Good Friday morning my stamping friends welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. How was everyone’s week? Has anyone made any plans for the long weekend yet? I’ll be working all day tomorrow, but I have Sunday and Monday off YAY!!!

Today’s card I made on my Facebook Live video on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below along with the links to my Facebook page and my YouTube channel. Here is my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Brightest Beauty Bundle along with the Pretty Prints Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by scoring a Petal Pink card base at 2 1/8″ & 4 1/4″. I measured from the top of the card front down 3″ and made a small pencil mark. I cut from the 3″ pencil mark to the top of the 4 1/4″ score line using my Paper Trimmer.

I took 1 of the 4″ X 5 1/4″ panels of Pretty Prints DSP and on the left side I made a small pencil mark at 2 7/8″ down from the top. I cut from the 2 7/8″ mark to the top right corner. I cut the panel in half at 2″. I adhered the panels to the Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On the part of the card base that is showing, I stamped the geometric image from the Stampin’ Up! Brightest Beauty Photopolymer Stamp Set in Petal Pink Ink. On a small panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Golden Beauty Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Festive Pearls to the sentiment.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the leaf image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Pear Pizzazz Ink. I stamped the flower fill image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Petal Pink Ink. I cut the image using my Golden Beauty Dies. I adhered the floral image to the front panel of the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow around the bottom of the floral image using my Simply Elegant Trim.

On the inside, I adhered a panel of Pretty Prints DSP to a Calypso Coral mat and then to the inside of the Petal Pink card base. I cut a panel of Basic White cardstock from 1 1/4″down on right side up to top left corner. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Artistically Inked Cling Stamp Set in Calypso Coral Ink on the top of the panel. I stamped the geometric image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Petal Pink Ink around the sentiment. I adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set on the envelope the same as I did for the card on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Pretty Prints DSP to the envelope flap.

World Card Making Day Events – Save The Date, October 1!

INKIN’ KREW WORLD CARD MAKING DAY EVENT –

We’re doing it again!!  Our team will be hosting a fun all-day event on Saturday, October 1 for World Card Making Day!  Our event will feature card making presentations live on the event Facebook page as well as some fun giveaways!

Stampin’ Up! is also hosting an event online and we’re scheduling our event so that it runs before and after the Stampin’ Up! event!  Most of us will be using one of the three bundles from the Stampin’ Up! event for our projects so you will come away from the day with tons of ideas for those three bundles!
