Stampin’ Up! Delicate Pines in Shaded Spruce

Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends. I hope your week has started off well.

My card today is playing with one of my favorite Online Exclusive Suites and it just happens that this is the bundle that Tara and I are using for our Online Class this month. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Delicate Pines Bundle along with the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Pines in Shaded Spruce 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

Wrap a piece of Shaded Spruce 7/8″ Gold Edged Ribbon around a panel of Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP and secure it on the back with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the panel to a Shaded Spruce card base with Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Shaded Spruce, stamp the large snowflake image from the Stampin’ Up! Delicate Pines Photopolymer Stamp Set in Versamrk Ink. Sprinkle the image with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Cut the image out using the Delicate Pines Dies. From the panel of Gold Foil, cut 3 of the large pine boughs using the Delicate Pines Dies. Adhere the Gold Foil boughs to the back of the die cut snowflake using Glue Dots.

Adhere the panel of Shaded Spruce to the Gold Foil mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the card front, over the ribbon with Liquid Glue. Adhere the die cut snowflake to the center of the Shaded Spruce panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive Backed Berries to the center of the snowflake.

Stamp the sentiment from the Delicate Pines stamp set in shaded Spruce Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the snowflake images from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink by the sentiment some stamped full strength, some stamped off once, and some stamped off twice. Adhere the panel of Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat then to the inside of the Shaded Spruce card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the snowflake images from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the envelope front. Adhere a panel of Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Monday morning stamping friends. How was your weekend? I got to spend most of yesterday in my craft studio playing catch up. I did take a few breaks to take my pup for a walk. It never fails, every time I just get started with a card, Coraline decides that she wants to go out.

Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my fun fold Friday. Are you getting ready for the weekend? I’ve got a full weekend coming up.

Today’s card was the last one we made at our quarterly meeting, and it was designed and presented by my team member Theresa Austin from MI. I did make a couple changes to mine from her original, but it’s very similar. Here’s my card for today.

Adhere the scored & folded Pretty Peacock card base to the panel of Pecan Pie with Liquid glue. Adhere one of the panels of Elegant Pines DSP to the front of the card base with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the other panel of Elegant Pines DSP to the 3rd section of the accordion fold with Stampin’ Seal.

Cut the panel of Basic White using the Spotlight on Nature Dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Magic & Hope stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on the right side of the panel. Stamp the pine bough image from the Stampin’ Up! Delicate Pines Photopolymer Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the left side of the die cut. Stamp the pinecones image from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on the boughs. Emboss the panel of Pecan Pie using the Birch Wood EF. Adhere the embossed panel to the front of the small Pretty Peacock card front.

From the panel of Pretty Peacock cut 2 or 3 of the large pine boughs using the Delicate Pines Dies. Cut the boughs in half using snips. Adhere the sentiment to the front of the small card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Insert the pine boughs under the sentiment using Glue Dots.

Stamp the sentiment from the Delicate Pines stamp set in pretty Peacock Ink on the panel of Basic White. Stamp the bough image from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the side of the panel. Stamp the pinecones image from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on the boughs. Adhere the Basic White panel to the back of the small card base with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the small card base to the large card base with Tear & Tape by adhering the front first, closing the 2 card bases together and adhere the back. Adhere the panel of Elegant Pines DSP to the back of the Pretty Peacock card base with Stampin’ Seal. Curve the sentiments stamp from the Delicate Pines stamp set on the block and stamp it on the Basic White panel in Pretty Peacock Ink. Stamp the bough and pine images in the top corners of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to the back panel, making sure it is behind the small card base when closed.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish the card. Stamp the pine bough image from the Delicate Pines stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the envelope front and the pinecones image in Pecan Pie. Adhere a panel of Elegant Pines DSP to the envelope flap.

To get the elves outfit Garden Green, first color it with Dark Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Marker then go over it with Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Marker. Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Butterflies CAS

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend and the last day of May. I hope you have some fun plans in the works for today. It’s the last day of the month so that means I’ll be working in the office closing out for the month. The good thing is, as soon as I finish my work I can come home.

I have a quick CAS card for you today. You know how I’m always saying I do not like yellow and orange. Well, those are the colors I used. Stampin' Up! Beautiful Butterflies CAS 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Butterflies Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Beautiful Butterflies Hybrid Embossing Folder for my card today.

Emboss a Basic White card front using the Beautiful Butterflies EF. Adhere the embossed panel to a Basic White Thick card base with Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the butterfly image from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. Color the image using Darling Duckling and Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blends Markers. Using Clear Wink of Stella, go over the butterfly body to give is a little shimmer. Cut the image out using the Beautiful Butterflies Dies.

On a strip of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. Cut the sentiment out using the beautiful Butterflies Dies. Adhere the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the butterfly just above the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals just on the body. Tie a small bow with the Timid Tiger 3/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon. Adhere the bow on the opposite side of the sentiment with a Glue Dot. Add a few 2025-2027 In-Color Flat Pearls to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the butterfly image from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink next to the sentiment. Color the image with Darling Duckling and Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Timid Tiger mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the butterfly image from Beautiful Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. Color the image with Darling Duckling and timid tiger Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere a panel of the 2025-2027 In-Color 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Karen & Tara’s Cheers & Sips Online Zoom Class Registration Open

Tara Carpenter and I are teaming up to offer a fun online class using Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Cheers & Sips Bundle.  We will be creating 6 different cards during the class including 2 fun folds.

The class fee includes:
