Good Friday morning stamping friends. How was your week? I was happy to get some yard work done on Monday, then yesterday morning I brough the pups out and I couldn’t even see the lawn. The neighbors tree decided to drop all its leaves during the night all over my yard. I’m not kidding when I say the leaves are 5″ deep. I think I know what my husband will be doing this weekend.

I have a different fun fold for you today, it’s called a Chair Step Card. I saw it on an Australian site and had to give it a try. I had to change a lot of the measurements to be a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here is my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Kindness Bundle, Stampin’ Up! Elegantly Wrapped Bundle, Autumn Opulence Specialty Designer Series Paper and Autumn Woodland Glimmer Specialty Paper for my card today.

I joined in with the Creative Creases Challenge #121 Anything Goes with a Fun Fold.

From the scored Very Vanilla card base, cut from the 2″ – 3 1/2″ score lines 1″ in on each side. Along the 2″ score line, cut from 1″ in, to the 4 1/2″ (which is 1″ in on the other side). The 1/2″ is a valley fold, 2″ is a mountain fold, 3 1/2″ is a valley fold and 5″ is a mountain fold. Adhere the 3/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of Autumn Opulence DSP to the bottom of the card front. Adhere the 1 3/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of Autumn Opulence DSP between the 1/2″ & 2″ score lines.

Adhere the 4 – 7/8″ x 1 3/8″ panels of Autumn Opulence DSP to the sides of the Very Vanilla card base. Stamp the sentiment from Cottage Kindness stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the 3 1/4″ x 4″ panel of Autumn Opulence DSP. Adhere the 3 1/4″ x 4″ panel of Autumn Opulence DSP to the Autumn Woodland Glimmer paper. Adhere the layered panel to the 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ panel of Very Vanilla. Stamp the wreath image from the Cottage Kindness stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on the panel of Very Vanilla. Cut the image out using the Cottage Kindness Dies. Stamp the bow image from the Elegantly Wrapped stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the panel or Petal Pink. Cut the image out with the Elegantly Wrapped Dies.

Adhere the wreath to the layered panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals so that the sentiment is in the center. Adhere the bow on the bottom of the wreath. Adhere the layered panel to the bottom of the center section of the Very Vanilla card base, lining up the bottom and side edges. Color a few Antique Pearls with the Golden Glow Stampin’ Blends Marker. Adhere the colored pearls to the wreath.

Stamp the sentiment from Elegantly Wrapped stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla. Stamp the stem image from the Cottage Kindness stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Lost Lagoon Ink. Stamp the flower image from Cottage Kindness stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the stems. Adhere the Very Vanilla panel to an Early Espresso mat then to the back of the card bse.

Decorate a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the stem image from Cottage Kindness stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on the envelope front. Stamp the flower image from Cottage Kindness stamp set in Petal Pink Ink on the stem image. Adhere a panel of Autumn Opulence DSP to the envelope flap.
