Stampin’ Up! The Right Words Birthday

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. It’s the last day of January which means we’re 1 month closer to spring. I’ll be at work today in the office for the end of the month, then I’m not sure what tonight will bring since it’s my husband’s birthday. I know my daughter wanted to make him some kind of cake and I usually make him whatever meal he wants.

I played with some annual products for today’s card. I figured we only have a few mor months of playing with those products, so I figured I’d pull them out. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! The Right Words Stamp Set along with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder and Covered in Flowers Accents for my card today.

Stamp the sentiment from The Right Words stamp set in Versamark Ink on the bottom of a Blackberry Bliss panel. Sprinkel the sentiment with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool.

Emboss a panel of Bubble Bath using the Eyelet EF. Adhere the embossed panel to the top of the Blackberry Bliss panel. Wrap a piece of Gold Striped 3/8″ Mesh Ribbon around the layered panel and tie a bow. Adhere the layered panel to a Bubble Bath card base.

Adhere a flower from the Covered In Flowers Accents to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using the Small Blending Brush add Granny Apple Green Ink to a couple of the leaves from the Covered in Flowers Accents. Adhere the leaves under the flower image on the card front. Add a few Flower Accents to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from The Right Words stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on a panel of Basic White. Emboss a strip of Bubble Bath using the Eyelet EF. Adhere the embossed panel to the bottom of the Basic White panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat then to the inside of the Bubble Bath card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish the card. Adhere a panel of Subtle 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re already halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend. I know this was a short week for some because of the weather. It’s a normal week for me, even though we got a lot of snow, the store was open Monday morning, just a couple hours later than normal to give everyone time to get in.

Today’s card I let the DSP do all the work for me. I love the Stampin’ Up! DSP, it gives me colors to use and makes card fronts all by itself. Good Monday morning stamping friends. How was your weekend? Tara and I had our online class yesterday and had a lot of fun creating with everyone. I’m already looking forward to our February class. It’s still snowing a bit here. This storm is supposed to continue until 1pm today. The snow is very deep too. When I brought the dogs out last night, I went out first and shoveled in front of where I was walking so I didn’t have to march in it.

Good Snowy Sunday morning stamping friends. The snowstorm here in NJ has begun. I hope your weekend is going well. It was crazy busy yesterday at the store. The entire day was non-stop and the 2 of us were taking care of 100 customers an hour. Today Tara and I will be holding our Online Class for those who signed up last month. Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. How are you all doing today? I hope you’re getting your orders in for the new mini catalog and online exclusives. I got mine in bright and early yesterday morning for my product shares. I’ve got another one ready to go for things I forgot. I always seem to forget to order something.

Adhere the sentiment to the card front. Add a few Pressed Flower Motifs to the card front.

Stamp the small grass/flower image from the Sweet Bugs stamp set in Old Olive Ink across the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat then to the inside of the Blackberry Bliss card base.
