Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends, Happy March!!! March is here that means that spring will be here soon, right? I sure hope so, even though we really aren’t having a Winter here in NJ. Looking around outside in my gardens, all my bulbs are coming up and I’ve even seen some flowers. As much as I love a good snowstorm, I’m afraid that if we get one it will kill my flowers.

It’s time for an inspiration challenge from The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo #190 is Lucky Charm.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Perfect Plants Dies and Delicate Desert Designer Series Paper for my Freestyle Collage card today. I was inspired by all the green plants in the photo and the Black & White Gingham around the candle.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge 190.  How are you inspired by the photo?

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of the Delicate Desert DSP to a panel of Gray Granite cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the plant and flowerpot images from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Early Espresso, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite and Shaded Spruce Inks. I cut all the images out using the Perfect Plants Dies. From panels of Granny Apple Green and Gray Granite cardstock, I cut the smaller flowerpots, plant hanger and plants.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the plants to the flowerpots using Glue Dots and Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the potted plants to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I wrapped a piece of Black & White 1/4″Gingham Ribbon around the side of the panel and tied a knot. I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on a panel of Basic White cardstock in Gray Granite Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the 2nd smallest Stitched Rectangle Dies, off centering it a bit. I adhered the sentiment to the card front over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals, hanging over the left side of the card front. I trimmed the sentiment using my Paper Snips. I adhered the card front to a Gray Granite card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added Faux Sea Glass Shapes to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Early Espresso Ink. I stamped the plant image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set inside the pot in Garden Green Ink. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Garden Green mat then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants on the envelope front in Early Espresso Ink. I stamped the plant in the pot in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the hanging plant from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on the top front of the envelope in Granny Apple Green Ink. I adhered a panel of Delicate Desert DSP to the envelope flap.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:    7KF3QB4G

Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog or the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

Please remember to use my current Host Code and make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me, and you’ll get my rewards!

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Celebrate Sunflowers for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Does anyone have plans for the weekend? By the time you are reading this I will be in the air flying to Georgia for our retreat (hopefully). I can’t wait to get there to stamp, eat and laugh with friends all weekend long.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. A couple weeks ago I told you I was going to a Sunflower Maze. I did go and it was amazing. That is where some of my inspiration for my card today came from. I’ve shared a few pictures below of our day at the maze. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Celebrate Sunflowers Cling Stamp Set, the Stampin’ Up! Jar of Flowers Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by cutting my Night of Navy card base. I cut the front panel at the 2 3/4″ mark to the outside edge. I then cut on the 4 1/4″ score line up from the 2 3/4″ cut line. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to a Cinnamon Cider mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the bottom of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the small sunflower from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set and the bouquet from the Jar of Flowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on the Basic White panel. I colored the images in using my Balmy Blue, Cherry Cobbler, Cinnamon Cider, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the small sunflower image out using my Sunflower Dies and the flowerpot image using my Perfect Plants Dies. I fussy cut the sunflower bouquet using my Paper Snips. I cut a few sprigs from the Sunflower Dies from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock.

I fussy cut one of the flowerpot images from a panel of the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP using my Paper Snips. I adhered the Soft Succulent sprigs to the back of the flowerpot using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sunflower bouquet to the front of the flowerpot using Glue Dots then adhered the arrangement to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside on a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane Cling Stamp Set in Garden Green Ink. I cut the panel at 2 1/2″ and fussy cut around the stem using my Paper Snips. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the top of a Cinnamon Cider mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel with the stem to the bottom of the Cinnamon Cider mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Garden Green Ink on the DSP panel. I adhered the small sunflower die to the top of the stem using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the die cut flowerpot to the bottom of the stem using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small sunflower image from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom front of the envelope and colored it in the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. If you do CASE this card, please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under the post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Dear Friend

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Hope your weekend is starting off with some fun activities planned. I have off today and I’ll be at work tomorrow. I don’t have plans for today yet except to do a little trimming of some plants in my gardens. That will be done first thing this morning since we are expected to be in the mid 90’s today.

Today’s card uses one of the beautiful packs of DSP that is on sale right now. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Bundle form my card along with In Good Taste Designer Series Paper today.

My design is from Just Add Ink Challenge #563.

I started by embossing a Gray Granite card front using the Macramé 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered a panel of In Good Taste DSP to the top of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I wrapped a piece of Evening Evergreen 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon around the panel and tied a knot.

Using the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Photopolymer Stamp Set, I stamped the flower pot in Pale Papaya Ink, the leafy plant in Soft Succulent Ink and the berry plant in Fresh Freesia Ink. I cut the images out using my Perfect Plants Dies. I cut the macramé plant holder from a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock. I arranged the flowerpot and plants the way I wanted them in the plant holder and adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Glue Dots. I threaded a piece of Gray Granite bakers twine from the Bakers Twine Essential Pack through the holder and adhered it to the back of the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the card front to a Gray Granite card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink. I adhered the sentiment to the bottom of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Evening Evergreen 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on the bottom in Pale Papaya Ink and the leafy plane in the flowerpot in Soft Succulent Ink. I adhered a strip of In Good Taste DSP to the bottom of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Evening Evergreen mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Pale Papaya Ink on the bottom front of the envelope. I stamped the plant image in Soft Succulent in the pot. I adhered a panel of In Good Taste DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ UP! Plentiful Plants Thank You

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Did anyone go to see fireworks yesterday?

I have a CAS card for today using some of the Designer Series Paper that is on sale right not. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I played along with As You See It Challenge #253. My card took me 8 minutes and 45 seconds to make.

My design is from Fab Friday Challenge #217.

My colors are from Color Throwdown Challenge # 649.

I started by adhering a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to a Garden Green mat using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered strips of Gorgeous Grape and Pacific Point cardstock on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Garden Green Ink on a strip of Basic White cardstock and adhered it above the strips of cardstock using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered the card front to a Basic White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front .

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Garden Green Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the larger plant image in Garden Green Ink on the flowerpot, stamping off once. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Garden Green mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the larger plant image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Garden Green Ink on the flowerpot. I adhered a panel of the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s amazing projects. Here is my card using this weeks sketch.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Bundle for my card today along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper.

I started by embossing a Gray Granite card front using the Macramé 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered a panel of the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the flowerpot image from the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cinnamon Cider Ink. I stamped the leafy plant in Garden Green Ink and the fern plant in Evening Evergreen Ink. I cut the images out using my Perfect Plants Dies. I cut the plant hanger from a panel of Gray Granite cardstock using the Perfect Plants Dies. I snipped the sides of the hanger off using my Paper Snips then arranged my flowerpot and plants the way I wanted and adhered them using Glue Dots. I adhered the hanging plant to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I threaded a piece of Gray Granite Bakers Twine, from the Bakers Twine Essentials Pack, through the top of the hanger and adhered it to the back of the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the card front to a Gray Granite card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Gray Granite cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Mint Macaron Genial Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the leafy plant from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Garden Green Ink on the flowerpot. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gray Granite mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the leafy plant from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Garden Green Ink on the flowerpot. I adhered a panel of the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the envelope flap.
