Good Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to a new week and the middle of December. I feel like yesterday was the 1st, I’m not sure what has happened to all the other days How was everyone’s weekend? It was busy at the hardware store Saturday, lots of lights and decorations were being bought. I think everyone was rushing to get decorations up outside before the bad weather hit. My husband, daughter and I went to a concert last night, it was beyond amazing with the light synching with the music and you always have to love when they play more songs than are listed on the program. It got me a little more into the Christmas spirit.
Today’s card is another one that we made at our quarterly meeting last Sunday. This beautiful card was designed by one of my team members Rosie Kean. Here’s my card for today.
I used the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Brightest Glow Cling Stamp Set and Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper for my card today.
I started by scoring and folding the Winter Meadow DSP card base at 2″. I adhered the card base to a Lost Lagoon mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered card base to a Smoky Slate card mat using Liquid Glue.
On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the solid tree image from the Stamin’ Up! Merriest Trees Photopolymer Stamp Set in Lost Lagoon Ink. I cut the image out using the Merriest Trees Dies. Using the Merriest Trees Dies, I cut 2 more of the largest trees from the panels of Basic White, 3 tree stans from the panel of Pecan Pie and the garland from the Silver Foil Paper. I cut the star from the Silver Foil Paper using the Stars At Night Dies. I adhered the garland to the stamped tree using Liquid Glue. I adhered the tree stand to the back of the tree using Glue Dots. I adhered the tree to the card front, centering the tree with the edge of the card front.

I adhered the tree to the card front, centering the tree with the edge of the card front. I adhered the star on the top of the tree using Liquid Glue. I added a few Rhinestones Basic Jewels to the tree.
On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Merriest Trees stamp set on one of the die cut Basic Whtie trees. Using the Spong Dauber, I added Lost Lagoon Ink to the edges of the tree. I adhered one of the tree stands and the tree to the back of the card front tree, lining it up. On the other Basic White tree, I stamped the sentiment from the Brightest Glow stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink. I set the tree and tree stand on top of the card front trees and closed the card on top of it adhering it with Liquid Glue. Doing this assured that the trees would all be lined up.
To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the top of the solid tree image from the Merriest Trees stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the details tree image from Merriest Trees stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink over the solid image. I adhered a panel of Winter Meadow DSP to the envelope flap.

I’m doing a Designer Series Paper Share and a Ribbon Share! What is a Paper Share and a Ribbon Share you ask? It’s a sample of each of the new Designer Series Papers and the Ribbon from the Stampin’ Up! January-April 2024 Minil Catalog. If you were to purchase all of the DSP and Ribbon in the new Mini Catalog, it would cost you over $141.00 plus shipping.
New Designer Series Paper Share – $15.00 plus $8.50 for Priority Mail Shipping
I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the Stampin’ Up! January-April 2024 Mini Catalog and I’d love to have you join!! I’m placing my share order early on January 4th. I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of January 15th.
How my shares work: I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ x 6″ pieces (or 6″ x 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list. I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag with labels listing the Name, Item # and Colors in the pack and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can! Shares give you a good working sample of all of the papers so that you can decide which ones to order in full packs!

You will receive one 6×6 sheet of each design from the following DSP packs (the number after the name indicates how many 6×6 sheets of that paper pack you will receive):

As a Thank you gift for joining in on my paper share, I will be including a sampling of some of the new Sale-a-bration DSP that will be available with qualifying orders. I believe there are 5 different DSPs in the Sale-a-bration catalog. I’m not sure yet which ones I’ll be including, it might be 1, 3 or all 5.
