Good Wednesday morning my fellow stampers. How is your week going? Were you able to hop around yesterday with our team Blog Hop? If not, go back and check out everyone’s beautiful projects.
For today’s card I used a FREE Sale-A-Bration stamp set called By The Bay. I joined in with the TGIF Challenge #198 and ‘Just Us Girls’ Challenge #474. Be sure to stop by both challenges to see what everyone has made and to play along. Here is my card that I came up with for the challenges.

Here is the TGIF Sketch Challenge
and here is ‘Just Us Girls’ Challenge
I started with a panel of Wood Textures Designer Series Paper and adhered it to a Crumb Cake card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the house image from the Stampin’ Up By The Bay Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. This beautiful stamp set is a FREE item with a $50 order during Sale-A-Bration. I just love this image and would absolutely love to be in that house looking out at the bay right now. On a smaller piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the seagull image in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Using my Aqua Painter filled with Alcohol, I water colored the images in using Balmy Blue, Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake, Gray Granite, Pacific Point, Pear Pizzazz, Sahara Sand, Smoky Slate and Soft Suede Inks. To get the ink I squeezed the stamp pad before opening it so that ink goes on the inside of the lid. I used my Aqua Painter to pick up the ink to color my picture with. When I was done with each color, I wiped the lid with paper towel to make sure ALL alcohol was off the lid before closing it. You do not want to get alcohol in your ink. Once I was done watercoloring my pictures I cut them out using the Layering Oval Framelits Dies and my Big Shot. I adhered the house and bay image to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and I adhered the seagull image using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
On a small strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the By The Bay stamp set in Soft Suede Ink. I stamped the seashell from the same stamp set to the right of the sentiment in Crumb Cake Ink. I edged the strip using my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Write Marker to give it a little dimension. I then adhered the sentiment to the card front, sliding it under the seagull image, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I attached a small bow made of Linen Thread to the sentiment strip using a Glue Dot.
On the inside I stamped the house image from By The Bay stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping it off once, in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Soft Suede Ink over the house image.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!

Product List

I am really loving my Stamparatus. I used it for this card and envelope and was able to line everything up perfectly. I started with a Whisper White card front and stamped the floral image from Forever Lovely stamp set. I first stamped the leaf image in Soft Sea Foam Ink. I then stamped the floral image, lining it up using my Stamparatus, in Petal Pink Ink.
I wrapped a piece of the gorgeous new Petal Pink/Whisper White Variegated Ribbon around the card front and tied a bow. This ribbon is so wonderful to work with and makes bows so easy. I added a Glue Dot under the bow to hold it in place. I added a few clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front by the flowers.
I stamped the sentiment from the Meant To Be stamp set in Petal Pink on a small piece of Whisper White cardstock and punched it out with the Pretty Label Punch. I adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
It is extremely hard to see, but I stamped the leaves and floral design, from the Forever Lovely stamp set, the same way I did on the card front, stamping off once, on the inside Whisper White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Lovely stamp set in Petal Pink Ink over the floral image. I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the Whisper White card base using Snail.

For my card today I joined
I started by layering a panel of the Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheet and a panel of Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper on a Lemon Lime Twist card base. I decided where I wanted the peek-a-boo circle and placed my Layering Circles Framelits Dies on top of the card front. Using my Big Shot I ran it through all 3 layers, going through a couple of times to make sure it cut all the way through. I adhered the Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheet on the Lemon Lime Twist card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the Animal Expedition DSP on the Foil Sheet using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Using my Big Shot again, I cut the scallop circle from the Layering Circles Framelits Dies that was larger than the card front circle out of Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheet. I adhered the scallop circle over the card front circle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the dog with balloon image from the Bella and Friends stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the image in using my Call Me Clover, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, Pool Party and Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blends Markers. I then fussy cut the image using my Paper Snips.
On the inside I stamped the kitty in the flower-pot image from the Pretty Kitty stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a Whisper White panel. I lined it up and stamped it so that it would be peeking through the card front circle. I colored the kitty in using my Call Me Clover, Calypso Coral, Mango Melody, Petal Pink, Pool Party, Rich Razzleberry and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Berry Burst mat using Snail and adhered it to the inside of the Lemon Lime Twist card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Pretty Kitty stamp set on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock in Berry Burst Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. I cut a scalloped oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, that was just larger than the stitched oval, out of the Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheet. I adhered the stitched oval to the scalloped oval using Snail and adhered it to the inner liner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I started with a Mossy Meadow card front and adhered a piece of Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper to it using Snail. I then took a strip of Petal Pink cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot using the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I adhered the Petal Pink strip on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I started with a piece of Vellum cardstock and stamped the Well from the Bright Wishes stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool. I colored the image in with my Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Old Olive, Smoky Slate and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers. I did the coloring on the back of the Vellum, not on the embossed side. Using my Big Shot, I cut the image out with my Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies. I also cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock the same size as the rectangle to adhere under the Vellum image.
I cut a rectangle frame out in Old Olive cardstock using the same size framelit that I cut the Vellum image. I adhered the Vellum image to the Very Vanilla cardstock using small spots of Snail so that you wouldn’t see it. I adhered the Very Vanilla artwork and the Old Olive frame to a Night of Navy card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I wrapped a piece of Old Olive Linen Thread around the card front. I made a bow separately and adhered it to the card front on the Linen Thread with a Glue Dot. I adhered the card front to a Thick Very Vanilla card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope. I stamped the Well image from the Bright Wishes stamp set on the front of the envelope and colored it in the same as I did for the card front. It came out a little darker since I colored the card front on the backside of the Vellum.

The other challenge I joined in with is Colour and Sketches #305. Stop by to see what everyone has made at
I’ve made a very clean and simple card today for the 2 challenges. I don’t usually do simple, but every once in a while I like to add one in. Take a look.
I started by cutting 2 mats in Balmy Blue cardstock. On the larger mat I adhered a piece of Subtles 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper in Balmy Blue using Snail. I adhered the matted DSP to a Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Colorful Seasons stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink. I adhered the stamped panel to the smaller Balmy Blue mat using Snail. I then adhered it to the Night of Navy card base, using Stampin’ Dimensionals, over lapping the matted DSP panel.
On the inside I stamped the larger snowflake from the Colorful Seasons stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink, stamping off once, across a Whisper White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Night of Navy Ink over the snowflakes. I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The last one I played along with is TGIF Inspiration Challenge # 195. You want to be sure to stop by
Here is what I came up with for all 3 challenges. Take a look.
I started with a Balmy Blue card front and stamped the sand/shells in Sahara Sand Ink and the bubbles In Balmy Blue Ink from the Stampin’ Up Magical Mermaid stamp set on it. I then took a panel of Soft Sea Foam and stamped the seaweed multiple times, using my Stamparatus, across it. I colored some of the seaweed in with my Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Write Marker. I then ran it through my Big Shot using the Seaside Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue I adhered the Soft Sea Foam panel to the card front.
On a piece of Shimmery White cardstock I stamped the mermaid from the Magical Mermaid stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the mermaid in using my Light Calypso Coral, Light Highland Heather, Ivory, Light Mint Macaron, Light Pool Party and Light Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. The Shimmery White paper gave the mermaid a really pretty shimmer after it was colored. I fussy cut the mermaid and adhered her to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
On a strip of Shimmery White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Magical Mermaid stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink. Using my Triple Banner Punch I made it into a banner and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Balmy Blue card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The next one I played along with is Global Design Project Color Challenge #173. Be sure to stop by
Here is what I came up with for the 2 challenges Take a look
I started with a Petal Pink card front and using my Big Shot I embossed it with my Tufted Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I then cut out the largest flourish from the Flourish Thinlits Dies in Soft Sea Foam cardstock 2 times. I adhered the one flourish on top of the second to make it a little thicker. I sponged the die cut with my Soft Sea Foam Ink then adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added some Wink Of Stella to the flowers on the die cut.
On a small strip of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Accented Blooms stamp set in So Saffron Ink. I cut the strip into a banner using my Triple Banner Punch and sponged the edges with the So Saffron Ink. I adhered the banner to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I added a few So Saffron Share What You Love Artisan Pearls to the card front and the banner. I adhered the card front to a Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The next one is
On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Meant To Be Cling Stamp Set in Cherry Cobbler Ink. Using the 5th from the largest Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies I cut the sentiment out with my Big Shot. I adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a Coastal Cabana Glitter Enamel Dot to the corner.
On a panel of Petal Pink Cardstock I stamped the floral heart image from the Meant To Be stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink twice. I then cut the 2 hearts out using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies. I also cut 2 of the same size hearts out in Cherry Cobbler cardstock for the frame around the stamped hearts. I adhered the hearts to the sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the card front to a Berry Burst card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Be sure to stop by Inspire. Create to see all the projects and to play along. Here are their fun colors for this challenge.
I used the Stampin’ Up Hello Cupcake stamp set. It’s one of the FREE products from Sale-A-Bration with a $50 order. I started with a Pineapple Punch card front. Using my Stamparatus I stamped the Sprinkled with Love sentiment from the Hello Cupcake in Pineapple Punch Ink. I adhered the card front to a Lovely Lipstick mat using Snail.
On a strip of Pineapple Punch cardstock I stamped the Sprinkled with Love sentiment in Lovely Lipstick and made a banner. I adhered the banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals to the left of the artwork. I added a couple of the Candle Embellishments to the cupcake and a Happiness Blooms Enamel Dot in Call Me Clover on the artwork. I adhered the card front to a Pineapple Punch card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
On the inside I stamped the cupcake from the Hello Cupcake stamp set the same as I did for the artwork, but I stamped off twice to get a light image on a panel of Whisper White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in Night of Navy Ink over the top of the cupcake. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Night of Navy mat using Snail then adhered it to the Pineapple Punch card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
