Good Friday morning my stamping friends. No Fun Fold today. I was all set to do my Live for Wednesday, I was getting ready to post that I would be going live, and a delivery truck showed up at my house with all new appliances for my kitchen. Good Monday morning my stamping friends. Well, I’m back home from our retreat in Georgia. It was a lot of fun and of course the food was amazing.

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Sorry I missed yesterday posting, I was completely exhausted and couldn’t get myself motivated at all so I took a mental health day. I’m back today though.

Today’s card is a fairly quick and easy one with a CAS design. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Brightest Beauty Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Very Best Occasions Cling Stamp Set along with the Neutrals 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My colors are from the Color Throwdown Challenge #713.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #556.

I started by adhering a panel of Neutrals DSP to a Sahara Sand card base. I adhered a panel of Merry Merlot cardstock on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the leaf image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink. I stamped the flower fill image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Blushing Bride Ink.

I cut the image our using the Decorative Circle Punch. I stamped the sentiment from the Very Best Occasions stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink on the top of the punched image. I adhered the punched image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Very Best Occasions stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink on a Basic Whtie panel. I stamped the leaf image from the Brightest Beauty stamp set in Soft Succulent Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the floral fill image in Blushing Bride Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Merry Merlot mat then to the inside of the Sahara Sand card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the floral image from Brightest Beauty stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Neutrals DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. I hope you have some fun plans. I’ll be waiting on customers all weekend between my 2 jobs.

I have a quick card for you today using one of the sets that will be featured on World Card Making Day October 1st. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths Bundle along with the Design A Daydream Host Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of Design A Daydream DSP to a Petal Pink card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the leaf wreath from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink. I stamped the twig wreath image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink over the Calypso Coral wreath. I cut the wreath out using the Country Wreaths Dies.

I adhered the wreath to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a bow using the Garden Green 3/8″ Ribbon from the Real Red & Garden Green Ribbon Combo Pack. I adhered the bow to the wreath using a Glue Dot. I twisted the bow tails and adhered them with a Glue Dot. I stamped the small acorn image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the acorns out using the Country Wreath Dies. I adhered the acorns to the wreath using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a Fine Sparkle Adhesive-Backed Gem to the sentiment.

On the inside, I stamped the leaf wreath image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Calypso Coral Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock, stamping off once on scrap paper. I stamped the twig wreath image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on top of the leaf image. I stamped the sentiment from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink in the center of the wreath. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Calypso Coral mat then to the inside of the Petal Pink card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of Design A Daydream DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

World Card Making Day Events – Save The Date, October 1!

INKIN’ KREW WORLD CARD MAKING DAY EVENT –

9 AM ET UNTIL 9 PM ET, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1!

We’re doing it again!!  Our team will be hosting a fun all-day event on Saturday, October 1 for World Card Making Day!  Our event will feature card making presentations live on the event Facebook page as well as some fun giveaways!

Stampin’ Up! is also hosting an event online and we’re scheduling our event so that it runs before and after the Stampin’ Up! event!  Most of us will be using one of the three bundles from the Stampin’ Up! event for our projects so you will come away from the day with tons of ideas for those three bundles!
