Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already. I hope everyone is having a good week. I had my card class last night and had a lot of fun with the ladies. I look forward to getting together with them each month. We get to chat while they are making their 4 cards. Some of them bring some ‘show & tell’. Each month some of them bring cards that they have made since our last class, and I let them pick a little gift. One of the ladies brings everyone a homemade paper craft to share.

It’s time for an inspiration challenge from The Card Concepts. We have 2 inspiration photos this week and you can choose whichever photo you prefer, or you could create two separate cards, one for each photo! The inspiration photo 197a is Industrial Modern and photo 197b is Nature Calls. Here is my card inspired by the photo.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Fun On Wheels Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Charming Sentiment Photopolymer Stamp Set, Stripes and Splatters 3 D Embossing Folders and Banner Pick A Punch for my Clean and Layered Card today. I was inspired by the colors from photo 197a.

I started by embossing an Early Espresso card front using the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Tahitian Tide card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I embossed a strip of Sweet Sorbet using the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered a strip of Tahitian Tide on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the mat image from the Stampin’ Up! Fun On Wheels Cling Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink. Using the Fun on Wheels Dies, I cut the bike frame from a panel of Tahitian Tide and the wheels and seat from a panel of Basic Black. I adhered the seat and wheels to the bike frame using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a strip of Sweet Sorbet, I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I cut the end using the Banner Pick A Punch. I adhered the sentiment to the Basic White panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the bike to the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Classic Matte Dots to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Fun on Wheels stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Basic White. Using Basic Black and Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Write Markers, I colored the bike image from the Fun on Wheels stamp set. I gave it a huff and stamped it on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to an Early Espresso mat then to the inside of the Tahitian Tide card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the bike image from the Fun on Wheels stamp set on the envelope front. I colored the stamp using Basic Black and Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Write Markers. I embossed a panel of Tahitian Tide using the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the envelope flap.
