Good Monday morning stamping friends welcome to a new week. How was everyone’s weekend? I can’t believe we’re halfway through the month of October already.
I have a quick Christmas card for you today using a sketch I’ve never used before. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.
I used the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Very Best Occasions Cling Stamp Set, Joy Of Christmas Designer Series Paper and Stylish Shapes Dies for my card today.
My sketch is from Freshly Made Sketches #607.
I started by adhering a panel of Joy of Christmas DSP to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered another panel of Joy of Christmas DSP to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from Very Best Occasions stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the 2nd largest Stylish Shapes Dies. I colored the holly and pine bough using Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the sentiment to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the poinsettia image from the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink 2 times. I colored the images using Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the images out using the Rustic Crate Dies. I adhered the poinsettias above and below the sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Adhesive Backed Sparkle Gems to the card front.
On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Very Best Occasions stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered a strip of Joy of Christmas DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Shaded Spruce mat then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base.
To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the poinsettia image from the Rustic Crate stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the image using Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Joy of Christmas DSP to the envelope flap.
