Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold

Good Monday morning my stamping friends, HAPPY SPRING!!! Living in NJ we’ll probably get a snowstorm next week now since we didn’t really have snow all winter LOL. How was everyone’s weekend? Hope you were able to spend some time for yourself.

Today’s card is one that we made at out quarterly team meeting last Sunday. This one was designed by one of my team member, Carol Buckalew. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms Bundle along with the Hello Irresistible 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card. Some of the items used are unavailable at this time but should be back in stock by the middle of April or beginning of May.

Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of Hello Irresistible DSP to the front of a Flirty Flamingo card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I cut the flowers and leaves from the Hello Irresistible DSP using the Irresistible Blooms Dies.

Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms Cling Stamp Set in Flirty Flamingo Ink to the right side of a strip of Basic White cardstock. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a piece of White 3/8″ Glittered Organdy Ribbon to the sentiment using a little Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the flowers to the left side of the card front over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the leaves under the flowers using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added some Loose Frosted Dots to the flowers and card front.

Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I adhered 2 panels of Hello Irresistible DSP to either side of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the smaller panels of Hello Irresistible DSP to the narrow panel of cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a couple more of the die cut flowers from the Hello Irresistible DSP to the inside panels using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the leaves under the flowers. On a small panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink. I stamped a couple of the leaves from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set on the panel in Mint Macaron Ink. I adhered the Basic white panel to the right side of the narrow strip using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. To adhere the narrow strip, I adhered the right-side first using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the back of the left side and closed the card base onto it.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower images from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set on the envelope front. I stamped the leaves from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink by the flowers. I adhered a panel of Hello Irresistible DSP to the envelope flap.

Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog or the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Nested Friends for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. Here we are halfway through the week already. I hope your week is going well.

It’s time for an inspiration challenge from The Card Concepts. It’s the second challenge of the month, we are posting two challenge photos!  You can choose whichever photo you prefer, or you could create two separate cards, one for each photo! The inspiration photo #191a is Signs of Spring and #191b is Butterfly Blues.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nested Friends Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Gnomes Photopolymer Stamp Set, Basics 3D Embossing Folder and Neutrals 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my Clean and Layered Card. Stampin’ Up! Desert Details

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. How has everyone’s week started off? We woke up to a blanket of snow this morning. Sadly, it will be gone by this afternoon. As much as I love a good snowstorm that I am stuck in the house and all I can do is craft, my 2nd favorite kind of snow is what we woke up to. It snowed on the grass and trees, but not the sidewalk or street, so no shoveling. Tonight, is my monthly Stamp Camp Card Class, so I’ll be prepping this morning and getting everything ready for the ladies.

Today’s card is one that could be used for anything. I made it with nothing specific in mind, which I love having on hand so I can add my own note inside. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Desert Details 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Desert Details Bundle along with the Delicate Desert Designer Series Paper and the Dry Brushed Metallic Specialty Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Desert Details 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of Delicate Desert DSP to a Soft Succulent card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Ustin the Desert Details Dies, I cut a panel of Gray Granite cardstock with the larger frame die and a panel of Basic White cardstock with the smaller frame die. I adhered the Basic Whtie to the Gray Granite using Stampin’ Seal. I threaded a piece of Gray Granite Bakers Twine from the Bakers Twine Essential Pack through the frame twice and tied a bow.

Stampin' Up! Desert Details 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the 2 flower images from the Stampin’ Up! Desert Details Cling Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink. I cut the images out with the Desert Details Dies. I brushed the inside of the flowers using the Small Blending Brush and Pale Papaya Ink. Using the aloe leaf die from the Desert Details Dies, I cut 1 from a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock and 2 from a panel of Dry Brushed Metallic Paper. I adhered the flowers to the layered panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the aloe die cut pieces under the flowers using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Desert Details 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a strip of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Desert Details stamp set in Gray Granite Ink. I cut the words apart using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added Gold Faceted Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Desert Details 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Desert Details stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the large flower image from the Desert Details stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the bottom of the panel. I brushed Pale Papaya Ink in the center using the Small Blending Brush. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Gray Granite mat then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

Stampin' Up! Desert Details 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. It’s been cold and breezy here, but it says it’s supposed to be a little warmer today. We’ll see. I’ll be at the dog bakery all afternoon hopefully giving those good puppies treats.

Today’s card is one that we will be making at my card class this coming Tuesday. I don’t think I’ve made any cards using the Polished Pink cardstock. I’ve used it for a mat, but not the main card. So, this was a little out of my comfort zone, but I was happy with the results. I did change the colors for the ladies to use on Tuesday. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Cling Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up! Go To Greetings Cling Stamp Set along with the Scalloped Contours Dies, Brilliant Wings Dies and Stitched With Whimsy Dies for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by using the Stitched With Whimsy Die on a Polished Pink card front and running it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I adhered the card front to a Polished Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Basic Black cardstock using the Scalloped Contours Dies. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I used my Polished Pink Stampin’ Write Marker and flicked color over the panel. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to the Basic Black scalloped mat using Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Polished Pink Ink. I cut the image using the Brilliant Wings Dies. Using the Brilliant Wings Dies, I cut the coordinating detail butterfly from a panel of Polished Pink cardstock. I adhered the detailed butterfly to the Basic White panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the stamped butterfly over the detailed using Stampin’ Dimensionals and fluffed the wings.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the sentiment from the Go To Greetings stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink next to the butterfly. I adhered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added 3 Black Matte Dots to the butterfly body and a couple 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from Go To Greetings stamp set on a panel of Basic White in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Polished Pink Ink on either side of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Polished Pink mat then to the inside of the Polished Pink card base.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set on the envelope front and flap in Polished Pink Ink.

Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance Hello 7 creativestampingdesigns.com

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you. I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Akiko’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have Theme Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s theme.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way Bundle along with the Fancy Flora 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Here is this week’s theme.

I started by adhering a panel of Fancy Flora DSP to a Soft Succulent card base. I stamped the branch images from the Stampin’ Up! Lighting The Way Photopolymer Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a panel of Soft Sea Foam cardstock. I cut the branches out using the Lighting The Way Dies. I adhered the branches to the card front, overhanging them a bit, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I trimmed the excess off using my Paper Snips. Using the Lighting The Way Dies I cut 3 lightening bug bodies from a panel of Smoky Slate cardstock, 3 tails from a panel of Daffodil Delight cardstock and 3 wings from a panel of Vellum. I brushed the Vellum wings with Wink of Stella to give them a little shimmer. I adhered the lightening bug pieces together using small amounts of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. From a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock, I cut the lantern using the Lighting The Way Dies. I cut a panel of Vellum to fit behind the lantern using my Paper Snips.

Using my Small Blending Brush, I added some So Saffron Ink to the panel of cut Vellum. I stamped the medium circle from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on the Vellum. I adhered the Vellum behind the lantern using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just along the edge of the lantern. I adhered the lantern to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the lightening bugs around the lantern using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink. I cut the sentiment apart using my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Lighting The Way Thanks 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment and branch images from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the lighting bug image from the Lighting The Way stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Basic Gray Ink. I stamped the glowing tails in Daffodil Delight Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel on an Evening Evergreen mat then to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the branch images from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Evening Evergreen Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the lightening / ,bug image from the Lighting The Way stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the envelope n067front and their glowing tails in Daffodil Delight Ink. I adhered a panel of Fancy Floral DSP to the envelope flap.

Flowers of Friendship Thanks

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on the downhill to the weekend.

Every once in a while, I open a stamp set and I find a surprise. I apparently stamped and cut a few flowers from a set and left them in with the stamp set. When I found them, I thought I’d get a quick card made with them. A quick reminder, the colors I used, Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent, are 2 of the 2021-2023 In-Colors that will be retiring in April. If these are colors that you like, now is a good time to stock up on the In-colors before they are gone. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship Cling Stamp Set along with the coordinating Flowers & Leaves Punch and the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Basic White card front using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Pale Papaya mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Soft Succulent mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the stemmed flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the die cut panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On strips of Basic White cardstock, I stamped multiple large and small flower and leaf images from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut all the images out using the Flowers & Leaves Punch. I adhered the flowers together using Glue Dots. I adhered the flowers and leaves to the stamped panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the Soft Succulent 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon and adhered it to the stem using a Glue Dot. I added a Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the flower center.

Stampin' Up! Flowers of Friendship Thanks 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored the image using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Pale Papaya mat and a Soft Succulent mat. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Basic White card base. I had 1 more set of the stamped and punched flowers from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set and Flowers & Leaves Punch that I adhered over the center flower using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and flap. I colored the images in using my Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? does anyone have plans for the weekend? I’ll be at work both days this weekend.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here is my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home Fun Fold 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Cling Stamp Set and the Subtle 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

This is the template for the Basic White Thick card base.

Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home Fun Fold 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I scored, cut and folded a Basic White Thick card base as in the template above. I adhered 2 panels of Subtle DSP to the front of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home Fun Fold 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the small flower image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I colored the image using my Balmy Blue, Highland Heather, Mint Macaron and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers. I colored the larger of the flowers in the bouquet using my Blushing Bride Ink and my Water Painter filled with alcohol. I cut the image our using the Flowers of Home Dies. From a panel of Mint Macaron cardstock, I cut a few sprigs using the Flowers of Home Dies. I adhered a piece White 3/8″ Glittered Organdy Ribbon to the left card front panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the flower image over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the sprigs under the flower using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home Fun Fold 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

For the inside of the panel, I adhered panels of the Subtle DSP along the top and bottom. On either side, I adhered sprigs that I cut from panels of Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron cardstock using the Flowers of Home Dies. I wanted a small bumblebee, so I stamped the bumblebee images from the Stampin’ Up! Honeybee Home Cling Stamp Set in Smoky slate Ink on either side of the center pop section.

Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home Fun Fold 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the sentiment from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Blushing Bride mat then to the small pop up panel on the inside of the Basic Whtie Thick card base.

Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home Fun Fold 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the smaller flower image from the Blessings of Home stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front and colored it the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Subtle DSP to the envelope flap.
