Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Panels

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week and on the downhill to the weekend already. We’re having a gloomy week again here in NJ. Sunday and Monday were beautiful days, spring like.

Today’s card is similar to one I made a couple weeks ago except in landscape. This card we made last night at my Stamp Camp Card Class. I showed the ladies both card, portrait and landscape and let them decide which way they wanted to go. Click Here if you’d like to see the portrait version. If you’d like to see a quick video of how I made today’s card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s My card for today.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Panels 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Bundle, Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper and Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Panels 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Basic Whtie card front using the Exposed Brick EF. I adhered the embossed panel to an Orchid Oasis card base using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Panels 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered 3 panels of Perennial Lavender DSP to 3 Orchid Oasis mat using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panels to the embossed card front using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Panels 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Orchid Oasis, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I cut the end into a banner using Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using the Painted Lavender Dies, I cut the flowers from a panel of Orchid Oasis and the leaves from a panel of Lost Lagoon. I adhered the die cut pieces to the card front using Glue Dots. I tied a small bow using the 2022-2024 In-Color Baker’s Twine Pack and adhered it to the bottom of the die cuts using a Glue Dot. I added a few 2022-2024 In-Color Pearls to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Panels 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Orchid Oasis Ink. I stamped the leaves image from the Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Photopolymer Stamp Set in Lost Lagoon Ink, full strength and stamped off once on scrap paper. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Crumb Cake mat then to the inside of the Orchid Oasis card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaves image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the envelope flap.

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Detailed Dogwood Mother’s Day

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? Did you know it’s National Love You Pet Day? I don’t know about you, but every day is Love Your Pet Day in my house. Before I get started with my card, I wanted to share a couple pictures of how I have to make cards with Coraline at my side and how I do things in the kitchen with her.

I usually stand when making cards so I can get around easily without getting up and down. She doesn’t make it easy to get around.

In the kitchen, she has to be right under my feet at all times or around them. Think she’s a mama’s girl?

Today’s card I used some Sale-a-bration items again. I want to use them as much as possible before they are gone. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made today’s card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Detailed Dogwood Mother's Day 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Detailed Dogwood Cling Stamp Set, Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder and Sunny Days Designer Series Paper along with the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Bundle for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Detailed Dogwood Mother's Day 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Basic Gray card front using the Softly Sophisticated EF. I adhered a panel of Sunny Days DSP to the panel using Liquid Glue. I adhered the card front to a Basic Gray card base using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Detailed Dogwood Mother's Day 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the large dogwood image from the Detailed Dogwood stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. I colored the image using Old Olive and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Cling Stamp Set in Basic Gray Ink next to the dogwood image.

Stampin' Up! Detailed Dogwood Mother's Day 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the artwork to a Basic Gray mat using Stampin’ Seal. From a panel of Basic White, I cut the 2nd largest die from the Perennial Postage Dies. I adhered the layered artwork to the die cut panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a couple dragonflies from the Online Exclusive Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies and Birds. I added a Petal Pink gem from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems.

Stampin' Up! Detailed Dogwood Mother's Day 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiments from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the smaller dogwood image from the Detailed Dogwood stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the dragonfly image from the Detailed Dogwood stamp set in Basic Gray Ink next to the sentiment, stamping off once on scrap paper. I colored the dogwood image using Old Olive and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat then to the inside of the Basic Gray card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large dogwood image from the Detailed Dogwood stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Sunny Days DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold

Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. Sorry I missed doing a live on Wednesday, I’ve been in bed sick all week. I’m finally able to get up a little, then I have to go back to lay down for a bit. I’m still extremely dizzy and weak, whatever this is that I have is awful. I’m pretty sure it’s pneumonia, but I’m not the Dr.

My card for today is one that we made at our last Stamping Studio meeting where we did some mystery stamping. Jaimie sent us some measurements for card stock and DSP and let us know what other supplies we needed. She then walked us through the process of making today’s card. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Photopolymer Stamp Set and Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by scoring my Gorgeous Grape card base at 4 1/4″ & 8 1/2″. I made a small pencil mark 1 1/2″ in from the right side (the shortest scored panel). I cut from that 1 1/2″ mark down to the bottom right corner using my Paper Trimmer. I then trimmed 1/16″ off the left side so that the card would fold flat. On the 2 1/4″ X 5 1/4″ panel of Basic White I made a pencil mark 7/8″ from the left. I cut from the pencil mark down to the bottom left corner using my Paper Trimmer. On the 2 1/8″ X 5 1/8″ panel of Perennial Lavender DSP I made a pencil mark 3/4″ in from the left side. I cut from the pencil mark down to the bottom left corner. I adhered the DSP to the Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the Gorgeous Grape card base using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the 3 7/8″ X 5 1/8″ panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to a Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the Gorgeous Grape card base using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a small panel of Gorgeous Grape, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Cling Stamp Set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using the Perennial Postage Dies. From the panel of Basic White, I cut the next size larger using the Perennial Postage Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the Basic White mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the right card front panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few of the Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the stem image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the flower image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the stem image. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Crumb Cake mat then to the inside of the Gorgeous Grape card base.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Fun Fold 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the stem image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the flower image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on top of the stem. I adhered a panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

More Kits And Kit Updates Coming in 2024!!

If you love the kits as much as I do, you’ll be happy to see changes coming to the Kits Collection in 2024! Here are some changes that you’ll see:

  • Doubling the yearly offering. Starting January 2024, Stampin’ Up! will release two kits per month in a variety of kit types and styles.
  • Discontinuing older kits. As the new kits are introduced, Stampin’ Up! will discontinue older kits.  So pick up any of the older kits that you’d like soon so that you don’t miss out!
  • Removing printed artwork from kit stamp set acetate sheets. Stamps in kits will no longer have printed stamp set acetate sheets. This means the kit artwork will no longer be printed on the stamp acetate sheets.  This change will apply to both the Kits Collection kits and Paper Pumpkin stamp sets.  As a replacement for the printed stamp acetate sheet currently in each stamping kit, Stampin’ Up! will include a separate paper print piece that displays the stamp artwork and stamp name.  This new piece will be a great resource for identifying and storing kit stamps.
    • For Paper Pumpkin, the acetate sheet change will start with the first kit of 2024.
    • For the Kits Collection, the acetate sheet change will start with the first stamping kit release after June 2024.  This will be a rolling change, so kits released before June 2024 may be replenished with stamps that do not have printed acetate sheets.

I hope that you’re as excited as I am about the upcoming Kits Collection changes!  Can’t wait to see what they come up with!

Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Stenciled

Good Monday morning stamping friends and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Welcome to a new week, a new month and a New Year. Did everyone have a nice new year’s? What did you all do? We made a bunch of appetizers, watched a movie and just relaxed. My daughter is still recovering from covid, so it was a very quiet night. I spent a little time in my craft studio and thinking about some changes or resolutions I’d like to accomplish this year. Every year on New Year’s Day I clean, reorganize and rearrange my craft space. I’m not sure that is going to get done this year since I just moved into this space a few months ago.

I played with the new stencil from the upcoming catalog for today’s card. This time I used it without stamping first. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Stencil 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! enduring Beauty Decorative Masks. Enduring Beauty Dies, (all available Jan 4) Deckled Rectangle Dies and Online Exclusive One Horse Open Sleigh 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Stencil 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP to a Basic White Thick card base using Liquid Glue. I cut another panel of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP using the 2nd largest Deckled Rectangle Dies. I adhered the die cut panel to the center of the card front using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Stencil 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I started with #1 stencil form the Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks, using the Blending Brush, I added Poppy Parade Ink. Next, I used Lemon Lime Twist with the Blending Brush and Stencil #2. Stencil #3 I used the Blending Brush with Poppy Parade Ink again and Stencil #4 I used Lemon Lime Twist Ink with the Blending Brush again. Lastly, I used Stencil #5 with Pecan Pie Ink and the Blending Brush. I cut the image out using the Enduring Beauty Dies. I adhered the floral image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Stencil 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Enduring Beauty Dies. I adhered 1/8″ Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon from the Ribbon Duo Pack, to the back of the sentiment using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots. I added a few Iridescent Foil Gems (available Jan 4) to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Perennial Postage Stencil 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on a panel of Basic Whtie. I adhered 2 thin strips of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP to either side of the panel I adhered the Basic White panel to a Poppy Parade mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

You will receive one 6×6 sheet of each design from the following DSP packs (the number after the name indicates how many 6×6 sheets of that paper pack you will receive):

  • Bee Mine – 6
  • Forever Love – 6
  • Just Kiddin’ -6
  • Light Than Air 6″ X 6″ – 8
  • Nature’s Sweetest – 6
  • Perennial Lavender – 6

  • Rock & Roll – 6

In all, you’ll receive 50 – 6” x 6” sheets of designer or specialty paper!

Double DSP Share – $30 + $8.50 Shipping by Priority Mail – if you’d like double shares of the designer paper, I’m offering those too!  I’ll cut the 12″ x 12″ designer paper sheets into 6″ × 12″ so that you’ll be able to get 3 full A2 size card fronts from each sheet and you’ll get double sheets of the 6″ x 6″ since they’re already precut.

As a Thank you gift for joining in on my paper share, I will be including a sampling of some of the new Sale-a-bration DSP that will be available with qualifying orders. I believe there are 5 different DSPs in the Sale-a-bration catalog. I’m not sure yet which ones I’ll be including, it might be 1, 3 or all 5.

New Ribbon Share – $10.00 plus $8.50 Priority Mail Shipping

Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you, I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Akiko’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have Sketch Challenge. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here for my Instagram Reels. Here is my card using this week’s sketch.

Stampin' Up! Painted Lavender Thank You 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage Cling Stamp Set and Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper for my card today. All the items used today will be available starting January 4 from the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog.

Here’s our sketch for this week.

Stampin' Up! Painted Lavender Thank You 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a Perennial Lavender DSP card front to a Pretty Peacock mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Crumb Cake card base using Liquid Glue. I adhered 2 more pieces of the Perennial Lavender DSP to Pretty Peacock mat using Liquid Glue and set them aside.

Stampin' Up! Painted Lavender Thank You 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the floral image from the Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Photopolymer Stamp Set in Highland Heather Ink on a panel of Basic White. I cut the image using the Painted Lavender Dies. Using the Painted Lavender Dies, I cut 2 of the leaf images from Pretty Peacock, 2 of the floral images from Blackberry Bliss and 2 of the tiny heart flower images from Crumb Cake. I adhered the die cut stamped image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered all the other die cut pieces behind the stamped image using Liquid Glue.

On the layered solid DSP panel, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I adhered the longer layered DSP panel to the left side of the card front using Liquid Glue. I adhered the sentiment panel to the bottom of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Painted Lavender Thank You 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on a panel of Basie White. I stamped the leaf image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the bottom of the panel twice. I stamped the lavender image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Highland Heather Ink, stamping off on scrap paper, over the leaf image. I adhered a strip of Perennial Lavender DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adherd the Basic White panel to a Pretty Peacock mat then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base.,

Stampin' Up! Painted Lavender Thank You 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the envelope front. I stamped the lavender image from the Painted Lavender stamp set in Highland Heather Ink over the leaf image. I adhered a panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the envelope flap.

If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your Demonstrator. Just click HERE to go directly to my online store or drop me an email if you have any questions.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:   SMAQYYMJ

Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

Please remember to use my current Host Code and make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me, and you’ll get my rewards!

Happy Stamping, Karen
