Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. Here we are halfway through the week already and at the end of April. This month just flew by for me. I hope your week is going well.
It’s time for an inspiration challenge from The Card Concepts. We have a new challenge this week and I just love these colors. The inspiration photo #194 is Spring Bouquet. Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.
I used the Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms Cling Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Gnomes Photopolymer Stamp Set for my Clean and Simple card. I was inspired by the bouquet of flowers in the center of the table and the soft colors.

I started by stamping the larger flower from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the bottom of a Basic White panel. I masked the image using a Post-It note. I stamped the smaller flower from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on either side of the larger flower. I masked the small flower and stamped one more of the small flowers. While the masks were on the flowers, I stamped the leaves from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the flowers. I stamped the splotch image from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, around the flowers. I removed the masks.
I colored the flowers using the Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I stamped the sentiment from the Friendly Gnomes stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Bubble Bath mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Smoky Slate card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to the card font.
On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the large flower from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set on the bottom of the panel and the smaller flower on the top of the panel. I stamped the leaves in Soft Sea Foam Ink and the splotch in Balmy Blue Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper. I colored the flowers using my Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Bubble Bath mat then to the inside of the Smoky Slate card base.
To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the larger flower from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the smaller flower from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope flap. I stamped the leaves from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Sof Sea Foam Ink and the splotch image in Balmy Blue Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper. I colored the flower in using my Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Stampin’ Up! let us know that some of the items in the new catalog will have higher prices when the catalog is launched on May 2. The prices for all items that are carrying over will continue to be the current catalog prices through May 1.
