Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening Christmas Card

Good Monday morning everyone.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  Hope you were able to do something fun and the weather was nice for you.

For today’s card I used the Stampin; Up Snow Is Glistening Stamp Set and SnowFall Thinlits Dies that are available for the month of November.  Take a look.

I started with a card front of Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper.  I really love all the designs in this pack of DSP. I adhered 2 strips of Copper Foil Paper to either side of the DSP using Snail.  I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I took a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and made a banner using my Banner Triple Punch.  I wrapped a piece of 1/4″ Copper Trim Ribbon around the top of the banner and tied a bow.  I adhered the banner to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small piece of Whisper White card stock I stamped the Joy from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with my Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  I cut the sentiment out using my Big Shot with the Snowfall Thinlits Dies.  I cut another snowflake out of a small piece of White Velvet Sheet using the Snowfall Thinlits Dies. I adhered both snowflakes using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the banner having the one hanging off a little.  I added a Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the smaller snowflake.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the medium snowflake from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set around the top of the panel in Mossy Meadow Ink, stamping off twice.  I stamped the sentiment in the center in Cherry Cobbler Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Mossy Meadow mat using Snail and adhered it to the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the medium snowflake from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set along the bottom front of the envelope in Mossy Meadow Ink stamping off once.  I adhered a panel of Festive Farmhouse DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card.  This was a pretty quick and easy card, I hope you will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening Christmas Card

Good Friday morning everyone.  Hope you’ve had a great week and are making some fun plans for the weekend.  In just 4 days I will be heading to Orlando for Onstage.  I’m so excited.  I can’t wait to see what will be coming out in the new Occasions catalog and for Sale-a-bration .  I’m hoping to be posting pictures for you either here on my blog or on my Facebook page

For today’s card I used the Snow Is Glistening stamp set.  You are finally able to purchase it for a limited time only until November 30, 2018.  If you like this set, you best to get it as soon as possible because it’s while supplies last.  I was also inspired by one of my team members Amy Koenders for today’s card.  You can see her card here.  Take a look.

I started with a Whisper White panel and adhered a piece of Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper to it using Snail.  I adhered it to a Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using my Big Shot, I cut out the largest Snowflake from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies in Shimmery White cardstock.  I also cut out a smaller snowflake with my Big Shot in the Shimmery White cardstock.  I cut out the small Snowflake from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies and the Merry from Merry Christmas Thinlits Dies from a Silver Foil Sheet using my Big Shot.

I adhered the Silver Foil snowflake to the center of the large snowflake using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the large snowflake using Stampin’ Dimensionals, cut into pieces, to the card front.  Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue I adhered the smaller snowflake below the large snowflake and the Merry across the bottom.  I added 2 Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the center of the snowflakes.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped 3 of the snowflake images from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in the center, stamping off 3 times to get a very light image, in Night Of Navy Ink.  I stamped the sentiment from the Merry Christmas To All stamp set in Night Of Navy Ink over the snowflakes.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to the card base using Snail.

To finish my card I adhered a piece of Twinkle Twinkle DSP to a Medium Whisper White Envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try, this was a pretty quick and easy card. Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up So Santa for the Paper Players Challenge #416

Good Thursday morning everyone.  Before I get to my card, do you know what day it is?  It’s November 1st and do you know what that means?  The SNOWFLAKE SHOWCASE products are available starting TODAY!!!  Here’s what we have:

Snow Is Glistening Stamp Set,

Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set,

Snowfall Thinlits Dies,

the absolutely gorgeous White Velvet Sheet

and the beautiful Snowflake Trinkets.

If you’re wanting any of these items, I’d get them as soon as possible.  Supplies are limited and they are only available for the month of November.

Now onto today’s card.

For today’s card I used the So Santa stamp set and played along with the Paper Players Sketch Challenge # 416.  Be sure to stop by the Paper Players blog to see all the amazing projects everyone has made and to play along.  Here is the sketch I got to work with.

Here is my take on the sketch.  Take a look.

I started with 2 pieces of Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper.  I adhered the plaid one to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Snail.  For the wood grain piece of DSP I first ran it through my Big Shot using the Pinewood Planks Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder then I adhered it to a Cherry Cobbler mat. I adhered the 2 matted pieces to a Gray Granite card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a thin strip of Cherry Cobbler cardstock across the 2 matted pieces using Glue Dots then wrapped a piece of Shaded Spruce Metallic Ribbon around the card front.

On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the Santa holding the plate of cookies from the So Santa stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored him in using my Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Ivory and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the artwork to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Snail then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the Holly and Berries from the So Santa stamp set across the top in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored them in with my Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the sentiment in Gray Granite Ink in the center.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Gray Granite mat using Snail and to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the Holly and Berries across the bottom front of the envelope and colored them in the same as I did for my card.  I adhered a panel of Festive Farmhouse DSP to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  I really had a lot of fun making this one.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening for the CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge #295

Good Wednesday morning everyone and Happy Halloween.  Hope you’re having a productive week.

Tomorrow is the big day that you can finally purchase the Snowflake Showcase products.  I have another sneak peek for you.  For today’s card I played along with the CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge # 295.  Don’t forget to stop by the CAS(E) This Sketch blog and see all the wonderful projects everyone has made and to play along.  Here’s the sketch

Here is what I came up with for the sketch.  Take a look.

I started by using my Big Shot and cutting the Swirls of Snow Die from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies 3 times. Twice from the beautiful White Velvet Sheets (available tomorrow), and once from the Sparkle Glimmer Paper.

I layered the die cuts on an angle on a Night of Navy card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the card front to a Balmy Blue mat using Snail then adhered it to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a small piece of Night of Navy cardstock I stamped the sentiment from Snow Is Glistening stamp set (available tomorrow) in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  With my Big Shot I cut it out using the larger frame from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies.  I adhered it to a small piece of Silver Foil Sheet using Multipurpose Liquid Glue then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the largest snowflake from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off twice to get a lighter image.  I stamped the sentiment over the snowflakes in Night of Navy Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Night of Navy mat using Snail and adhered it to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I stamped the largest snowflake from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set on the left front and flap of a Medium Whisper White Envelope, in Night of Navy Ink stamping off once.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Merry Christmas To All Quick and Easy card

Good Tuesday morning everyone.  It’s Halloween Eve, anyone have plans for tomorrow?

I’ve got a quick and easy card for you today.  This time of year when I’m making a lot of Christmas cards, I always like to make a few  quick and easy ones.  Today’s uses the Merry Christmas To All stamp set.  The fonts in this set are just beautiful. Take a look.

I started with a panel of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the sentiment from Merry Christmas To All stamp set in Rich Razzleberry Ink in the center.  I stamped the small scrolls on the top and bottom of the sentiment in Rich Razzleberry Ink and stamped the larger scroll along the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Rich Razzleberry mat using Snail.

I tied a piece of Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon around the artwork and tied a knot.  To make sure the Ribbon stayed in place, I added a Glue Dot behind the knot.  I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added 3 of the Rich Razzleberry pearls from the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls to the card front.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped another sentiment from the Merry Christmas To All stamp set in Rich Razzleberry Ink in the center.  I stamped the smaller scrolls on the top of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Rich Razzleberry mat using Snail and adhered it to the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the long scroll from the Merry Christmas To All stamp set in Rich Razzleberry Ink on the bottom front of the envelope.  I stamped the smaller scroll twice on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  This was truly a quick and easy one.  I’ve got more quick and easy cards coming in the next week hope you will stop back to see. Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up So Santa Christmas Card for Freshly Made Sketches #360

Good Monday morning everyone.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and you are enjoying this fall weather.  The leaves are all starting to change to their beautiful reds and yellows.  I love going out walking this time of year and admiring all the beautiful trees.

For todays card, I played along with the Freshly Made Sketches #360 Challenge.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to see all the amazing projects everyone has made and to play along.  Here is the sketch for Freshly Made Sketches.

I used the adorable So Santa stamp set for my card today.  Here is what I came up with for the sketch.  Take a look.

I started with a piece of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the Santa riding the scooter image, from the So Santa stamp set, in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored him in using my Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake,  Ivory, Real Red, Shaded Spruce and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using my Big Shot and the Oval from the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies.  I edged the artwork using my Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Write Marker.

It’s very hard to see in these pictures, I embossed a panel of Cherry Cobbler cardstock using my Big Shot with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered the Cherry Cobbler to a Whisper White mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Using my Big Shot, I cut one of the images from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies (available November 1-30, 2018), in Sparkle Glimmer Paper.  Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue I adhered it to the Cherry Cobbler panel.  I adhered the artwork over the die cut using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a panel of Shaded Spruce cardstock to a Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the card front to the top of the Shaded Spruce panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the Holly & Berry image, from the So Santa stamp set, across the top and colored it in using my Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the sentiment from the So Santa stamp set, in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the center of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Snail than to a Shaded Spruce mat using Snail.  I adhered the double matted panel to the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped part of the Santa riding the scooter image, from the So Santa stamp set,  on the bottom right front of the envelope and colored him in the same way I did my card.  I stamped the Holly & Berry image across the top of the envelope flap and colored them in the same as I did for my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card.  These Santa images are so much fun to color and the Stampin’ Blends Markers make it so easy.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Spirited Snowmen Holiday Card

Good Friday morning everyone.  Hope you have had a wonderful week and maybe making some fun plans for the weekend.  If you are where the Nor’ easter is hitting, please stay safe.  I know it’s suppose to hit my area starting tonight.

For my card today I used one of my favorite stamp sets Spirited Snowmen.  Take a look.

I started with a Whisper White card front and stamped it, using Versamark Ink, with the Snowflake image from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set all over.  I sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  I adhered it to a Highland Heather mat using Snail.

I stamped the Ice Skating Snowman from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a small piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored the snowman in using my Highland Heather, Mint Macaron, Smoky Slate and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers. I also used my Balmy Blue Stampin’ Write Marker.  I cut the snowman out using my Layering Ovals Framelits Dies with my Big Shot.  Using Balmy Blue Ink I sponged the edges of the oval with my Stamping Sponge.  I adhered the oval to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the Winter Cheer sentiment from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I cut the sentiment out using my Big Shot and my Layering Ovals Framelits Dies and sponged it using my Balmy Blue Ink and Stamping Sponges.  I adhered it to the left of the snowman using a Stampin’ Dimensional and a Glue Dot.  I adhered the matted card front to another mat of Mat Macaron using Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhered it to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the snowflakes from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink, stamping off once, on the top half edges.  I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tidings stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink in the center of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Mint Macaron mat using Snail and adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the snowflake image from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink all over the envelope flap.  I stamped the snowman on the front of the envelope and colored it in the same way I did on the card.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up So Santa Christmas Card

Good Thursday morning everyone.  We’ve made it more than halfway through the week and hopefully making some fun plans for the weekend.

For today’s card I used the new to me So Santa Stamp Set.  I love the different Santa images.  Today I used the one on the beach.  Take a look.

I started with a Soft Sea Foam card front and ran it through my Big Shot using the Seaside Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  On a small panel of Shaded Spruce card stock I stamped the sentiment from the So Santa stamp set in Versamark Ink on the bottom right.  I sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  I adhered the Shaded Spruce panel to the bottom of the Soft Sea Foam card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I wrapped a piece of Shaded Spruce Metallic Ribbon around the card front and tied a bow.

I stamped the Santa with the Surf Board image from the So Santa stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored the image in using my Crumb Cake, Ivory, Pineapple Punch, Poppy Parade, Shaded Spruce and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Using my Big Shot I cut the image out using the Layering Circle Framelits Dies.  I cut a scalloped circle from the Layering Circles Framelits Dies in Poppy Parade cardstock.  I adhered the artwork to the scalloped circle using Snail and adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added 3 Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.  I adhered the card front to a Poppy Parade card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the sentiment from the So Santa stamp set in Poppy Parade Ink in the center. I stamped the Holly & Berries from the So Santa stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink across the top of the Whisper White panel.  I colored the Holly & Berries in using my  Poppy Parade and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Shaded Spruce mat using Snail and adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the Holly & Berries image across the top front of the envelope and the top of the envelope flap in Shaded Spruce Ink.  I colored them in the same as I did for the inner liner of my card.  I stamped the Starfish image on the bottom front of the envelope and bottom of the envelope flap in Crumb Cake Ink.  I stamped the Santa with Surf Board image in Crumb Cake Ink on the front bottom left of the envelope and colored it in the same as I did on my card.

Stampin’ Up Timeless Tidings Detailed Baubles Christmas Card

Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Hope your week is going well.  Were you able to take advantage of some of the awesome savings yesterday?  I know I did.

For today’s card I used the Stampin Up Stamp Set Timeless Tidings.  I just love the sentiments in this stamp set.  I also used the Detailed Baubles Thinlits Dies for my card.  Take a look.

I started with a Blackberry Bliss card front.  Using my Big Shot, I cut the detailed circle frame from the Detailed Baubles Thinlits Dies.  I stamped the sentiment in Versamark Ink on the bottom of the card front and sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I heat set it using my Heat Tool. I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using my Big Shot again, I cut the Ornament image from the Detailed Baubles Thinlits Dies from a Silver Foil Sheet.  I adhered it using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to a circle of Balmy Blue cardstock which I cut from the Layering Circles Framelits Dies.

I adhered the ornament to the center of the detailed circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using a Glue Dot I attached a bow made from Silver and Whisper White Bakers Twine. I added 3 Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside Whisper White panel, I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tidings stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink in the center.  I stamped the Holly Leaves from the set on the top on both sides.  I colored the holly leaves and berries in using my Real Red and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat using Snail and adhered it to the Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope with the Holly and Berries on the front bottom left and the envelope flap.  I colored them in the same as I did for the card.  Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!
