Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated CAS

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. I hope you have some fun plans in the works. I have the weekend off and I’ve got a lot going on.

Today’s card a team member Carol Buckalew made and I like it so much I wanted to make it. I gave it my own little twist though. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made my card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Softly Sophisticated Bundle along with the Double Oval Punch for my card today. This bundle is one that you can earn for free with a qualifying order of $100.

I started by embossing a Very Vanilla card front using the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Liquid Glue.

On a smaller panel of Very Vanilla, I stamped the stem image from the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink 2 times. I stamped the small flower image from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on the stems. I adhered the artwork to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a piece of Black & Very Vanilla 3/8″ Large Check Ribbon around the panel and tied a bow. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Very Vanilla, I stamped the sentiment from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Double Oval Punch. I cut the scalloped oval from the Double Oval Punch from a panel of Cherry Cobbler. I adhered the sentiment to the Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front over the ribbon d using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla. I stamped the stem image from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink up the side of the panel. I stamped the small flower image from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on the stems. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Very Vanilla Medium Envelope. I stamped the stem image from the Softly Sophisticated stamps et in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the small flower image from the Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on the stems. I embossed the envelope lap using the Softly Sophisticated EF.

Stampin’ Up! Garden Meadow Easel Calendar

Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. Are you starting to make plans for the weekend yet? I’ll be working all day tomorrow. I’m hoping to get some time to relax a bit since these past couple weekends were so hectic.

Today’s card I made on YouTube Live on Wednesday. If you were able to join me or watched the replay, thank you. If you’d like to watch my video and stamp along, the measurements are below, just above the supply list, along with the link to my YouTube channel. When I went on our retreat in November, one of my team members Susan Stanley had this card for us to make. I actually have 2 versions that I made in different colors and different patterns of DSP.  I liked it so much I used it for my Stamp Camp Card Class on Tuesday night. The ladies loved it. Here is my card for today.

For both cards I used the Stampin’ Up! Garden Meadow Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Meandering Meadow 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper, Tailor Made Tags Dies and Stampin’ Up! Through The Year Cling Stamp Set for my card today.

I started by adhering panels of Meandering Meadow DSP to Melon Mambo and Granny Apple Green mats using Liquid Glue. I adhered the Layered panels to Blueberry Bushel and Melon Mambo card bases using Liquid Glue. On panels of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Garden Meadow stamp set in Blueberry Bushel and Melon Mambo Inks. Using the 2nd largest Tailor Made Tags Dies, I cut the sentiment partway through. I moved the die up and fit it in the stitches and cut from the other direction to make a smaller tag. I threaded a piece of Linen Thread through the top of the tag and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the small calendars using Stampin’ Dimemsionals.

I folded the smaller panel of Blueberry Bushel and Melon Mambo cardstock in half as a mountain fold. I folded the 2 ends as valley folds. I adhered the folded panel to the inside of the card base with the mountain fold up and Tear & Tape on the valley folds, to the bottom of the card base. I added a few Assorted Glossy Dots to the tag.

On the back of the Blueberry Bushel card base, I stamped the sentiment from Through The Year stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. For the Melon Mambo card, I stamped the sentiment from Through The Year stamp set in Melon Mambo Ink on a panel of Basic White. I cut the sentiment out using All That Dies and adhered it to the back of the card base using Stampin’ Seal.

To finish the card, I decorated Basic White Medium Envelopes. I stamped the floral image from the Garden Meadow stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the images using Granny Appl Green, Blueberry Bushel and Melon Mambo Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered panels of Meandering Meadow DSP to the envelope flaps.

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you, I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Akiko’s blog, thank you for stopping by. I used the Stampin’ Up! Planted Paradise Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Circle Sayings Bundle, Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder and Glorious Gingham 6 CX 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by embossing a Pecan Pie card front using the Exposed Brick EF. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White Thick card base using Liquid Glue.

I adhered a panel of Glorious Gingham DSP to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the bottom of the card front using Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Circle Sayings Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I punched the sentiment out using the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch making sure the sentiment was at the top of the circle. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Planted Paradise stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on the bottom of the circle. I stamped the plant image from the Planted Paradise stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the flowerpot. I adhered 2 strips of Pecan Pie 1/2″ Bordered Ribbon to the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the circled artwork on top of the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few of the new Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Circle Sayings stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered a panel of Glorious Gingham DSP to the bottom of the panel. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Planted Paradise stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on the strip of DSP. I stamped the plant image from the Planted Paradise stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the flowerpot. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Pecan Pie mat then to the inside of the Baic White Thick card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flowerpot image from the Planted Paradise stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the plant image from the Planted Paradise stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the flowerpot. I adhered a panel of Glorious Gingham DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and on the downhill to the weekend. How is everyone doing with getting those holiday card done? Mine are done, I just have to sit down and write them out now.

Today’s card was one that my downline Donna asked me to do for our class last night. This actually worked out since my order hadn’t arrived yet with the DSP I wanted to use. Last night was our last class for the year. We’ll start up again in January with some new products. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Fragrant Forest Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Brightest Glow Cling Stamp Set, All That Dies and Give-It-A-Whirl Dies for my card today.

I started by stamping the image from Fragrant Forest stamp set in Garden Green Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered the card front panel to a Real Red mat using Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a tiny star from a panel of Gold Adhesive-Back Glimmer Paper using the Give-A-Whirl Dies. I adhered the star to the top of the standalone tree. I added a few Festive Pearls to decorate the tree.

I wrapped a piece of 1/4″ Real Red Ribbon from the Real Red & Burlap Ribbon Combo Pack around the layered panel and tied a bow. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the layered panel to a Garden Green card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the Stampin’ Up! January-April 2024 Mini Catalog and I’d love to have you join!!  I’m placing my share order early on January 4th. I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of January 15th.

How my shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ x 6″ pieces (or 6″ x 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag with labels listing the Name, Item # and Colors in the pack and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!  Shares give you a good working sample of all of the papers so that you can decide which ones to order in full packs!

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees in Misty Moonlight

Good Monday morning stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Saturday was busy at work so the day went pretty quick. Sunday here in NJ was rain, rain, rain. It was a great day to stay in and decorate, which I did a little of in the morning. We had our quarterly team meeting yesterday, which was in person. I always love getting together with my team members, they are all the nicest people you would ever want to know. There’s a little bit of business for the meetings, then it’s time to stamp, chat, laugh and just have a great time.

Today’s card is one that I presented yesterday at out meeting and others stamped along. There were 3 of us presenting and we used a bundle that is carrying over from the September – December Mini Catalog. I used the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Bundle along with the Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper and Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder for my card today. All of these items will be carrying over which I’m so happy about.

I started by adhering a Winter Meadow DSP card front to a Misty Moonlight mat using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic White Thick card base using Liquid Glue.

Using the Merriest Trees Dies, I cut the largest and 2nd largest tree from a panel of Basic White. I cut the largest tree again using the 3rd largest and smallest tree die. I cut the 2nd largest tree again using the 4th largest tree die.

I embossed all the tree pieces using the Snowflake Sky EF. Using a Sponge Dauber, I sponged some Misty Moonlight Ink along the bottom edges of each piece. To assemble the tree, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals only along the bottom edges. I stamped the tree trunk image from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pecan Pie Ink on the panel of Basic White. I cut the trunk out using the Merriest Trees Dies. I adhered the trunk to the back of the tree using a Glue Dot. I adhered the tree to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the Silver & White 1/2″ Sheer Ribbon and adhered it to the top of the tree using a Glue Dot.

On a strip of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Trees stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink. I cut the end into a banner using Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the top of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Trees stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered 2 strips of Winter Meadow DSP to either side of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat then to the inside of the Basic Whtie Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Winter Meadow DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Christmas Classics & January – April 2024 Mini Catalog Designer Series Paper Shares Open

Good Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to a new week. I had a bit of a busy weekend, so I was slacking in posting. How was everyone’s long weekend? Did anyone get their holiday shopping started or done? How about decorated for the Christmas? I got most of my decorating done. I still have a little bit to get finished. I’m hoping tonight when I get home from work to set up a Christmas tree in my crafting studio. My goal is to get my entire house decorated before my next Stamp Camp Class next week. The only thing that won’t be done is our main tree in the living room. We get a live tree there and don’t get it until about 2 weeks before Christmas.

Using the Christmas Classics Dies, I cut 3 holly leaves from a panel of Shaded Spruck, the holly veins from a panel of Old Olive, 2 sprigs from a panel of Gold Foil and the berries from a panel of Cherry Cobbler. I adhered a piece of Tear and Tape to the back of the holly leaves and adhered the Old Olive veins to the center of the Shaded Spruce holly leaves.

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Classics Photopolymer Stamp Set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the holly leaves, sprigs and berries under the sentiment using Liquid Glue. I added a few gold Festive Pearls to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the Christmas sentiment from the Christmas Classics stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the Merry & Wishes sentiments from the Christmas Classics stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink above and below the other sentiment. I stamped the holly leaf image from the Christmas Classics stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the top of the panel. I adhered the Basic Whit panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

Stampin’ Up! Stars At Night Divine

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. Happy Veterans Day to all those that served for us, present and past. My dad was a veteran of the US Army during WWII. I have his medals here with me and I was looking at them yesterday. I keep a flag outside flying for him in one of my gardens. He told me many stories of being on the front lines during the war.

I hope you have some fun plans in the works. I’ll be at my OnStage @ Home event most of the day. I’ll get a peek at the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog and get to see what I can preorder. These are just a couple of the best perks of being a demonstrator. We like to get together afterwards to talk about the new catalog and upcoming products. I’m looking forward to a fun day.

Today’s card is one that we made at the retreat last weekend. This card was designed by one of my team members Mary Deatherage. Here’s my card for today.

For this card we used the Stampin’ Up! Night Devine Bundle which I do not have. After making this card, it is now on my list to purchase with my next order. We also used the Stampin’ Up! Stars At Night Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder.

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Night Divine Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the Basic White panel. I embossed the panel using the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic Black mat using Liquid Glue.

From the panels of Basic Black, Basic Gray and Smoky Slate I cut camels using the Night Divine Dies. I adhered the Smoky Slate camel first using Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic Gray and then the Basic Black camels using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Smoky Slate mat using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the layered panel to the Basic White Thick card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Night Divine stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the star image from the Stars At Night stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat then to the Smoky Slate mat. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the star image from the Stars At Night stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I embossed the envelope flap using the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder.

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. I hope your week is going well so far. I have to start prepping card kits today for the retreat I’m going on the 1st weekend of November and for my class that I’ll be having as soon as I come home. I’ll be cutting a lot of cardstock and DSP today, at least that’s the plan.

I started by embossing a Basic White card front using the Snowflake Sky EF. I adhered a panel of the Beary Christmas DSP to the embossed panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I wrapped a piece of the Balmy Blue 3/8″ Sparkle Ribbon around the layered panel and adhered it on the back using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Misty Moonlight card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered the stamped panel to a Misty Moonlight mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I fussy cut the small bear using Paper Snips. On another panel of Basic Whtie, I stamped the tree outline image from the Beary Cute stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink. I stamped the solid tree image from the Beary Cute stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, inside the outline image. I fussy cut the tree using Paper Snips. I adhered the tree to the artwork panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the 2 bears to the panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Adhesive Back Glitter Sequins to the card front.

Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Easel Fold

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. It’s still raining here in NJ. Yesterday was pretty bad with flooding. It took my husband well over an hour to get home because of all the roads closed because of floods. We’re expecting more rain today, but tomorrow it’s supposed to be up in the 80’s again until Wednesday with no rain. Hopefully it will help to dry things up a little and turn the rest of my tomoatoes red.

Today’s card idea I got from a team member of mine Rosie Kean. She made a similar card a few weeks back and I really liked it. I used a couple different techniques on the card using the Blending Brushes and Baby Wipe Technique which is one of my favorites to use in the fall. I used the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Bundle along with the Aspen Trees Dies, Timber 3D Embossing Folder and Online Exclusive Naturally Gilded Specialty Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by cutting a Basic White card front using the Aspen Trees Dies. I then embossed the panel using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. I took a panel of the Naturally Gilded DSP and using my Blending Brushes added Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie Inks. I adhered the panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the Crushed Curry easel card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the die cut embossed card front to the layered panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using the Autumn Leaves Dies, I cut the maple leaf from a panel of Cajun Craze, Oak leaf from a panel of Crushed Curry and Elm leaves from a panel of Pumpkin Pie.

I took 2 folded baby wipes and put them in an empty stamp case. I added drops of Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie from Stampin’ Ink Refills. I love this technique for the fall because every leaf comes out different. I inked the large maple leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set and stamped it on a panel of Basic White. I cut the leaf out using the Autumn Leave Dies and the leaf veins from a panel of Oxidized Copper paper and adhered it to the stamped leaf. I adhered the leaf to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the oak and elm leaves to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few silver Naturals Adhesive Backed Sequins to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink. I stamped 2 maple leaves from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in the top corners of the panel using the same inked baby wipes. You can see how each leaf stamps differently. I stamped the leaf veins from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on top of the stamped leaves. I adhered a strip of the Naturally Gilded DSP to the bottom of the panel, which I had brushed Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie Inks on with my Blending Brushes. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Cajun Craze mat then to the inside of the Crushed Curry card base. I added the small die cut maple leaf on the bottom of the panel, where I wanted the easel to stop, using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the maple leaf from the Autumn Leaves stamp set on the envelope front and flap using the same inked up baby wipes. Once again you can see how every leaf is different. I stamped the leaf veins from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink over the stamped leaf.

Good Monday morning stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? I hope yu were able do to something fun.

Today’s card was a mystery stamping card we made at our stamping studio last Thursday night. We were given all the measurements of cardstock and DSP to cut, and we were talked through putting the card together. Although our cards were the same, they were all different because of the DSP we chose to use. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up Autumn Leaves Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate Photopolymer Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up! Pick of The Patch Photopolymer Stamp Set, All About Autumn 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper, Very Best Trio Punch and Tailor Made Tags Dies for my card today.

I started by rolling the panel of Copper Clay to make a stem. I flatted the bottom of the rolled cardstock and adhered it to the center top of the Pumpkin Pie card base using Tear & Tape. I adhered a panel of All About Autumn DSP to the Pumpkin Pie card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut the 4 corners of the card base using the Very Best Trio Punch.

I stamped the leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow Ink, stamping off on scrap paper once, on a panel of Basic White 2 times. I cut the leaves out using the Autumn Leaves Dies. I cut 2 of the veins dies from the Autumn Leaves Dies from a panel of All About Autumn DSP. I adhered the veins to the leaves using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the leaves to the top of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Rustic Crate stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the smallest die from the Tailor Made Dies. I threaded a piece of Linen Thread through the tag and tied a knot. I tied it around a piece of Black & White 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon and tied the ribbon into a bow. I adhered the bow and tag to the card front using a glue dot. I added a few Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Pick of The Patch stamp set in Coper Clay Ink on a panel of Basic White. I cut the 4 corners of the panel using the Very Best Trio Punch. I stamped the pumpkin images from Pick of The Patch stamp set in Pumpkin Pie Ink. I stamped the stem image from Pick of The Patch stamp set in Copper Clay Ink on top of the pumpkins. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to the inside of the Pumpkin Pie card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the 3 pumpkin images from Pick of The Patch stamp set on the envelope front in Pumpkin Pie Ink. I stamped the stem image from Pick of The Patch stamp set in Copper Clay Ink on top of the pumpkins. I adhered a panel of All About Autumn DSP to the envelope flap.

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.
