Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. I hope your week has started off well. I have one of my least favorite appointments today. I have to go once a year to a retina specialist. 27 years ago, at a regular eye appointment, my Dr found that I had detached retinas in both eyes. I had gone partially blind and didn’t even know it. I had to have surgery to have them repaired, and this was before laser surgery was a thing. They were able to repair the tears but not my blindness. I am so grateful that he found it or I would have gone completely blind. So, every year I have to go to make sure everything is still intact.
Today’s the day you can finally order the new Online Exclusive products, YAY!!! Today’s card uses some of the Online Exclusive products. I’m loving this new DSP. Here’s my card for today.
I used the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Otterly Amazing Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Otterly Adorable Designer Series Paper, So Swirly Embossing Folder and Stylish Shapes Dies for my card today.
Emboss a Balmy Blue card front using the So Swirly EF. Adhere the 3 panels of Otterly Adorable DSP to the card front using Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Calypso Coral, stamp the fish image from the Otterly Amazing stamp set multiple times across the panel in Calypso Coral Ink. Adhere the stamped panel to the card front using Liquid Glue. wrap a piece of the Lost Lagoon Soft Cord around the panel and tie a bow. Adhere the card front to a Balmy Blue card base using Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Otterly Amazing stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink. Cut the sentiment out using the 2nd smallest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a Riverside Irregular Pearl to the sentiment.
On a panel of Basic White, stamp the otter image from the Otterly Amazing stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. Color the image using Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhered the Basic White panel to a Calypso Coral mat then to the inside of the Balmy Blue card base.
Finish the card by decorating a Basic White Medium Envelope. Stamp the otter image from the Otterly Amazing stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. Color the image using Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere a panel of Otterly Adorable DSP to the envelope flap.
