Good Monday morning my fellow stampers and Happy April Fools Day!!. How was everyone’s weekend? Did anyone do anything fun? It was the end of the month, so I had to work.
For today’s card I made a pretty quick and easy card for you using the Stampin’ Up Half Full Stamp Set. Here’s my card.

I started with an Old Olive card front and ran it through my Big Shot with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

On a strip of Wood Textures Designer Series Paper I stamped the sentiment from the Half Full stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the grapes and the leaves in with my Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers. I made it into a banner using the Banner Triple Punch. I made a smaller banner from a piece of Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I adhered both banners to the Old Olive card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I wrapped a piece of Blackberry Bliss Nature’s Twine around the card front and tied a bow. I adhered the card front to a Blackberry Bliss card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. To add a little bling, I added a few Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped two wine glasses from the Half Full stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom of a Whisper White panel. I masked the one wine glass and stamped the wine bottle from the same stamp set next to them. I colored the wine in the glass in using my Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. It’s very hard to see, but I added a few Heart Epoxy Droplets above the wine glasses.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the wine glasses from the Half Full stamp set along the bottom of the envelope front and colored them in using my Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a piece of the Floral Romance Specialty DSP to the envelope flap.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

On a piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from Stampin’ Up Life Is Grand Cling Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink. Using my Big Shot I cut the sentiment out with the largest oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I added a couple Granny Apple Green Glitter Enamel Dots to the stitched oval.
On the inside on a Whisper White cardstock panel I stamped the birthday sentiment from the Life Is Grand stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink in the center. I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. To decorate the inside a little I added a panel of How Sweet It Is DSP.

For my card I also played along with 3 challenges. The first is
Next I played along with
Last is
I started by stamping the sentiment from Incredible Like You stamp set in Pool Party Ink on a small piece of Whisper White cardstock. I immediately sprinkled it with Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool. You can emboss in any color when you use clear embossing powder. I then stamped the stems from the same stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the bottom of the sentiment, then stamped the flowers, from the same stamp set, on the stems in Highland Heather Ink. Using my Big Shot and the oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies, I cut the sentiment out and set it aside.
On a panel of Pool Party cardstock I stamped the flowers from the Incredible Like You stamp set in Pool Party Ink. I stamped the inside of the flower stamping off once then stamped the second part of the flower full strength Pool Party Ink. I stamped the leaf image from the same stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink randomly around. I ran the Pool Party panel through my Big Shot using the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to give it a little more texture.
On the inside I stamped the stems and flowers from the Incredible Like You stamp set in Soft Sea Foam and Highland Heather Inks on the bottom of a Whisper White cardstock panel. I stamped the larger flower in the center of the Whisper White panel in Pool Party Ink, stamping the inside colored part off twice and the second part of the flower stamping off once. I stamped the sentiment from Stampin’ Up Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set in Highland Heather Ink over the top of the flower. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Highland Heather mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Soft Sea Foam card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I started with a Lemon Lime Twist card base and scored and folded it at 4 1/4″ and 2 1/8″. Here’s what it looks like folded.
I adhered 2 different panels of Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper to a Call Me Clover mats using Snail. I then adhered them both to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On another small piece of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the birthday sentiment from Stampin’ Up Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set in Call Me Clover Ink. Using my Big Shot again, I cut the sentiment out using the smallest Stitched Rectangle Framelit Die. Then using the next size up, I cut another Stitched Rectangle out in Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. I adhered the sentiment to the mat using Snail and then adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Call Me Clover Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots to the card front and the sentiment. I also added 2 Candle Embellishments to the sentiment. In case you can’t tell, the card was for a 2 year old.

I played along with
I started with a Melon Mambo card base and adhered a panel of How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I took a strip of Melon Mambo cardstock and wrapped a piece of the Coastal Cabana/Granny Apple Green 3/8″ Reversible Ribbon around it and tied a bow. I adhered the strip to the left side of my card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped one of the candy jars from the Sweetest Thing stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock. I then stamped the gummy bears, from the same stamp set, inside the jar in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored them in with my Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green and Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write Markers. Using my Big Shot I cut the candy jar out with my Jar Of Sweets Framelits Dies. I adhered the jar, using Stampin’ Dimensionals, to an oval which I cut out using the largest Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies in Granny Apple Green cardstock. Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, I adhered the oval just under the Melon Mambo strip. I stamped the sentiment in Granny Apple Green on another scrap of Whisper White cardstock and cut it out using the smallest oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. I cut the smallest scalloped oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies in Melon Mambo cardstock. I adhered the stitched oval to the center of the scalloped oval using Snail then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Glitter Enamel Dots to the card front in Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green and Melon Mambo.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Sweetest Thing stamp set in Granny Apple Green in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the gummy bears from the same stamp set along the bottom of the panel and colored them in the same as I did on the card front. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Granny Apple Green mat using Snail then adhered it to the inside of the Melon Mambo card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
