Stampin’ Up! Amber Autumn for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend already.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Amber Autumn Bundle along with the Textured Notes Dies and Gathering Together Specialty Designer Series Paper for my card today. I was inspired by the overall theme along with the colors for my Clean & Layered card today.

Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to a Cajun Craze card base with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere another panel of Gathering Together DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

Stamp the pumpkin image from the Stampin’ Up! Amber Autumn Cling Stamp Set in tuxedo Black Ink. Color the image using Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral, Darling Duckling, Pecan Pie and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. Color the other pumpkin using Basic Beige Ink with the Water Painters. Cut the image out using the Amber Autumn Dies.

On a panel of Cajun Craze, stamp the sentiment from the Amber Autumn stamp set in Versamark Ink. Sprinkle the sentiment with White Embossing Powder and set it with the Heat Tool. Cut the sentiment out using the Textured Notes Dies. Add a piece of Early Espresso Linen Thread to the card front and adhere the sentiment over the linen thread with Stampin’ Dimensionals.. Adhere the die cut pumpkin image to the card front with Stampin Dimensionals. Add a few Low-Profile Dots to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Amber Autumn stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the leaf/acorn image from the Amber Autumn stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the top of the panel. Color the image using Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere the basic White panel to an Early Espresso mat then to the inside of the Cajun Craze card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the leaf/acorn image from the Amber Autumn stamp set in tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. Color the image using Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. I hope your week has started off well.

My card today is playing with one of my favorite Online Exclusive Suites and it just happens that this is the bundle that Tara and I are using for our Online Class this month. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Delicate Pines Bundle along with the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Pines in Shaded Spruce 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

Wrap a piece of Shaded Spruce 7/8″ Gold Edged Ribbon around a panel of Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP and secure it on the back with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the panel to a Shaded Spruce card base with Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Shaded Spruce, stamp the large snowflake image from the Stampin’ Up! Delicate Pines Photopolymer Stamp Set in Versamrk Ink. Sprinkle the image with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Cut the image out using the Delicate Pines Dies. From the panel of Gold Foil, cut 3 of the large pine boughs using the Delicate Pines Dies. Adhere the Gold Foil boughs to the back of the die cut snowflake using Glue Dots.

Adhere the panel of Shaded Spruce to the Gold Foil mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the card front, over the ribbon with Liquid Glue. Adhere the die cut snowflake to the center of the Shaded Spruce panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive Backed Berries to the center of the snowflake.

Stamp the sentiment from the Delicate Pines stamp set in shaded Spruce Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the snowflake images from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink by the sentiment some stamped full strength, some stamped off once, and some stamped off twice. Adhere the panel of Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat then to the inside of the Shaded Spruce card base.

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the holiday weekend. Do you have any plans in the works? I’m going to a Red Bulls soccer gamer tonight with my son. I won tickets back in April and we are finally able to cash them in. I’m really looking forward to it, I’ve been wanting to go to a game. There’s something about watching professional games in person. The energy level is so much higher than watching them on TV. We’ve been a soccer family since my son was 5 when I signed him up for soccer because it was a ‘non-contact sport’. Little did I know then that it IS a contact sport, years later and many concussions and broken bones. I was the soccer mom and when they needed a goalie for field day, I was there. He’s now 30 and is a soccer coach and is still playing.

I have another little sneak peek for you today of products that will be available starting September 3rd. My colors came from a house that’s in our town; I live in a historical town with lots of old houses. I pass this one house that’s Flirty Flamingo, Pecan Pie and a touch of Misty Moonlight. Fussy cut the sweater image using snips. On the same panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Just A Note stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. Cut the sentiment out using the Traditional Labels Dies.

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend. It’s been beautiful here in NJ the past few days, upper 70’s to low 80’s with very low humidity. I’ve had my windows open and enjoying the fresh air. I took both my pups for a walk yesterday with my niece and her pup, on National Dog Day. We were out walking for over an hour and my 2 crashed when we got home.

I have a super quick card for you today featuring new products coming net Wednesday, September 3rd. I hope you are all getting those shopping lists ready to go. I did my favorite Autumn Technique, the baby wipe technique. Here’s my card for today.

Flatted a couple baby wipes in a stamp case. Add drops of Cajun Craze, Cherry Cobbler, Darling Duckling, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive and Timid Tiger from the Stampin’ Ink Refills. Let the colors mix well on their own. Press the leaf image from the Etched Autumn stamp set on the baby wipe to pick up the ink on the stamp. Stamp the image on a panel of Basic Beige.

Adhere the stamped panel to a Mossy Meadow mat with Stampin’ Seal. Wrap a piece of the Old Olive Linen Thread from the Early Espresso & Old Olive Linen Thread Pack (available Sept 3rd), around the layered panel a couple times and tie a bow. Adhere the layered panel to the Basic Beige card base with Liquid Glue.

Adhere the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Muted Palette Dots to the card front.

Stampin’ Up! made some announcements today about changes coming to their stamps, stamp and die packaging and Stampin’ Write Markers.  Here are the updates:

Cling Stamp Sets (Red Rubber)

Stampin’ Up! has decided to discontinue their cling stamp line due to challenges in sourcing the necessary raw materials.  While they currently have access to enough raw materials to continue production for the time being, the supply has become increasingly inconsistent, and certain key raw materials are no longer being manufactured.  They’re choosing to make this change now to ensure a smoother, more strategic transition—with minimal disruption.  They will continue to offer a wide range of photopolymer stamps to support various artistic styles and techniques.

Here are some specifics about the transition from cling stamps to photopolymer:

Stampin’ Up! Write Markers – Discontinuing and Available While Supplies Last

Stampin’ Up! has also decided to discontinue Stampin’ Write Markers.  With the growing popularity of Stampin’ Blends, they’ve seen a steady decline in sales of Stampin’ Write Markers.  One of the primary techniques unique to Stampin’ Write Markers is coloring directly on cling stamps—a technique that will become less relevant as we transition away from cling stamps.

Here are a few details about the Stampin’ Write Markers:

As part of Stampin’ Up!’s transition away from cling stamps, Stampin’ Up! is excited to introduce updated packaging for stamps and dies!  Because photopolymer stamps are thinner, they’re able to offer sleeker, slimmer packaging that saves space.  Both stamps and dies will now come in the same size and style of packaging, making it easier than ever to store bundles and coordinating products together (yay!!).  The new packaging is similar to their current die packaging—durable, clear plastic envelopes—but with an exciting improvement: Die packaging will now feature printed artwork for quick and easy identification!  Stamp packaging will continue to display artwork as well.

Good Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to the last week of August. Can you believe August is just about over? It’s bittersweet for me, one part of me doesn’t want summer to end and the other can’t wait to wear cozy Sweaters & sweatshirts again.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Branching Out Photopolymer Stamp Set (available Sept 3rd) along with the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper and Stylish Shapes Dies for my card today.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #700

My colors are from Color Throwdown Challenge #839

Adhere the book fold card base together on the inside between the 4 1/4″ & 5 1/2″ score lines using Liquid Glue. Adhere a panel of Nests of Winter DSP to a Lost Lagoon mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the left side of the Cherry Cobbler card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Blending Brush, add Lost Lagoon Ink to the panel of Nests of Winter DSP. Cut the panel into 4 squares using the 3rd largest Stylish Shapes Dies. Cut a panel of Lost Lagoon using the 2nd largest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Adhere the 4 smaller die cut squares to the Cherry Cobbler card base. Cut a panel of Nests of Winter DSP and adhere it to the center of the Lost Lagoon die cut square. Adhere the layered square to the center of the 4 squares with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Tie a bow using the Gray Granite Baker’s Twine from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack. Adhere the bow in the top right corner of the center layered square with a Glue dot. Stamp the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White. Fussy cut the sentiment with snips. Adhere the sentiment over the bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries to the branch in the bird’s beak.

Stamp the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the branch image from the Branching Out stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the bottom of the panel. Stamp the berry image from the Branching Out stamp set on the branch in Cherry Cobbler Ink. Adhere the Basic White panel to a lost Lagoon mat then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base.

I had so much fun putting this card together. I know I’ve said before how very much I love summer. It’s my favorite time of the year. There’s something about fall cards though that I absolutely love. Here’s my card for today.

Cut 12 of the smallest squares using the Stylish Shapes Dies from Basic Beige cardstock. On 4 of the squares stamp the apple image from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. Stamp the pumpkin image from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on 4 of the squares. Stamp the acorn image from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the last 4 squares. On 2 of the apples and 2 of the acorn images, stamp the smiley face from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. On 2 of the pumpkin images stamp the Jack-o-Lantern face from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. Do you have any fun plans in the works? I’ll be at work all day today and tomorrow we will be hosting our August Online Technique Class. Tara and I are having so much fun with these classes and we invited Nicole in this month to present a couple cards.

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper Share, Two-Tone Cardstock Share, Ribbon Share & Embellishment Share from the September-December 2025 Mini Catalog, along with the upcoming September Online Exclusives and I’d love to have you join!!  I’m placing my share order early on September 3rd and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of September 8th. It’s a sample of each of the new Designer Series Papers from the Catalog and Online Exclusives. Shares give you a good working sample of all of the papers so that you can decide which ones to order in full packs!  If you were to purchase all of the DSP in the new Catalog and Online Exclusives, it would cost you over $165.00 plus shipping and if you were to purchase all the ribbon it would cost you over $75.00.

New Designer Series Paper Share – $21.00 plus $9.00 for Priority Mail Shipping

How my shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ X 6″ pieces (or 6″ X 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag with labels listing the Name, Item # and Colors in the pack and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!

Two-Tone Cardstock Share

Have you been wanting to try the Two-Tone Cardstock but didn’t want to buy a whole pack? You can add a share of the 4 different Two-Tone Cardstock packs for an additional $6 or purchase them separately for $6 + $9 Priority Shipping

You will receive one 6×6 sheet of each color from each of the packs (the number after the name indicates how many 6×6 sheets of that paper pack you will receive):

Ribbon Share – $20.00 plus $9.00 Priority Mail Shipping

All ribbons will come individually wrapped and labeled with the name and number of the product.
