Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy Thank You Card

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. I can’t believe it’s the middle of April already. I finally got my taxes done this week. Nothing like waiting till the last minute. I always hate that job so I put it off. This week also, I was finally able to get outside and redo my Iris Garden. It had been neglected last year so it needed a lot of TLC. It took me 6 hours to get it all fixed up. It looks so nice now with the new dirt and mulch and no weeds. I can’t wait for the irises to start blooming.

Today’s card is a quick and easy one that mainly focuses on the Designer Series Paper. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Something Fancy Thank You 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy Cling Stamp Set along with the Fancy Flora 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper, Radiating Stitches Dies and Designer Tags Dies for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Something Fancy Thank You 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering 3 panels of Fancy Flora DSP to a Calypso Coral mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Petal Pink mat using Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin' Up! Something Fancy Thank You 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I wrapped a piece of the new 1/4″ Petal Pink ribbon from the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack (available May 2nd) around the panel and tied a bow. I adhered the panel to a Pecan Pie (available May 2nd) card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Something Fancy Thank You 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Radiating Stitches Dies. From a panel of Petal Pink cardstock, I cut the butterfly die from the Designer Tags Dies. I brushed the butterfly with some Clear Wink of Stella. I adhered the butterfly to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a couple Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to the butterfly body. I added a few Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Stampin' Up! Something Fancy Thank You 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from Something Fancy stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered a strip of Fancy Flora DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat then to the inside of the Pecan Pie card base.

Stampin' Up! Something Fancy Thank You 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Fancy Flora DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisy CAS

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends and Happy Easter!!! I hope you will all be having an enjoyable day with friends and family.

I have a super quick and easy card today with a sneak peek of some new products coming on May 2nd in the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies CAS 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the new Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper and the new 2023-2025 In-Colors for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies CAS 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of the Fresh As A Daisy DSP to a Boho Blue mat using Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies CAS 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the layered panel to a Copper Clay card bae using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies CAS 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a strip of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Boho Blue Ink. I snipped the ends of the sentiment using my Paper Snips. I adhered a piece of the Boho Blue 3/8″ Textured Ribbon to the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few of the new 2023-2025 In-Color Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies CAS 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Boho Blue Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the smaller daisy image from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Copper Clay Ink on the corners of the panel. I stamped the daisy center image from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Boho Blue Ink. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Boho Blue mat then to the inside of the Copper Clay card base.

Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies CAS 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the smaller flower image from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Copper Clay Ink on the envelope front and flap. I stamped the daisy centers in Boho Blue Ink.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your Demonstrator. Just click HERE to go directly to my online store or drop me an email if you have any questions.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:    XMVFTAU4

Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog or the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

Please remember to use my current Host Code and make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me, and you’ll get my rewards!

Happy Stamping, Karen

*********************************************************************************************************

Sweetest Cherries CAS

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Saturday was such a gorgeous day in the mid 70’s. I brought Coraline over to meet her fur cousin in person for the first time. It went ok. Letty is at least twice her size so running around in the back yard was challenging. Letty stepped on Coraline a couple times, so Cora was staying by my side more than normal. They did walk wonderfully together. Coraline just wanted to be by Letty’s side the whole walk. I’m sure we’ll be getting them together again soon.

Today’s card uses some items being retired and some carrying over. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sweetest Cherries Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Framed Florets Dies, Basics 3D Embossing Folder and 2022-2024 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #579.

I also played along with the CAS on Friday Challenge #254, Dots.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of 2022-2024 In-Color DSP to a Sweet Sorbet card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the stem image from the Sweetest Cherries stamp set in Soft Suede Ink. I stamped the cherry image from the Sweetest Cherries stamp set in Sweet Sorbet Ink on the stem. I stamped the leaf image from the Sweetest Cherries stamp set in Parakeet Party Ink and the leaf vine image in Granny Apple Green Ink. I cut the image out using the largest Framed Florets Dies so I would just have the oval. I embossed the panel using the Basics 3DE Embossing Folder. I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a strip of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Cherries stamp set in Parakeet Party Ink. I cut the ends on an angle using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensional and Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added 2 of the 2022-2024 In-Color Matte Decorative Dots to the sentiment.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiments from the Sweetest Cherries stamp set on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the larger sentiment in Sweet Sorbet Ink and the smaller one in Parakeet Party Ink. I stamped the cherry image from the Sweetest Cherries stamp set on the side of the panel in Soft Suede, Parakeet Party, Granny Apple Green and Sweet Sorbet Inks, I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Parakeet Party mat then to the inside of the Sweet Sorbet card base.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cherry images from the Sweetest Cherries stamp set on the envelope front in Soft Suede and Sweet Sorbet Inks. I adhered a panel of 2022-2024 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin' Up! Sweetest Cherries CAS 7 creativestampingdesigns.com

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like my card and will give it a try.

Daffodil Daydream Mother’s Day

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends welcome to the weekend. Happy April!!!! I hope you have some fun plans in the works. It’s supposed to be stormy hear the last I heard.

Today’s card uses all items that will be retiring. This is such a happy and sad time in the Stampin’ Up! community. Happy because new items are coming, but sad because some of my favorite items will be leaving. If you like the items I used for my card today, don’t wait, grab them while they are still available. Once they are gone, they are gone for good. The only thing not retiring that I used are the dies. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream Mother's Day 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Daffodil Daydream Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Inspired Thoughts Cling Stamp Set and Fine Shimmer Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream Mother's Day 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Fine Shimmer Paper card front using the Twigs & Sprigs Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream Mother's Day 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the larger daffodil image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I cut the image using the Deckled Rectangle Dies. I colored the image using the Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. Unfortunately, the Soft Succulent Blends are sold out already. I stamped the sentiment from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set on the top of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink.

Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream Mother's Day 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the artwork to a Pale Papaya mat using Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a piece of Pale Papaya 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon around the layered panel and tied a bow. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the card font.

Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream Mother's Day 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the single daffodil image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored the image using the Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pale Papaya mat then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

Stampin' Up! Daffodil Daydream Mother's Day 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the larger daffodil image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set on the envelope front. I stamped the single daffodil image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set on the envelope flap. I colored the images using the Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend Hello

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. I hope everyone’s week started off great!! I’m counting the hours now until I can see the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. I’m so excited to see the new colors and new products. I’m even more excited to be able to order some of the items next week, YAY!!! I love this perk of being a demonstrator, I think it’s one of my favorites.

Today I played with a new bundle that I hadn’t pulled out and inked up yet. I just love this set and had so much fun with it. I also played with some shimmer paper that hadn’t seen much love from me yet. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Around The Bend Hello 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend Bundle along with the Textured Shimmer Paper and Fine Shimmer Paper for my card today.

My colors are from the Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #410.

Stampin' Up! Around The Bend Hello 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of Balmy Blue Textured Shimmer Paper to a Balmy Blue card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Around The Bend Hello 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the line & dotted image from the Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend Photopolymer Stamp Set in Balmy Blue Ink. I cut the panel using the scalloped die from Around The Bend Dies. I cut a coordinating scalloped mat from a panel of Pear Pizzazz cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Around The Bend stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink on the top of the Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to the Pear Pizzazz mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Around The Bend Hello 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

Using the Around The Bend Dies, I cut 2 of the flowers from a panel of Fresh Freesia Fine Shimmer Paper, the leaf dies from a panel of Pear Pizzazz cardstock and the flower center from a scrap of Basic White. I adhered the 2 flowers together using a tiny amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the flowers to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the leaves under the flower using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the flower center with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

Stampin' Up! Around The Bend Hello 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Around The Bend stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink on a panel of Basic White. I cut the top of the panel using another one of the Around The Bend Dies. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat then to the inside of the Balmy Blue card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the corner leaf image from the Around The Bend stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink on the front of the envelope. I adhered a panel of Balmy Blue Textured Shimmer Paper to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Yesterday was such a beautiful day here in NJ. It was a little cool, in the 60’s, but sunny and beautiful. It felt like spring was in the air. I did have to work all day, but it was fun seeing all the dogs that came in to visit (and there were a lot of them).

I have one more card featuring the DSP. After making these cards the past few days, I realized I don’t use DSP nearly as much as I like. I love that I can create all different designs with the DSP and a sentiment. You can make these cards with any DSP you have and some of them use just scraps. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set along with Awash In Beauty Designer Series Paper and the Twigs & Sprigs Embossing Folder for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Pear Pizzazz card front using the Twigs & Sprigs Embossing Folder. I adhered the Pear Pizzazz card front to a Pear Pizzazz card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered a panel of Awash In Beauty DSP to a Blushing Bride mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered 3 panels of Awash In Beauty DSP to a Blushing Bride Mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Waves Dies. I threaded a piece of 1/2″ Balmy Blue/White Variegated Ribbon through the ends of the die cut piece. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered a strip of the Awash In Beauty DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Blushing Bride mat then to the inside of the Pear Pizzazz card base.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Awash In Beauty DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your Demonstrator. Just click HERE to go directly to my online store or drop me an email if you have any questions.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:    7KF3QB4G

True Beauty CAS

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. I hope you weekend is going well and maybe you’ll be having some nice weather and can spend some time outside. It’s supposed to be Sunny and mid 60’s here today. Although I’ll be inside all day at the dog bakery, I can poke my head outside a bit and if it’s nice enough we’ll leave the door open inviting all the puppies in. A nice change after yesterday’s cold and rainy day.

I have another quick card featuring the Designer Series Paper for you today. Can you tell it’s getting to the end of the catalog? I’m trying to use up most of my DSP before it retires. I really don’t know why this DSP didn’t get more used from me, it’s beautiful. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! True Beauty Cling Stamp Set along with the Awash In Beauty Designer Series Paper for my card today.
