Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Whitewashed CAS

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. I hope you week has started out productive. We’re back to a full week again, no holidays for a bit.

Today’s card one of my team members Mary Deatherage made on a Facebook live video on Saturday. I forgot how much I like this technique and haven’t done it in a while. Here’s my card for today.

I played along with Double “D” Challenge ‘Blue & White’

I also played along with Aud Sentiments Challenge #290 ‘Anything Goes + A Sentiment

I started by stamping the large floral image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a Misty Moonlight card front. I stamped the swirl image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Night of Navy Ink below the floral image where I planned on putting the sentiment.

Using my Blender Pen, I added White Craft Ink just to the flower image making sure not to color the leaves. I adhered the card front to a Misty Moonlight card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the large floral image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink, stamping off on scrap paper twice, over the sentiment. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat and then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large floral image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the envelope front and the swirl image on the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. What is everyone doing this weekend? Other than working I don’t do much this time of year on the weekends. I like to hibernate because it’s so cold.

I played with a new bundle today, but this time with a punch not dies. This was one of the 1st sets that caught my eye and I just had to have it. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug Bundle along with the Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Pattern Party DSP to a Basic White Thick card base.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green Ink. I stamped the trio of flowers image from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink by the leaf and the little dot image in Daffodil Delight Ink by the flowers. Using my 2nd largest Stitched With Whimsy Dies, I added the stitching around the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Poppy Parade mat and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the ladybug body from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the wings image from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Poppy Parade Ink on the Basic Whtie panel then stamped the spots on the wings in Tuxedo Black Ink. I punched the images out using my Ladybug Builder Punch. I adhered the wings to the body using Stampin’ Dimensionals and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the sentiment to a Poppy Parade mat and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the 1/4″ Black & White Gingham Ribbon and adhered it to the sentiment using a Glue Dot.

On the inside I stamped the sentiments from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower trio image from the Hello Ladybug stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink above the sentiment and the dots in Daffodil Delight Ink. I stamped the ladybug image from the Hello Ladybug stamp set on the bottom of the panel stamping the Tuxedo Black part first and the Poppy Parade over the top. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Poppy Parade mat and then to the inside of the Basic Whtie Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the ladybug image from the Hello Ladybug stamp set on the envelope front. First, I stamped the Tuxedo Black part of the stamp then the Poppy Parade over the top. I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Ladybug stamp set by the ladybug. I adhered a panel of the Pattern Party DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Paradise Palms Special Moments CAS

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. Hope your week has started out productive.

I was so happy with my card for today and surprisingly I only used Stamps, Ink and Paper. Back to the basics. I just love playing with the Blending Brushes and mixing colors. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Paradise Palms Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Special Moments Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card today.

I started with a Basic White card front. I used Post-It Note Tape and taped off the sides of the panel to make a border. Starting at the bottom using my Blending Brushes I started adding color. I used Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo, Highland Heather and Misty Moonlight Inks, blending them all as I moved up the panel.

Once I had the colors the way I wanted them I started stamping the palm tree images and the grass image from the Paradise Palms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I removed the tape from the 4 sides and adhered the card front to a Basic Black mat and then to a Basic White Thick card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Special Moments stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the sentiment to a Basic Black mat and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Paradise Palms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the palm tree and grass images from the Paradise Palm stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I stamped the grass and palm tree images from the Paradise Palms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Sunshine & Rainbows Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Hope you were able to do something fun. It was just too cold here for me. Maybe because I’m still not 100% since I was sick, but the cold just went right through me.

I got a new set in the mail on Thursday, thank you Amy. I just couldn’t wait to put some ink on it and play with it. This is one of those must have sets that I see myself using a LOT. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots Bundle for my card today.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #518.

I started by stamping the flower stems and sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots Photopolymer Stamp Set in Just Jade Ink on a Basic White card front. I stamped the tulips heads from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on the stems.

I embossed the card front using my Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the card front to a Basic White Thick card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the rainboot image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Polished Pink Ink. I cut the image our using my Rain Boots Dies and adhered them below the stamped flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Just Jade Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the rainboots image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Polished Pink Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic White mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the stems from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Just Jade Ink on the envelope front and flap. I stamped the tulip image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on the stems on the envelope front and flap.

Stampin’ Up! Driving By Birthday

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend going? I worked yesterday and I’m planning on staying in today. It’s cold here in NJ. I don’t mind it a little cold, but not when it makes my bones cold lol.

I played with one of the Sale-a-bration sets for my card today. It’s a set that I looked at when I first got the brochure and said “what am I going to do with that”. After playing a little with it, I like it, I have many other ideas I just have to get on a card now. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Driving By Cling Stamp Set along with the Brights 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My colors were inspired by the Color Throwdown Challenge #675.

I started by adhering Granny Apple Green and Pacific Point panels of the Brights DSP to a Smoky Slate card base. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the car image from the Driving By stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Light Basic Black, Daffodil Delight and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I colored the balloons in using my Wink of Stella brush and my Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green and Pacific Point stamp pads.

I stamped the sentiment from the Driving By stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink above the card image. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Nut About Squirrels Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink behind the card.

I adhered the Basic White panel to a Smoky Slate mat and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Driving By stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the car image from the Driving By stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image in using my Basic Black, Granny Apple Green and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I colored the balloons the same as I did for the card front. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Smoky Slate mat and then to the inside of the Smoky Slate card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Brights DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap. I stamped just the balloons from the Driving By stamp set up the one side of the envelope and colored them the same as I did on the card.

Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Karen Finkle’s blog, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Color Challenge.  Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. Here is my card using this week’s Colors.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness Bundle along with the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Here are this week’s colors.

I started by adhering a Sweet Talk DSP card front to a panel of Petal Pink cardstock to give is a little more stability. I adhered a small panel of Sweet Talk DSP to a Petal Pink mat. I adhered the layered panel to a Sweet Talk DSP card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I wrapped a piece of the Petal Pink 1/8″ Cotton Ribbon from the 1/8″ Cotton Ribbon Combo Pack around the card front and tied a bow. I adhered the card front to a Petal Pink card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using my Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder, I cut and embossed a panel of Basic Whtie cardstock. I adhered the embossed heart over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Bouquet of Love Dies and adhered it to the heart using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment and heart.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Love & Happiness stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered 2 thin strips of the Sweet Talk DSP to either side of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat and then to the inside of the Petal Pink card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Sweet Talk DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Birthday

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and almost halfway through the month. Another month flying by.

I have a quick card for you today. When I saw the colors for this challenge, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Cling Sale-a-bration Host Stamp Set and the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I joined in with Seize the Birthday color Challenge #229.

I started by adhering a panel of the Heart & Home DSP to a Basic Gray card base.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the large floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink. I colored just the larger flowers in using my Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Balmy Blue mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Balmy Blue cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with my Silver Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered a piece of Silver Simply Elegant Trim to the card front using Stampin’ Seal and then the sentiment over the trim using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Rhinestones Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the smaller floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored just the larger flower using my Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Balmy Blue mat and then to the inside if the Basic Gray card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the smaller floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front and colored it using my Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Heart & Home DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers. Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so that means Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s amazing projects. If you’ve hopped over from Jaimie Babarczy’s blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “Love”.  We can interpret this however we want.  Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness Bundle along with the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper for my Valentine card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Sweet Talk DSP to a Highland Heather card base.

Using my Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder, I embossed and cut a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered a panel of Sweet Talk DSP to the back of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and adhered it to the card front using Stampin Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic Whtie cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Love & Happiness Cling Stamp Set in Gorgeous Grape Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Bouquet of Love Dies. I adhered the sentiment across the heart using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Special Moments Photopolymer Stamp Set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of the Sweet Talk DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic White mat and then to the inside of the Highland Heather card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Sweet Talk DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Biggest Wish

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? I actually impressed myself yesterday. Since my husband had started undecorating and packing up Christmas while I was at work on Saturday, I finished most of it Saturday night. Sunday morning, I got up and finished packing up anything else I had to do. By 10:30am I was completely finished packing up Christmas, had everything back in my attic and I rearranged my furniture and vacuumed. I had the rest of the day for me, well kind of.

Today I have a mix of Sale-a-bration, 2021-2022 Annual Catalog and January-June 2022 Mini Catalog for you. I was using a little of everything to make a CAS card. Here’s my card for today.

I used the gorgeous Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Biggest Wish Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Artfully Composed Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My Theme is from the Inspire. Create. Birthday Challenge #107.

My colors are from the Paper Players Challenge #573. I used White as my neutral color.

My design is from Sunday Stamps Challenge #273.

I started by adhering a panel of the Artfully Composed DSP to a Pale Papaya card base. Using my Stamparatus, I stamped the large sentiment from the Biggest Wish stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the 1st 2 sentiments then moved the sentiment to the bottom and stamped the bottom 2.

I stamped the large floral image and the swirl image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Pale Papaya Ink over the sentiments. I cut the panel in half at 2 3/8″. I adhered both panels to a Just Jade mat using Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the script sentiment from the Biggest Wish stamp set in Just Jade Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips.

I adhered the script sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Just Jade Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the large floral image from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Pale Papaya Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Just Jade mat and then to the inside of the Pale Papaya card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large floral image from the Calming Camellia stamp set on the envelope front in Pale Papaya Ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Calming Camellia stamp set in Just Jade Ink over the image. I adhered a panel of Artfully Composed DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to the weekend. Hope you have something fun planned.

Before I get started on my card today, I want to remind you about my Double Creative Stamping Designs Rewards going on right now. I love getting free products. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Cling Stamp Set along with the Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper and the Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper for my card today. All these items are Sale-a-bration items and can be earned FREE with a qualifying order.

I started by stamping the girl and butterfly images from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the image our using my Encircled in Beauty Dies. I colored the image in using my Bermuda Bay, Bronze, Ivory, Pool Party and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the grass image below the girl’s foot in Soft Succulent Ink. As much as I dislike fussy cutting, I love Paper Piecing. On a small panel of Sunshine & Rainbow DSP I stamped the dress image of the girl in Tuxedo Black Ink and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips. I adhered it to the girl image using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the collage of butterflies from the Catching Butterflies stamp set on a panel of Simply Marbleous DSP in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the die cut girl image to the panel of DSP letting it hang over the edge a bit. I trimmed the die cut even with the DSP using my Paper Trimmer. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered a piece of Pool Party 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon to the card front. I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Glue Dots. I adhered the layered card front to a Basic White Thick card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the butterfly images from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the panel around the sentiment. I adhered a strip of the Simply Marbleous DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Basic Black mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the butterfly image from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Simply Marbleous DSP to the envelope flap.
