Stampin’ Up! Amber Autumn Trees for Fun Fold Friday

Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my fun fold Friday. I hope you all had a great short week and are looking forward to the weekend ahead. I’ll be starting to cut up all my shares today once my order arrives, so if you ordered a share from me, I’m hoping to be shipping them out by early next week.

I played with a couple new products for today’s card, both in the mini catalog and online exclusives. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Trees Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Amber Autumn Cling Stamp Set, Online Exclusive Gather Leaves Embossing Folder and Gathering Together Specialty Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Add Misty Moonlight Ink to the Basic Beige card front panel using the Blending Brush. emboss the panel using the Gathering Leaves EF. On a panel of Basic Beige, stamp the large tree image from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Trees Cling Stamp Set adding color to the tree using Blending Brushes with Old Olive and Pecan Pie Inks. Cut the image out using the Autumn Trees Dies. Using the Autumn Trees Dies cut the detailed leaves die from panels of Cherry Cobbler and Timid Tiger and the deer border from a panel of Early Espresso. Stamp the sentiment from the Amber Autumn stamp set in Versamark Ink on the bottom of the deer die cut. Sprinkle the sentiment with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool.

Adhere the deer die cut to the bottom of the embossed panel with Liquid Glue. Adhere the tree to the embossed panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the Cherry Cobbler and Timid Tiger die cut leaves to the tree with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Neutral Matte Dots to the card front panel. Score & fold the Early Espresso card base as listed below in measurements. Image below of how it looks folded. Adhere the 2-larger Gathering Together DSP panels to the Early Espresso card base with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the embossed card front panel to the left side of the card base with Liquid Glue.

Adhere the 2-smaller Gathering Together DSP panels to the inside of the Early Espresso card base with Stampin’ Seal. On a panel of Basic Beige, stamp the sentiment from the Amber Autumn stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. Stamp the tree image from the Autumn Trees stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Pecan Pie Ink. Using the Autumn Trees Dies, cut the deer image from a panel of Early Espresso. Snip the 2 deer portion off and adhere it to the bottom. Adhere the Basic Beige panel to the inside of the Early Espresso card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the tree image from the Autumn Trees stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on the envelope front. Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the envelope flap.

Emboss a panel of Strawberry Slush Two-Tone Cardstock using the Sunflower EF. Lightly rub over the entire panel using a sanding block.

Rub it lightly with the sanding block and adhere the panel to the bottom of the Basic White panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Secret Sea mat then to the inside of the Strawberry Slush card base.

Stamp the flower image in Strawberry Slush Ink on the stem and the flower center in Crumb Cake Ink. Stamp the splatter image from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Secret Sea Ink around the flower. Emboss a panel of Strawberry Slush Two-Tone cardstock using the Sunflower EF. Gently rub the panel with the sanding block. Adhere the embossed panel to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Stay Warm in Pink

Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the holiday weekend. Do you have any plans in the works? I’m going to a Red Bulls soccer gamer tonight with my son. I won tickets back in April and we are finally able to cash them in. I’m really looking forward to it, I’ve been wanting to go to a game. There’s something about watching professional games in person. The energy level is so much higher than watching them on TV. We’ve been a soccer family since my son was 5 when I signed him up for soccer because it was a ‘non-contact sport’. Little did I know then that it IS a contact sport, years later and many concussions and broken bones. I was the soccer mom and when they needed a goalie for field day, I was there. He’s now 30 and is a soccer coach and is still playing.

I have another little sneak peek for you today of products that will be available starting September 3rd. My colors came from a house that’s in our town; I live in a historical town with lots of old houses. I pass this one house that’s Flirty Flamingo, Pecan Pie and a touch of Misty Moonlight. I also used the Stampin’ Up! Just A Note Cling Stamp Set and the Brights 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Adhere a panel of Brights DSP to a Pecan Pie mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to a Misty Moonlight card base with Stampin’ Seal.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the detailed sweater image from the Stay Warm stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink. Flip the stamp over on the block and stamp the solid sweater image from the Stay Warm stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the detailed images. Fussy cut the sweater image using snips. On the same panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Just A Note stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. Cut the sentiment out using the Traditional Labels Dies.

Using the Traditional Labels Dies, cut a panel of Basic White. Adhere the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the sentiment to the top of the panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the sweater image over the die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Two-Tone Sparkle Gems to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Fluffy Squirrel stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink on a panel of Basic White. Adhere a panel of Brights DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Pecan Pie mat and a Flirty Flamingo mat then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the detailed sweater image from the Stay Warm set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the envelope front. Stamp the solid sweater image from the Stay Warm stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the detailed image. Adhere a panel of Brights DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Branching Out Book Fold

Good Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to the last week of August. Can you believe August is just about over? It’s bittersweet for me, one part of me doesn’t want summer to end and the other can’t wait to wear cozy Sweaters & sweatshirts again.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Branching Out Photopolymer Stamp Set (available Sept 3rd) along with the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper and Stylish Shapes Dies for my card today.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #700

My colors are from Color Throwdown Challenge #839

Adhere the book fold card base together on the inside between the 4 1/4″ & 5 1/2″ score lines using Liquid Glue. Adhere a panel of Nests of Winter DSP to a Lost Lagoon mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the left side of the Cherry Cobbler card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Blending Brush, add Lost Lagoon Ink to the panel of Nests of Winter DSP. Cut the panel into 4 squares using the 3rd largest Stylish Shapes Dies. Cut a panel of Lost Lagoon using the 2nd largest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Adhere the 4 smaller die cut squares to the Cherry Cobbler card base. Cut a panel of Nests of Winter DSP and adhere it to the center of the Lost Lagoon die cut square. Adhere the layered square to the center of the 4 squares with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Tie a bow using the Gray Granite Baker’s Twine from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack. Adhere the bow in the top right corner of the center layered square with a Glue dot. Stamp the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White. Fussy cut the sentiment with snips. Adhere the sentiment over the bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries to the branch in the bird’s beak.

Stamp the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the branch image from the Branching Out stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the bottom of the panel. Stamp the berry image from the Branching Out stamp set on the branch in Cherry Cobbler Ink. Adhere the Basic White panel to a lost Lagoon mat then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base.

I had so much fun putting this card together. I know I’ve said before how very much I love summer. It’s my favorite time of the year. There’s something about fall cards though that I absolutely love. Here’s my card for today.

Cut 12 of the smallest squares using the Stylish Shapes Dies from Basic Beige cardstock. On 4 of the squares stamp the apple image from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. Stamp the pumpkin image from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on 4 of the squares. Stamp the acorn image from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the last 4 squares. On 2 of the apples and 2 of the acorn images, stamp the smiley face from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. On 2 of the pumpkin images stamp the Jack-o-Lantern face from the Choose Happy stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. Good Saturday morning stamping friends and welcome to the weekend. Do you have any fun plans in the works? I’ll be at work all day today and tomorrow we will be hosting our August Online Technique Class. Tara and I are having so much fun with these classes and we invited Nicole in this month to present a couple cards.

I used all different products for today’s card along with a favorite technique of mine. I got the idea of putting this one together from Mary Deatherage’s card that you can see Here. I used the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Centerpiece Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Branching Out Bundle and the Gathering Together Secialty Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stamp the image from the Rustic Centerpiece stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Basic White. Color the image using Crumb Cake Darling Duckling, Gray Granite, Old Olive, Pecan Pie, Pretty Peacock and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers. Cut the image out using the 3rd largest Branching Out Dies. Cut the 4th largest Branching Out Die from a panel of Early Espresso. Adhere the die cut artwork to the die cut Early Espresso mat with Stampin’ Seal.

Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the front of the Cajun Craze card base. Adhere the layered artwork to the card front, putting adhesive on the back left side of the layered panel.

Stamp the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Branching Out Photopolymer Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink on a panel of Basic White. Fussy cut the sentiment using your scissors. Adhere the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Cajun Craze and Gold Dots to the card front

Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the back inside of the Cajun Craze card base with Stampin’ Seal. On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Early Espresso Ink. Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the bottom of the panel. Cut the sentiment using the 3rd largest Branching Out Dies. Cut the 4th larges Branching Out Die from a panel of Early Espresso. Adhere the sentiment panel to the Early Espresso die cut mat and then to the inside of the Cajun Craze card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish the card. Stamp the top of the image from the Rustic Centerpiece stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the envelope front. Color the image with Darling Duckling, Old Olive, Pecan Pie and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the envelope flap.

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. I hope your week has started off well. We have switched to beautiful weather here in NJ. We went from the 90’s last week down to the 70’s this week. It’s a fall tease before the temps go back up.

Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to a Cajun Craze mat with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to a Basic Beige card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the 8th largest Party Banners Dies, cut 2 panels of Gathering Together DSP. Adhere the banners together using Glue Dots. Adhere the banners to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic Beige, stamp the larger leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments Cling Stamp Set in Basic Beige Ink. Stamp the smaller leaf image from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on the panel. Stamp the acorn image from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Early Espresso Ink 2 times on the same panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Versamark Ink on the larger leaf image. Sprinkle the sentiment with Gold Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Cut the images out using the Gathering Moments Dies. Make a multi-loop bow using the Old Olive Linen Thread from the Early Espresso & Old Olive Linen Thread Pack (available Sept 3rd). Cut a piece of 3/8″ Gold Striped Mesh Ribbon so you have the gold edge to tie off the bow to give it a gold touch. Adhere the bow to the card front with a Glue Dot. Adhere the leaves and acorn to the card front over the bow, with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add an Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gem to the sentiment.

Stamp the sentiment from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on a panel of Basic Beige. Stamp the larger leaf image from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Basic Beige Ink on the top of the panel. Stamp the smaller leaf image from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink on the top of the panel and the acorn image in early Espresso Ink. Adhere a panel of Gathering Together DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic Beige panel to a Cajun Craze mat then to the inside of the Basic Beige card base.

Hello, stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday. I wasn’t sure what time I had to leave today and it turns out I had enough time to finish my card before going.

I used the Stampin’ Up! You Are Remarkable Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper, Branching Out Dies (available Sept 3rd) and Stampin’ Up! Coneflower Celebrations Bundle for my card today.

Adhere the panels of Floral Impressions DSP to the coordinating Darling Duckling mats with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the 2″ x 5 3/8″ layered panel to the front of the card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Branching Out Dies, cut the smallest one from a panel of Basic White, the 2nd smallest from a panel of Darling Duckling and the 3rd smallest from a panel of Garden Green. Adhere the Darling Duckling die cut to the Garden Green die cut with Stampin’ Seal. On the Basic White die cut, stamp the sentiment from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. Stamp the stem/leaf image from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamping off on scrap paper 2 times, over the sentiment. Stamp the flower image from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Basic Beige Ink and the flower center image in Pecan Pie Ink, stamping off on scrap paper once, inside the flower. Stamp the splatter image from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Peach Pie Ink around the panel. Adhere the Basic White die cut panel to the Darling Duckling/Garden Green layered panel. Adhere the layered panel to the right side of the card front.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the butterfly image from the Stampin’ Up! Coneflower Celebrations Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. Color the image with Daffodil Delight, Darling Duckling and Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends Markers. Cut the image out with the Coneflower Celebrations Dies. Adhere the butterfly to the layered panel with Glue Dots. Add a Tiny Bee Trinket to the card front.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. Adhere 2 panels of Floral Impressions DSP on either side of the panel. Stamp the bee image from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink and the splatter image in Peach Pie Ink. Adhere the Basic White panel to the inside of the card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope for finish your card. Stamp the stem/leaf image from the You Are Remarkable stamp set in Garden Green Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the envelope front. Stamp the flower image from You Are Remarkable stamp set in Basic Beige Ink on top of the stem. Stamp the flower center in Pecan Pie Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper. Stamp the bee image in Tuxedo Black and the splatter image in Peach Pie. Adhere a panel of Floral Impressions DSP to the envelope flap.
