Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly CAS

Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers. How is everyone’s weekend going? I spent Friday and Saturday decorating and I still have a long way to go. My husband did get the whole outside done. This is the first time in years that he didn’t decorated on the coldest day of the season. I’ll be working all day today. Even though I had off yesterday, they asked me to come in to relieve the cashiers so they could take a lunch break.

For today I have a clean and simple card using just the basics, Stamp, Ink & Paper. I did sneak in a couple rhinestones too. I used the Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card. This is a perfect card if you are a beginner stamper. Here’s my card for today.

My colors were inspired by The Color Throwdown Challenge #621. Here are their colors.

I started by stamping the outline image of the holly from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink on a Whisper White card front. I stamped the holly fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink, stamped off once, over the outline image. I stamped the berry fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Poppy Parade Ink.

I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Granny Apple Green in the center of the Whisper White card front. I adhered the card front to a Silver Foil mat using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the matted card front to a Poppy Parade card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Coastal Cabana Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Granny Apple Green Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the holly images from the Joyful Holly stamp set the same as I did for the card front on the top and bottom corners of the panel. I adhered the Whiter White panel to a Granny Apple Green mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Poppy Parade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the holly images from the Joyful Holly stamp set on the envelope front and flap the same as I did for the card front.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly CAS

Good Wednesday morning my fellow stampers. How is everyone’s week going? We’re halfway through already. Is everyone ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow? I’ll be making all my pies and pumpkin cheese cake tonight. We’re having a very small gathering tomorrow, just my family and my son’s girlfriend. Hopefully next year our gatherings can be back to normal.

For today’s card I kept it pretty clean and simple. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card.

My design is from Sunday Stamps Challenge #244. Here is their sketch.

I started by embossing a Garden Green card front using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the panel to a Garden Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the holly image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Garden Green Ink twice. I stamped the holly fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the berry fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Real Red Ink. I cut the image out using my Stitched Rectangle Dies and embossed it using my Wrapped In Texture Embossing Folder. On a small panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Garden Green Ink and cut the sentiment out using my Stitched Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the artwork using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a panel of ‘Tis The Season Designer Series Paper using my Stitched Rectangle Dies, 2 sizes larger than the artwork. I adhered the artwork to the DSP using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Garden Green Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the holly images from the Joyful Holly stamp set on two of the corners in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the holly fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the berry fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Real Red Ink. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Real Red mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Garden Green card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the holly image from the Joyful Holly stamp set on the envelope front in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the holly fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamping off once. I stamped the berry fill image from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Real Red Ink. I adhered a panel of ‘Tis The Season DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Vertical Curvy Christmas

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s week going? We’re halfway through which means the weekend is right around the corner, YAY!!! I’m very excited for this weekend. We have our OnStage @ Home event. We were supposed to go to Salt Lake City this year, but under the circumstances we will all be watching and participating from home. I’m really looking forward to seeing what coming.

For today I have a pretty clean and simple card for you using the Stampin’ Up! Curvy Celebrations Collection. After I was all finished with it, I realized I had made a simple fun fold. So you’re getting 2 this week from me. Here’s my card for today.

I joined in with the CAS On Friday Challenge #192. Their theme is ‘Christmas’.

I started by adhering a panel of Classic Christmas 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Mossy Meadow card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Using the flourished curvy die from the Curvy Dies, I cut the card front about a 1/3 of the way in. I did have to run this through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine multiple times since I was going through cardstock and DSP.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Curvy Christmas Photopolymer Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow Ink on a Whisper White panel. I cut the sentiment out using my Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I adhered a piece of the Mossy Meadow 3/16″ Braided Linen Trim (available January5, 2021) to the card front in a zig-zag pattern using a little Stampin’ Seal to hold it in place. I adhered the sentiment over the trim using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a couple Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment.

On a Whisper White panel, which is the inner liner, I stamped the pine boughs image from the Curvy Christmas stamp set on the right edge following the curve of the card front in Mossy Meadow Ink. On a scrap of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the bird image from the Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the bird in using my Cherry Cobbler and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly Photopolymer Stamp Set in the center of the Whisper White panel in Mossy Meadow Ink. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Mossy Meadow card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the bird between the pine boughs using a Stampin’ Dimensional. I added a couple Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the pine boughs.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the pine bough image from the Curvy Christmas stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the bottom of the envelope front twice. I stamped the 2 different birds from the Quite Curvy stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the pine boughs facing each other. I colored the birds in using my Cherry Cobbler and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Classic Christmas DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly CAS

Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers. How is everyone’s weekend going? We’re having some beautiful fall weather here.

For today’s card I used the Spotlight Technique. My upline Jaimie used it the other day and I just had to try it. You can see her card Here. I have a nice Clean and Simple card for you today. Here’s my card.

My design is from CAS Colours & Sketch Challenge #392. Here is their sketch.

I cut a circle from a panel of Whisper White cardstock using my Layering Circles Dies. I lightly adhered the circle to a Whisper White card front using the tiniest amount of Stampin’ Seal so that I could remove it easily. I stamped the holly image from the Stampin’ Up! Joyful Holly Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I removed the circle and colored just the image on the circle in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I adhered the circle to a Cherry Cobbler scalloped circle mat, which I cut out using my Layering Circles Dies, using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals making sure to have it overhang on the left side about 1/4″. I trimmed the circle even with my card font using my Paper Snips.

I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on the right side of the card front. I adhered the card front to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Thick Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I stamped the holly image from the Joyful Holly stamp set on the top and bottom corner using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the images in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the holly image from the Joyful Holly stamp set on the envelope front and the envelope flap. I colored the images in using my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!
