Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and the weekend is right around the corner.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo is Harvest Adventures.  This was one of the first layered designs I made when I first started making cards 16+ years ago and I still love it. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins Cling Stamp Set along with the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper for my Clean and Layered card. I was inspired by the colors, pumpkins and the baskets for my card.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge #160.  How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by embossing an Old Olive card front using the Checks & Dots Embossing Folder. I adhered the panel to the front of an Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to a Cajun Craze mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Sahara Sand mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the trio pumpkin image from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set above the image in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. I embossed the panel using my Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the artwork to a Cajun Craze mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to a Sahara Sand mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Pumpkin Pie Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the pumpkin vine image from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it in using my Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Sahara Sand mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the trio of pumpkins image from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set on the envelope front in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them in the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkin Picture This

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? It was a gorgeous fall weekend here, blue skies and in the 70’s.

Today’s card is all about Fall!! It’s that time of year where the pumpkins are ready to be picked and the leaves are changing. I used one of my favorite fall sets from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkin Cling Stamp Set along with the Harvest Meadow and Beauty of The Earth Designer Series Papers for my card today.

I joined in with the TGIF Challenge #335 this week with their inspiration photo.

I started by adhering a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to a Bumblebee card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Beauty of The Earth DSP using the Picture This Dies. I place a panel of Very Vanilla card stock under the die and lightly traced the rectangles so I knew where I could stamp.

Using my Pretty Pumpkins stamp set, I stamped the 2 pumpkin vine images on the top of the panel, the sentiment in the center and the pumpkin trio on the bottom in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers. Once I colored all the images in I erased the pencil drawn lines.

I adhered the die cut panel to the Very Vanilla panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Pumpkin Pie Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock. I stamped the pumpkin trio image from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored it the same as I did for the card front. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Very Vanilla mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Bumblebee card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Very Vanilla Medium Envelope. I stamped the pumpkin and vine images from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set on the envelope front and colored them in the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Harvest Meadow for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. Here is my card using this weeks Sketch.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Bundle along with the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Here’s our sketch for this week.

I started by adhering a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to a Cinnamon Cider mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered card front to a Misty Moonlight card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the large cone flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Cinnamon Cider, Fresh Freesia and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using my Harvest Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the Basic White panel and punched it our using the Tailored Tag Punch. After I punched the sentiment, I stamped the small flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink, stamping off 3 times, over the sentiment. I cut the branch die from the Harvest Dies from a panel of Cinnamon Cider cardstock.

I adhered a panel of the Cork Specialty Paper to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the branch die to the Cork using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the cone flower and sentiment over the branch using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2020-2022 In-Color Square Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! In Your Words Host Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the small floral image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink, stamping off once, on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat using Stampn’ Seal and then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cone flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the image the same as I did for my card. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Does anyone have plans for the weekend? I’ll be working all day tomorrow, but Sunday is our quarterly in-person team meeting. I always have a lot of fun at our meetings and I’m so happy we can meet in person again. I’d love to have you join in on our monthly and quarterly team meetings. Just join my team and you can attend too. Ask me how!!

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used another one of my favorite sets from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins Bundle along with the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering the binding edge of the book fold card together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered 2 panels of Harvest Meadow DSP to 2 Soft Succulent mats using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the front of the Evening Evergreen card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using the Detailed Pumpkins Dies, I cut a panel of Copper Foil paper and cut the detailed pumpkin out. I adhered it to the card front using a tiny amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the trio pumpkin and leafy vine images from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Evening Evergreen, Pumpkin Pie and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the images out using my Detailed Pumpkins Dies.

I adhered the leafy vine die cut to the card front using Glue Dots and the trio pumpkin die cut using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a strip of Basic White cardstock. I fussy cut the sentiment out using my Paper Snips and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I wrapped a length of 3/8″ Diamond Weave Ribbon around the top of the card base and tied a knot.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of Harvest Meadow DSP to the bottom of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Evening Evergreen card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the trio pumpkin image from the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored the image in the same as I did for the card front. I adhered a panel of the Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. If you do CASE this card, please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under the post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Tomorrow Thank You

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s week going? We’re halfway through and on our way to the weekend already. I’m so excited, tomorrow I’ll be heading down the shore for the day. It’s our 1st, and probably last, time this summer. The beach is my happy place. I get lost in my thoughts listening to the waves and taking long walks along the water. I’m so looking forward to going.

Today’s card we made last night at our team meeting. My team leader, Jaimie, decided to do some mystery stamping. She gave us all the cardstock and DSP measurements. We had to pick the stamp set and colors we wanted and she talked us through making our cards. All our cards were different, but yet the same. It was so much fun, I can’t wait to do it again. Here’s the card I made.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Tomorrow Cling Stamp Set along with the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper for my card.

I started by randomly stamping the images from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set in Cinnamon Cider, Misty Moonlight and Soft Succulent Inks on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I embossed the panel using my Timework Type 3D Embossing Folder.

I cut the artwork into 1″ strips using my Paper Trimmer and adhered them to the Basic White mat, leaving a tiny space between the strips, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to an Evening Evergreen mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to a Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using my Ornate Frames Dies. I adhered a length of Soft Succulent 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon to the top of the artwork using a tiny amount of Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the images from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set in Cinnamon Cider, Misty Moonlight and Soft Succulent Inks on the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Evening Evergreen mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the images from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set on the envelope front in Cinnamon Cider, Misty Moonlight and Soft Succulent Inks. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Twist and Turn for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Does anyone have any plans for the weekend yet? I’ll be working all weekend in the office, last day of the month and 1st day of the month. Today I’m finally going to get to work in my garden. My yard has been sprayed for those annoying bugs, so hopefully I won’t get eaten alive again. I’m very excited about redoing my garden in case you can’t tell.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Bundle along with the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper for today’s card.

This is the template for my card.

I started by scoring a panel of Misty Moonlight cardstock. On the 8 1/2″ side I scored at 2 3/4″ & 4″. I turned the cardstock a 1/4 turn and scored on the 5 1/2″ side at 2 3/4″. With the longer part down I scored on a diagonal from the bottom center line to the top outside in the small scored section. See diagram above. I folded and burnished both ways on all the score lines. I folded the shorter side back and in half on the longer side. I carefully folded on the diagonal lines and pushed the bottom corner in. This is much easier to understand by watching the video since it’s very hard to explain.

I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal then adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Harvest Dies.

I adhered a panel of the Cork Specialty Paper to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal then adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the small flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Polished Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using my Harvest Dies. I adhered the flower to the cork panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using my Meadow Dies I cut 2 of the 1/2 butterfly one from a panel of Fresh Freesia Shimmer Vellum Paper and one from a panel of Ombre Specialty Paper. I adhered the butterflies together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just on the body part of the butterfly. I fluffed the wings and adhered the butterfly to the Cork Specialty Paper using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Brushed metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I colored the image in using my Polished Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the sentiment from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the image in using my Polished Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Products used for my card will be available Tuesday August 3rd from the new July-December 2021 Mini Catalog. If you would liked a copy of the catalog, drop me a line at creativestampingdesigns@gmail.com with your name and address and I will mail one to you. If you do CASE this card, please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under this post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I have a sneak peek for you today from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog. Here is my card using this weeks Sketch.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Bundle along with the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper and the Cork Specialty Paper for my card today. These items will all be available August 3rd from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog.

This is our sketch we had to work with this week.

I started by adhering a panel of the Harvest Meadow DSP to a Bumblebee card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of the Cork Specialty Paper using the 3rd from largest Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the cone flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Highland Heather and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers. I didn’t want the flowers so purple so I colored over the flower again using my Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends Marker to get more of a periwinkle color. I colored the flower center in using my Bumblebee Stampin’ Write Marker. I cut the image out using my Harvest Dies. I adhered the flower to the Cork using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Biggest Wish Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Harvest Dies. I adhered a length of the 3/8″ Diamond Weave Ribbon (available August 3rd) to the bottom of the cork using a tiny amount of Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment on top of the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots (available August 3rd) to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the cone flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it the same as I did for the card front. I adhered the Basic White panel to an Old Olive mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Bumblebee card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cone flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it the same as I did for the card front. I adhered a panel of Harvest Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today.
