Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s amazing projects. Here is my card using this weeks sketch.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp Set (available May 4th) for my card today. My colors are from the Fab Friday Challenge #212.

Here is our sketch for this week.

I started by adhering a panel of the 2019-2021 In-Color Designer Series Paper (retiring May 3rd) to a Terracotta Tile card base (retiring may 3rd) using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the news print image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set across the stem in Soft Sea Foam Ink. I adhered the artwork to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Old Olive Ink and adhered it to an Old Olive mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensional and a Glue Dot. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Old Olive Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink, stamping off once. I colored the image in using my Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the splotch image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the flower. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Old Olive mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Terracotta Tile card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it using my Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the splotch image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the flowers. I adhered a panel of 2019-2021 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Mother’s Day Card

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and heading towards the weekend. I actually have the day off today. Since I have to work all day Friday for the last of the month I decided not to go in today. Instead, I’m planning on going to the nursery to buy myself some more Hydrangea bushes. I have a garden that seems to get an excessive amount of water and I thought they would do perfectly there. I’ll buy them and plant them and I’ve asked my son and husband to dig up the garden so I can get it prepped.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concept. For the next 2 weeks we have a Happy Mother’s Day challenge. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Bundle (available May 4th). I was inspired by the beautiful spring flowers and colors in the bouquet for my Clean and Layered card. My design is from Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #362.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concept and join us this week to play along with our challenge #154. How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by adhering a panel of the retiring Brights 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Thick Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Stitched Rectangle Dies then embossed is using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the large flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the individual flower and leaf images from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaron, Pacific Point and Polished Pink. I cut the image out using my Penned Flowers Dies (available May 4th).

Using the Penned Flowers Dies, I cut some of the leaves out of a panel of Garden Green cardstock and adhered them to the back of the bouquet using Glue Dots. I adhered a length of the Silver trim from the Simply Elegant Trim (available May 4th) using a little Stampin’ Seal to hold it in place. I adhered the bouquet to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to some of the flower centers. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pacific Point Ink and adhered it to the floral image using a Glue Dot and Stampin’ Dimensional.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Simply Succulent Cling Stamp Set in Pacific Point in the center of Basic White panel. I had stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock and colored it in, but decided not to use it. I cut the image out using the detailed floral die from the Penned Flowers Dies and adhered it to the bottom of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pacific Point mat using Stampin’ Seal then adhered it to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the solid flower and leaf images in Daffodil Delight, Mint Maccaron, Pacific Point and Polished Pink Inks. I adhered a panel of the Brights DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Prized Peony Mother’s Day CAS

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend going? Hope you are doing some fun things, hiking, gardening or maybe just relaxing. I’ll be at work all day today, but yesterday I had a very productive day. I did a little of everything, inside and out. I’m still trying to get my house back in order since all the workers are done. That’s not going to happen in 1 or 2 days though. I was able to spend a little time outside cutting the grass and gardening a little.

For today’s card I used a set that is going to be carrying over to the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. The Stampin’ Up! Prized Peony Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set. Here’s my card for today.

My design is from The Spot Challenge #158.

I started by adhering a panel of the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper to a Petal Pink card base using Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of Petal Pink cardstock using the Ornate Layers Dies. I stamped the smallest peony from the Prized Peony stamp set in Petal Pink Ink and adhered the die cut to my card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Gray Granite Ink. I adhered the strip to a Gray Granite mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a small bow using the 5/8″ Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon and adhered it to the sentiment using a Glue Dot. I added a few Elegant Faceted Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Gray Granite Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the small peony from the Prized Peony stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Petal Pink Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gray Granite mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small peony from the Prized Peony stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Peony Garden DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Tasteful Touches CAS

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and heading towards the weekend.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concept. For the next 2 weeks we have a Loads of Lavender challenge. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Tasteful Touches Cling Stamp Set . I was inspired by the colors in the photo along with the gingham bow (even though mine isn’t black) for my clean and layered card today.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concept and join us this week to play along with our challenge #153. How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by adhering a panel of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper to a Gray Granite card base using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the pitcher image from the Stampin’ Up! Country Home Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. If this is a set that you like, it will be retiring as of May 3rd. I colored the image in using my Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the leafy image from the Tasteful Touches stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink above the pitcher and colored the leaves in using my Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I cut the image out using my Scalloped Contours Dies. These are my absolute new favorite dies in case you can’t tell. I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the gingham ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it to the pitcher using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Tasteful Touches stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the leafy image from the Tasteful Touches stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the corners of the panel and colored the leaves in using my Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden Wishes

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? I hope you had enjoyable one and were able to find some time for yourself.

Today’s card is one that we’re making at my card class tonight. This is the 1st class in over a year that I’m having. I’m really hoping this will be the 1st of many monthly classes again. I used the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Garden Wishes Cling Stamp Set for my card. My card is similar to one a did a while back, one of the ladies coming asked about making it. Here’s my card for today.

My colors are from CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #414.

I started by adhering a Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper card front to a Bumblebee card base using Stampin’ Seal.

I embossed a panel of Mossy Meadow cardstock using the Dandelion 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the dragonfly image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the wing fill image in Merry Merlot Ink and I punched the dragonfly out using the Dragonflies Punch. I stamped the sentiment from the Garden Wishes stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the same panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the small dragonfly image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Bumblebee Ink over the sentiment and punched it out using the Double Oval Punch. I punched the scalloped oval from the panel of Basic White cardstock using the Double Oval Punch. I adhered the sentiment oval to the scalloped oval using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a length of 1/4″ Bumblebee Ribbon to the card front adhering it with a small amount of Stampin’ Seal in a ‘Z’ form and adhered the sentiment over the top using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a Ladybug Trinket to the sentiment using a Glue Dot. I brushed the wings of the dragonfly with some Clear Wink of Stella and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Garden Wishes stamp set in the center of a Basic White panel using Mossy Meadow Ink. I stamped the dragonfly image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Bumblebee Ink on the top and bottom corners of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Mossy Meadow mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Bumblebee card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the dragonfly from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set on the envelope front and adhered a panel of the Dandy Garden DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Blooms Thank You

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. How has everyone’s week started off? I hope you are all having a productive one. Last night after a long day at work, I did a quick Facebook live video sharing my new produce pre-order from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. If you missed it and want to see some of the goodies, you can see it here.

For today’s card I did not use new product, but I did use some retiring product. I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Blooms Bundle and the True Love Designer Series Paper. This stamp set is one of my favorite sets that will be retiring in May. I just love the images in this set and I’ve used them so much. Here’s my card for today.

My design is from Inspire. Create. Challenge #087.

I also played along with Just Us Girls Word Week Challenge #578.

I started by adhering 2 panels of True Love DSP to Melon Mambo mats using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Basic White card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic Black card base using Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the rose image from the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Blooms Cling Stamp Set. I colored the image using my Just Jade and Melon Mambo Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the leaf image from the Flowering Blooms stamp set in Just Jade Ink twice on the Basic White panel. I cut the images out using my Flowering Dies. I embossed a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Pinewood Planks 3E Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Melon Mambo mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the die cut leaves to the back of the rose image using Glue Dots. I adhered the rose image to the embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the artwork to the center of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On the panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from Flowering Blooms stamp set in Just Jade Ink and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the artwork using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color Enamel Dots to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Blooms stamp set in Just Jade Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the rose image from the Flowering Blooms stamp set on the bottom of the panel, coloring the stamp using my Just Jade and Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Melon Mambo mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Basic Black card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the rose image from the Flowering Blooms stamp set on the envelope front coloring it the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of True Love DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Pampered Pet Cat Birthday

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Hope your having a good start to your weekend. I’m off this weekend. Both my jobs are closed tomorrow and I took off today to prep for our Easter brunch tomorrow. We started doing brunch a few years ago and everyone seems to love it. It is a lot more work that dinner though. I finished all my Easter Egg bread baking last night. I forgot how long of a process it is to make, but WELL worth it.

For today I have a birthday card for my niece who will be turning 40 tomorrow, on Easter. Her and I have always been so close, she’s like a daughter to me. I don’t know what I would ever do without her, she’s that great. She loves animals, but really loves her dog and cats so I thought I’d make her a cat card this year. I used the Stampin’ Up! Pampered Pets Bundle for my card today along with the Playful Pets Designer Series Paper. Here’s my card for today.

My design is from Mojo Monday Sketch #556. I love layered cards and this one has a lot of layers.

I started by adhering a panel of Playful Pets DSP to a Basic Gray card base using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered panels of Playful Pets DSP to Basic Gray mats using Stampin’ Seal and adhered them to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a circle from a panel of Basic White cardstock using my Layering Circles Dies. I cut a coordinating scalloped circle from a panel of Basic Gray cardstock using my Layering Circles Dies. I stamped the butterfly and mouse images from the Stampin’ Up! Pampered Pets Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. On a small panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the cat image from the Pampered Pets stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Flirty Flamingo, Gray Granite, Real Red and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the cat image out using my Pets Dies and adhered it to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the Basic White circle to the scalloped circle using Stampin’ Seal and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a scrap of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Pampered Pets stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I fussy cut the sentiment and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I threaded one of the Playful Pets Trinkets using the Snail Mail Twine and tied a bow. I left very long tails on the bow so I could wrap it around the cat. I adhered the heart to the card front using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Family Party Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the cat image on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it in using my Flirty Flamingo and Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a strip of the Playful Pets DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Real Red mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Basic Gray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cat image from the Pampered Pets stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it in using my Flirty Flamingo and Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a strip of the Playful Pets DSP on the envelope front and a panel of the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Beauty Peek-A-Boo Card

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and heading towards the weekend.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concept. For the next 2 weeks we have a Celebrate Easter challenge. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Beauty Cling Stamp Set . I was inspired by the colors in the photo along with the little bunnies on the bottom for my clean and layered card today.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concept and join us this week to play along with our challenge #152. How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by adhering a panel of Peony Garden Designer Series Paper to a Just Jade card base using Stampin’ Seal. I placed a Petal Pink card front on the card base and using my Layering Circle Dies I ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I cut another panel of Petal Pink cardstock using my Layering Circle Dies and made a scalloped frame for the card front.

I embossed the card front using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the scalloped frame on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! A Wish For Everything Cling Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink and cut it out using my Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the card front to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I made a bow using the Just Jade Gingham Ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it the the scalloped frame using Glue Dots. I added a few Just Jade 2020-2022 In-Color Enamel Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the bunny image from the Nature’s Beauty stamp set in Gray Granite Ink making sure it would be seen through the circle on the card front. I stamped the grass image from the Nature’s Beauty stamp set around the bunny in Just Jade Ink, some full strength and some stamped off. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Greetings Cling Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink towards the top of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gray Granite mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Just Jade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the bunny image from the Nature’s Beauty stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the grass image around the bunny in Just Jade Ink. I adhered a panel of the Peony Garden DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles CAS

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. How has everyone’s week started off? Hope you will be having a productive one.

For today I made a simple stamping card for you. My card uses Stamps, Ink and Paper. I used the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles Cling Stamp Set for my card. I’ve been wanting to use it for a while, so here’s my card for today.

My colors are from Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #360.

I started with a Basic White card front and stamped the script image from the Very Versailles stamp set in So Saffron Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the leaf image from the Very Versailles stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink on the card front overlapping the script.

I adhered a panel of Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the card front to a Highland Heather mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Basic White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set in Highland Heather Ink and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the script image from the Very Versailles stamp set in So Saffron Ink, stamping off twice, in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaf from the Very Versailles stamp set image on the side of the panel in Pear Pizzazz Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set in Highland Heather Ink in the center of the panel over the script image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Highland Heather mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf image from the Very Versailles stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Hydrangea Hill DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!
