Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Ever So Much

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends.  How has everyone’s week started off?  All good here.  The good thing about being home more is I seem to be getting more things around the house done along with having extra time to craft and watch my team members Facebook Live videos along with some others.  I really enjoy watching everyone’s videos.  Eventually I am going to figure out a schedule and start doing a Facebook Live myself.  Tomorrow we should be getting the list of items that will be retiring from the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog and the Annual Catalog.  I will share it with you as soon as I can.

I have another card for you today using the Ornate Garden Suite.  Here’s my card for today.

I started by adhering a panel of Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper to an Old Olive Mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted DSP to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered 3 panels of Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to 3 Old Olive mats using Snail. I adhered the 3 matted panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Old Olive Ink.  I cut the sentiment out using my Ornate Layers Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added 2 Gilded Gems to the framed sentiment.

On the inside I stamped the small flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Style Cling Stamp Set in Old Olive Ink on the 4 corners of a Whisper White panel.  I colored the flowers in using my Light Mango Melody, Light Old Olive and Dark Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I didn’t add a sentiment so that I could write my own.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to an Old Olive mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I adhered a strip of the Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the bottom front of the envelope and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Ornate My Friend

Good Monday morning my fellow stampers.  How was everyone’s weekend?  Are you ready for another week of working from home and social distancing?   I’m ready for this to all be over.  I’m ready to socialize and spend time with friends and family sitting together again.  It’s been pretty cool here in NJ, so wearing the mask hasn’t been too bad. Once it starts getting warm though, I will not be going out if we still have to wear them.

Most of my cards this week are using the Ornate Garden Suite.  Last week I was trying to decide which design I wanted to use for my video on Saturday so I made a few extra.  Here’s my card for today.

I played along with the Joy of Sets Tick Tac Toe April 2020 Challenge #JOSTTT016.  I went right across the top and down the left side.  Here are their sets.

I started by embossing a Terracotta Tile card front using the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder.

Using my Ornate Borders Dies, I cut both sides of a Whisper White panel using the thinnest die.  I adhered a panel of Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper to the die cut Whisper White panel using Snail then I adhered it to the embossed card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small Whisper White panel I stamped the daisy image from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Style Cling Stamp Set twice in Early Espresso Ink. I colored the images in using my Light Mango Melody and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using my Stitched So Sweetly Dies making sure to leave room at the top for a sentiment.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I added a few Gilded Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Strong & Beautiful Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set twice on the bottom of the panel in Early Espresso Ink and colored the image in using my Light Mango Melody and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Terracotta Tile mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the bottom front of the envelope 3 times.  I colored the images in using my Light Mango Melody and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of the Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Ornate Horizontal Thanks

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends.  How is your weekend going?  I had off all day yesterday, but I have to go in today to work.  Were any of you able to watch our Ornate Garden Facebook Live Event yesterday?  We had so much fun creating the cards.  If you were able to watch, I appreciate you,  if you weren’t able to watch, you can still go over and watch all the replays.  I think we gave everyone a lot of inspiration.

Here is one of the cards I made yesterday on my Facebook Live.  If you’d like to watch the video, here is the link https://www.facebook.com/515622098864089/videos/240690183743889/

The colors in my card were from Inspire. Create Color Challenge #067.  Here is their color pallet.

I also joined in with the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #491.  Here is their theme.

I started by coloring a panel of Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper using my Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive Pool Party and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Using the Ornate Borders Dies, I cut the edge of a Blackberry Bliss card front.  Isn’t that die cut just beautiful.  I adhered the colored panel of Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the Blackberry Bliss card front using Snail.  I wrapped a piece of the Old Olive 1/4″ Ornate Ribbon around the card front and tied a knot.  I added a Glue Dot under the knot to hold it in place.  I adhered the card front to a Pool Party card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using my Ornate Layers Dies I cut a Gold Foil Sheet using one of the smaller frames.  On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock, which i cut using the smallest Stitched Rectangle Die, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss Ink.  I adhered the sentiment to the Gold Foil frame using Snail and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels, which i colored using my Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Marker, to the center of the cut flowers.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Ornate Thanks stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the small flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Style Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the 4 corners of the panel.  I colored the images in using my Old Olive, Pool Party and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Pool Party card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the small flower image from the Ornate Style stamps set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom front of the envelope.  I colored the images in using my Old Olive, Pool Party and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a colored panel of the Ornate Garden Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  The list of supplies are below along with the measurements if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video.  You can watch it on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here.   Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Hello Fabulous! for Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. How is everyone doing today? Hope you are all staying heathly, we’re all good here. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects today. This week we had a Color Challenge, here are the colors we got to work with.  I just love this color combo.

Here’s what I came up with for these colors.

My design is from Sunday Stamps Challenge #228.  Here is their sketch.

I started by very lightly tacking the 2 panels of Best Dressed Designer Series Paper to the Blackberry Bliss cardstock with Snail.  Using my Paper Trimmer, I cut all the panels at the same time on a slight angle.  I adhered the 2 pieces of Best Dressed DSP that I wanted, to the Blackberry Bliss mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted panels to a Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress Photopolymer Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss Ink.  I cut the sentiment out using the 2nd smallest oval from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  On the same panel of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the perfume bottle and lipstick images from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the perfume bottle in using my Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends Markers.  To get the darker purple around the outside of the bottle, I colored it over multiple times.  I colored the lipstick image in using my Blackberry Bliss and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out using my All Dressed Up Dies.  I added some Clear Wink of Stella to the images to give it a little shimmer.

I adhered the cut images to the sentiment oval using Glue Dots.  It’s hard to see in the photo, but I adhered some Rose Metallic Thread to the back of the artwork then adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Purple Posy 2019-2021 Faceted Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the perfume bottle and lipstick images from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom of the panel.  I stamped the lipstick smudge image, (not real sure that’s what it’s supposed to be but it fit), from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink.  I colored the images in using my Blackberry Bliss, Purple Posy and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers and added a little Clear Wink of Stella to the images.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the perfume bottle and lipstick images from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the envelope front.  I stamped the lipstick smudge image from the Dressed to impress stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the envelope front.  I colored the images in using my Blackberry Bliss, Purple Posy and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of Best Dressed DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Have A Beautiful Day

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends.  How has your week been going so far?

Today I was asked to be a Guest Star Stamper for Color Throwdown Challenge #589.  I am beyond thrilled to be doing this.  Here is the card I designed for their challenge today.

Here are the Color Throwdown Challenge #589 colors.

I started by stamped the script image from the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles Cling Stamp Set in Smoky Slate Ink on a panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the leaf image from the Very Versailles stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink over the script image.  I embossed the panel using my Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.

I adhered the artwork to a Real Red mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to a Basic Black mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted artwork to a Smoky Slate card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink.  I cut the image out using the smallest square from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I cut a Real Red scalloped mat using the Layering Squares Dies.  I adhered the sentiment to the scalloped mat using Snail and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Strong & Beautiful Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Very Versailles stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink over the sentiment, stamping off once.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Real Red mat using Snail and then to a Basic Black mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted panel to the inside of a Smoky Slate card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the script image from the Very Versailles stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the leaf image from the Very Versailles stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink over the script image on the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of Smoky Slate Neutrals 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Pastel Timeless Tulips CAS

Good Monday morning my fellow stampers.  How was everyone’s weekend?  I did enjoy my weekend off.  It was nice not to have to get up and have to leave for work for a few days.

I have a Clean and Simple spring card for you today.  I’m not sure if I want to use this for a Birthday or Mother’s Day, so I left the sentiment pretty open.  Here’s today’s card.

My colors were inspired by CAS Colours & Sketch Challenge #365.  These colors just said springtime to me as soon as I saw them.  Here are their colors.

I joined in with Always Fun Challenges #158.  Their theme is “CAS (clean and simple)”.

I started by stamping the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set 5 times on a panel of Whisper White cardstock in Mint Macaron Ink.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on the stems and a couple on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock.  The leave on the scrap cardstock I cut out using the Tulip Builder Punch.

I stamped the medium tulip image and the small tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set on the stems in Highland Heather and Petal Pink Inks.  I cut the image out using the 2nd largest die from the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the punched out leaves to the stems using Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Highland Heather Ink on the left side of the panel.  I adhered the artwork to a Thick Whisper White card base using Snail.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Highland Heather Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on the bottom of the panel 4 times.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on either side of the stems.  I stamped the medium and small tulip images from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Highland Heather and Petal Pink Inks on the stems.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set 3 times on the envelope front in Mint Macaron Ink.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set on the stems in Mint Macaron Ink.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Highland Heather and Petal Pink Inks on the stems.  I adhered a panel of Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Perennial Easter Promise

Good Sunday morning and Happy Easter to all my stamping friends.  How is everyone doing this morning?

I have another Easter card for you today that my son’s girlfriend asked me to make for her.  It seemed appropriate for today.  Here’s today’s card.

My card was inspired by Global Design Project Theme Challenge #235.  Here is their theme.

I also played along with Watercooler Wednesday Challenge #266. Here is their challenge.

I started by cutting the edge of a Calypso Coral card front mat using the new Ornate Borders Dies.

On a panel of Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Easter Promise Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink.  I immediately sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool.  I adhered the DSP to the die cut mat using Snail and then to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the crocus image from the Easter Promise stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the image in using my Light Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green and Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using my Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I wrapped a piece of Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon around the artwork and tied a bow.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Easter Promise stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the cross image from the Easter Promise stamp set in Highland Heather Ink above the sentiment.  I colored the leaves on the vine with my Light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Marker.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Calypso Coral mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the crocus image from the Easter Promise stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom front of the envelope and colored it in using my Light Calypso Coral, Granny Apple Green and Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of the Perennial Essence DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. I hope you all have a wonderful Easter, despite the circumstances.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I’ll see you tomorrow.  Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Easter

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends.  How has everyone’s weekend started off?  Yesterday was such a strange day weather wise here.  It was sunny, then it snowed, sunny again, then the hail came down strong, sunny again, then rain.  All this with heavy gusts of wind all day.  It did not feel like spring at all.  I was able to get one of our traditional Easter dishes made and my niece and nephew stopped by for some.  I handed it out the door to them, keeping a distance.  I can’t wait till this Social Distancing is over, but until then I do what I have to do.

I was all done with Easter cards, mailed all that I had out on Tuesday.  My son’s girlfriend asked me Thursday night if I could make her 3 Easter cards, of course I couldn’t say no.  Here’s one of the cards I made for her.

My colors were inspired by the Color Throwdown Challenge #588.  Here are their colors.

I also played along with Just Add Ink Challenge #500.

I joined in with Inspire. Create Challenge #066.  Here is their Theme.

I started by adhering a panel of the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper to a Daffodil Delight mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted panel to a Granny Apple Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink 3 times.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set on either side of the stems in Granny Apple Green Ink.  I stamped the largest tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set 3 times on the Whisper White panel.  I stamped the 1st tulip in Daffodil Delight Ink and sponged the edge using my Sponge Dauber with Melon Mambo Ink.  The 2nd tulip I stamped in Melon Mambo Ink, stamped it off once, then sponged the edge with my Sponge Dauber in Melon Mambo Ink.  The last tulip I stamped in Pumpkin Pie Ink and sponged the edge in Melon Mambo Ink using my Sponge Dauber.  I cut all the tulips out using my Tulip Builder Punch and cut the stem images out using my Stitched Nested Labels Dies.

I adhered the tulips to the stamped stem images using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut the sentiment out in Daffodil Delight cardstock using my Word Wishes Dies and adhered it on the artwork using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Melon Mambo Glitter Enamel Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Wish For Everything Cling Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink 3 times on the bottom of the panel.  I stamped the leaf image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set twice on the stems in Granny Apple Green Ink.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie Inks on the stems.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Daffodil Delight mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Granny Apple Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the stem image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink 3 times on the bottom front of the envelope.  I stamped the medium tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie Inks on the stem images.  I adhered a panel of Perennial Essence DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home for Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends.  How is everyone doing today?  Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we had a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects .
Here is the sketch we had to work from.

Here’s my card using this weeks sketch.

My colors were inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #336.  Here are their colors.

I also played along with Cardz 4 Guys Challenge #242.  Their theme is ‘ On, In of By The Sea’.

I started by adhering a panel of Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper to a Poppy Parade card base using Snail.  I stamped the bird image from the Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to the top of the panel.

I cut a panel of Peaceful Poppies DSP using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! High Tide Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the top of the panel.  On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the lighthouse image from the Sailing Home stamp set, which I colored with my Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers.  I cut the image out using the Smooth Sailing Dies.  I adhered the lighthouse image to the DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a piece of the Braided Burlap Trim to the back of the artwork using Glue Dots and then adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Frosted Epoxy Droplets, which I colored using my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker.

On the inside I stamped the lighthouse image from the Sailing Home stamp set, which I colored using my Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers, on the bottom of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the bird image from the Sailing Home stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink above the lighthouse.  I did not stamp a sentiment since I wasn’t sure what I wanted to use the card for yet.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Poppy Parade mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Poppy Parade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the lighthouse image from the Sailing Home stamp set, which I colored using my Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Markers, on the bottom front of the envelope.  I adhered a panel of the Peaceful Poppies DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical

Good morning Tuesday my stamping friends.  How is everyone doing today?

Yesterday I was telling you about cleaning my craft table off and finding lots of bits and pieces of cards that I started, but never did anything with.  Well today’s card uses some more of the pieces I found lying around, so I thought I’d put them together to make another card for you.  Here’s what I came up with.

I had the frame I had made using the Stampin’ Up! Swirly Frames Photopolymer Stamp Set which I stamped in Early Espresso Ink on a Soft Suede panel and cut out using the Rectangle Stitched Dies.  I also had a beach scene which was created on a panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I had stamped the sand from the Stampin’ Up! High Tide Photopolymer Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink.  I stamped the water from the High Tide stamp set in Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana Inks.  I sponged the sky using my Stamping Sponge, in Pool Party Ink.  The birds from the Sailing Home Cling Stamp Set were stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the sky.  I adhered the beach scene to the back of the frame using Snail.  On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the palm tree image from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical Cling Stamp Set which I colored using my Pear Pizzazz and Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Markers.  I cut the image out using my In The Tropics Dies.

I adhered the palm trees to the artwork using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, letting the palms hang over the frame a little.  I adhered a panel of Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper to a Thick Whisper White card base using Snail.  I adhered the framed artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the top of the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Early Espresso Ink.  I cut the sentiment out using my Classic Label Punch and adhered it to the artwork using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a pineapple from the Tropical Oasis Trinkets to the artwork using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the bottom of the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the palm tree image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set, which I colored using my Pear Pizzazz and Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Markers, on the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Soft Suede mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the palm tree image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set, which I colored using my Pear Pizzazz and Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Markers, on the envelope front.   I adhered a panel of the Tropical Oasis DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Don’t forget to look around your craft table for card pieces that you started and never finished.  You’d be surprised what you can come up with from pieces just sitting around. Happy Stamping!!
