Stampin’ Up! Golden Honey Bee Mine For Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my fellow stampers and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday.  How was everyone’s week?  The weekend is here again, have you made any plans?  I have work, but  that’s just about it.  I’m hoping to get some crafting time in.

I have another new to me fun fold card for you today.  Here’s my card.

My card played along with a couple challenges today.  First is Fab Friday Challenge #181.  Here is their sketch.

I also played along with As You See It Challenge #217.  Their theme is Love Is In The Air.

I started by scoring and folding the Golden Honey Bee Specialty Designer Series Paper. I scored and folded along the long edge at 7/8″.  On the opposite side on the long edge I found the center and made a small mark.  I scored from the center of the edge to the fold line on an angle to both sides making a ‘V’.  I did this to both pieces of Golden Honey Bee Specialty DSP.  I adhered the folded edge to the back side of the Whisper White panel on the top and bottom using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I folded all 4 corners in and adhered them using Snail.

I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Poppy Parade mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped 3 large bees and 2 small bees from the Stampin’ Up! Honey Bee Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored the stripes of the bees in using my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker.  I added Clear Wink of Stella to all the bees wings to give them a little shimmer. I cut all the bees out using the Detailed Bees Dies.  On 2 small strips of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the words ‘Bee’ and ‘Mine’ using the Stampin’ Up! Make A Difference Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black memento Ink.

I cut a panel of Poppy Parade cardstock into a banner using my Paper Snips.  I arranged the bees and sentiment strips on the banner the way I wanted them.  I first adhered the bees using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I then adhered the sentiment strips using Snail sliding them under the bees.

I adhered the matted card front to a Basic Black card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Under the banner on the Whisper White panel I stamped the bee hive image from the Honey Bee stamp set in So Saffron Ink.  I adhered the 2 smaller bees to the hive using Glue Dots.  I cut a small heart out using the Detailed Bees Dies and a scrap piece of Poppy Parade cardstock.   I adhered the heart using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the bee hive image from the Honey Bee stamp set in So Saffron Ink on a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the large bee image from the Honey Bee stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the edge of the bee hive.  I colored the stripes of the bees in using my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker.  I used my Clear Wink of Stella on the wings to give it a little shimmer.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Wish For Everything Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on top of the bee hive.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Poppy Parade mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Basic Black card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the bee hive image from the Honey Bee stamp set in So Saffron Ink on the bottom of the envelope front. I stamped the small bee image from the Honey Bee stamp set in tuxedo Black Memento Ink next to the hive.  I colored the stripes of the bees in using my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker.  I added Clear Wink of Stella on the bees wings.  On the envelope flap I adhered a panel of the Golden Honey Bee Specialty DSP.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it at try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Best Dressed Peaceful Moments

Good Monday morning my stamping friends.  How was everyone’s weekend?  Did anyone do anything fun?  We had a little bit of snow here, but by Sunday afternoon it was gone.  Every winter I ask for one big snow storm, not these little ones that the snow disappears in a day.  I like to get one storm with about 1-2 feet of snow, enough that I just have to stay in for a day and craft.  Last year we never got one, just extremely cold.

For today’s card I used some of the new Designer Series Paper from the 2020 January-June Mini Catalog and an embellishment from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog.  Here’s my card.

I joined in with TGIF Challenge #247.  Here is their theme.

I started by adhering a panel of the Best Dressed 6X6 Designer Series Paper to a Petal Pink mat using Snail.  I then adhered it to a Lovely Lipstick mat using Snail.

I embossed a panel of Whisper White cardstock using the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to a Petal Pink mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then adhered it to a Lovely Lipstick mat using Snail.  I wrapped a piece of Bermuda Bay Bakers Twine from the Sale-A-Bration Metallic Baker’s Twine & Sequins Combo Pack around the matted card front twice and tied a bow.  I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I cut the sentiment out using the Painted Labels Dies.  I edged the die cut sentiment using my Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Write Marker.  I adhered the sentiment to the artwork using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a Lovely Lipstick Happiness Blooms Enamel Dot to the sentiment.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I fussy cut some of the shoes from the Best Dressed 6 X 6 DSP and adhered them to the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Lovely Lipstick mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I adhered a strip of the Best Dressed 6 X 6 DSP to the bottom of the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Make A Splash for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my fellow stampers and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday.  How was everyone’s week?  Are you ready for the weekend?  I’ll be working all weekend, but I’m hoping to find time to do a little crafting.  I’m hearing of a bit of snow coming this weekend and that’s the perfect time to craft for me.  What do you have plans on doing?

We are 2 weeks into the new January-June 2020 Mini Catalog and I thought I’d offer you an extra bonus for 1 week only.

I will send you FREE the Peaceful Poppies Elements with the purchase of the Stampin’ Up! Painted Poppies Cling Stamp Set or Painted Poppies Bundle.  This is only available from me starting today, Friday January 17, 2020 through Friday January 24, 2020.  This is in addition to my other rewards you can find here.  If you purchase the Painted Poppies Bundle you not only receive the free gifts from me, you also get 10% off the bundle and qualify for a Sale-A-Bration item.   You might not want to pass this offer up!!

For today I have another pretty easy fun fold for you.  While I was on vacation my Stampin’ Up! order arrived.  I couldn’t wait to dig in to see what I got.  I used one of my new sets for today’s card that is available only to Hosts.  Take a look.

My colors were inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #330.  Here are their colors.

I started with a Whisper White card base scored and folded at 4 1/4″.  I scored from the top left corner (by the fold) to the half way mark (2 3/4″) on the right edge and folded the corner to the front of the card.  I embossed a Pretty Peacock card front using the High Seas 3D Embossing Folder.  I then cut the panel on an angle starting at the top left corner and cut to the center (2 3/4″) of the right side.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small panel of Thick Whisper White cardstock I stamped the fishbowl image from the Stampin’ Up! Make A Splash Host Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pretty Peacock Ink.  I stamped the water edge image from the Make A Splash stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink along the top of the fishbowl.  I stamped the sand/gravel image from the Make A Splash stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink along the bottom of the fishbowl.  I stamped the 3 greenery images from the Make A Splash stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink.  The center one I stamped full strength, the one on the left I stamped off once and the one on the right I stamped off twice.  I stamped 2 of the fish images from the Make A Splash stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink.  I stamped the bubbles from the Make A Splash stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink, stamping off twice, by each of the fish.  I fussy cut the fish bow using my Paper Snips.

I adhered the fishbowl to the corner overlapping piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added 3 Rhinestone Basic Jewels which I colored using my Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends Marker, above the fishbowl.

I adhered a panel of Pretty Peacock cardstock to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a thin strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Make A Splash stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink and adhered it to the top right.  For the inner liner I cut a panel of Whisper White cardstock on an angle.  I stamped the sentiment from the Make A Splash stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink in the center of the panel.  I stamped the 2 fish images from the Make A Splash stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Flirty Flamingo Ink.  I stamped the 3 greenery images from the Make A Splash stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink along the bottom of the panel.  I stamped a tiny bit of the sand/gravel image from the Make A Splash stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink along the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the Pretty Peacock panel using Snail.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the fish images from the Make A Splash stamp set on the envelope front and flap in Flirty Flamingo Ink.  I stamped the greenery images from the Make A Splash stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink along the bottom of the envelope front.  I stamped part of the sand/gravel image from the Make A Splash stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink along the bottom front of the envelope.  I stamped the bubble and water edge images from Make A Splash stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on the envelope front and flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  This stamp set is available when you host a qualifying party or you place an order of $150 or more.  You earn Stampin’ Rewards that can be used for free and discounted products.  If you are interested in more information, please feel free to contact me.  Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug Thinking of You Sneak Peek

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers and HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE!!  Does anyone have any fun plans for this evening?  What does everyone do?  Go out or stay in?  I’m a stay in person.  I grew up having New Year’s Eve parties at our house and inviting family and friends over.  Tonight will be the 1st time, since I’ve gotten married 31 years ago, that we are having people over.  My husband never did anything on New Years, so he never wanted to after we were married.  Now I just have to make sure I can stay awake, that’s always a challenge for me lately.

For my last card of 2019 I made you a Clean and Simple one.  I used one of my favorite sets from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog, which by the way starts in just 3 short days.  I love stamping large images that I can color with my Stampin’ Blends Markers.   Here’s my last card of the year for you.

My colors were inspired by Global Design Project Challenge #221.   Here are their colors.

I played along with Inspire. Create. Challenge # 059 for my design with today’s card.  Here is their sketch.

I started by embossing a Cherry Cobbler card front using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.  I took my Stamping Sponge and lightly sponged over the card front using Early Espresso Ink to give it a little shading.

I stamped the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Little Lady Bug Host Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink on a small panel of Whisper White Cardstock.  I colored the image in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Early Espresso Ink below the flower.

I adhered the artwork to the embossed card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, letting it hang off the left side just a smidge and cut it even with the card front.  I adhered the card front to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few of the Shaded Spruce Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the artwork and card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Well Said Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the large flower image from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Early Espresso Ink, stamping off 5 times to get a real light image, on both sides of the panel. I adhered the Whisper White panel to an Early Espresso mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base using Multipurpose Liquid glue.  I added a couple more Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels on either side of the sentiment to give a little extra bling.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the large flower image from the Little Ladybug stamp set once on the front of the envelope and twice on the envelope flap in Early Espresso Ink.  I colored the flowers in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping and have a Happy, Happy New Year!!!!  Stay safe tonight with whatever plans you have and I will see you in 2020!!

Stampin’ Up! Honey Bee Sneak Peek

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers.  Merry Christmas Eve.  I hope you have all your shopping done, gifts wrapped, decorating done and meals planned.  Believe it or not, I got it all done.  This was a little more last minute that I’m used to, I’m usually much more organized with this kind of stuff.  Time got the best of me this year.  By the time you read this I will already be starting our Christmas Eve Dinner.  My family does the feast of the 7 fishes.  I took over doing it many years ago and I have my whole family over tonight for dinner and to start the celebration of Christmas.  I haven’t gotten anyone to help me out with cleaning all the fish, but  I do get help with the cooking.  Everyone starts coming over at 2pm and we get started with our celebration.  Tomorrow will be a nice quiet, relaxing day spent with just my family opening some gifts, watching some Christmas movies, having a nice Christmas meal, playing games and maybe I’ll even get some craft time in.  A good day to just unwind after all the Hussle and bustle.

For today’s card I have a sneak peek from the upcoming January-June 2020 Mini Catalog and the Sale-A-Bration Catalog.  Only 10 days left till the catalogs go live.  I hope you are getting your shopping lists ready, I know I have mine ready to go.  Here’s my card.

My design was inspired by the Fab Friday Challenge #179.  Here is their sketch.

I started by cutting a panel of the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper using the largest Rectangle Stitched Dies.  I cut the inside out to make a frame of the panel using the 3rd largest Rectangle Stitched Die.  I adhered the frame to the front of a Basic Black card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  You can get this Golden Honey Specialty DSP FREE with a qualifying purchase from the Sale-A-Bration catalog starting January 3, 2020.  With the purchase of the Stampin’ Up! Honey Bee Bundle and something else small you can earn this beautiful paper.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the bee hive image from the Stampin’ Up! Honey Bee Cling Stamp Set.  I inked the stamp up with Daffodil Delight Ink and using my Sponge Dauber I edged the stamp with Calypso Coral Ink before stamping.  I stamped the sentiment from the Honey Bee stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink around the bee hive image.  I stamped the small bee image from the Honey Bee stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink above the bee hive.  On a small panel of  Whisper White cardstock I stamped each of the flower images from the Honey Bee stamp set.  I colored the stamps in using my Calypso Coral and Garden Green Stampin’ Write Markers.  I cut the images out using the Detailed Bee Dies.  I stamped the large bee image from the Honey Bee stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a small panel of Vellum cardstock.  I cut the bee out using my Detailed Bee Dies.  I colored the small bee image and the vellum  bee image in using my Basic Black and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I cut the artowrk out using the Rectangle Stitched Dies.  I adhered the vellum bee to the artwork using a Glue Dot.  I adhered the flowers on the bottom of the artwork using Glue Dots.  I adhered the artwork to the center of the frame using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

On the inside of a Whisper White panel I stamped the sentiment from the Honey Bee stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the center.  I stamped the flower images from the Honey Bee stamp set  on either side of the sentiment.  I colored them in the same as I did for the artwork.  I stamped a couple of the small bees from the Honey Bee stamp set on the panel in Smoky Slate Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Daffodil Delight mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Basic Black card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the bee hive image from the Honey Bee stamp set on the envelope front colored the same as I did for the card front.  I stamped a small bee from the Honey Bee stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink next to the hive.  I adhered a panel of the Golden Honey Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.  I stamped a couple of the small bee images from the Honey Bee stamp set on the DSP on the envelope flap.  If you look at them close up, they look like they are behind the honey comb.  I stamped the flower images from the Honey Bee stamp set on the bottom of the envelope back colored the same as I did for the card front.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Rustic Winter Woods Birthday

Good Monday morning my fellow stampers.  How was everyone’s weekend?  Did anyone do anything exciting or fun?  I was at work, but had a great time.  I love working during the holiday season, watching everyone rush around trying to get all their gifts.  In the mean time, I still have shopping to get done myself, UGH!!

I have a masculine birthday card for you today.  Here’s my card.

My design was inspired by Sunday Stamps Challenge #220.  Here is their sketch.

I started by embossing a Soft Suede card front using the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder.

I stamped the tree image from the Stampin’ Up! Winter Woods Cling Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink on a Very Vanilla panel.  I cut 2 of the trees out of Soft Suede cardstock  using the In The Woods Dies.  I adhered the trees on either side of the Very Vanilla panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Rustic Retreat Cling Stamp Set in Soft Suede Ink on the top of the artwork.

I adhered the artwork to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I wrapped a piece of 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon around the card front and tied a knot.  I added a Glue Dot under the knot to keep it in place.  I adhered the card front to a Soft Suede card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Shaded Spruce Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On  the inside I stamped the cottage image from the Rustic Retreat stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once, to the center of a Very Vanilla panel.  I stamped the trees on either side of the cottage in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once.  I stamped the sentiment from the Rustic Retreat stamp set in Soft Suede Ink over the cottage image.  I stamped the pine boughs image from the Rustic Retreat stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the top of the Very Vanilla panel.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Shaded Spruce mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Soft Suede card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the cottage image from the Rustic Retreat stamp set on the envelope front in Crumb Cake Ink.  I stamped the trees on either side of the cottage in Crumb Cake Ink.  I stamped the pine boughs image from the Rustic Retreat stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink along each side of the envelope front.  I stamped the tree image from the Winter Woods stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug For Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by. This week we had a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. I’m continuing with my quick and easy cards for this week.  My card today is for my daughter who was just accepted to the Forensic Chemistry Program at Kean University.  I am so proud of her and I wanted to make a card to let her know and congratulate her.   Here’s what I came up with for the sketch.

Here is our sketch for this week.

My colors were inspired by Inspire. Create Challenge #058.  Here are their colors.

I started by adhering a panel of Cherry Cobbler Regals 6″ X 6″ Designer Series Paper to a Whisper White card base.

I stamped the flower and butterfly image from the Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug Host Cling Stamp Set In Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a small panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored the ladybug image in using my Light Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I colored the leaves and stem of the flower in using my Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I colored the flower in using my Aqua Painter and Blushing Bride Ink.  On a scrap of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the same ladybug image from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I only colored in the left wing using my Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend Markers. I fussy cut the wing out using my Paper Snips. I adhered the wing to the artwork using a Stampin’ Dimensional to give a little extra dimension to the ladybug.  I added a little Clear Wink of Stella to the flower center to give a little sparkle.  I adhered the artwork to a panel of Blushing Bride cardstock using Snail.

On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I sponged the edges of the strip using my Cherry Cobbler Ink and a Sponge Dauber.  I adhered the sentiment to the bottom of the artwork using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the flower image from the Little Ladybug stamp set in Blushing Bride Ink, stamping off once, to the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the ladybug image from the Little Ladybug stamp set on the bottom of the panel  in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored it in using my Light Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Strong & Beautiful Cling Stamp Set over the flower image in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Blushing Bride mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Snail.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the flower and ladybug images from the Little Ladybug stamp set on the envelope front and colored them in using my Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of Cherry Cobbler Regals 6″ X 6″ DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. If you click on the Next Blog button, you’ll go to Amy’s page. Or you can just click on the names below to go directly to all the blogs! Happy Hopping!!

Stampin’ Up Timeless Tulips Sneak Peek for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday the 13th morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday.  How was everyone’s week?  I’ve got all my cookie doughs mixed, some of my bar cookies made and today and tomorrow I bake everything off.  My house will have the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies for the next couple days.  Now to have the willpower not to eat them.

For today’s I made a card for you doing Simple Stamping .  I never do simple, but I thought I’d give it a try.  All I used was Stamp, Ink and Paper.  There are no layers, except for the sentiment and one thin strip.  Here’s my card.

My colors were inspired by the Color Throwdown Challenge #573.  Here are their colors.

I played along with the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #415.  Here is their sketch.

I started by folding my Thick Whisper White card base at 4 1/4″ & 2″ (a little different than a regular Z-Fold).

I adhered a thin strip of Lovely Lipstick cardstock to the left edge of the card base, on the fold, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  On the 2″ card front I stamped the script image from the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles Cling Stamp Set twice in Granny Apple Green Ink stamping off once.  I stamped the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink on a strip of Whisper White cardstock.  I adhered the sentiment strip to a Lovely Lipstick mat using Snail.

I stamped the tulip stems and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink on the right of the card base.  I stamped the medium and small tulip images from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Lovely Lipstick Ink on the stems.  I adhered the sentiment, so that it went across the stems, on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink behind the fold.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the tulip stems and leaves from the Timeless Tulips stamp set on the envelope front.  I stamped the medium and small tulip image from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Lovely Lipstick Ink on the stems.  I stamped the script image from the Very Versailles stamp set on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card.  The Timeless Tulips Stamp Set will be available for purchase on January 3, 2020 from the New January-June Mini Catalog.  Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up! Happy Birthday To You Sneak Peek for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers and welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month and you know what that means, Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s awesome projects. If you’ve hopped over from Amy Koenders blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “Celebrate”. We can interpret this any way that we’d like.

For today’s card I’m giving you a little sneak peek of an upcoming Sale-A-Bration stamp set.  I knew I wanted this set the first time I saw it at OnStage.

My colors were inspired by Fab Friday Challenge #178.  Here are their colors.

I played along with Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #329 for my design.  Here is their sketch.

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Birthday To You Cling Stamp Set, (new Sale-A-Bration item starting January 3, 2020), in Mossy Meadow Ink on the bottom of a Pear Pizzazz card front.  I embossed the Pear Pizzazz card front using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.

I wrapped a piece of the Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon around the card front then adhered the card front to a Merry Merlot mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the matted card front to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the cake image from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink .  I colored the cake in using my Mossy Meadow and Seaside Spray Stampin’ Blends Markers and my Merry Merlot and Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Write Markers.  I fussy cut the cake using my Paper Snips and adhered the cake to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the flower centers on the cake.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the top of the cake image from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set on the bottom corner of the panel and colored it in the same as I did on the card front.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the cake image from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set on the front of the envelope.  I adhered a panel of the Subtle 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now be sure to hit Previous to hop back to Amy Koenders blog or hit Next to head over to Jaimie Babarczy’s blog. You can also click on each of the names and hop around that way. Happy Hopping!!

Good Friday morning my fellow stampers and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday.  How was everyone’s week?  Hope you had a productive one.  The weekend is here already and the countdown has begun.  This will probably be my last Christmas card for you.  I think I’m all caught up and ready to start writing them out and get them in the mail.  Have you gotten all your Christmas cards made yet?  I have to work on Saturday, but   I’m looking forward to Sunday we have our in person team meeting.  I always have so much fun getting together with my team members and stamping.  Amy always has some beautiful projects for us to make.  We have a nice lunch together, take care of some business and then we get to stamp and create.

For today’s card I have a Gift Card Holder for you.  Seems that a lot of gift cards are given out around this time.  My niece always asks me to make her one or two for her boys teachers, so I’m always looking for new ideas.  My card for today uses up a lot of Designer Series Paper.  Those that read my blog from Tuesday know that I had hand surgery.  This card was NOT made ahead of time (guess I wasn’t thinking).  I did a better job doing all the fussy cutting for this card with my hands all bandaged up that I do without.  Once I got those Paper Snips on my fingers properly, I went to town cutting.   Here’s my card for today.

My colors were inspired by Sunday Stamps Challenge #219.  Here are their colors.

I also played along with “Just Us Girls” Challenge #516.  Here is their theme.

I joined in with Cardz 4 Galz Challenge #112.  Their theme is ‘Cute Christmas’.

I started by adhering a panel of the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper to a Real Red card base using Snail.  I adhered a panel of Blueberry Bushel Noble Peacock Foil Sheets to the center of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid glue and set it aside.

I folded the Coastal Cabana card base into a Z-Fold card.  I adhered the smaller panels of the Let It Snow DSP to 5 of the 6 sides.  I did not adhere a piece to the back which will be getting adhered to the larger card base.   I fussy cut some of the snowmen from one of the panels of Let It Snow DSP using my Paper Snips.

On the front of the Z-Fold I adhered 2 of the fussy cut snowmen using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season Photopolymer Stamp Set on the DSP in Shaded Spruce Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool.  You can emboss any color when you use your ink and the Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I just love the way an embossed sentiment looks, so I do this a lot.

When you open the card to the right I had adhered 2 panels of the Let It Snow DSP.  I adhered another one of the fussy cut snowmen using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas Cling Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink.  I immediately sprinkled it with my Clear Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool.

When you open the Z-Fold to the left you get the inside of the card.  On the back panel I stamped the sentiment from the Snowman Season stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the small snowman image from the Snowman Season stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink, stamping off once, over the sentiment.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I took a 2″ piece of Let It Snow DSP and using the 1″ Circle Punch, I cut a half circle in the center of the panel.  I adhered the small panel to the center using Tear & Tape Adhesive.  The gift card will slide in and out real easily.  I adhered the Z-Fold card to the card base using Tear & Tape Adhesive.  I used the Tear & Tape because I figured the card is going to get opened and closed a lot and I really wanted to make sure it sticks well.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I adhered a strip of Let It Snow DSP to the front of the envelope and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my gift card holder and will give it a try.  It’s a pretty quick and easy card once you get all your DSP cut up.  Happy Stamping!!
