Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you. I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Karen’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have Color Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s Colors.

Stampin' Up! Seaside Bay 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Bay Cling Stamp Set along with the By The Bay Designer Series Paper for my card today.

These are out colors for this week.

Stampin' Up! Seaside Bay 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by stamping the front of the Balmy Blue card base with the speckled stamp from the Seaside Bay stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink. I adhered the panels of By The Bay DSP to the coordinating Night of Navy mats using Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin' Up! Seaside Bay 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the 2 layered panel to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the shell image from the Seaside Bay stamp set in Petal Pink Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Seaside Bay stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on the top of the panel.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the shell & pearl image from the Seaside Bay stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of By The Bay DSP to the envelope flap.

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends, Happy March!!! March is here that means that spring will be here soon, right? I sure hope so, even though we really aren’t having a Winter here in NJ. Looking around outside in my gardens, all my bulbs are coming up and I’ve even seen some flowers. As much as I love a good snowstorm, I’m afraid that if we get one it will kill my flowers.

It’s time for an inspiration challenge from The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo #190 is Lucky Charm.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Perfect Plants Dies and Delicate Desert Designer Series Paper for my Freestyle Collage card today. I was inspired by all the green plants in the photo and the Black & White Gingham around the candle.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge 190.  How are you inspired by the photo?

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of the Delicate Desert DSP to a panel of Gray Granite cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the plant and flowerpot images from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Early Espresso, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite and Shaded Spruce Inks. I cut all the images out using the Perfect Plants Dies. From panels of Granny Apple Green and Gray Granite cardstock, I cut the smaller flowerpots, plant hanger and plants.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the plants to the flowerpots using Glue Dots and Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the potted plants to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I wrapped a piece of Black & White 1/4″Gingham Ribbon around the side of the panel and tied a knot. I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on a panel of Basic White cardstock in Gray Granite Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the 2nd smallest Stitched Rectangle Dies, off centering it a bit. I adhered the sentiment to the card front over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals, hanging over the left side of the card front. I trimmed the sentiment using my Paper Snips. I adhered the card front to a Gray Granite card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added Faux Sea Glass Shapes to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Early Espresso Ink. I stamped the plant image from the Plentiful Plants stamp set inside the pot in Garden Green Ink. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Garden Green mat then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base.

Stampin' Up! Plentiful Plants Thank You 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Plentiful Plants on the envelope front in Early Espresso Ink. I stamped the plant in the pot in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the hanging plant from the Plentiful Plants stamp set on the top front of the envelope in Granny Apple Green Ink. I adhered a panel of Delicate Desert DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Botanical Layers Thanks

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Are you ready for the week? I’ve got a busy one since it’s the end of the month and beginning.

I have a quick fun fold for you today with a set that I have used before, but I don’t believe I’ve used the bundle. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Layers Thanks 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Botanical Layers Bundle along with the Amazing Thanks Dies and Fern 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Layers Thanks 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by scoring and folding my Soft Succulent card base as listed below in the measurements. I stamped the fern image from the Stampin’ Up! Botanical Layers Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink on a panel of Lovely Layers Vellum. I sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the panel to a Soft Succulent mat. I adhered the layered panel to the Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Layers Thanks 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

Using my Amazing Thanks Dies, I cut the sentiment from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock and the bubble from a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered the sentiments together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 Opal Rounds to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Layers Thanks 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I embossed the 1″ panel of Soft Succulent using the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to the right side of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Layers Thanks 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Botanical Layers stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I stamped the fern image from the Botanical Layers stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Soft Succulent Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Layers Thanks 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the fern image from the Botanical Layers stamp set on the envelope front and flap in Soft Succulent Ink.

Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you. I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Akiko’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have Theme Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s theme.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way Bundle along with the Fancy Flora 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Here is this week’s theme.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of Fancy Flora DSP to a Soft Succulent card base. I stamped the branch images from the Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way Photopolymer Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a panel of Soft Sea Foam cardstock. I cut the branches out using the Lighting The Way Dies. I adhered the branches to the card front, overhanging them a bit, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I trimmed the excess off using my Paper Snips. Using the Lighting The Way Dies I cut 3 lightening bug bodies from a panel of Smoky Slate cardstock, 3 tails from a panel of Daffodil Delight cardstock and 3 wings from a panel of Vellum. I brushed the Vellum wings with Wink of Stella to give them a little shimmer. I adhered the lightening bug pieces together using small amounts of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. From a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock, I cut the lantern using the Lighting The Way Dies. I cut a panel of Vellum to fit behind the lantern using my Paper Snips.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

Using my Small Blending Brush, I added some So Saffron Ink to the panel of cut Vellum. I stamped the medium circle from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on the Vellum. I adhered the Vellum behind the lantern using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just along the edge of the lantern. I adhered the lantern to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the lightening bugs around the lantern using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a strip of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink. I cut the sentiment apart using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment and branch images from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the lighting bug image from the Lighting The Way stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Basic Gray Ink. I stamped the glowing tails in Daffodil Delight Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel on an Evening Evergreen mat then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the branch images from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the lightening / ,bug image from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the envelope n067front and their glowing tails in Daffodil Delight Ink. I adhered a panel of Fancy Floral DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on the downhill to the weekend.

Every once in a while, I open a stamp set and I find a surprise. I apparently stamped and cut a few flowers from a set and left them in with the stamp set. When I found them, I thought I’d get a quick card made with them. A quick reminder, the colors I used, Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent, are 2 of the 2021-2023 In-Colors that will be retiring in April. If these are colors that you like, now is a good time to stock up on the In-colors before they are gone. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship Cling Stamp Set along with the coordinating Flowers & Leaves Punch and the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Basic White card front using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Pale Papaya mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the stemmed flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the die cut panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On strips of Basic White cardstock, I stamped multiple large and small flower and leaf images from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut all the images out using the Flowers & Leaves Punch. I adhered the flowers together using Glue Dots. I adhered the flowers and leaves to the stamped panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the Soft Succulent 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon and adhered it to the stem using a Glue Dot. I added a Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the flower center.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored the image using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Pale Papaya mat and a Soft Succulent mat. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Basic White card base. I had 1 more set of the stamped and punched flowers from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set and Flowers & Leaves Punch that I adhered over the center flower using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and flap. I colored the images in using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way

Good Super Bowl Sunday morning my stamping friends. I hope you are all having a good weekend. I have my monthly meeting this afternoon and I’m hoping to get in some craft time. Is anyone watching the Super Bowl tonight? I’m sure it will be on in my house, but I’m not planning on sitting and watching.

I have a speedy quick card for you today. I thought I’d do something simple and let the DSP do most of the work for today. Here’s my card.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way CAS 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Enjoy The Journey Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way CAS 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by stamping the swish of fireflies from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Versamark Ink on a panel of Enjoy The Journey DSP. I sprinkled the image with my Silver Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I stamped the firefly image from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink at the end of the swish of fireflies. I stamped the glowing firefly tail from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way CAS 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the panel of Enjoy The Journey DSP to a Starry Sky mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered 2 strips of Silver Foil Paper to either side of the layered panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Highland Heather card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way CAS 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a strip of Starry Sky cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with my Silver Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Festive Pearls to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way CAS 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Starry Sky Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered 2 strips of the Enjoy The Journey DSP to either side of the panel. I stamped the firefly from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink by the sentiment . I stamped the tail glow in Daffodil Delight Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Starry Sky mat then to the inside of the Highland Heather card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the firefly images from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and flap. I stamped the glow on the tail in Daffodil Delight Ink.

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend going? I’ll be at the dog bakery today hopefully playing with the fur friends that stop in. It’s supposed to be a bit warmer here today, so maybe a lot will be out for walks and will stop in.

Today I played with one of my favorite flower bundles from the January-April 2023 Mini Catalos and dies from the Annual Catalog. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Marigold Moments Split Card 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Marigold Moments Bundle and the Split Card Textures Dies for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Marigold Moments Split Card 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by cutting a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Split Card Textures Dies. I adhered the die cut panel to a Merry Merlot card baes using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On the top of the panel, I stamped the sentient from the Stampin’ Up! Marigold Moments Photopolymer Stap Set in Merry Merlot Ink.

Stampin' Up! Marigold Moments Split Card 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the stem image from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink. I stamped the large solid flower image from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Mango Melody Ink. I stamped the large, detailed flower image from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink over the solid image. I cut the images out using the Marigold Moments Dies.

Stampin' Up! Marigold Moments Split Card 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the die cut stem and flower image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Mango Melody Adhesive-Backed Milky Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Marigold Moments Split Card 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentient from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the small stem image from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the small solid flower image from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Mango Melody Ink on top of the stem and the small, detailed flower image in Merry Merlot Ink on top of the solid image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Mango Melody mat then to the inside of the Merry Merlot card base.

Stampin' Up! Marigold Moments Split Card 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small stem image from the Marigold Moments stamp set on the envelope front in Mossy Meadow Ink. I stamped the small solid flower image from the Marigold Moments stamp set in Mango Melody Ink and the detailed flower image in Merry Merlot Ink. I adhered a panel of the Brights 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Fragrant Flowers Day At The Farm

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. I hope you have some fun plans ahead. I’ll be at work all day today.

I have another card that I made playing with the Sale-a-bration DSP. This paper really is a lot of fun to play with. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Farm 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Fragrant Flowers Bundle and the Day At The Farm Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Farm 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Sahara Sand card front using the Cane Weave 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the card front to a Sahara Sand card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Farm 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered panels of Day At The Farm DSP to Basic Black mats using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the longer layered panels to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the 2 square layered panels to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Farm 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic Black cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Fragrant Flowers Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment using my Fragrant Flowers Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Stampin’ Seal. I tied a small bow using the White Baker’s Twine from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack and adhered it to the sentiment using a Glue Dot. I added a few Matte Black Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Farm 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Fragrant Flowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic white cardstock. I adhered a strip of the Day At The Farm DSP to the side of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat then to the inside of the Sahara Sand card base.

Stampin' Up! Fragrant Flowers Farm 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Day At The Farm DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your Demonstrator. Just click HERE to go directly to my online store or drop me an email if you have any questions.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:   222EBX64

Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog or the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

Please remember to use my current Host Code and make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me, and you’ll get my rewards!

Happy Stamping, Karen
