Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend!! What are you all doing this weekend? I’ll be working all day today.

Today’s card was made during our mystery stamping at our Tuesday night meeting. Jaimie sent us the measurements and talked us through assembling it. I decided to mix some new and old products together. Here’s my card for today.

Adhere the panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the Crumb Cake card base. Adhere the smaller panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the Basic White mat. Emboss the panel of Shaded Spruce using the Exposed Brick EF. Adhere the embossed panel to the Basic White mat.

Wrap a piece of Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine around the layered panel 2 times and tie a bow. Adhere the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. From a panel of Basic White, cut the largest and 4th largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Cut the 2nd smallest Spotlight on Nature Die from the panel of Shaded Spruce. On the small Basic White circle, stamp the sentiment from Simply Said stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink. Adhere the sentiment to the Shaded Spruce die cut circle.

On the large die cut circle, stamp the flower image from the Lovely Florals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. Color the image with Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lolly and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere the large die cut circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the sentiment to the card front, overlapping the large circle, with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems to the card front.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Label Me Grateful stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink. Stamp the floral image from the Lovely Florals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. Color the image with Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lolly and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Shaded Spruce mat then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base.

Finish the card by decorating a Basic White Medium Envelope. Stamp the floral image from the Lovely Florals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. color the image the same as for the card. Adhere a panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the envelope flap.

Adhere the panels of Floral Impressions DSP to the coordinating Darling Duckling mats with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the 2″ x 5 3/8″ layered panel to the front of the card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Branching Out Dies, cut the smallest one from a panel of Basic White, the 2nd smallest from a panel of Darling Duckling and the 3rd smallest from a panel of Garden Green. Adhere the Darling Duckling die cut to the Garden Green die cut with Stampin’ Seal. On the Basic White die cut, stamp the sentiment from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. Stamp the stem/leaf image from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamping off on scrap paper 2 times, over the sentiment. Stamp the flower image from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Basic Beige Ink and the flower center image in Pecan Pie Ink, stamping off on scrap paper once, inside the flower. Stamp the splatter image from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Peach Pie Ink around the panel. Adhere the Basic White die cut panel to the Darling Duckling/Garden Green layered panel. Adhere the layered panel to the right side of the card front.

Adhere the butterfly to the layered panel with Glue Dots. Add a Tiny Bee Trinket to the card front.

Adhere a panel of Beautiful Gallery DSP to a Timid Tiger mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to a Pecan Pie card base with Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the small, detailed pumpkin image from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Pumpkins Photopolymer Stamp Set 2 times in Cajun Craze and once in Pumpkin Pie. Stamp the small, solid pumpkin image from the Beautiful Pumpkins stamp set over the detail images stamping them off once on scrap paper, in Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and Timid Tiger Inks.

Add a few Cajun Craze & Gold Dots (available Sept 3rd) to the card front.

Stamp the small, detailed pumpkin image from the Beautiful Pumpkins stamp set in Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie Inks on the bottom of the panel. Stamp the small, solid pumpkin image from the Beautiful Pumpkins stamp set over the detail images stamping them off once on scrap paper, in Pumpkin Pie and Timid Tiger Inks. Adhere the Basic White panel to a timid Tiger mat then to the inside of the Pecan Pie card base.

Sales Tax Holiday

Twelve states and Puerto Rico are having Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

The states with upcoming tax holidays are:  Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.  So if you live in one of those states or Puerto Rico, take a second to download the spreadsheet below and mark your calendar!

Stampin’ Up! September – December 2025 Mini Catalog & September Online Exclusive Shares Open to Order

Good Friday morning stamping friends. I’m hoping to be back later today with a card. My big preorder arrived yesterday, and it took me most of the morning to get all the catalogs packed up and shipped out to all my customers. Then I got to open my huge box of goodies. I think this is my favorite mini catalog in a while. I want it ALL!!! How my shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ X 6″ pieces (or 6″ X 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag with labels listing the Name, Item # and Colors in the pack and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!

Sales Tax Holiday

Twelve states and Puerto Rico are having Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

Emboss a panel of Lost Lagoon using the Joined Together EF. Adhere the embossed panel to the bottom of the Basic White card front. Adhere a thin strip of Gold Foil to the top of the embossed panel. Adhere the Basic White card front to a Basic White Thick card base.

Cut 1 of the vases from a panel of Kintsugi Inspirations DSP using the Inspiring Imperfections Dies. Adhere the vase to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a Flower Accent to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from Inspiring Imperfections stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on a panel of Basic White. Adhere a strip of Kintsugi Inspirations DSP to the bottom of the panel. Stamp the small bowl vase image from the Inspiring Imperfections stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Lost Lagoon mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

Finish the card by decorating a Basic White Medium Envelope. Adhere a strip of Kintsugi Inspirations DSP to the bottom of the envelope front. God Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to a new week. I hope you a had a great weekend!! We all went to the baseball game Saturday night, it’s always so much fun getting together outside of work with all my fellow employees. It was the Yankees minor league game, the Patriots, which they are located about 10 minutes from my home. They won the game and it was ended by a great firework display.

Using the 4th & 5th largest Textured Notes Dies cut panels of Mossy Meadow and Basic White. Stamp the sentiment from Charming Day stamp set on the top of the Basic White frame in Mossy Meadow Ink. Stamp the small flower image from the Charming Day stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. Color the image using Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Petal Pink and Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Pears for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my fun fold Friday!! Happy August!! I’m not sure where July went, but it’s gone already. I got to see the new September – December 2025 Mini Catalog and September Online Exclusives on Wednesday. I cannot wait to share them with you. I hope you love everything as much as I do. I’m going to start getting my Designer Series Paper, Ribbon and Embellishment Shares together and I will be opening them up soon to order. I will also be able to order the catalogs next week. If you have placed an order with me and are a customer of mine, they will be in the mail just as soon as I receive them. If you’d like to receive a catalog from me all you need to do is place an order in my Online Store and you’ll be on the mailing list to receive one.

I played with some Online Exclusives for today’s card. I just love creating with this suite, the DSP is beautiful and makes beautiful cards all on its own. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Pears Bundle along with the Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper for my card today.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the large outline pear and stem/leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Pears Photopolymer Stamp Set in Old Olive Ink 3 times each. Ink up the large solid pear image from the Perfectly Pears stamp set with Darling Duckling Ink. Using the Sponge Dauber, add Old Olive Ink around the edges of the image, stamp the solid pear over the outline pear image. Stamp the solid leaf image from the Perfectly Pears stamp set in Old Olive Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the outlined leaf images. Cut the pears and stem/leaf images out using the Perfectly Pears Dies.

Using the Perfectly Pears Dies, cut 4 of the long leaf dies from a panel of Old Olive, and the flower images from a panel of Painterly Pears DSP. Adhere a panel of Painterly Pears DSP to the front of the card base. Adhere the long leaf die cuts to the front panel with Glue Dots. Adhere the die cut pears over the leaves with Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the flowers under the pears with Glue Dots. Add a few Low-Profile Sparkle Dots to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Perfectly Pears stamp set in Old Olive Ink on the panel of Basic White. Fussy cut the sentiment with Paper Snips. Using the Perfectly Pears Dies cut a panel of Petal Pink using the lattice die.

Adhere a small panel of Painterly Pears DSP to the left side of the inside card base. Adhere a panel of Painterly Pears DSP to the back inside of the card base. Adhere the lattice die cut and the sentiment on top of it with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Stamp the small, outlined pear image from the Perfectly Pears stamp set in Old Olive Ink. Ink the small, solid pear image from the Perfectly Pears stamp set in Darling Duckling Ink and using the Sponge Dauber add Old Olive Ink around the edges. Stamp the image over the outlined pear image. Color the leaves using Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere the Basic White panel to the inside of the card base, behind the front panel.

Finish the card by decorating a Basic White Medium Envelope. Stamp the small pear image from the Perfectly Pears stamp set on the envelope front the same as for the card. Adhere a panel of Painterly Pears DSP to the envelope flap.

Good HOT Tuesday morning stamping friends. It’s supposed to hit just about 100 here in NJ today with the real feel of 110. Add the humidity and poor air quality to that and you have an inside crafting day. I did head out for a quick walk early this morning before the heat got too bad.

I have a super quick and easy card for you today for those times when you are heading out the door and realize you forgot the birthday card. I think I put this one together in less than 10 minutes. The stamp set I used along with some of the beautiful DSP makes a perfect quick card that others will think you took much longer to make. It took me longer to take the pictures than to make it. Here’s my card for today.

Registration Open for our August Online Technique Class

Tara Carpenter, Nicole Bloxom and I are teaming up to offer a fun Technique Online Zoom Class.  We will be creating 6 different cards using 6 different techniques.  This class is free with a $50 purchase from my Online Store.  We will supply a list of supplies we are going to be using in the next couple days. Sales Tax Holiday

Twelve states and Puerto Rico are having Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

The states with upcoming tax holidays are:  Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.  So if you live in one of those states or Puerto Rico, take a second to download the spreadsheet below and mark your calendar!

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday).  Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

For those wondering about Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Wisconsin, those states have suspended the sales tax holiday this year.
