Stampin’ Up! Ringed With Nature for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s Sketch.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Ringed With Nature Bundle along with the Sale-a-bration Rings of Love Designer Series Paper for my card today.

This is this week’s sketch.

I started by adhering a panel of Rings of Love DSP to an Evening Evergreen card bases. I embossed a panel of Vellum paper using the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front. On a strip of Parakeet Party cardstock, I stamped the leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Ringed With Nature Photopolymer Stamp Set in Parakeet Party Ink. I adhered the strip to the card front on the Vellum panel.

Using the tree Rings Dies and Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder, I cut a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock. I took the largest tree ring die and brushed Soft Suede Ink around the edge using my Spong Dauber. I adhered the die to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On a strip of Evening Evergreen cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Ringed With Nature stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using the smallest die from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut 2 of the thinner leaf dies from the Tree Rings Dies from a panel of Parakeet Party cardstock, I cut one of the larger leaf dies from a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock. I adhered the leaf dies just under the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I colored the berries on one of the sprig Textural Elements using my Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the sprig on top of the leaves just under the sentiment using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the tree ring image from the Ringed With Nature stamp set in Soft Suede Ink, stamping off twice on scrap paper, on a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Happiness Abounds Photopolymer Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen Ink over the tree rings. I stamped the heart image from the Ringed With Nature stamp set in Poppy Parade Ink on top of the sentiment. I stamped the leaf image from the Ringed With Nature stamp set in Parakeet Party Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Suede mat and then to the inside of the Evening Evergreen card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the tree ring image from the Ringed With Nature stamp set in soft Suede Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the envelope front. I stamped the heart image from the Ringed With Nature stamp set in Poppy Parade Ink on top of the tree ring image. I stamped the leaf image in Parakeet Party next to the tree ring. I adhered a panel of Rings of Love DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Hippest Hippos for Amy’s Inkin Krew Team Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so that means Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s handsome projects. If you’ve hopped over from Amy’s blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “Celebrate Summer”.  We can interpret this however we want.  Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Hippest Hippos Cling Stamp Set along with the Sale-a-bration Hippo Dies for my card today.

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Hippest Hippos stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the top of a Basic White panel. I embossed a Basic White card front using the Into the Clouds Embossing Folder. I lightly brushed the panel using my Blending Brush and Pool Party Ink, to give it a little color. On a strip of Sahara Sand cardstock, I stamped the sand image from the Stampin’ Up! Friends Are Like Seashells Photopolymer Stamp Set in Sahara Sand Ink. I tore the top of the strip of card stock all the way across. I adhered the ‘sand’ image to the bottom of the card front using a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue just along the bottom edge. I cut 3 strips of the Celebrate Everything Host Designer Series Paper. Using my Paper Snips, I cut 2 of the strips along the ‘wave’ edge. I adhered the 3 strips together using Glue Dots. I adhered the layered waves to the card front just under the ‘sand’ strip using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I trimmed the edges using my Paper Snips.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the 2 hippo images from the Hippest Hippos stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Flirty Flamingo, Polished Pink and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the images out using my Hippo Dies. Using the Hippo Dies, I cut the goggles and snorkel from a panel of Sweet Sorbet cardstock, I cut the sunglasses and umbrella from a panel of Polished Pink and Basic Black cardstock. I cut the water drops from a panel of Pool Party cardstock. I adhered the goggles and snorkel to the one hippo and the sunglasses to the ballerina hippo using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the hippos and umbrella to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the water drops to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the card front to a Pool Party card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Hippest Hippos stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the hippo image from the Hippest Hippos stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored the image using my Flirty Flamingo, Parakeet Party, Polished Pink and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Sahara Sand mat and then to the inside of the Pool Party card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the hippo image from the Hippest Hippos stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it using my Flirty Flamingo, Parakeet Party, Polished Pink and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Celebrate Everything DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Karen Finkel’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have a Sketch Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s Sketch.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn Bundle along with the Sale-a-bration Ring of Love Designer Series Paper for my card today.

This is our sketch for this week.

I started by embossing a Mint Macaron card front using the Elegant Eucalyptus 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Mint Macaron card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a panel of Rings of Love DSP to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the top of the large floral image from the Fond of Autumn stamp set twice in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the small flower from the Fond of Autumn stamp set twice on the Basic White panel in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images in using my Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron, Pale papaya and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the images out using my Autumn Bouquet Dies. I adhered the larger flower images to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the Basic White panel, I stamped the banner from the Fond of Autumn stamp set in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper. I stamped the sentiment from the Fond of Autumn stamp set in Night of Navy Ink inside the banner. I cut the banner out using the Autumn Bouquet Dies. I adhered the banner between the flower images using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the 2 smaller flowers to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Solid Faceted Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Fond of Autumn stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the small flower image from the Fond of Autumn stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on either side of the sentiment. I colored the flowers using my Calypso Coral, Pale Papaya and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Night of Navy mat and then to the inside of the Mint Macron card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small flower image from the Fond of Autumn stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Ring of Love DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Sneak Peek Fun Fold Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Are you ready for the weekend? I hope you are making some fun plans. I have off from both jobs this weekend. I was originally scheduled for Saturday, but one of my cashiers asked if she could work since she needed next weekend off, and I requested Sunday off since it’s my son’s birthday and Father’s Day.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. I actually have 2 versions of the card to show you. Here are my cards for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Wonderful World Bundle (available July 1st) along with the Stampin’ Up! Go To Greetings Cling Stamp Set for my cards today.

I started by cutting the Rich Razzleberry card base front. I lined up the 8 1/2″ edge at the 3″ mark on my Paper Trimmer. I cut from the 3″ mark to the 3/4″ mark. I turned the paper so the 5 1/2″ side was lined up at the 3″ mark on my Paper Trimmer. I cut from the 4 3/4″ mark to the 2 1/2″ mark. Gently push the cut panel towards the inside of the card so that the bottom corner becomes the top corner.

I cut a panel of the Wonderful World DSP (Sale-a-bration item available July 1st). Line up the 5 3/8″ side at the 2 15/16″ mark on the Paper Trimmer and cut from top down to the 2 1/2″ mark. Turn paper so the 4 1/8″ side is lined up on the Paper Trimmer at the 2 15/16″ mark and cut from the 3″ mark down. Adhered the Wonderful World DSP to the front of the card base lining the cut edge up with the cut edge of the card base. You will have to trim the small corners with Paper Snips that fold down under the flipped portion of the card.

Using the largest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies, cut a panel of Mossy Meadow cardstock. Stamp the small leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Cling Stamp Set (available July 1st from Sale-a-bration), in Mossy Meadow Ink multiple times on the Mossy Meadow panel. Adhere the die cut square to the flipped corner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the rose image from the Wonderful World stamp set using the Marker to stamp technique. I colored the rose using my Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Write Marker and the stem using my Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Write Marker. Huff on the stamp a couple times and stamp on the Basic White panel. I cut the image using the 3rd largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the stamped image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the card front.

For this card I stamped the flower image from the Wonderful World stamp set using my Orchid Oasis and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Write Markers on a panel of Basic White cardstock and cut the image out using the largest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

I adhered a panel of Wonderful World DSP to the inside of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Go To Greetings stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on a Basic White panel. I huffed on the already inked stamped to reactivate the ink and stamped the image on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Rich Razzleberry card base making sure it is under the folded panel.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower image from the Wonderful World stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card front.

I adhered a panel of the Wonderful World DSP to the envelope flap.

July – December 2022 Mini Catalog Designer Series Paper Share

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog, and I’d love to have you join in on it!!  I’m placing my share order on July 1 and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of July 11.

How shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ x 6″ pieces (or 6″ x 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!  Shares give you a good working sample of all of the papers so that you can decide which ones to order in full packs!

Paper Pumpkin Price Increases Beginning March 1

On March 1, 2022, Paper Pumpkin kits will see a slight increase in price for both month-to-month orders and prepaid subscriptions. Despite Covid’s continued strain on the global economy, Stampin’ Up! has been working diligently to maintain the lowest possible price for our Paper Pumpkin kits–including absorbing costs to prevent price increases. However, as we continue to see greater cost increases to raw materials, shipping, and overhead, we have made the decision to increase pricing in order to maintain the high quality and value of the monthly kit.

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies CAS Birthday

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. Hope your weekend is going well. I have off today, but still don’t know what I will be doing.

I have another really quick and easy card for you today using Sale-a-bration items. Tomorrow is the last day to earn Sale-a-bration items, don’t miss out on free items you’ve been looking at to get. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Cling Stamp Set along with the Simply Marbleous 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper and the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of the Simply Marvleous DSP to a Basic Black mat. I wrapped a piece of the Black & White 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon around the panel and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal in the back.

I stamped the sentiment from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel punched it out using my Everyday Label Punch. From a panel of Basic Black cardstock I punched out another label and cut it in half. I adhered the Basic Black label to the back of the Basic White label extending it about 1/8″ on top and bottom. I adhered the label to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut one of the detail butterflies out from a panel of Basic Black cardstock using the Brilliant Wings Dies. I adhered the butterfly to the card front using Glue Dots. I adhered the card front to a Highland Heather card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few of the purple Playing With Patterns Resin Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Catching Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat and then to the inside of the Highland Heather card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of the Simply Marbleous DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello CAS Birthday

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to the weekend. I hope you have some fun plans in store for today and tomorrow. I’m working today, but have no plans yet for tomorrow.

Well, we are down to the last few days of Sale-a-bration. I have a couple more cards using Sale-a-bration items for you. Today’s mostly focuses on the DSP. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Special Moments Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card today. Both of these items are Sale-a-bration items and are free with a qualifying order of $100.

I started by adhering a panel of the Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper to a Shaded Spruce card base. I adhered a smaller panel of the Friendly Hello DSP to a Shaded Spruce mat.

I wrapped a piece of Fresh Freesia 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon around the layered panel and tied a bow. I adhered the panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Friendly Hello Photopolymer Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Tasteful Labels Dies and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels to the sentiment.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Special Moments stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of the Friendly Hello DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Shaded Spruce mat and then to the inside of the Shaded Spruce card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Friendly Hello DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

On March 1, 2022, Paper Pumpkin kits will see a slight increase in price for both month-to-month orders and prepaid subscriptions. Despite Covid’s continued strain on the global economy, Stampin’ Up! has been working diligently to maintain the lowest possible price for our Paper Pumpkin kits–including absorbing costs to prevent price increases. However, as we continue to see greater cost increases to raw materials, shipping, and overhead, we have made the decision to increase pricing in order to maintain the high quality and value of the monthly kit.

Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning my stamping friends, welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Are you ready for the weekend? I’ll be working all day tomorrow, but I have off on Sunday, YAY!!! The cold weather is back here. We had that little tease of spring again on Wednesday with the temperature at 70, now we’re back down to the 20’s and 30’s.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Friendly Hello Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Special Moments Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Sunshine & Rainbows 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by scoring and cutting a Basic White Thick card base. I scored an 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ card base at 4 1/4″ and cut 1 3/4″ off the front right of the card base. I adhered a panel of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP to a Bermuda Bay mat and then to the front of a Basic White Thick card front.

On a 1 1/2″ strip of Basic White cardstock I made marks every 1/2″ along both sides using a pencil so I could erase them when I was done if they were showing. I took 2 different panel of 3″ X 6″ Sunshine & Rainbows DSP and cut 1/2″ strips. Starting at the top of the panel, I adhered one pattern of the DSP on an angle. I then adhered the other panel of the DSP going the opposite way over the top of the 1st pattern. I trimmed off all the excess using my Paper Trimmer. I adhered the panel to a Bermuda Bay mat and then to the right back of the Basic Whtie Thick card base.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Bermuda Bay Ink. I stamped the leafy image from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Pool Party Ink around the sentiment. I stamped the berry image from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Flirty Flamingo between the leafy images. I cut the sentiment out using the 3rd from the smallest Stitched Rectangle Dies. I adhered the sentiment to a Bermuda Bay mat and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals only on the left half. I added a few Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Special Moments stamp set in Bermuda Bay Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leafy image from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Pool Party Ink around the sentiment. I stamped the berry image from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink between the leafy images. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Bermuda Bay mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leafy image from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Pool Party Ink around the bottom of the envelope. I stamped the berry image from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink between the leafy images. I adhered a panel of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP to the envelope flap.
