Stampin’ Up! Just A Note for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday afternoon stamping friends and HAPPY SUMMER!!!!! TODAY is the longest day of the year with daylight, YAY!! I love the summertime, minus the humidity. It’s a gorgeous day outside today. Yesterday was so hot and humid I didn’t go out much, but then we had these massive thunderstorms go through and took most of the humidity with it. The winds from the thunderstorms yesterday were so bad it blew over an iron and glass top patio table that I have with an umbrella in an iron stand. My daughter and I ran out in the storm to pick everything up and put the umbrellas in the shed. Needless to say, we came in soak ‘n wet.

I also used the Boho Vibes 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper, Thankful Garden Dies and the Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

Fold and burnish the Petal Pink card base and adhere the card base together between the 4 1/4″ & 5 1/2″ score lines with Liquid Glue. Adhere the panels of Boho Vibes DSP to coordinating Cajun Craze mats with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panels to the Petal Pink card base with Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the notebook lines image from the Stampin’ Up! Just A Note Cling Stamp Set in Secret Sea Ink. Stamp the sentiment from the Just A Note stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on one of the lines. Cut the image out with the Just A Note Dies. Using the Just A Note Dies, cut the paperclip from a panel of Cloud Cover and the hearts from a panel of Daffodil Delight. Cut the leaf die from a panel of Mossy Meadow using the Thankful Garden Dies.

Adhere the hearts to the leaf die cut with Glue Dots. Adhere the leaf die cut to the notebook page with Glue Dots. Adhere the Cloud Cover paperclip to the top of the page. Adhere the notebook page to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Muted Palette Dots to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Textured Notes stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on a panel of Basic White. Adhere the 2 strips of Boho Vibes DSP to the sides of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Cajun Craze mat then to the inside of the Petal Pink card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the leaf image from the Textured Notes stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the envelope front, full strength and stamped off once. Adhere a panel of Boho Vibes DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Friday afternoon stamping friends and welcome to my fun fold Friday. I hope you all had a wonderful week and are looking forward to the weekend.

Today’s card is a card we made at our quarterly team meeting Sunday. This card was designed by one of my awesome team members Carmelita Austin and she loves making fun fold cards. I did change things up a little with my card, which I always like to do. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cheers & Sips Bundle along with the Glass & Garden Embossing Folder, Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper and Beautiful Butterflies Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card today.

Emboss the panel of Pretty in Pink with the Glass & Garden EF. Adhere the embossed panel to a Strawberry Slush mat with Liquid Glue. Adhere the layered panel to the front of the Pretty in Pink card base with Liquid Glue.

On a Basic White panel use the Blending Brush to add a little Peach Pie Ink. Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cheers & Sips Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. From a block panel of Celebratory Sips DSP, stamp the 2 glass images from Cheers & Sips stamp set. Cut the images out with the Cheers & Sips Dies. On a panel of Basic White stamp the umbrella, umbrella stick & mint images from the Cheers & Sips stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. Color the images with Old Olive, Pretty in Pink and Strawberry Slush Stampin’ Blends Markers. Cut the images out with the Cheers & Sips Dies. Stamp the strawberry image in the tall glass die cut in Tuxedo Black Ink and color it with Old Olive and Strawberry Slush Stampin’ Blends Markers. Stamp the ice cube image from the Cheers & Sips stamp set in Versamark Ink inside the 2 die cut glass images. Sprinkle them with Clear Embossing Powder and set them with the Heat Tool. Adhere the mint to the back of the small glass with a Glue Dot. Adhere the umbrella to the umbrella stick then to the back of the tall glass with Glue Dots. Adhere the glasses to the Basic White panel with Liquid Glue. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Strawberry Slush mat and a Pretty in Pink mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the embossed panel with Liquid Glue. Add a few Holographic Resin Dots to the card front.

Adhere the panels of Celebratory Sips DSP to the coordinating Strawberry Slush mats with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the narrow-layered panel to the inside left of the Pretty in Pink card base with Liquid Glue. Adhere the larger layered panel to the inside right of the Pretty in Pink card base with Liquid Glue.

Adhere the last layered panel to the Pretty in Pink mat with Stampin’ Seal. Fold the 1″ x 5″ pop up mechanism on the score lines and adhere the 2 ends together to make a cube. Adhere the Pretty in Pink pop up mechanism to the center of the inside card with Tear & Tape (only on 2 sides). Adhere the layered panel to the pop-up mechanism.

Karen & Tara’s Cheers & Sips Online Zoom Class Registration Ends Saturday

Tara Carpenter and I are teaming up to offer a fun online class using Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Cheers & Sips Bundle.  We will be creating 6 different cards during the class including 2 fun folds.

The class fee includes:

Fold the Petunia Pop card base on the 3″ & 7″ score lines as mountain folds and on the 6″ score line a valley fold. Stamp the dotted line image from Bee My Valentine stamp set in tuxedo Black Ink on the panel. Adhere the Basic White pane to the pop-up Petunia Pop panel with Stampin’ Seal. On a panel of Basic White, stamp the bee stripes image from the Bee My Valentine stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink 2 times. Stamp the bee body image from the Bee My Valentine stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink over the striped images. Cut the bees out using the Bee Builder Punch. Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. I hope you all had a wonderful week and are looking forward to the weekend.

I received my Online Exclusive Preorder yesterday and I didn’t know what to play with first. The first thing on my list was the new embossing folder, so I thought I’d start with that. I did pair it up with some DSP that is available now. Here’s my card for today.

Emboss the panel using the new Sunflower 3D Embossing Folder. Using the Small Blending Brush, add Pecan Pie Ink to the sunflower centers. Adhere the embossed panel to one of the Old Olive die cut arches with Liquid Glue. Adhere the layered panel to the front of the Old Olive card base with Tear & Tape.

Adhere the layered panels to the Pool Party card base with Liquid Glue. Using the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch cut a panel of Basic White. From the panel of Misty Moonlight cut the circle using the Stylish Shapes Dies. On the Basic White circle, stamp the sentiment from Year of Flowers stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink. Adhere the sentiment to the Misty Moonlight mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch cut a panel of Basic White. From the panel of Misty Moonlight cut the circle using the Stylish Shapes Dies. On the Basic White circle, stamp the sentiment from Year of Flowers stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink. Adhere the sentiment to the Misty Moonlight mat with Stampin’ Seal. On the Basic White panel, stamp the small, detailed flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom Photopolymer Stamp Set in Berry Burst and Misty Moonlight Inks multiple times. Stamp the small solid flower image from the Impressions Abloom stamp set in Berry Burst and Misty Moonlight Inks, stamping off 2 times on scrap paper, over the detailed images. Stamp the flower centers in Darling Duckling Ink. Using the Impressions Abloom Dies, cut the flowers, the leaves from a panel of Old Olive and the small flowers from a panel of Pool Party. Arrange the flowers partially around the sentiment with Glue Dots. Add a Two-Tone Sparkle Gem to the sentiment.

Tara Carpenter and I are teaming up to offer a fun online class using Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Cheers & Sips Bundle.  We will be creating 6 different cards during the class including 2 fun folds.

Stampin’ Up! Happy Hibiscus for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. I hope you all had a great week. Yesterday I finally got my first Newsletter out. I was very excited since it took me a while to get it started. I will be sending out the Newsletter once a week with updates. This will only go out to those that subscribed. Today’s card was made since my daughter loves Disney’s Stitch so much and the new movie comes out today. I played with an Online Exclusive Bundles and some of the new Regals DSP. I used the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Happy Hibiscus Bundle along with the Regals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper and Memories in Bloom Two-Tone Cardstock for my card today.

Emboss the 2 smaller panels of Blueberry Bushel using the Happy Hibiscus Hybrid Embossing Folder. On a panel of Basic White, stamp the outlined triple flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Hibiscus Photopolymer Stamp Set in Peach Pie and Strawberry Slush Inks. Stamp the 3 solid flower images from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Peach Pie and Strawberry Slush Inks, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the coordinating outlined images. Cut the images out using the Happy Hibiscus Dies.

Adhere the panel of Regals DSP to the card front with Liquid Glue. Using the Happy Hibiscus Dies, cut 6 of the leaves from a panel of Granny Apple Green and the small flowers from a panel of Petunia Pop Two-Tone Cardstock. Cut 6 of the larger flower on the lighter side of the paper and 6 of the smaller one on the darker side of the paper. Adhere the small flowers to the larger flowers with Glue Dots.

Adhere the 2 embossed panels to the 2 folded edges of the Blueberry Bushel card base with Liquid Glue. Randomly add the flowers to the card front panels with Glue Dots. Insert the leaves under the flowers with Glue Dots. On a strip of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Blueberry Bushel Ink. Adhere the sentiment to the 1 3/4″ folded panel with Liquid Glue making sure you can see it when the card is folded close. Add a few of the Holographic Resin Dots to the flowers.

Stamp the sentiment from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Blueberry Bushel Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the large, outlined flower image from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Strawberry Slush Ink on the bottom of the panel. Stamp the solid flower image in Strawberry Slush Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the outlined image. Stamp the outlined leaf images in granny Apple Green Ink. Stamp the solid leaf images in Granny Apple Green Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the detailed image. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Strawberry Slush mat then to the inside of the Blueberry Bushel card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the detailed flower images from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Strawberry Slush and Peach Pie Inks on the envelope front. Stamp the solid flower images in Strawberry Slush and Peach Pie Inks, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the outlined images. Stamp the leaf images in granny Apple Green Ink. Adhere a panel of Regals DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Friday afternoon stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. I hope you all had a wonderful week and are starting to look forward to the weekend. We’re having some nasty thunderstorms here today in NJ and we’re supposed to be getting more tomorrow.

I played with a new bundle today from the Online Exclusives. This bundle screamed my husband’s name. He’s a popcorn and movie lover, so it fits him to a T. Here’s my card for today.

Add Liquid Glue to the inside of the Real Red card base between the 4 1/4″ & 5 1/2″ score lines to create the book fold card. Randomly stamp the popcorn images from the Stampin’ Up! Poppin’ By Cling Stamp Set in Lemon Lolly Ink on the card front and side panel of Basic White. Stamp the sentiment from the Poppin’ By stamp set in Real Red Ink around the popcorn images. Adhere the Basic White panels to the Basic Black mats with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panels to the Real Red card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Good Friday afternoon stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How is your day going? It’s a beautiful warm day here in NJ. They said thunderstorms are coming, but so far, it’s been really nice. I’ve actually gone on a couple walks today already.

Adhere the large sailboat over the embossed sailboat using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the 2 small sailboats using Glue dots. Adhere the Clouds using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the birds to the card front.

Stamp the detailed sail image in Pool Party Ink over the sails. Stamp the detailed boat image over the detailed image in Crumb Cake Ink. Stamp the birds in Night of Navy Ink. Tara Carpenter and I are super excited about offering you this Free Online Zoom Class

Do you struggle with different ways to use all your Designer Series Paper? Tara and I are teaming up for a Zoom class to show you 6 different cards using just Designer Series Paper and a Sentiment. Of course, we’ll add embellishments and maybe ribbon or twine, but this class will primarily be using DSP. We have picked a pack of DSP with all the new 2025-2027 In-Colors and that’s what we will be focusing on. You can see the DSP starting on page 40 of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. The class will be held on Sunday May 18th from 1pm-5pm ET. The best part is you can earn this class absolutely FREE. You will cut all the cardstock and DSP of your choice prior to the class so you are ready to go. We will NOT be cutting up cardstock or DSP the day of the event. You will choose the color cardstock and your favorite DSP to use from what you purchase. Please remember to order early so that you receive it on time to prep for the class.

Adhere a panel of Everyday Happiness DSP to a Pretty Peacock mat using Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the front of a Basic White card base.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Paper Tags Cling Stamp Set in Pretty Peacock Ink on a panel of Basic White. Using the Paper Tags Dies, cut the sentiment out with the coordinating die and cut the scalloped die from a panel of Lost Lagoon. Adhere the sentiment to the scalloped mat using Stampin’ Seal. Thread a piece of White 1/4″ Ribbon through the tag and tie it off.

Adhere the tag to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Adhere a panel of Everyday Happiness DSP to a Pretty Peacock mat using Stampin’ Seal. Adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Basic White card base using Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Paper Tags stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink. Adhere a strip of Everyday Happiness DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to the inside of the Basic White card base. Add a few Antique Pearls to the side of the panel.

Designer Series Paper Online Zoom Class

Tara Carpenter and I are super excited about offering you this Free Online Zoom Class

Do you struggle with different ways to use all your Designer Series Paper? Tara and I are teaming up for a Zoom class to show you 6 different cards using just Designer Series Paper and a Sentiment. Of course, we’ll add embellishments and maybe ribbon or twine, but this class will primarily be using DSP. We have picked a pack of DSP with all the new 2025-2027 In-Colors and that’s what we will be focusing on. You can see the DSP starting on page 40 of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. The class will be held on Sunday May 18th from 1pm-5pm ET. The best part is you can earn this class absolutely FREE. You will cut all the cardstock and DSP of your choice prior to the class so you are ready to go. We will NOT be cutting up cardstock or DSP the day of the event. You will choose the color cardstock and your favorite DSP to use from what you purchase. Please remember to order early so that you receive it on time to prep for the class.
