Good Sunday morning my fellow stampers. How is everyone doing today? I hope you are all enjoying your long weekend. I’ll be at work all day today, but I have off tomorrow and Tuesday, YAY!!
I have another Clean and Simple card for you today using up some more of the Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper. I love when the paper does the work for you. Here’s my card.
Isn’t this paper just gorgeous!! If you are liking this paper, grab it while you can. It’ll be retiring June 2nd. It’s on the retiring list and once it’s gone that’s it.
I started by stamping the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Grace’s Garden Photopolymer Stamp Set in Merry Merlot Ink on the top of the Pressed Petals Specialty DSP panel. I cut the panel out using the largest rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies.
I adhered the DSP panel to a Merry Merlot mat using Snail and then to a Merry Merlot card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Nobel Peacock Rhinestones to the card front.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from Grace’s Garden stamp set in the center of a Very Vanilla panel in Merry Merlot Ink. I adhered 2 strips of Pressed Petals Specialty DSP to either side of the sentiment using Snail. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to the inside of the Merry Merlot card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope. I adhered a strip of Pressed Petals Specialty DSP to the front of the envelope and to the envelope flap.
