaves image from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet As A Peach Photopolymer Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink. I stamped the small peach image from the Sweet As A Peach stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the stems. I stamped the small peach image again on a small panel of Basic White cardstock and cut them out using the Peach Dies. I stamped the sentiments from the Sweet As A Peach stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink on the bottom of the scalloped panel. I adhered one of the cut peaches to the stem using a Glue Dot and the other 2 using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered the scalloped frame to the front of the card base on top of the Ombre Specialty Paper using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems to the card front.

On the inside I adhered a panel of You’re A Peach DSP to the inside of the Petal Pink card base using Stampin’ Seal. On a small panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the larger peach image from, the Sweet As A Peach stamp set in Petal Pink Ink. I stamped the stem/leaves on the peach in Granny Apple Green Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet As A Peach stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink on the Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large peach image from the Sweet As A Peach stamp set twice on the envelope front in Petal Pink Ink. I stamped the stem/leaves image in Granny Apple Green Ink. I adhered a panel of You’re A Peach DSP to the envelope flap.
