Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s amazing projects. Here is my card using this weeks sketch.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp Set (available May 4th) for my card today. My colors are from the Fab Friday Challenge #212.

Here is our sketch for this week.

I started by adhering a panel of the 2019-2021 In-Color Designer Series Paper (retiring May 3rd) to a Terracotta Tile card base (retiring may 3rd) using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the news print image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set across the stem in Soft Sea Foam Ink. I adhered the artwork to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Old Olive Ink and adhered it to an Old Olive mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensional and a Glue Dot. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Thanks Photopolymer Stamp Set in Old Olive Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink, stamping off once. I colored the image in using my Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the splotch image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the flower. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Old Olive mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Terracotta Tile card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it using my Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the splotch image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the flowers. I adhered a panel of 2019-2021 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Mother’s Day Card

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and heading towards the weekend. I actually have the day off today. Since I have to work all day Friday for the last of the month I decided not to go in today. Instead, I’m planning on going to the nursery to buy myself some more Hydrangea bushes. I have a garden that seems to get an excessive amount of water and I thought they would do perfectly there. I’ll buy them and plant them and I’ve asked my son and husband to dig up the garden so I can get it prepped.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concept. For the next 2 weeks we have a Happy Mother’s Day challenge. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Bundle (available May 4th). I was inspired by the beautiful spring flowers and colors in the bouquet for my Clean and Layered card. My design is from Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #362.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concept and join us this week to play along with our challenge #154. How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by adhering a panel of the retiring Brights 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Thick Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Stitched Rectangle Dies then embossed is using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the large flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the individual flower and leaf images from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaron, Pacific Point and Polished Pink. I cut the image out using my Penned Flowers Dies (available May 4th).

Using the Penned Flowers Dies, I cut some of the leaves out of a panel of Garden Green cardstock and adhered them to the back of the bouquet using Glue Dots. I adhered a length of the Silver trim from the Simply Elegant Trim (available May 4th) using a little Stampin’ Seal to hold it in place. I adhered the bouquet to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to some of the flower centers. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pacific Point Ink and adhered it to the floral image using a Glue Dot and Stampin’ Dimensional.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Simply Succulent Cling Stamp Set in Pacific Point in the center of Basic White panel. I had stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock and colored it in, but decided not to use it. I cut the image out using the detailed floral die from the Penned Flowers Dies and adhered it to the bottom of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pacific Point mat using Stampin’ Seal then adhered it to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the solid flower and leaf images in Daffodil Delight, Mint Maccaron, Pacific Point and Polished Pink Inks. I adhered a panel of the Brights DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Easel Stand Up Card for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? What’s everyone doing for the weekend? As of now, I’m only working on Sunday, so I’m not sure what I’m doing Saturday yet. I have a lot of gardening to do, I just need to get the energy to start.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pansy Petals Bundle for my Fun Fold card today.

I started with an 8″ X 8″ panel of So Succulent cardstock for my card base.  I scored it at 4″ then turned it and scored at 4″ again.  I then cut from the center down one side only.  On the top portion that was not cut I scored from the outside scored edges to the center top scored edge for the angle fold.  Using my Bone Folder I gave it a good crease on all the score lines.  The 2 straight score lines, I folded in and the 2 angle score lines I folded out.

I cut a panel of Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper in half to make 2 triangles for the outside folds.  I adhered the 2 triangle pieces of DSP to the outside folded pieces using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I took a 3″ X 6″ piece of Soft Succulent cardstock and folded it in half.  Using the 3rd largest scalloped circle from the Layering Circle Dies, I cut it out not putting the full circle on my paper, letting it hang over the folded edge about 1/4″ so that it would open up like a card.  I folded the top of the scallop circle up and in half meeting the little scallops to make the easel.  I cut another of the same size scallop circle from a piece of the Pansy Petals DSP and adhered it to the top section of the scallop circle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Using the small circle from the Layering Circle Dies I cut a piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock to make the easel stopper.  Using my Pansy Dies, I cut the pansies pieces from a panel of Basic White cardstock, I cut the detailed pieces from a panel of Blackberry Bliss cardstock. I cut the solid leaves from a panel of So Succulent cardstock and the detailed leaves from a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock. I adhered the Blackberry Bliss pieces to the Basic White flower pieces using Multipurpose Liquid Glue then adhered the flower pieces together using Glue Dots. I adhered the detailed Evening Evergreen pieces to the Soft Succulent leaves using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and adhered them to the back of the flower using Glue Dots. I added one of the Playing With Patterns Resin Dots to the center of the flower. I adhered the pansy to the DSP scalloped circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals making sure to place it so the card could close properly. I stamped the detailed pansy images from the Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Photopolymer Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the Basic White panel. I stamped the flower center in Daffodil Delight Ink. I stamped the leaf image in Soft Succulent Ink and the detailed leaf image over the solid image in Evening Evergreen Ink. I cut the images out using my Pansy Dies.  I adhered the stamped pansy to the small circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered a panel of Evening Evergreen to the right bottom panel of the card base using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a Square Vellum Doilie to the Evening Evergreen panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just in the center. I adhered the easel piece to the center of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the easel stop piece in front of the easel piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added one of the adorable Bumblebee Trinkets by my pansy using a Glue Dot.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Pansy Patch stamp set in the center of the panel in Blackberry Bliss. I stamped the 2nd sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Strong & Beautiful Cling Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss Ink below the 1st. I stamped the detail images of the pansy from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the top of the panel. I adhered the Whisper White panel to the card base, under the easel panel, using Stampin’ Seal.

The card folds up to a 4″ X 4″ square to fit into our Basic White Medium Envelope.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope.  I stamped the detailed pansy image from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink on the envelope front.  I adhered a panel of the Pansy Petal DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. Products I used for my card today will be available on May 4th. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Prince and Princess for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Theme Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s amazing projects. Here is my card using this weeks theme.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Prince & Princess Photopolymer Host Stamp Set for my card today along with the new Basic Borders Dies.

Our theme is Things With Wings. Swans have wings, right?

I started by embossing a panel of Pool Party cardstock using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the swan image from the Prince & Princess host stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the beak using my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers and added a little color to the feathers using my Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the water image below the swan in Pool Party Ink. I stamped the leaf image from the Prince & Princess stamp set in Just Jade Ink on either side of the swan image and colored them in using my Just Jade Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the cattails image on the leaves in Soft Suede Ink and colored them in using my Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Using my new Basic Borders Dies, I cut the Basic White panel on an angle using the cloud looking die. I adhered the artwork to the embossed panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Prince & Princess stamp set in Just Jade Ink and adhered it to a strip of Just Jade cardstock using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment stamp set to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front. I adhered the card front to a Pool Party card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Prince & Princess stamp set in the center of a Basic White panel in Just Jade Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dressed To Impress Photopolymer Stamp Set below the sentiment in Just Jade Ink. I stamped the leaf image from the Prince & Princess stamp set in Just Jade Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it using my Just Jade Stampin’ Blends Markers. I added the cattails to the leaf image stamping them in Soft Suede Ink and coloring them with my Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pool Party mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Pool Party card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the swan image from the Prince & Princess stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the water image below the swan in Pool Party Ink. I colored the beak using my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers and added a little color to the swans feathers using my Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped and colored the envelope flap using the leaf and cattails images from the Prince & Princess stamp set.

Stampin’ Up! Color and Contour Triple Time

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Did anyone do anything fun? With warmer weather coming hopefully everyone will start to be doing some fun things on the weekends.

I have a triple time card for you today using another new set and the new In-Colors from the new 2021-2020 Annual Catalog. I’ve been using the dies a lot that go with this bundle, now I thought I’d use the stamp set. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Color & Contour Photopolymer Stamp Set for my triple time stamp card. I used 4 of the 5 new 2021-2023 In-Colors for my stamping today.

I started by adhering the 3 Basic White panels together with the tiniest amount of Stampin’ Seal so that i could easily take them apart after stamping on them.

I first stamped the sentiment from the Color & Contour stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on the smallest panel. I stamped the outline flower image from the Color & Contour stamp set in Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya Inks randomly around the panels. I then stamped the outline leaf image from the Color & Contour stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink around the flowers. I took the panels apart and adhered the smallest and middle panels to Soft Succulent mats using Stampin’ Seal. I then adhered the matted panels together, making sure to match up the stamped images, using Stampin’ Seal.

I wrapped a piece of the 3/8″ Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon around the stamped and matted panels and tied a small bow. I adhered the layers to a Soft Succulent card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few of the 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the outlined flower image from the Color & Contour stamp set on the panel in Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya Inks and the leaf image in Soft Succulent Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pale Papaya mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I randomly stamped the outlined flower image from the Color & Contour stamp set in Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya Ink on the envelope front and flap. I stamped the leaf image from the Color & Contour stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink around the flower images.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Party Puffins Pop-Up for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Does anyone have any plans for the weekend?

Before I get started I just wanted to remind you that my 2021-2022 Annual Catalogs have arrived. If you are a customer of mine, I have sent one out to you and you should be receiving it very soon. If you’d like a copy of the catalog, send me a note at creativestampingdesigns@gmail.com and I will get one in the mail to you. Also, I am offering a Designer Series Paper share from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. If you are interested or want to know what a product share is, click HERE.

Party Puffins Cling Stamp Set from the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog along with the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.

I started by placing a panel of Ice Cream Corner DSP on the front of a Blackberry Bliss card base lining up the bottom and sides with a slight border, and cutting it using my Basic Border Dies. I adhered the Ice Cream Corner DSP to the Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped one of the puffin images from the Party Puffins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White circle I cut using my Layering Circle Dies and colored the image in using my Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Party Puffins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a strip of Basic White cardstock and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front.

I adhered a panel of Ice Cream Corner DSP to the bottom inside of the Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment on a panel of Basic White cardstock and adhered it above the DSP panel using Stampin’ Seal.

I took a small panel of Blackberry Bliss cardstock and scored it at 1″, 2″ & 3″. I folded on the score lines. I folded the panel in half and adhered Stampin’ Seal to the edge of the folded panel and adhered it to the top center of the Basic White panel. Keeping the panel folded in half, I added some Stampin’ Seal to the top edge of the small panel and folded the top of the card base down on it to make my little pop-up. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the puffin, birthday cake and fish images from the Party Puffins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss, Petal Pink, Pool Party, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers. I fussy cut the images and adhered them to the pop-up using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped one of the puffins from the Party Puffins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Ice Cream Corner DSP to the envelope flap

If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. If you’ve hopped over from Karen Finkle’s blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “For Girls/For Ladies”.  We can interpret this however we want.  I decided to make a Mother’s Day Card using a new bundle coming in the 2021-2020 Annual Catalog. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Pansy Petals Bundle for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper to a Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the new Scalloped Contours Dies and stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Photopolymer Stamp Set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on the top of the die cut panel. Using my Pansy Dies, I cut a panel of Basic White, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Just Jade and Shaded Spruce cardstocks. I adhered the detailed Shaded Spruce Leaves to the solid Just Jade Leaves and the detailed Gorgeous Grape pansy pieces to the Basic White pansy using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Using my Blending Brush, I added a little Highland Heather Ink to the edges of the Highland Heather petal pieces then adhered them to the back of the pansy using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the small Highland Heather pansy bud piece to the Basic White bud piece and the Shaded Spruce piece to the Just Jade stem using Multipurpose Liquid Glue then adhered the pansy bud to the back.

I adhered the assembled flower to the scalloped die using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added one of the adorable Bumblebee Trinkets by the pansy bud using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Strong & Beautiful Cling Stamp Set in Gorgeous Grape Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the small detailed pansy image from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on the bottom of the panel twice. I stamped the pansy center in Bumblebee Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gorgeous Grape mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the detailed pansy image from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Pansy Petals DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Sneak Peek Thanks

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. How has your weekend started off? I’ll be attending my virtual OnTour today for a few hours in the morning, then I have the rest of the day to myself YAY!!!

I have another sneak peek for you today of another gorgeous set coming out in the 2021-2020 Annual Catalog. If you are a customer of mine, my catalogs are suppose to be here on Monday. I will be shipping them out by Monday night to you. I have everything ready to go. If you are not a customer and would like a copy of the catalog, please email me at creativestampingdesigns@gmail.com and I will be happy to get one in the mail to you. I’m also offering a 2021-2022 Annual Catalog Designer Series Paper Share, click HERE for information. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper to a Pale Papaya card base using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a strip of the Hand-Penned DSP to the center of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the panel and colored it in using my Flirty Flamingo, Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using my Scalloped Contours Dies.

I adhered a piece of the 1/2″ Pale Papaya Woven Ribbon in a ‘Z’ form on the card front using a little Stampin’ Seal to hold it in place. I adhered the artwork over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a Pale Papaya Genial Gem to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Inspired Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Soft Succulent Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set off to the side of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it in using my Flirty Flamingo, Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Pale Papaya card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it in the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of the Hand-Penned DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Items used for today’s card will be available to purchase on May 4th. Please drop me a line if you would like a copy of the new catalog. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Sneak Peek for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Are you ready for the weekend? I will not be working this weekend YAY!!! I have a virtual Stampin’ Up! On Tour on Saturday, which is like a mini convention. Sunday we have our team meeting so since it’s in the middle of the afternoon I couldn’t work, so I have the whole weekend off.

Before I get started I just wanted to remind you that my 2021-2022 Annual Catalogs will be in on Monday. If you are a customer of mine, I will be sending one out to you ASAP. If you’d like a copy of the catalog, send me a note at creativestampingdesigns@gmail.com and I will get one in the mail to you. Also, I am offering a Designer Series Paper share from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. If you are interested or want to know what a product share is, visit my blog from yesterday morning HERE.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Bundle for my card along with the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper.

I started by adhering 4 panels of Pansy Petals DSP to 4 Basic White mats using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the matted panels to the 2 front side panels and the 2 back side panels of the Evening Evergreen card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Fresh Freesia and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the sentiment from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the top of the panel. I stamped the newspaper print image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink, stamped off once, across the stem of the flower image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal. On a scrap of Pale Papaya cardstock I stamped the newspaper print image in Soft Succulent Ink, stamping off once. I cut 2 butterflies using my Meadow Dies from the stamped newsprint and 2 from a solid piece. I adhered the printed butterflies on top of the solid butterflies, just on the bodies, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the butterflies to the side panels using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just on the bottom butterfly. I added a Bumblebee Trinket to the artwork using a Glue Dot.

On the inside (or back), I stamped the sentiment from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set in the 2 corners of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the flowers in using my Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the back of the Evening Evergreen card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set twice on the envelope front in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the flowers in using my Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Pansy Petals DSP to the envelope flap.

Flowers of Friendship Sneak Peek

Good Wednesday morning my fellow stampers. We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend. We’re having a beautiful spring week here so far. I’m just loving this weather.

I have a sneak peek for you today of products that will be in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. If you are one of my customers, as soon as I get my catalogs in the mail I will be shipping them out. If you’d like to be a customers and would like a catalog, please send me an email at creativestampingdesigns@gmail.com and I will get one out to you. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship Cling Stamp Set and the new Scalloped Contours Dies. I also used all the new 2021-2023 In-Colors for my card.

I started by embossing a Basic White card front using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using my new Scalloped Contour Dies. I think these might just be my new favorite dies.

I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the new Evening Evergreen 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon and adhered it to the flower stem using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the row of flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them in using my Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya and Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Basic White card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set on the card front and the single flower image on the envelope flap in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card. Items I used for today’s card will be available to purchase on May 4th. Happy Stamping!!
