Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s week going? I’ve been working Monday, Tuesday and today. One of my full time cashiers was out and they needed someone to fill in, but I do have tomorrow and Friday off (so far). We’re already halfway through the week and before you know it the weekend will be here.
For today I have a really quick and easy card for you. I think this one may have taken me all of 10-15 minutes. Here’s my card for today.
I started by adhering a Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper card front to a Pear Pizzazz mat using Stampin’ Seal.
I adhered one of the Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper panels to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, just in the center. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern Cling Stamp Set in Garden Green Ink on a small panel of Whisper White cardstock. I cut the sentiment out using my Stitched Rectangle Dies. There wasn’t a die that cut it narrow enough so I had to make my own. I lined the rectangle up with the top half of the sentiment and cut part way, making sure not to go all the way through. I moved the rectangle up and lined it up with the bottom half of the sentiment and lined up the stitches on the cardstock with the stitches on the die and cut part way through again. I adhered the sentiment to the gold laser-cut panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I adhered the matted card front to a Garden Green card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Elegant Faceted Gems to the card front.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Many Mates Cling Stamp Set in Garden Green Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the leaf image from the Forever Fern stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink multiple times on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Garden Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the leaf image from the Forever Fern stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink multiple times on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Forever Greenery DSP to the envelope flap.
