Stampin’ Up! Fresh Cut Flowers Sneak Peek for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning my fellow stampers. Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so that means Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s amazing projects. If you’ve hopped over from Amy Koenders’ blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “For The Ladies/Girls”.  We can interpret this however we want.  Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Fresh Cut Flowers Cling Stamp Set along with the new Fabulous Frames Dies from the upcoming 2022-2023 Annual Catalog for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of Mint Macaron Subtle 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to a Mint Macaron card base. I stamped the large floral image from the Fresh Cut Flowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I colored the image in using my Mint Macaron and Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I cut the image out using the largest frame from the Fabulous Frames Dies. This die cuts out the image and cuts a frame at the same time. I adhered the cut floral image to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the frame to the card front, lining it up with the artwork, using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a few Mint Macaron Genial Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Inspired Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the floral image from the Fresh Cut Flowers stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it using my Mint Macaron and Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Mint Macaron mat and then to the inside of the Mint Macaron card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Fresh Cut Flowers stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front and colored it using my Mint Macaron and Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Subtle DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting by my blog today, I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. Stampin’ Up! Dahlia Days with Butterflies & Flowers Masks

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend going? It’s been a wet one so far here and unfortunately, we got a bit of water inside this time. I’m done with the rain now, we need a long dry spell to happen. Our backyard is a sponge and when you walk the water splashes up. I worked all day yesterday and I have off today. I wasn’t sure why they gave me off Sunday again. Turns out I got a reminder that I have a team meeting and I must have requested off.

Today’s card I played with some retiring items again. Sometimes I just wish some of the things I like could stay on much longer. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Dahlia Days Cling Stamp Set along with the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks for my card today.

I started by placing the thin lined Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Mask on a Basic White panel and securing it with Post-It tape. I added Fresh Freesia Ink using my Blending Brush. I turned the mask and lining up the thick lined flower on top and added Fresh Freesia Ink using my Blending Brush. I did this twice on the panel moving my mask.

I stamped the leaves and sprig images from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink around the flowers. I embossed the panel using my Tasteful Textures 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered it to a Soft Succulent mat and then to the front of a Baic White Thick card base.

I adhered a length of Fresh Freesia 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon on the card front. I stamped the sentiment from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the sentiment out using my Seasonal Labels Dies. I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Fresh Freesia Loose Flower Flourishes to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered the Mask using Post-It tape and added Fresh Freesia Ink using my Blending Brush. I stamped the leaves and sprig images from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink around the flowers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat and then to the inside of the Basic White thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I colored the flowers the same as I did for the card front on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of 2021-2023 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. The Masks, Stamp Set and Embossing Folder will all be retiring and are only while supplies last. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties Hello

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. I hope you have some fun plans in store. I’m working all day today, which is fine since it’s supposed to rain again. I do have off tomorrow though YAY!!!

I was busy yesterday getting everything ready to send out the new 2022-2023 Annual Catalogs to my customers and lost track of time. I was focused on getting them to the post office and shipped out. With that being said, I have a quick card for you today using retiring items. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper. Not only both of these items will be retiring, but 2 of the colors I used, Bumblebee and Cinnamon Cider, will be retiring too.

I started by adhering a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to a Cinnamon Cider card base.

I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock using the new Stylish Shapes Dies (available May 3rd). I stamped the flowerpot image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the cactus image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the flowerpot. I stamped the flower image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Bumblebee Ink on the cactus image. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat on an angel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a couple 2020-2022 In-Color Square Gems to the sentiment and a Bumblebee Trinket to the artwork.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowerpot, cactus and flower images from the Cactus Cuties stamp set the same as I did for the card front on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat and then to the inside of the Cinnamon Cider card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cactus, flower and flowerpot images from the Cactus Cuties stamp set them same as I did for the card on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Through It Together

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend already.

Today’s card is another one we made last night at our Stamp Camp. My card design is from a friend and team member Terry Lynn Bright. My main focus at this month’s class was using designer series paper. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Through It Together Cling Stamp Set along with the Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper and the Brilliant Wings Dies for my card today.

I started by adhering a Pattern Party DSP card front to a Basic White Thick card base.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from Through It Together stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink down the center of the panel. I embossed the panel using the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Granny Apple Green mat. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using my Brilliant Wings Dies, I cut the solid butterfly from a panel of Rainbow Glimmer Paper. I cut the detailed butterfly from a panel of Vellum Paper. I adhered the Vellum butterfly to the Rainbow Glimmer butterfly just on the body. I adhered the butterfly to the layered panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Black Classic Matte Dots to the body.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from Through It Together stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of Pattern Party DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Granny Apple Green mat and then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Pattern Party DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! New Shipping Fees Beginning April 1

I want to let you know about a change to Stampin’ Up!’s shipping and handling pricing.  Starting April 1, the minimum shipping charge will increase by $1.00, from $6.95 to $7.95—or by one percentage point, from 10% to 11% of the total order amount—whichever is greater.

If you ever use the expedited shipping options, those fees are going up a bit too.  Here are the new fees for expedited shipping:

  • Next Day Upgrade: $38.00 USD ($3.00 USD increase from the previous rate)
  • 2nd Day Upgrade: $23.00 USD ($3.00 USD increase from the previous rate)
  • 3 Day Shipping Upgrade: $15.00 USD ($5.00 USD increase from the previous rate)
  • The expedited shipping option rates above are calculated in addition to the standard shipping rate (e.g., the next day shipping option would cost $7.95 USD or 11%—whichever is greater—plus $38.00 USD)

I want to make sure you’re aware of this change, as it impacts both you and me.  Stampin’ Up! has worked to keep the increase as minimal as possible so they can continue bringing you the unique, high-quality, and coordinated paper crafting products that you love.

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone’s weekend going? I’ll be at work all day today. I had yesterday off and I did some reorganizing of my craft area. Time to weed out the old and make room for the new. I pulled retiring stamp sets, dies, embossing folders and embellishments from my stash. It’s looking kind of empty now. Not for long though, Friday we get to place our preorder YAY!!!

Today’s card I made just because I wanted to. I had no reason and for no one specific. I just like to have encouragement cards on hand for when I need them. I actually used a color that I don’t use all that often since it’s not one of my favorites. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper and the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My colors are from the Color Throwdown Challenge #685.

I joined in with the Global Design Projects Theme Challenge #335.

My design is from Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge #649.

I started by adhering a panel of Flowering Fields DSP to a Pumpkin Pie card base. I adhered a panel of In Good Taste DSP to a Soft Succulent mat and adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the rain boots image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Pumpkin Pie Ink. I stamped the tulips in Pumpkin Pie Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper on the Basic White panel. I stamped the flower stems from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I cut all the images out using my Rain Boots Dies. I adhered the stems to the boots using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the boots and stems to the layered panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the tulips on top of the stems using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I cut a panel of Soft Succulent cardstock using the lattice die from the Rain Boots Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the lattice using Glue Dots. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials to the card front to look like raindrops.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the stems on the bottom of the panel in Soft Succulent Ink. I stamped the tulips on the stems in Pumpkin Pie Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Succulent mat and then to the inside of the Pumpkin Pie card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the stems from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the bottom of the envelope front. I stamped the tulips from the Flowering Rain Boots on the stems in Pumpkin Pie Ink. I adhered a panel of Flowering Fields DSP to the envelope flap.

Dahlia Days for Happy Inkin’ Krew Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have a Theme Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s Theme.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Dahlia Days Bundle along with the Artfully Composed Designer Series Paper for my card today.

This is our theme for this week.

I started by cutting a panel of Soft Succulent 2021-2023 In-Color Shimmer Vellum using my Detailed Dahlia Die. I stamped the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Dahlia Days Cling Stamp Set on a panel of Basic White cardstock. Using my Dahlia Days stamp set I stamped the small floral image in Fresh Freesia Ink twice, the fern image in Misty Moonlight Ink twice and the leaf image in Soft Succulent Ink twice all on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the images out using my Detailed Dahlia Dies.

I stamped the sentiment from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the bottom of a Basic White panel. I embossed the panel using my Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the large die cut flower to the panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I arranged the other die cut pieces behind the flower and adhered them with Glue Dots and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the detailed die cut panel of Shimmer Vellum to the front of the card base. I adhered the card front over the die cut vellum using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I adhered a panel of Artfully Composed DSP to the right side of the inside of the card base. On a Basic White panel, I stamped the sentiment from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I stamped the tiny flower cluster from the Dahlia Days stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Pale Papaya Ink. I stamped the fern image from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the top and bottom corners of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the Soft Succulent card base overlapping the DSP just a tiny amount.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large dahlia image from the Dahlia Days stamp set in Pale Papaya Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the leaves around the dahlia in Soft Succulent Ink. I adhered a panel of the Artfully Composed DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through and see everyone’s projects today. Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties For Fun Fold Friday with Video Tutorial

Good Friday morning my stamping friends, welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s St. Patrick’s Day? Did everyone have a good week and looking forward to the weekend? I have to work all day Saturday and Sunday.

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties Bundle along with the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Here is the template for scoring and cutting the cardstock for the card base.

I started by scoring, cutting and folding the cardstock as in the photo above. I adhered panels of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the coordinating Mossy Meadow mats. I adhered the layered panels to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the cactus and cactus branch from the Stampin’ Up! Cactus Cuties Photopolymer Stamp Set that does not go with the punch in Mossy Meadow Ink and fussy cut them using my Paper Snips. I stamped the flowerpot with the diamonds from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink and fussy cut it using my Paper Snips. I stamped the cactus and cactus branch from the Cactus Cuties that go with the Cactus Builder Punch in Pear Pizzazz Ink and punched them out. I stamped the lined flowerpot from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink and punched it out using my Cactus Builder Punch. I stamped the flower image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Mango Melody and Polished Pink Ink on a strip of Basic White cardstock and punched them out using the Cactus Builder Punch. I adhered the Mossy Meadow cactus branch to the Mossy Meadow cactus and then to the diamond flowerpot and adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the 3 Mango Melody flowers to the cactus. I adhered the Pear Pizzazz cactus branches to the Pear Pizzazz cactus and then to the lined flowerpot. I adhered this cactus to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the Polished Pink flowers to the branches.

I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink to the Basic White strip of cardstock. I adhered the Basic White cardstock to a Mossy Meadow mat and then to the bottom of the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2020-2022 In-Color Square Gems to the sentiment and a Bumblebee Trinket by the flowers.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the lined flowerpot from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the cactus and cactus branch from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink in the flowerpot and the flowers in Polished Pink Ink on the cactus. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Mossy Meadow mat and then to the inside of the Pear Pizzazz card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cactus, flowerpot and flowers from the Cactus Cuties stamp set on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. I hope you will CASE this card and please feel free to post it in the comments of my Facebook page under my post. I’d love to see your take on the card. The list of measurements are below if you’d like to stamp along while watching the video. You can watch my video on my Facebook page Here.

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on our way to the weekend. I hope you are starting to make some plans. It’s warming up here a little, hopefully to stay this time.

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo is Spring Garden.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots Bundle along with the Hand Penned Designer Series Paper for my Freestyle Collage card today. I was inspired by the colors, the rain boots and the flowers.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge #171.  How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by adhering a panel of Hand Penned DSP to a Basic White card base. I adhered a smaller panel of Hand Penned DSP to a Garden Green mat. I adhered the layered panel the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock using the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Rain Boots Photopolymer Stamp Set, I stamped the rain boots, seed packet and flowerpot in Sahara Sand Ink. I stamped the daisy image in Balmy Blue Ink. I cut the images out using my Rain Boots Dies. I colored the bottom and strip on top of the boots using my Polished Pink Stampin’ Blend Markers. I colored the daisy centers in using my Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend Markers. I colored the seed packet using my Balmy Blue and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend Markers. Using my Rain Boots Dies I cut 2 of the garden mini rake from panels of Balmy Blue and Silver Foil paper. Using my Paper Snips, I snipped off the handle of the Balmy Blue die cut mini rake and adhered it to the handle of the Silver Foil mini rake.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, using my Blending Brush, I added Sahara Sand Ink to the bottom of the panel. I adhered 2 strips of Balmy Blue cardstock on the top and bottom of the panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Garden Green Ink on the top of the panel. I stamped the tulip stem image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Garden Green Ink 3 times. I stamped the tulip image from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Polished Pink Ink on the stems. I adhered the daisy die to the top of the flowerpot die using Glue Dots. I then adhered it to the Basic White panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the rain boots and seed packet to the panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the mini garden rake to the flowerpot using a tiny amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Pebbles Enamel Shapes on the bottom of the panel. I added a Bumblebee Trinket and a couple of the Brushed Brass Butterflies by the flowers.

I kept the inside simple. I stamped the sentiments from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Garden Green Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the tulip stems image from the Flowering Rain Boots on the bottom of the panel and the tulips on top of the stems in Polished Pink Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Garden Green mat and then to the inside of the Basic White card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the tulip stems from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set in Garden Green Ink. I stamped the tulips from the Flowering Rain Boots stamp set on top of the stems in Polished Pink Ink. I adhered a panel of the Hand Penned DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Hello

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. Does anyone have plans? Yesterday we had a gorgeous spring day. It was 60 out and my daughter and I were running errands without coats on. Today, well a little different. It’s cold with a mix of rain and snow. I really wish spring would get here and stay.

Today’s card is one that we made at our team meeting on Tuesday night. Every month we have a virtual team meeting and so Mystery Stamping at the end. It’s a lot of fun. Our upline emails us measurements and then at the end of the meeting she tells us how to put the card together. All of our cards are similar but different. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Bundle along with the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My colors are from Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #384.

I started by adhering a panel of Pansy Petals DSP to a Basic White card front. I wrapped a piece of the Fresh Freesia 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon around the side of the panel and tied a bow.

On the bottom of the panel, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Photopolymer Stamp Set in Mint Macaron Ink. I cut a panel of Fresh Freesia cardstock into a banner using my Paper Snips and embossed it using the Checks & Dots Embossing Folder. I adhered the banner to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using my Pansy Dies, I cut the flower and the flower bud from a panel of So Saffron cardstock. I cut the detailed flower outline from a panel of Fresh Freesia cardstock. I cut the stem, 2 leaves and detailed leaves from a panel of Mint Macaron cardstock. I sponged some Mint Macaron Ink on the detailed leave die using my Sponge Dauber. I adhered the detailed flower dies to the solid flower pieces using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the flower pieces together using Glue Dots. I adhered the leaves behind the flower using Glue Dots. I adhered the flower to the banner panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a Pearl Basic Jewel that I colored with my So Saffron Stampin’ Blend Marker in the center of the flower. I added a couple Bumblebee Trinkets to the card front using Glue Dots. I adhered the card front to a Basic Whtie card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the smallest pansy image from the Pansy Patch stamp set in So Saffron Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the pansy outline and center images from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Fresh Freesia Ink over the solid image. I stamped the leaf images from the Pansy Patch stamp set in Mint Macaron Ink on the pansy. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Fresh Freesia mat and then to the inside of the Basic White card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Pansy Petals DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Friendship for The Card Concepts

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on our way to the weekend. I hope you are starting to make some plans. I actually have today off since I worked both Monday and Tuesday for the end and beginning of the month’s bills. I’m so used to having Tuesday’s off and working on Wednesday’s that I lose track of what day it is. I’m still trying to wrap my head around March being here already. Before you know it, Spring and Summer will be here, my favorite seasons of the year.

Before I get started, today is a very special day. It’s my little fur baby, Jasmine’s 14th birthday. She’s been my side kick for the last 13 3/4 years following me everywhere I go and always happy to see me, I can’t imagine life without her. The best part is she doesn’t talk back and no student loans to pay. Happy Birthday my sweet baby.

When we got her in May of 2008
One of her favorite places to lay down
She loves our new patio as much as us
Her new favorite spot now

It’s time for another inspiration challenge for The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo this week is Wearing O’ The Green.  Here is my card that was inspired from the challenge photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Friendship Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Beauty of The Earth Designer Series Paper for my Clean and Layered card today. I was inspired by the tree and colors in the photo for my card.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concepts and join us for our challenge #170.  How are you inspired by this photo?

I started by embossing a Bumblebee card front using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered a panel of Beauty of The Earth DSP to the left side of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a panel of Beauty of The Earth DSP to an Early Espresso mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front and a strip of Beauty of The Earth DSP over the panel towards the bottom of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the card front to an Early Espresso card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the tree trunk image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. I stamped the leaf image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Old Olive Ink on the branches. I stamped the detail leaf image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink over the other leaf image. I stamped the splatter image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Bumblebee Ink around the tree image. I cut the image out using the 2nd largest circle from the Layering Circles Dies. I stamped the sentiment from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Old Olive Ink next to the tree image. I adhered the artwork to a coordinating scalloped circle that I cut from a panel of Early Espresso cardstock using my Layering Circles Dies. I adhered the layered artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Brushed Metallic Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Old Olive Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the tree, leaf and splatter images from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set the same as I did for the card front on the bottom left of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Bumblebee mat and then to the inside of the Early Espresso card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I stamped the tree, leaf and splatter images from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Beauty of The Earth DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Paper Pumpkin Price Increases Beginning March 1

On March 1, 2022, Paper Pumpkin kits will see a slight increase in price for both month-to-month orders and prepaid subscriptions. Despite Covid’s continued strain on the global economy, Stampin’ Up! has been working diligently to maintain the lowest possible price for our Paper Pumpkin kits–including absorbing costs to prevent price increases. However, as we continue to see greater cost increases to raw materials, shipping, and overhead, we have made the decision to increase pricing in order to maintain the high quality and value of the monthly kit.

Here are the details:

You will begin to see the price change on paper pumpkin.com

beginning February 11, with the start of the March subscription period.

Shipping added based on order total at time of check out.

Prepaid codes–both redeemed and unredeemed–purchased before the 1 March price change will maintain their full value. No additional payment will be required.

Prices for past kits and refills released before March 1, 2022 will remain unchanged.

Let me know if you have any questions about the price changes.  ***If you purchase Prepaid Paper Pumpkin Kits during February, you’ll save a few $$ and possibly earn some free Sale-a-bration items too!
