Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven CAS

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend going? Hope you are able to enjoy some nice weather where ever you are. We’re expecting thunderstorms here today. I just love a good thunderstorm, as long as I’m not driving in it.

I have a clean and simple card for you today focusing on some Designer Series Paper that will be retiring soon. I’m going to be starting my card classes again and I wanted to make something really easy since the ladies haven’t stamped in quite some time. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Hydrangea Hill DSP to a Seaside Spray card base using Stampin’ Seal. Unfortunately when I made the card Seaside Spray was available. This card will look beautiful in Misty Moonlight too.

I stamped the sentiment from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the top of the DSP panel.

I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the small cluster of hydrangea flowers from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Highland Heather and Rococo Rose Inks. I adhered a strip of the Hydrangea Hill DSP to the bottom of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Rococo Rose mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Seaside Spray card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small hydrangea flower clusters from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set across the bottom or the envelope front in Rococo Rose, Misty Moonlight (stamped off twice) and Highland Heather Inks. I adhered a panel of Hydrangea Hill DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my CAS card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven Easter

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend? We’re having a beautiful spring weekend here.

I have an Easter card for you today using the Floral Gallery Dies, the Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set. Here is my card for today.

My design is from Try Stampin’ On Tuesday Challenge #497.

I started by adhering a panel of the Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper to a Highland Heather card base using Stampin’ Seal.

I embossed a panel of Basic White cardstock and 2 strips of Gorgeous Grape cardstock using the Meadow Moments Embossing Folder. I cut the sentiment out of a panel of Gorgeous Grape cardstock using the Floral Gallery Dies. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gorgeous Grape mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the sentiment to the Basic White panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the 2 strips of Gorgeous Grape cardstock to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I made a small bow using the Gorgeous Grape 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon and adhered it to the sentiment using Glue Dots.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the small flower image from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink in the 2 corners of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gorgeous Grape mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Highland Heather card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small flower image from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set across the bottom of the envelope front in Gorgeous Grape Ink. I adhered a panel of the Hydrangea Hill DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good snowy Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. I woke up to another 6″ of snow on top of the 30 plus inches we got last week and this weekend. It’s not looking like spring here for sure. I’m starting to think this snow is not going away by spring for sure.

If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a color challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. Here is my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven Bundle and the Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper. Here are out colors for this weeks Blog Hop.

I started by using the Hydrangea Dies and cutting the tiny flowers from panels of Highland Heather, Rococo Rose and Seaside Spray cardstock. I adhered a piece of Hydrangea Hill DSP to a panel of Night of Navy cardstock using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the tiny flowers to the flowers on the Hydrangea Hill DSP using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a small panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven Photopolymer Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Hydrangea Dies.

I wrapped a piece of Linen Thread around the card front twice, stringing it through the sentiment, and tied a bow. I adhered the card front to a Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in the center of a Basic White panel in Misty Moonlight Ink. I adhered 2 strips of the Hydrangea Hill DSP on either side of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I added a couple of the tiny flowers using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Seaside Spray mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Hydrangea Hill DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today.
