Stampin’ Up! So Sentimental Tag Card

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. How has everyone’s weekend started off? I’m at work today and it’s expected to be a busy one. Anytime you give free stuff away it’s busy.

Today’s card is one we made at our team meeting Sunday. This one was actually a tag designed by one of our brilliant team members Mary Deatherage. I turned the tag into a card. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! So Sentimental Cling Stamp Set, the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Bundle.

I started by embossing a Misty Moonlight card front using the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the matted panel to a Just Jade card base using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the wildflower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Just Jade Ink, stamping off once, in the center of the panel. I stamped the sentiment from the So Sentimental stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink towards the bottom of the panel over the wildflower image. I cut the top of the panel using my Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I threaded a piece of 1/4″ Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color Ribbon through the top of the tag and using a piece of Misty Moonlight/Silver twine from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack I tied a bow around the ribbon to secure it.

I stamped the butterfly image from the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I colored the butterfly in using my Mint Macaron and Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using my Brilliant Wings Dies. I cut a detailed butterfly using my Brilliant Wings Dies from a panel of Vellum cardstock and adhered just the body of the vellum butterfly to the body of the stamped butterfly using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the butterfly to the tag using Glue Dots. I adhered the tag to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added 6 Metallic Pearls to the butterfly body.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the wildflower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Just Jade Ink, stamping off once, on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Just Jade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the wildflower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Just Jade Ink on either side of the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Misty Moonlight 2020-2022 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Cactus for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Are you ready for the weekend? I’ll be working both days again.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Cactus Product Medley for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Flowering Cactus Designer Series Paper to the front of a Mint Macaron card base using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered a strip of the Flowering Cactus DSP to the inside edge of the Mint Macaron card base using Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the largest square from the Stitched Shapes Dies. I stamped the sand image from the Flowering Cactus Photopolymer Stamp Set in Sahara Sand Ink on the Basic White square. I stamped the smallest cactus from the Flowering Cactus stamp set on the top of the panel in Mossy Meadow Ink twice. I stamped the flower image on each of the cactus in Calypso Coral Ink. I cut the tall thin cactus image using my Cactus Dies from a panel of Pear Pizzazz cardstock and adhered it to the panel using Glue Dots. From a panel of the Flowering Cactus DSP I cut the other cactus and flower images out using the Cactus Dies. I adhered the smaller cactus to the Basic White panel using Glue Dots. I adhered the larger cactus image to the panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the flower to the larger cactus using Glue Dots. On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Cactus stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink and adhered it to the top of the cactus using Glue Dots. I adhered the artwork to a Mint Macaron mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panel to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a piece of the Linen Thread around the 1 1/4″ fold twice and tied a knot. I adhered the matted artwork on the 1 1 4/” panel over the knot using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Cactus stamp set in the center of a Basic White panel in Mossy Meadow Ink. I stamped the medium cactus from the Flowering Cactus stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Mint Macaron Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Mint Macaron card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cactus images from the Flowering Cactus stamp set on the front of the envelope in Mint Macaron and Mossy Meadow. I stamped the flowers on the cactus in Calypso Coral. I adhered a panel of the Flowering Cactus DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. Here is my card using this weeks sketch.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms Cling Stamp Set for my Spotlight Technique card today. Here is our sketch for this week.

I started by stamping just the top part of the largest floral die from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink on a Basic White card front twice.

Using my Layering Oval Dies I cut the center of the panel out. I colored just the flowers and leaves using my Mint Macaron and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers on the oval cut out. I adhered the card front to a Sahara Sand mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the oval back to the center of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped part of the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set in Sahara Sand Ink. I adhered the strip to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensional and Glue Dot. I added a few Elegant Faceted Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the bottom of the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set I used for the card front in Sahara Sand Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the floral image from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink on the side of the panel and colored it in using my Mint Macaron and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Sahara Sand mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Forever Blossoms stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink on the envelope front and colored it in using my Mint Macaron and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Peony Garden Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Birthday

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers. How has everyone’s week started off? Hope you are all having a productive one.

Today’s card is another card we made at our team meeting on Sunday. This one was designed by our amazing team leader Amy Koenders, I just love her designs. Here is today’s card.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Welcoming Window Photopolymer Stamp Set.

I started by adhering a Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper card front to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal. On a panel of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper I stamped the butterfly images from the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Cling Stamp in Sahara Sand Ink. I adhered the stamped DSP panel to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panel to the card front using Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the largest butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the image out using my Brilliant Wings Dies. I colored the image in using my Mango Melody and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the butterfly to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Welcoming Window stamp set in Bermuda Bay Ink and cut it out using the Tasteful Labels Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Blue Adhesive Backed Gems to the card front. I adhered the card front to a Bermuda Bay card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Gala Photopolymer Stamp Set in Bermuda Bay Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I adhered another one of the butterflies from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp that I had cut and colored using my Bermuda Bay and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Bermuda Bay card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped one of the butterfly images from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Butterfly Bijou DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthdays Brilliant Wings

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? I was able to attend our quarterly meeting in person. It was only my team leader and myself along with everyone else virtually, but I really enjoyed myself. It was great getting out for a bit with someone other than my co-workers.

Today’s card is one that we made at our team meeting and it was designed by one of my team members and upline Jaimie Babarczy. She always designs simple yet elegant cards. All the cards we made yesterday used the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Collection in one way or another. I’ll be showing my cards throughout the week. Here’s my card for today.

I’m playing along with the Inspire. Create. Challenge #086.

I started by embossing a Terracotta Tile card front using the Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered a panel of True Love Designer Series Paper to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal then adhered the matted panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the card front to a Terracotta Tile card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using my Brilliant Wings Dies, I cut the largest butterfly out of a panel of Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper. I adhered the cut DSP to a Basic White mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut another one of the same detailed butterflies out of a panel of Basic Black cardstock. I adhered the butterfly over the Butterfly Bijou DSP using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just on the body of the butterfly. I adhered the matted panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic Black cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthdays Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment using my Tasteful Labels Dies and adhered it to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dot. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. Remember that butterfly I cut out of the Butterfly Bijou DSP panel? I adhered it below the sentiments using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just on the body. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Terracotta Tile card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Butterfly Bijou DSP to the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the True Love DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts Dragonfly

Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers. How is everyone’s weekend going? Did you all remember to turn your clocks ahead? I made sure I did all of mine before retiring last night. I love this time of year, getting up in the daylight and it staying light out later at night. How about you, which time of year do you prefer?

I have a quick card for you today using the Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden. Here’s my card for today.

My colors are from Color Throwdown Challenge #633. These colors give me that summer feeling.

I played along with Just Us Girls Trend Week Challenge #575. Use and Embossing Folder.

I also played along with Stampin’ Up! Only Challenges #270. Their Theme is Sky High – anything That Flies.

I started by embossing a Crumb Cake card front using the Dandelion 3D Embossing Folder. On an panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. I punched the sentiment out using my Label Me Fancy Punch. I punched both sides of the sentiment using the Label Me Fancy Punch again and threaded a length of Seaside Spray 1/2″ Scalloped Linen Ribbon through.

I wrapped the ribbon around the card front securing it on the back of the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the card front to a Seaside Spray card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the dragonfly image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Basic Gray Ink twice. I punched both dragonflies out using my Dragonfly Punch. I colored one of the dragonfly’s wings using my Clear Wink of Stella brush and Seaside Spray Ink (which I put on a clear block). Using my Bone Folder, I fluffed the wings of the colored dragonfly and adhered just the bodies of the dragonflies together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the dragonfly to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to my card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Basic Gray Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the dragonfly image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set on the panel in Basic Gray Ink, stamping off once. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Crumb Cake mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Seaside Spray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the dragonfly image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the envelope front and the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment in Retiring Colors

Good Saturday morning my fellow stampers. How has everyone’s weekend started off? I have the weekend off and I’m not sure what I’m doing yet. I know tomorrow I have my in person team quarterly meeting, but today is undecided still. I may be cleaning out the attic, I may be crafting. Time will tell.

For today I have a set of cards for you using the 2019-2021 In-Colors that will be retiring the beginning of May. If you like any of these colors, now it the time to grab them before they announce the retirement. As you may know, I don’t make any 2 cards identical. Although these cards are the same, they are different colors. Here are my cards.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moments Cling Stamp Set along with the 2019-2021 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper. All the cards are the exact same measurements and they all use the same 1/2″ Scalloped Linen Ribbon, except for the Pretty Peacock ( I realized when I was making the cards I never bought that ribbon).

For all the cards I adhered a panel of the 2019-2021 In-Color DSP to the left side of a Basic White card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On the Basic White panel I stamped the sentiment from the Enjoy The Moment stamp set in the coordinating color, except for the Purple Posy I used Sahara Sand. I adhered the Purple Posy, Rococo Rose and Terracotta Tile card fronts to Sahara Sand mats using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Pretty Peacock card front to a Pool Party mat and the Seaside Spray card front to a Misty Moonlight mat using Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a piece of the Purple Posy, Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray and Terracotta Tile Scalloped Linen Ribbon around the card fronts and adhered them in the back using Stampin’ Seal. On the Pretty Peacock card front I wrapped a piece of the 3/8″ Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon around the card front and adhered it in the back using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the card fronts to the coordinating card bases using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added some Butterfly Gems to each card, again coordinating the colors.

On the inside of the Purple Posy and Pretty Peacock cards, I stamped the sentiments from Enjoy The Moment stamp set in the center of Basic White panels. I adhered the panels to Sahara Sand and Pool Party mats using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the card bases using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside of the Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray and Terracotta Tile cards I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Oval Occasions Cling Stamp Set in the coordinating colors. I adhered the Basic White panels to Sahara Sand mats using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat for the Seaside Spray card. I adhered all the matted panels to the inside of the coordinating card bases using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my cards I decorated Basic White Medium Envelopes. I stamped the images from Enjoy The Moment stamp set on the Purple Posy and Pretty Peacock envelopes.

I stamped the floral image from the Oval Occasions stamp set on the Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray and Terracotta Tile envelopes. I adhered panels of the 2019-2021 In-Color DSP to all the envelope flaps.

Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery Birthday

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s week going? We’re halfway through and on our way to the weekend. We’ve had a couple beautiful days here. It’s been in the 60’s and tomorrow it’s suppose to go up to the 70’s, but then it’s back down to the 40’s for the weekend and next week.

Today’s card is using 3 of the retiring 2019-2021 In-Colors. These colors will be retiring May 3rd, if there are colors you really like, now is the time to stock up. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery Bundle for my card today.

I started by adhering a Seaside Spray 2019-2021 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper card front to a Pretty Peacock mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panel to a Seaside Spray card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pretty Peacock Ink. I stamped the flower image from the Art Gallery stamp set in Rococo Rose Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the detail flower image from the Art Gallery stamp set in Rococo Rose Ink over the 1st image. I cut both images out using the Floral Gallery Dies. I adhered the stem and flower image to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on the panel of Basic White cardstock and cut it out using the Floral Gallery Dies. I adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Butterfly Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Pretty Peacock Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Art Gallery stamp set in Rococo Rose Ink over the sentiment, stamping off twice on scrap paper. I stamped the detail flower image over the stamped image in Rococo Rose Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the stem image from the Art Gallery stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink, stamping off twice. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pretty Peacock mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Seaside Spray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Art Gallery stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of the 2019-2021 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Blooms CAS Thank You

Good Monday morning everyone. How was your weekend? Did anyone do anything fun? It was a cold one here, but it’s going to warm up to the 60’s this week, YAY!!! That means we’re finally getting a little bit of spring.

I have a clean and simple, quick and easy card for you today. As you know, the 2019-2021 In-Colors will soon be retiring. Today’s card features one of the retiring colors. If you like any of the retiring colors, now is the best time to stock up. Here’s my card for you.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Blooms Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts Cling Stamp Set for my card today. I also used the 2019-2021 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper.

I started by stamping the flower image from the Flowering Blooms stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink in the center of a Purple Posy 2019-2021 In-Color DSP card front. I adhered it to a Gorgeous Grape mat using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the card front to a Purple Posy card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the flower image from the Flowering Blooms stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink in the center of a Basic White panel, stamping off 3 times on scrap paper first. I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink over the flower image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gorgeous Grape mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Purple Posy card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Flowering Blooms stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the 2019-2021 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Vine Design Thanks

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? Are you having a nice weekend?

For today’s card I made a fairly Clean and Simple card using the Stampin’ Up! Vine Design Cling Stamp Set. This was my first time playing with this set and I love it!! Here’s my card for today.

My colors are from the Color Throwdown Challenge #306.

I started by adhering a panel of the Gorgeous Grape Brights 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Gorgeous Grape card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the leafy image from the Vine Design stamp set in Just Jade Ink. I stamped one of the flower images from the Vine Design stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink around the leaves. I stamped the sentiment from the Vine Design stamp set in the center of the panel in Gorgeous Grape Ink.

I adhered the artwork to a Just Jade mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Daffodil Delight mat using Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a piece of the Gorgeous Grape 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon around the matted panel and tied a bow.

I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Matte Black Dots to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Hey Girlfriend Cling Stamp Set in the center of a Basic White panel in Gorgeous Grape Ink. I stamped the leaf image from the Vine Design stamp set on the top of the panel in Just Jade Ink. I stamped a few of the flower image from the Vine Design stamp set in Daffodil Delight around the leaf image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Just Jade mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Daffodil Delight mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panel to the inside of the Gorgeous Grape card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf image from the Vine Design stamp set in Just Jade Ink on the envelope front and flap. I stamped the flower image from the Vine Design stamp set in Daffodil Delight on the envelope front and flap.
