Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. I hope everyone’s week is going well. We’re halfway through the week and on the downhill to the weekend.
Last night out we had our team meeting. My upline Jaimie asked me if I wanted to do the Mystery Stamping. I thought it would be a lot of fun so of course I said yes. I love cards with layers, so I picked one of my favorite designs. This is my original card that the design came from. I stamped along with everyone, and I’ll post that card over the weekend. Here’s my card for today.
I used the Stampin’ Up! Vintage Christmas Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper for my card.
I started by adhering a panel of Sweetest Christmas DSP to a Garden Green card base. I adhered a smaller panel of Sweetest Christmas DSP to a Garden Green mat. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a panel of Pool Party cardstock across the bottom of the layered dsp panel on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the flower image from the Vintage Christmas stamp set in Pool Party Ink. I stamped the flower center and pinecone image from the Vintage Christmas stamp set in Sahara Sand Ink over the flower image. I stamped the leaf image from the Vintage Christmas stamp set in Garden Green Ink above the flower image.
I stamped the sentiment from the Vintage Christmas stamp set in Real Red Ink across from the flower image on the Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Garden Green mat. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Festive Pearls to the card front.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Vintage Christmas stamp set in Real Red Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the floral image below the sentiment the same as I did for the card front. I stamped the bottle image from the Vintage Christmas stamp set below the floral image in Sahara Sand Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Real Red mat then to the inside of the Garden Green card base.
To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Vintage Christmas stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Sweetest Christmas DSP to the envelope flap.
