Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. I hope your week has started off well.

I know I’ve said this before, but sometimes as a demonstrator we get so hung up on using the new products that we forget about the older products that we have. I was looking through all my DSP the other day and found some patterns that I forgot about. When I saw the one pattern I knew exactly what I wanted to do. My card today uses some older products that I’ve had for a bit. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flourish & Frames Bundle, Stampin’ Up! All Aflutter Stamp Set, Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper and Stampin’ Up! Poetic Petals Stamp Set for my card today.

Adhere a panel of Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP to a Basic Black card base.

Following the directions of the Stampin’ Hot Foil System, foil the frame and filagree from the Flourish & Frames Hot Foil Dies with Gold Foil on a panel of Basic Black. Cut the foiled image with the Flourish & Frames Dies. On a panel of Basic White, stamp the bee image from the Flourish & Frames stamp set in Black Ink. Color the image with Daffodil Delight and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Markers. Go over the wings with Clear Wink of Stella Brush. Cut the bee image out with Detail Scissors. Adhere the bee to the center of the foiled frame with Stampinu’ Dimensionals. Adhere the frame to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from All Aflutter stamp set in Black Ink. Cut the end of the sentiment with Details Scissors into a banner. Adhere the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Dewdrop Embellishments to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from Poetic Petals stamp set on a panel of Basic White in black Ink. Stamp the bee image from Flourish & Frames stamp set in Black In by the sentiment. Color the image with Daffodil Delight and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Markers. Go over the wings with Clear Wink of Stella Brush. Adhere a panel of Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Daffodil Delight Two-Tone mat then to the inside of the Basic Black card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the bee image from Flourish & Frames stamp set in Black Ink of the envelope front. Color the image with Daffodil Delight & Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Markers. Go over the wings with Clear Wink of Stella Brush. Adhere a panel of Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP to the envelope flap.
